reply to recommendation DP crossover fanfic (AO3):
Vacation Crashers by Imp_y - I would recommend this for first-time readers since the setting is set somewhere in-between those two fandoms. For a Danny Phantom fan, you are familiar with Danny and Jazz vacation-gone-wrong and split-away from his parents due to ghosts, without any access to his powers kind of vibe. But this time, they have help from a certain group of people ;)
If You Give a Bat a Burger by Cielle_Noire - HUGE fav of mine, but probably not for first-timers. So going to this for the second recommendation to this crossover fandom because the characters backgrounds has been slightly explained in Vacation Crashers from the first without needing research. A case fic. But you'll see it's definitely a hilarious situation for Danny who just has the worst luck LMAO
Thanks, Anon! I hadn't had either of those on my read later list yet, and both look good. I've read some crossovers with Batman already--and one non-crossover fic I saw on a rec list on tumblr that looked fun, and it was--and see a fair bit of it on my dash from the odd person I follow, so I think I could jump into the second fic without being too confused, but it's great to know which you think I should read first.
