Few people have been asking about my tattoo and it's healing really well!!!

He's starting to scab over now and is super fucking itchy (which is a nightmare for me, a serial itcher) but he is healing really lovely and I am super pleased 🥰🥰🥰

Also forgot to add but this tattoo was fucking painful - the lineart was fine but when it got to the colouring and shading I thought I was going to be sick it was that bad

Like 3 hours and 45 minutes of absolute agony was a fun time but it gave me this beautiful piece so I'm not mad about it

Probably won't get a piece this heavy on colour again though bc I am not sitting through that hell

But ye - dragon and dagger are healing nicely and I am v pleased 👍👍👍

Sooo I can't remember if I ever shared photos of this, but I made the Dagger of Xian for my TRII cosplay back in the summer and thought it'd be nice to share close ups of!

I used EVA Foam for the blade which I primed and painted, a cardboard tube for the handle which I wrapped in ribbons and then foam clay to make the dragon head and end of the handle (I also bought purple jewels for the eyes!)

This also doubles as a tattoo reference since I'm getting this on my arm next year and my tattooist said these photos were very helpful and I'm immensely proud of that 😂

Might look at making some other artifacts soon!
