Comes with two random photos: Nino solo and group photo both from AYH. PENDING

4. Rurouni Kenshin live action movie keychain merch $6 together. I bought these in Japan at the movie theater when the movie first came out! I’m seriously trying to reduce my belongings down to the last small item, so anyone want these? They need new comfy homes! (PS. They are official goods; not handmade items).

and that’s all! In Japan, where I will be moving back, I have more Arashi CDs and DVDs so I’ll probably do another round of sales if this one does well. Please share, thank you :)

ABOUT PAGE
For those using the mobile app, I know that it can be very difficult to view different pages or blog formats, so I’ve made it easier for you!
How To Get In Contact:
Send us an ask or message on Tumblr or contact us at:
Our Twitter: PENDING Our Email: [email protected]
Our Tumblr: https://wintervoltronzine2018.tumblr.com/
What is the zine about?
The Winter Voltron Zine (Official print name to be polled upon later) is a Voltron team-centric zine dedicated to celebrating the winter season in any way possible! From holidays such as Christmas and New Years, to lesser known holidays such as Hanukkah and Kwanzaa, all are acceptable. Not a fan of holidays or would prefer something else? Having a simple “Winter Fun” idea is also acceptable! Whether they are on Earth, the Castle, or even on another planet, it’s all acceptable as long as you keep with the winter theme.
What is a Zine?
A zine is a collection of artwork and stories that will be published in physical and pdf format.
So How Does This Work?
Our zine will consist of 40 to 50 participants: 20 to 30 Zine Artists, 10 to 20 Writers, and hopefully a few Merch Artists. This is subject to change depending on the applications I happen to receive.
The zine is Team-centric – there can be ship content (all ships are accepted!) but the ship should not be the main focus of the art or the story.
Expected Timeline:
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL THESE DATES ARE TENTATIVE AND MAY CHANGE!

*Participants must accept within 48hrs of receiving an acceptance email or will be dropped.
Do you give extensions?
We can’t promise extensions, but we’ll discuss circumstances with you to make the situation best work for everyone involved.
How does the application process work?
There will be a Google Form going up on October 10th!
You will be asked to provide examples of your work. Based on these examples we will pick our artists and writers. These examples don’t have to be winter, team, or even Voltron related as long as they show off your best work.
If the google link doesn’t work for you, I will also accept applications via email, but I would PREFER that you use the google.
What kind of samples do I submit?
Fic samples: Two samples of writing.  Each sample may be either short fiction or a snippet from a longfic!  If you’re an author and you only have longfics, please submit snippets no longer than 3.5k.
If the fic is on AO3/FFnet/etc., link it there. If you’re submitting a snippet from a longer fic, please place everything in a google doc. Feel free to provide a link to the full work if you want!
Art samples: Up to five samples of art, A minimum of three.  Both analogue (traditional) and digital media are accepted. Please ensure these examples show off your best work in terms of composition, background, and coloring.
If you’re sending in analogue/traditional media, make sure the scan or photo is of a decent quality to be easily viewed on a screen. The art needs to be illustrated, but it does not need to be Winter or Voltron related.
Art may be submitted as either direct image links, (a) page(s) on a website (your blog, deviantart, etc.), imgur album, or in a google doc folder.
Are there limits to the genre of art/writing?
There are no limitations except artists and writers are encouraged to make sure that their pieces are based off the main theme. Nothing that would be considered rated R and avoid going NSFW. Wounds, scars and blood etc are fine if that’s REALLY how you see your piece going for a theme like this, but nothing Walking Dead level bloody. If you have any questions or are unsure of anything, don’t be afraid to contact me!
Is it a must for artworks be digital?
Yes, it will be easier to manage and create the zine with digital artworks.
Is there a limit for art/writing submissions?
See Artist/Writer Guidlines
Artwork sizes?
The zine will be around 8" length x 11" height in size, (slightly smaller than A4) so artworks should be around that size for it to fit inside the book. If not, adjustments may need to be made and this may affect the original quality of the artwork.
Can artists and writers collab with other in the zine?
