from one trans guy to another, i will say that your bottom growth will get less sensitive over time. for now while you’re riding out that new growth sensitivity, wearing looser underwear might help. also, this isn’t exactly what you mentioned you’re having problems with but these things usually go hand in hand: getting a personal moisturizer (it’s like a long-lasting lube) can help if you’re dealing with dryness & itching. i’m not super dry down there like a lot of people on t seem to be, and i still apply some about once a day after i shower. also, make sure to clean under your hood so stuff doesn’t build up there (think of it like a tiny foreskin). that might be difficult to do right now with how sensitive it is, but getting some soap & water there is better than nothing. hope some of this helps
HEY HEY thanks! Ive read similarly ! I actually immediately went to moisturising (coconut oil/vitamin e) bc i recognized the typa discomfort through exzma ! Tbh i was scared i had a break out like. There. And THATS so scary.its I heard getting like a sports protector may help (i think i godda get one bc my uniform is v......tight......) but fer now im (readjusts readjusts readjusts re

Select cold-pressed or virgin coconut oil that's processed without chemicals when applying it to your skin. Shop here for oil.
4. Sunflower oil
Sunflower oil is extracted from sunflower seeds. Studies have shown it shields the outer layer, which helps keep moisture in and bacteria out of the skin. Sunflower oil may relieve inflammation and itching and hydrates skin.
Sunflower oil may be applied, undiluted, directly into the skin, preferably after bathing while skin is still damp. Get a few online.
5. Witch hazel
Witch hazel is an astringent made in leaves and the bark of the witch hazel shrub. It has been utilized for centuries as a topical cure for skin discomfort. Yet, research on witch hazel for eczema is scarce.

Home Care for Moderate to Severe Eczema
There is no cure for eczema, however, it is possible to do lots of things in the home to give your skin a little relief.
Stay moisturized. Your skin needs moisture shield and to cure itself. Most creams can not make a powerful barrier to skin because they contain water. Pick ointment or a lotion . Mineral oil,  eczema cream and petroleum jelly operate. Place it on your skin at least twice per day to help keep your eczema .
Keep away from temperature changes. Going from a popular room to a cold one can give rise to a flare-up. Attempt to keep your house in a comfortable, consistent temperature. Low humidity can dry skin. Use a humidifier.
Jump long. Very hot water will wash your skin and make your symptoms worse. Take bathrooms or showers . Use gentle, perfume-free soap or non-soap cleaner, and also prevent bubble baths. When you are done, gently exfoliate your skin off -- do not rub until it is partially dry. Within 3 minutes, then place on a moisturizer. If your physician has prescribed an eczema lotion, apply this to your own skin .
Keep your home clean. Allergens such as dust mites, pet dander, pollen, and mold place your immune system on alert, which may wake up your eczema.
Skip laundry products. The cologne in several cleansers and fabric softeners can irritate skin. You are better off with gentle, scent-free merchandise. And always wash new clothes before wearing them. It is going to help remove any extra dyes and chemicals that may inflame skin.
Wear loose clothes. It is going to permit air next to your skin. Cotton or cotton-blend cloths are great options. That's particularly helpful once you're exercising because you are very likely to sweat. Always avoid wool. It can rub your skin and cause you to itch more. For more tips visit Exzma Skincare.
