Javi/Amelia Prison AU Headcanons

Ft. Me and @kara-night-light and a little bit inspired by The Angel~

Javi is in for something like petty theft. He stole some musical instruments. Max here for 3 months.

Amelia’s put in for Arson

Everyone thinks it’s swapped around and talk about Javi who is in for Arson and Amelia who stole some like girly things (Javi probably stole music shit) anyways they meet and exchange stories etc

Co-Ed Juvie; they’re like 16

They’re also bunk mates

And he’s always humming songs; And she gets annoyed like “DO YOU EVER TAKE A BREAK” but gradually starts to like them.

“What did you do?” “Oh nothing much I stole a few guitars, what about you?” “Arson.” *cue Javi palpitating*

Amelia has been in for awhile and pop pop always visits her

Javi just sits quietly after hearing arson, “Did.., did anyone die…?”

Javi could have gotten bailed by Warden Garcia but he chose to let Javi go to Juvie and never visits him and doesn’t let Izzy visit. He’s ashamed/wants Javi to “grow up” and thinks it would be a nice little trip for him.

Amelia starts bringing him along to visit pop pop and stuff

She’s mildly annoyed with him but likes his presence;

Pop pop is the one who notices it. Pop pop is like “you say you don’t like him yet he's always with you. 👀”

And Javi helps get Amelia on that right track and out of Juvie after he gets out

Javi’s term ends before Amelia’s. Petty theft would be around 3 months. But arson would probably send her in for 3 years

No but once Javi gets out he works with Pop pop because it turns out Amelia was covering for her ex-boyfriend (Ollie)

They work together to get Amelia out of Juvie and to help clear her record

He dumped her after she got into prison. And now she has to brave it through and the best idea was to broadcast what she Was supposedly in for

Pop pop only like suspects because he knows Amelia and knows she wouldn’t go that far but one day when Javi is out and visiting her Amelia admits it to him.

But secretly she’s scared of some of the people in there

Bonus if pop pop lets Javi stay with him after he gets out

Imagine Javi stealing some more shit to go to prison again just to be put back with her

Anyway, Zayto and Aiyon are the police officers who handled Amelia’s case, and Javi gets in touch with them

Izzy is Javi’s sister who isn’t allowed to see him but eventually moves in with him Pop-Pop and Amelia

Once Amelia gets out they’ll be moving in together XD (Sorry couldn’t resist not putting this in here)

Maybe Izzy starts meeting Javi in secret and helps him with the investigation

While Javi is working to get her out other inmates get word that Amelia isn’t as badass as she seems and they like to torment her. Prison violence is one of the biggest problems.

Their child was the kind that had a fifty-fifty shot of ever making it out alive in the world. A tiny little two pound bundle left in a Safe Surrender hub, surrendered to the state that Amelia did a story on for Buzzblast, dragging Javi along so he could hold the little guy and give him hugs and cuddles. It prevented Failure to Thrive, as the nurses put it; and by the time they'd gotten their pictures and their quotes, Javi was almost forced to put the baby down. Javi kept going back, volunteering to hold and cuddle and sing and feed the child for months--even after he was transferred to a group home. Amelia couldn't stand to see her husband so sad, so she registered them for adoption papers for the child dubbed Bridge Carson by the system. First thing they did after they got him into their home and registered him as their child, they went to this old school fortune teller at a crappy little boutique with dried flowers in the window and a crystal ball being used as a paper weight for old tarot cards. The woman told him that green was his color.

Headcanons for javi and amelia!! Separate or together!! Whichever you like😝

Ok so here it goes-

1. Javi's writes a song for Amelia at one point. It's specially written for her. Whenever she feels sad or something, he sings it for her. Amelia convinces Javi to release the song and it becomes #1 in the leaderboard and stays that way for WEEKS.

2. Amelia decides to start a paranormal vlog channel . It becomes super-duper hit. People start recognising Amelia even when they don't recognise the famous singer Javi. But Javi ain't complaining , he loves a famous independent woman.