Of course! All collabs are allowed - artist&artist, writer&writer, artist&writer. All I ask is that you let me know who will be collaborating with who so I can plan the layout accordingly!
Can we post our WIPs/zine pieces online?
Yes! You may post your WIPs/zine pieces but not in full. Crop the image, blur the image, put up a large watermark, anything you need to do to avoid showing spoilers.
Will there be any extras for the zine? (keychains, stickers etc.)
I would like to have them yes, and I will be choosing merch artists in application.
What printing company will be used?
I’m currently looking into a few good local printers.
What shipping company will be used?
USPS and USPS International, all shipping from The United States.
Will the zine be for profit or charity?
Yes, the Winter Zine will certainly be for charity! I will hold polls to decide just what charity will be used at a later date. Official charity will be picked in poll by the chosen contributors.
Will artists and writers be able to purchase the zine when preorders open?
Of course! In fact, all participants will hopefully be able to get a copy of the zine for free.
If you have any more questions, don’t hesitate to get in

scenerio on the team finding out kageyama has a crush and them teasing / helping him get his crush?
hi love! sorry this ran late! I was trying to finish off requests from my other blog, but t pended in a stump so I came back to this! kage is such a cutie, I hope i wrote him justice.
Throughout his life, only one object was set in his brain: volleyball. He loved the rush and the feeling of the hard ball against his fingertips and the exhilarating shock when he saw a ball thrust down on the gym floors. A ball that he tossed to the ace-in his case, Hinata. He didn’t feel as blissful with anything else and didn’t expect to; volleyball was what he was familiar with and will always be something familiar. Maybe Kageyama wasn’t fond of foreign things, or perhaps he was. If he wasn’t he would never had stopped to talk to you: a foreign concept.
In retrospect, he shouldn’t have been playing with the ball in the hall, having been scolded by the principal many times, but he couldn’t resist a second being apart from the ball. Tsukishima likes to call it a disease, but he didn’t see it as life threatening, until it almost took yours. As Hinata went down the stairs in a rush to catch the ball that he had tossed, the ball had swung past Hinata’s awaiting hands and straight down to your face. Because he had put a little twist to his ball, it had accelerated downwards and aimed straight to your nose. You fell backwards and landed on your butt and palms, dropping your books and some files for the teacher’s office. The two players winced at the impact. and Hinata immediately ran towards you to help.
“Hey! We’re so sorry! Are you okay?” You looked up, slightly confused at what just occurred. You were walking down the hall, ready to head over to your club when an unfamiliar blue and orange ball invaded your sight and knocked you off your feet. You rub your nose, now a bit red from the impact, but aside from the stinging sensation, you were safe and sound.
“Yeah, I’m okay.” The one who had apologized you recognized as Hinata, a boy from another class, but he was so friendly and charismatic that he was famous even in class five. The other one sprinted towards you and also apologized in a brusque matter. Hinata hit his head and nudged him to bow down.
“You just tossed an unfair ball to her face, Kageyama! Apologize a little nicely.” You waved it off and collected your belongings.
“It’s okay! I’m okay anyways, Good luck with volleyball, you two.” Kageyama watched you retreat and he picked up the ball along with a keychain that had dropped from your bag.
“Come one! Let’s go to practice, wooo!“
The next time he saw you was at the volleyball practice match against Seijou. It was an open practice, meaning people could come in and observe if they wanted to. You were only dragged there by your friend because the famous Seijou setter was supposed to arrive, but soon you were wrapped up in the intensity of the game. The match was a tie and on the second set already and every time Seijou would score a point, Karasuno would follow suit. You eyed the ball and locked eyes with Kageyama. The grip on his ball was a bit tight when he tossed it in the air, causing it to soar over Hinata’s head and out the line. Seijou had won.
"Oi! What the heck just happened!” Hinata’s cries were heard around the gymnasium over Seijou’s victory cheers. Your face flushed for some odd reason, and you couldn’t help but think that it was your fault he had miscalculated the ball. He was still staring at you, curiosity evident in his eyes. You were unfamiliar to him and he yearned to know you more.
