*Malachi Thorn, a seemingly human boy from the human realm, Malachi always found himself being the outcast and always found himself being rejected by countless foster families, but a star creature stealing his sketch book when he’s meant to be going to summer camp leads him to a witch realm that soon enough, feels like a new home that he’s afraid will eventually end like the others...

*Dahlia ‘Lia’, the etherial creation of Ayesha, a little ball of energy who knows she's destined for great power - but for now, lives happily with her creator and is a curious adventurer who is friendly to anyone she meets. 

*Lensie, Lensie is the invention that Lia's father built to protect their home. A telescope-like creature with incredible reach, incredible sight, and an incredible lack of sense of space.

*Starla, Starla is Ayesha's palisman, carved by her long ago as her magical companion. In the shape of a star as her name implied, Starla is quick and daring, which is good because Ayesha uses her to steal human junk.

*Aziermate, Azemirete is Ayesha's mother, a powerful and terrifying force that Ayesha swore never to be like, but Aziermate seems determined to make sure Ayesha becomes like her, as she hunts down Ayesha while working for the dragons coven as the rulers right hand. 

*Matilda Vinella, a hexside student, Matilda was once childhood friends with Galleon, but after an incident at Galleon’s birthday, both have since gone their separate ways...well, as much as they can at the same school anyway. Originally enrolled in the Abominations track, Matilda soon discovers she’s much more suited for the Bard track. 

*Carla De Vil, a hexside student who despite her young age, is a powerful Abomination user who works hard and is known to be curious about everything, especially about the human realm. 

*Galleon Barnes, a promising young witch in the Abominations track, under the so-called 'care; of his grandmother, he strives to meet great expectations and doesn't expect anything like a human to stand in his way- or win his heart.

*Astoria and Bayard Barnes, the most infamous twin tricksters of the school, the two excel in the Illusionist track and are known to love causing a little chaos in the name of their fun, but sometimes both have a habit of taking things too far, especially when it concerns the pranks on their younger cousin, Galleon.

*Adrian Mabillard, Adrien Mabillard guards his position as one of the most talented witches in the school in the Abominations Track. He's skilled, tough, and one of Galleon's best friends... for now.

*Charity Charming, a hexside student who due to their families, is close friends with Adrian and while she does tag team with Adrian in his bullying, she is noted to work hard as both a student in the Beast Care track and in the schools sports team.

*Aralda Barnes, Aralda is Galleon's grandmother, and has high expectations that he strives to achieve. However, she may be more than just a strict grandmother. She may have more dangerous plans in mind...

*The ruler/Illasqar, Ilasqar is the dragonlike Etherial who rules the witch realm. He is deadly protective of his world, regarding it as treasure, and sees no reason why humans have any right to exist here or anywhere, especially after they took something important to him so long ago...

*The Grand Guardian/Hadley, IIasqar’s creation, Hadley trained to her fullest to prove to her creator she was ready to help him and the Dragon’s coven and despite him still sometimes being over-protective with what she does, Hadley is happy to do whatever mission is given to her, but as the missions go on, Hadley finds herself slowly worried about her creator and how far he’s willing to go in this plan of his. 

*Meteora, Meteora is a little comet monster who acts as Ilasqar's right hand. She's very proud of her position, and doesn't appreciate the Grand Guardian starting to eclipse her in importance.

*James ‘Jim’ Hawkins, Jim is the leader of the Bard Coven, a skilled master of his craft, but he has more than one secret to hide. Not only is he leading a rebellion against the dragon, but he is a human - one of the very beings that Ilasqar seeks to destroy.

*Principle Kate Blake, the stern principal of the school. A graduate of the Oracle track, which certainly helps her to predict when her students are trouble.