3. Amelia helps Javi in writing his songs.

4. Javi has occasional appearance in Amelia's channel. They are #1 couple. People are crazy about them.

5. Javelia go to skiing in every holiday.

6. They buy same sweaters every Christmas and wears them together.

7. Javi buys flowers for Amelia if he needs to convince her for something.

Okay so, as a singer and me loving Amelia + the musical Javi has always made me have the “she is secretly great singer” headcanon.

Javelia proposal headcanon. (Sorry, I forgot to post this😫)

So, I've had a chat with two of my friends @skyland2703 and @dazzlingkm and we've decided that I should make this for Javelia to top up the Wedding headcanon they made. Soooooo, enjoy!!

Javi obviously gets nervous and decides to confide in Zayto, Aiyon and Ollie.

Obviously, that ends with Ollie and Aiyon arguing on what kind of ring Javi should get for Amelia. Zayto, then saves the day, by suggesting that he should get her a ring that says...Amelia.

At sunset, Javi takes Amelia to a waterfall just outside of Pine Ridge, where they arrive to see flowers and pictures layed out in a big heart.

Amelia looks at the photos and realizes that those are photos of her and Javi, the funny ones, the sweet ones, the romantic ones...

Then she turns around and sees Javi smiling at her. He begins to tell her about how much he loves her, and all the adventures they've been on together. He tells her about all the things that make her special.

Amelia thought it was just a date, up until she saw Javi go on one knee, and she begins to sob happily.

He pulls out a box, and opens it to reveal a beautiful ring with a pink and purple diamond on it.

When he asks if she would be his wife, she says nothing....... And then kisses him with everything she has.

Amelia smiled into their kiss as she felt Javi putting the ring on her finger.

All their friends and family come out of their hiding spots with cameras in their hands, revealing that they had been taking videos and pictures this whole time.

Warden Garcia and Rina come up to them, and the warden tells Amelia that he noticed how happy Javi had been being with her, so he tells her that he approve of them being together (let's be honest, the warden probably wouldn't have been happy with his son being with a rule breaking ghost hunter😁)

Izzy comes up to her brother and tells him how happy that she is with him finally proposing to Amelia. The boys come up to him and tell him how proud they are.

Meanwhile, Tarrick and Santaura have been watching this happening from the distance, happy to see that their daughter is happy.

May I request some Javelia headcanons, now that Cosmic Fury is out?

This became a “how Javi and Amelia got together after Cosmic Fury: Sky’s headcanons, a List”, somehow, and I’m not even sorry for it—

During Cosmic Fury, in the days when they were stranded on Erridus, to spend time and to keep them occupied, Amelia asked Javi to teach her guitar. That’s how she knew how to play, when they went masquerading as meat chrome. Neither felt it, at the time, but that’s where Amelia started developing feelings for him.

That and when he sacrificed his arm, and offered to go through it all AGAIN, when it came to save the universe. Single handedly, (pun intended—) Javi’s stature increased in her eyes~

Javi had been in love with Amelia, for almost two years, but in cosmic, he learns that the infatuation he had for her was indeed pointless. That was right around when he lost his arm, but the feelings come back, hitting him like a bulldozer, when he sees this side of Amelia, the leader, the one, who, although emotionally a wreck herself, is holding herself together for the sake of their team. Javi falls in love with her all over again, but this time, it’s so much more.

Of course, they’re both mature adults NOW who know it’s not okay to act on their feelings. When Amelia actually confesses, he tells her that she should re-check her feelings after they get Ollie back. If they’re real, the feelings are gonna be there even after Ollie comes back.

Amelia never tells this to Javi, but the six months she had with Ollie, they realised they weren’t the best compatible. The two of them were trying to save their relationship, trying to do everything necessary to —involving, but not restricted to getting new haircuts together— but the Zedd Crisis (that’s what they start calling it afterwards) served as the final blow to the relationship. Amelia wanted things to work out with Ollie, but deep down, the both of them knew there was just… something that didn’t click.

