Revolutionary Vol. 1es el álbum debut del rapero de descendencia peruana criado en Harlem Felipe Andres Coronel aka Immortal Technique, lanzado hoy 18 de septiembre de 2001 y reeditado en 2004 (por Babygrande Records). La primera edición no tuvo distribución ni código de barras; fue vendido por el artista en las calles y en sus espectáculos. La reimpresión del álbum se fabricó con un código de barras y está siendo distribuida en todo el mundo por Viper Records y Babygrande Records. Immortal Technique dijo en 2009 que el álbum había vendido más de 45.000 copias.

Stewart Mason de AllMusic le dio al álbum una puntuación de tres estrellas y media sobre cinco. Elogió a Immortal Technique por ser capaz de adaptar temas políticos complicados de manera convincente a la música. Mason escribió que es posible que los oyentes no aprueben la calidad de la producción, pero señaló que tenía un "encanto tosco".

Steve 'Flash' Juon escribio en RapReviews en noviembre de 2005 "Immortal Technique es un vocalista tosco y fluido, con un excelente sentido de la sincronización y el control de la respiración" y juzgando la producción como "buena a sobresaliente".

Rockin' Rock Steady Crew's Anniversary in 2010 after attending as a head since 1997 was a pinnacle moment in my career. The moment was made sweeter by Big Zoo & Vice Verses who knew me since I was a lil fledgling (lol) in 2000 rockin' EoDub at Baby Jupiter (NYC). They REALLY held me down on stage and made sure the crowd got hype. I'm not accustomed to that, at all, it really pushed this performance over the top for me. The crowd was tough: observe them when I first came out. I sensed they weren't sure what to think of me. But like attracts like, and I always felt that if I'm genuine and shared my spirit and heart with my audience, real will recognize real. And they did. It's no coincidence the track that got them open was halfway thru my set: "For this Life" accapella. I think the Spirit in them moved, whether they know it or not. So since God inspired those lyrics, I wanna shout out God for gettin' this crowd open. Later this same day I went on Rap Is Outta Control onSiriusXM Radio (see #3 of #30 for footage) so suffice to say this was a pretty epic "day in the life." Enjoy y'all. I did.