“Sorry, I was out of it.” He mumbled, tearing his eyes away from the girl. Daichi just patted his back and smiled, but Hinata was not having it.
“You were staring at something!” Kageyama cursed Hinata for having the eyes f a hawk when it came to volleyball. “Someone in the stands.” The entire team looked straight to the area in view from Kageyama’s position and came faced to face with you. All of a sudden, six pairs of eyes looked straight at you and you felt yourself go weak at the intense gaze. You hurriedly left the gym, feeling relieved once outside the court. The sense of relief only lasted for a second as a shadow loomed over your stature. You looked up to find Kageyama holding out what appeared to be a keychain.
“You dropped this last week when the ball hit. I didn’t know what class you were so I couldn’T give it back till now, sorry.” You take the keychain and smile at him. His toe was still monotone, but you could sense the sincerity behind his voice.
“Thank you, Kageyama-kun! I was looking for it. You played great today, by the way. I didn’t think volleyball could be such an intense sport. I hope, I didn’t ruin it at the last moment.” He vehemently shook his head, pink coloring his cheek at the thought of you noticing his mishap.
“It-it wasn’t your fault. I wasn’t concentrating enough.” You blushed and took a step back.
“Well, I’ll definitely go watch another game again. Good luck!” He watched you retreat again, this time with an unfamiliar feeling setting in his chest.
“Ka~ge~ya~ma~ you have a crush!” Tanaka nudged his shoulders and Hinata followed. He glared at Hinata and denied Tanaka’s accusation.
“Ahh, young love,” Asahi sighed with Suga. Daichi just shook his head, calling them out and saying they were just two years older than him. Kiyoko gave him a thumbs up and Yachi offering to talk to the girl as she was in the same class as her.
“Since when did you like her, hm?” Nishinoya joined in while Tsukishima snickered at the fact that the King was capable of such emotion.
“I-I don’t like her!” Shaking off their taunts and face turning red by each second and each nudge and each comment he fled the gym to the locker room, all the while ignoring Hinata’s jabs and remarks.
“Kageyama and _________ sitting in the tree, K-I-S-S-I-N-G~!"
"Shut up, fucking Hinata!"

songbird!!! songbird!!
Maybe more of a Natsume song because of the fire? However, I wanted to create a LucaxHotaru AU for you.
meme here.
This one here has been under constant reconstruction. It has actually changed so much that it has nothing to do anymore with itsoriginal. It even had a name once, but now it’s just… so much? I probablywon’t write about all the things I’ve thought about, but if you are interestedjust ask me.
Officer Luca has no reason to complain: he has asuccessful career at the police department, good friends and colleagues, hisbeloved drug dog Bunny and a nice flat. He’s hardworking and honest and thepeople around him like for it. He might not be the greatest socialbutterfly and might have to work on his assertiveness, but he gets by.
Said people in this certain scenario are
·        Sumire, who is actually Luca’s partner (her dog’s nameis Wakako), is passionate about her job, but she’s easily influenced by the badthings she sees and difficult lives they encounter. Her last evaluationrecommended therapy, but up until now she could evade it, fearing she might notbe able to return. She’s more like her later version in the manga, much lessclingy and impressionable but as caring as ever.
·        Tsubasa is Natsume’s partner. His easy-going natureoften clashes with Natsume’s, but he sees himself in Natsume’s compassionatenature and rash actions, so it’s never been that much of a problem and theyseem to work well regardless of their relationship. He’d rather not talk abouthis personal/social/love life or rather lack thereof, because as soon as hedoes, everyone jumps in and makes fun of him.
They have actually worked against the ESP for a longtime, but he always seems to be a step ahead of them and it all slowly worksthem to the bone. The last time they tried to arrest him they were humiliatedin front of him and shamed by the department. It all works out too well for him, which is why they suspect someone from thepolice department to be an inside man for the ESP. Because of that, they decideto be more careful about their investigation and work on the case outside thejob in secret, using coded messages/videos/documents.