They tried again after the Zedd Crisis, but something seemed even more wrong than before, now…

In the meantime, Javi quit working at Buzzblast, after the Zedd Crisis. He starts paying full attention to his music. Amelia, who had initially thought her feelings for him would go away, starts missing him. Missing him, that’s as bad as heartache.

She finds herself humming his songs, she finds herself gazing longingly at the now empty desk in front of her, hoping he would walk in, plop in on the seat, put his feet up, and say something so dumb it would make her laugh— only she wasn’t sure she would laugh anymore. She feel sure she would blush.

I’m gonna rush this bit without drama- she and Ollie talked about this, and decided to end things, realising their loves lie in different people, Javi and Aiyon respectively— and she finally confesses to Javi. (Fic? Yes.)

And ah yes, true love’s kiss. This one has an entire story of it’s own.

After Cosmic Fury, sometimes, oftentimes, Javi, when he got overwhelmed with people, with his own life, with having to deal with his prosthetics, would teleport to Erridus. They had bad memories associated with this planet, but it had had such beautiful nights, and such peaceful moments, that Javi didn’t even realised how this place became his place—A place he knew nobody could reach him, a place where he could be alone, and at peace.

He didn't know how Amelia found out about the spot, but she did. She somehow found him out, and she confessed to him there itself, in the desert, under the stars. :3

It became their spot... their little uninhabited planet, someplace only they knew of, a new hideaway. It was a lot more relaxed and easy to be here now that there was an easy way home.

Javi moved out as his music career took off, and he was able to afford an apartment near the studio he worked at, mostly to save the commutation charges, and to get away from his dad, who was still a little bit, if not a lot, annoying about his career choice.

Amelia moved in with Javi very soon after, Pop Pop now living with Tarrick and Santaura, and not being completely dependent on his granddaughter.

They really like living together. They’re both very weird. Amelia likes the taste of the weirdest stuff, and Javi is more than happy to make it for her, even if he will NEVER take a bite of it himself (re: flargon cake), he’s MESSY, and she tries to teach him to clean up after himself, sheet music EVERYWHERE, but then realises there’s no point. They make an arrangement: Javi makes all the messes in one room, lets Amelia keep the other rooms of the apartment clean. They share the rent, they go out to get groceries together, they have a lot of sappy cute spicy and happy time together.

So yeah~ bottom line, THEY ARE TOGETHER. THEY ARE HAPPY. The most beautiful ending to cosmic fury~

And yes. Yes they’re still rangers together.

+ Bonus:

Javi NeVeR called Amelia “Jones” in cosmic fury, as almost everyone else on the team does~ my fave Javelia headcanon remains that Javi’s favorite endearment for Amelia is STILL “boss”. He never actually changed that, because he low-key loves to say that. She might not be his boss at Buzzblast anymore, but she TECHNICALLY is, when they’re rangers~

Where did the Javelia mpreg come from. This is not a question, this is a DIRECT ORDER bc it scares me that much.

It was a request for an AU headcanon prompt that I happen to be very well versed in when in comes to the speculation aspect. @skyland2703 quite likes the idea of a Billy/Skull AU I've been tinkering with for the better part of two years, so I thought I'd share the love with her favorites. The fact that Amelia is canonically part of an alien race that doesn't have much background other than inter-planetary genocide and mind reading certainly helps. And Javi just being so very soft and patient and such a good boy puts a target on his back for me to make him suffer.

Plus, both of us fully believe that Javi and Amelia are horny and stupid a lot of the time, which means that something incredibly AVOIDABLE and dangerous is, like, 80% inevitable.

At the very least, I am of the omegaverse/alien baby/wish baby/magic baby camp that prefers to give the infant an exit point that doesn't involve more of a more disgusting waste highway. Just more pain for the gestating parent~

Javelia: Due to your massive influence in art and headcanons and just the general scene that you've painted in my mind about them and what could have been if the producers and directors weren't cowards, I have quite the rotating meat sack of a soft spot for them.

Truly, they should have ended their series as a couple and would have made one hell of a nice pair to look at. Red and Black...when it's not BroTP, it's really rare. And they fit.

Ollaiyon: I tend to go back and forth on them depending on the season. In Dino Fury, I would have been totally okay if they ended up as just roommates, or there was an underhanded remark or hint at them banging on the side. In the aftermath of Cosmic Fury, I would very much appreciate them being each other's snuggle buddy as well as mutual rebound that could actually reasonable make it through into being actually good couple material. I do not like the idea of Aiyon with Zayto (way too much of a broken bridge for that) and Ollie and Amelia are BAD FOR EACH OTHER.

I'm also okay with them being basically the Gimli/Legolas of Power Rangers. All the hints are there, but the author/director, will never say a word.

Fizzy: You'd think since they were actually a canon queer ship I would get more than one bingo out of them, yet because they ARE CONFIRMED CANON I am also weirdly not that in to them? Like, if Izzy was given the opportunity to shine a light proper in Cosmic Fury and Fern got...more in general...I think I would be more inclined to lean in. But they are so...aggressively inoffensive...that they're just this side of kind of boring. They're the Disney's WISH of Power Rangers.

Good morning this is a lovely thing to find in my ask box first thing when I wake up~ so I initially headcanoned that Javelia got a dog named mocha, and I wrote a fic on that. Now I’m considering to change it completely to the dinosaur named waffles IN MY HEAD.

Let’s see:

When Chiley come to take Waffles back to their dimension, Amelia is SOOOOOOO SAD. She doesn’t wanna let baby waffles go but Riley is like 😡 so she ultimately lets him go.

But waffles doesn’t wanna leave them and soooooooo *cue confetti* he jumps through the portal once again to disappear into nothingness. Amelia and Riley panic and Chase and Javi give them the “I told you so” look. Then they split up into groups to look for the baby Dino in whatever channels the wormhole leads to. It’s so chaotic and ultimately they don’t find Waffles ANYWHERE.

Finally, they’re tired, they’re sick of searching everywhere, so you have Javi inviting chase and Riley back home for some hot cocoa and marshmallows or whatever and the second they switch on the lights of the kitchen they find baby waffles eating a bunch of marshmallows from the tin. (How had he managed to open the tin you may ask? Let’s just say there was a very big hole in the top of it)

Amelia almost screamed, Riley almost had a panic attack, Chase and Javi were So HAPPY.

They decide to let baby waffles stay with Javelia. Chase promises he will handle Kendall’s ✨wrath✨ and WELP

So now Javelia are the proud parents of a little Stegouros. Waffles’s mom has been taught a way to Javelia’s place and she’s not pretty huge herself so yeah she visits from time to time. Waffles also knows his way around from one dimension to another— you’d think it’s hard to travel inter dimensionally, but seriously, how hard can it be if you’ve got me. FUcKiNg. Inter dimensional SUBWAYS.

Either way. They also visit the DC dimension when they need to visit the dinosaur vet. Everyone around them just casually knows they have a dinosaur, but somehow they haven’t been reported to the govt. authorities yet. It’s rangerverse, everything is weird.

And like you said, there is DEFINITELY a ranger-Instagram. (Gridstagram???) and you need your Morphin Grid Link to make an account (works for deactivated powers too. If you’re in Gosei’s database, you’re gonna get an account XD) best way for rangers to keep interacting.

Aiyon has a food blog on there, Javi and Amelia— while having their own accounts, also have a Baby Waffles page. Izzy and Fern have a sports page and Ollie has a tech page WHICH often collabs with Aiyon’s page where they just blow shit up in the kitchen.