But everything takes a turn for the worse, when thereis a sudden explosion at the police department (namely in their office).Several people are hurt and there are even two dead officers. Luca got luckyand he was not near the room when it happened, leaving him with a few scratchesand a slightly bruised shoulder. Natsume was not so lucky, but he was rushed tothe hospital immediately. He has since been in a coma. Sumire has reached herlimit, she broke down in the ICU and has since been off work, pendingresignation. Tsubasa has disappeared.A mixture of misunderstandings and strange reports (the surveillance camerasshow him acting strangely and leaving the office only minutes before the bombexplodes) lead their superiors to believe that missing Tsubasa planted thebomb. The department therefore has decided to suspend Luca’s groupindefinitely.
Still confused and hurt himself, Luca tries to beeverywhere at once and to be there for everyone at the same time: trying towork on the case (what on earth happened?!), being questioned about Tsubasa andthe explosion, collecting all the remaining material and clues that were lostin the explosion as good and stealthily as he can, staying with Natsume, visiting Sumire and looking for Tsubasa. He’s physically, mentally andemotionally exhausted and it almost drives him mad to be so helpless.
Which is when he is approached by a young man(Iinchou) introducing himself as ‘the attendant’/’the valet’ (still ponderingon the name). He explains to a disbelieving Luca that his worries are theresult of vicious betrayal between the ESP and another entity he himself worksfor, “the djinn” (either that or Rumplestilskin). The djinn is a myth in darkersocial circles, a being that grants the wishes of people they think deservethem in return for something from them (money, information, a favour, etc.).The man reveals to Luca that the bomb was planted with the intention to notonly kill his team mates, but also the inside man (who was one of thecasualties), because they got too close to becoming a threat to the ESP. Theinside man though was one of the djinn’s man, who granted a wish to the ESP andplanted him in the middle of the police department. Killing him was likebackstabbing the attendant’s/valet’s employer, which is why they decided toturn to Luca and offer him three wishes in return for his clues, the proof thatcould help turn in the ESP and the promise to not intervene with the djinn’srevenge (even though they claim to be able to gather the information as well,no one has worked on it as long as Luca and the gang).
Naturally, Luca is appalled, but after his friends’fate takes a turn for the worse (something like an attempted murder: someonedisguised as a doctor trying to kill Natsume, maybe?), he decides to accept, thinking that his friends would do the same for him.
On the next day,a woman (Mikan, but I have no alias for her yet) appears in Natsume’s hospitalroom and assures Luca that his first wish to ‘help his friends and keep them save’ was accepted and that she would take care of them. They smuggle Natsume out of the hospital and onto an ambulance to a safe house. However, when they look for Sumire at her apartment, they can’t find her. Butthey do find her notes on a hidden USB. Luca takes them with him and decides torecreate all the material they had, thinking that if they were close enough tomake the ESP want to blow them up, they were close to incriminating evidencethat would put him behind bars. He gathers Natsume’s slightly burned andslightly bloody (Luca chokes) note book, Sumire’s notes and finds Tsubasa’svideo files in a station locker (fitting a key on his keychain that was foundin his desk drawer at the office (the only thing he could smuggle out of there)).
Even though he comes pretty close to puttingeverything together again, he still cannot find the evidence he needs. However,on one file Tsubasa is talking about a lead on the inside man and about wantingto follow it… to a diner. He easily finds it, but he’s not sure what to expect since the inside man isdead and has been an employee of the djinn anyway and not the ESP. However, when he breaks into it at night, he notices that he isn’t the only one anddiscovers two men in dark clothing setting the place on fire. He fights withone of them and is able to pull off a ring off his finger, before he is beatendown. He barely escapes the fire and the men disappear.
When he wakes up again, he finds himself in the safehouse, where he makes the acquaintance of the mysterious djinn herself(Hotaru), who is displeased that he went off to the diner himself, withouthanding over all the material to her like they agreed on. Luca however stillwants to bring the ESP behind bars and although he will share his information(they did keep Natsume safe), the djinn still needs to find Sumire and Tsubasato keep the end of her bargain. Hotaru promises to do so and reminds him thatit’s only a matter of time until she finds them. Luca believes her, but ratherthan feeling dread, he is relieved. Hotaru mentions that the diner was themeeting place between her inside man and a contact of the ESP. She speculatesthat they are erasing every little trace that connects them to the policedepartment. Surer than ever that the ESP fears them indeed, she concludes tolet Luca stay with them.