Anyway so I think I strayed from the main point but They wuv their lil baby dino SO MUCH despite all the chaos he creates

And uh… he also brings them together when they break up angstily <3

You didn’t mention character— SO I CLAIM FOR JAVELIA?!!! :3

1) toothbrushes. Amelia has a pink colored toothbrush permanently installed in the Garcia’s house. And in Javi’s apartment once he moves out. This goes on from before they start dating, because for some reason or the other, Amelia is almost always crashing at his place. Be it for finishing up Buzzblast stuff, or just watching movies or blanket forts or ranger things~

Vice versa for Javi, he’s got one installed at Amelia’s place. One day pop pop asked whose toothbrush the other one was, and Amelia was like “take a guess”.

It works out rather nicely after they actually start dating though 👀

Assorted OTP Questions: Javelia Edition

Who is more likely to make an impulsive decision and who is the voice of reason?

Hahaha I've got about a MILLION overly specific headcanons... try not to pass out.

Who is more likely to make an impulsive decision and who is the voice of reason? Amelia makes the impulsive decisions. She's acting without thinking most of the time. And that lands her up in trouble more often than not. Believe it or not, Javi is the voice of reason (although he’s had his own share of insane decisions, but in comparison, he’s better off.) He’s never stolen a car, wrecked it, left it in the snow and hidden in a church while trying to avoid arrest— or at least he didn’t do it out of his own reasoning. He’d have tried to avoid it. Amelia is really REALLY the type who would pull the trigger first and think of implications later.

Which member steels burrows the other ones clothing? Both of them!! Their closets are one and the same, they even go shopping together. And their sizes are roughly the same, Javi being only a liiiiittle bigger than her. So they frequently exchange each other’s clothes. It depends on whose house they’re staying over at. They do have preferences. Amelia had a light pink hoodie with a galaxy print and cute clouds, that Javi hijacked the first week they started dating and now she calls it Javi’s hoodie. Javi thinks she looks absolutely stunning in his leather jackets and offers to do her eye make-up to make it go with the leather jacket— and he dies minutes later because her brown eyes highlighted by his artwork are murderous. Also he’s kept a bunch of oversized shirts that he thinks look cute on him, even though they’re oversized on him too. When she’s wearing oversized shorts she’s usually bare underneath and that is… he likes that.

Who is "more loved" by the in-laws Comparatively, it’s Javi. But that’s because Javi doesn’t have a Warden Carlos Garcia to impress. Pop Pop threatened Javi once, the whole break my baby girl's heart and I'll break you deal but he was pretty happy with Javi dating her, because 1. He was too old to break anything Javi had, and 2. He knew he didn't need to. Amelia on the other hand... had some issues. Izzy's delivery of the "break my big bro's heart" line had far too much impact, especially with her growly voice and the fact that she'd just returned from javelin throw practice and was holding a spear in her hand anyway. Their mom had been really nice to Amelia though, she even offered her cookies when Amelia visited... Warden Garcia said "No." the second the idea was presented. Followed by a "I'm very disappointed in you, my boy" and a more authoritative "I demand you never see her again" which was met with Amelia taking it on her ego, and showing up at the Garcia's in the middle of the night with a shovel, drunk as fuck, and and yelling "GIVE ME YOUR SON OR I WILL TAKE YOU TO YOUR GRAVE! I HAVE MY GHOSTS BACKING ME UP"

Who is more likely to get jealous? Amelia gets jealous. She's crazy possessive. Javi gets jealous, but not as much as Amelia. More than jealous, he gets insecure, with the whole "am I not good enough" vibe, where he's just sulking in a corner like a puppy in the rain. Amelia is the jealous type and would do anything to keep her man. That's it. I'm not elaborating further.

Jack Off: Javi doesn’t jack off all that much, Amelia tops the list in this one. She’d usually wait for when Pop Pop is out of the house, and while she’d usually call Javi if she’s horny, when he’s not available due to whatever reasons, she’s more than happy to get it done herself.