Luca decides to focus on the ring he took from thearsonist and can actually trace it to a hostess club (it involves a lot of pawnshops). With the help of Mikan, who reveals to have been a hostess before she metthe djinn, Luca infiltrates the club and the two of them look for the owner ofthe ring (leaving Natsume with a troubled Iinchou). Instead of finding theowner of the ring, they discover that Tsubasa was a frequent guest at the club. His preferred companion ‘Blossom’ (Misaki) has also disappeared and hasn’tbeen to the club for several days. A friend of Blossom’s reveals to them thatshe saw her entering a black car with several other man and a person thatsounds a lot like Tsubasa. Luca can convince the owner of the shop on the otherside of the road to hand over his surveillance camera footage, but withoutaccess to the department, he cannot trace the license plate of the car theyheard about. Resigned he agrees with Mikan to share this information withHotaru, who can easily track it.
Hotaru ispleased with Luca’s agreeable demeanour (and the fact that he does sobegrudgingly). She even offers him a job, for she only hires people who aregood at what they do and Luca seems to be good at ‘holding it together’/’keeping theconnection’, never losing all remaining traces, but ratherfinding new ones as he keeps the other ones secure.
[Hotaru: good atgiving people what they want; Mikan: showing people what they need; Iinchou:supporting people in need]
At this point,he starts working closer together with Hotaru and the people around her.
They eventuallyfind Sumire who has actually staged the breakdown to be off the radar of thepolice department. She explains that Tsubasa confided to her about meetingBlossom, at first because of his conflicting feelings for Blossom, but later onabout people he met at the club and the things he overheard by chance. She hasbeen doing her own investigations with the help of a reporter (Koko!), whom shecouldn’t shake off. When Tsubasa disappeared, she knew that he would go to theclub and find Blossom. But when Tsubasa didn’t return and people tried to puthim into jail, she went to look for him on her own (leaving Natsume with Luca).Together they went to look for people that had been paid off by the ESP to keepquiet and to check if they could find something to incriminate him.
Hotaru has readher file though and warns her to be careful (she might have also noticed herhesitance, when they were faced with the ESP’s lackeys). Sumire is aware of hershaking hands and the tiredness in her bones. Unable to share it with anyone atthis point though, she convinces herself that she will be fine.
Eventually, theycome to the conclusion that the final piece of evidence was what Tsubasa camelooking for before the bomb went off (his innocence has never really been amatter of discussion for them). But before he could make a move, he wasabducted together with Blossom.
This hc alsoincludes a situation in which they go to a fundraiser hosted by the ESP and thedjinn takes on the alias of ‘Imai Hotaru’ to infiltrate his private estate andlook for clues as to how to take him down, relieve him of a buttload of money(because!) and, oh, yeah, find Tsubasa. And they shall dance!! And touchawkwardly, because they are not really on the same side, but somehow are. Andbecause they don’t really like each other, but somehow do. Because, you know, keeping up appearances.
When they godeeper into the mansion though, they might also get closer to each other, whichresults into a certain ‘almost’. The spell is broken when they meet the bomberor the one who beat up Luca at this point. However, Hotaru cannot kill himbecause of Luca’s second wish, so they take him with them to interrogate him. Theirargument kills any flames that might have flared up for a while.
Will thisinclude NatsumeMikan as well? Well, since Natsume is pretty much unable to doanything that requires major movements or any hard-core action (he’s in a coma…and that for several days, at least!), his is not a major role in this hc. Atone point, I could imagine him trying to help by being a backup (idiot) andMikan having to make sure that he doesn’t kill himself. She does want to do wellon her mission.
And, wow, you’ve actually read this far? Well, there’s still more to hc about: the showdown, the third wish, the relationships and so much more. I have few ideas for those, but I haven’t thought them through just yet. I’ll keep them for now. Kudos to you for actually reaching this point.
