"The Mission"
A documentary that will provoke discussion and debate about the ethical implications of Christian missionary work.
The true story of how one young man’s obsession with evangelical religion proved fatal provides the shocking backbone to co-directors Jesse Moss and Amanda McBaine’s “The Mission,” a documentary that will provoke discussion and debate about the ethical implications of Christian missionary work. By interviewing friends, family, researchers, and fellow proselytizers, the film examines the…

Final Destination 3 (2006)
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Tumblr media
Hi again, I’m watching more from the same franchise! But this time, I’m heavily distracted by the distinctly Canadian setting of the Pacific National Exhibition. The Corkscrew is my favourite ride at the PNE and would never betray me like this (maybe the Coaster, I could kind of see that rickety ride falling apart).
This franchise heavily relies on foreshadowing and tense situations of dramatic irony. This instalment of franchise seems to be a bit more realized than the first two, but not quite so shocking, gory, and repetitive as the fourth one. With this one having the added grief and survivor’s guilt from the main character, I was far more taken with story and this set of students.
Watch this film if:
You have a crush on Mary Elizabeth Winstead (luv u mary 🫶🏻)
Rollercoasters don’t scare you, but tanning beds do
Similar titles:
Escape Room (2019) (everything is planned, death is inevitable)

Tucker & Dale vs. Evil (2010)
This is a Movie Health Community evaluation. It is intended to inform people of potential health hazards in movies and does not reflect the quality of the film itself. The information presented here has not been reviewed by any medical professionals.
Tucker & Dale vs. Evil has brief use of spinning-style emergency vehicle lights in one brief scene at night, and another one in bright daylight.
Handheld cameras are used frequently. One brief scene shows the point of view of someone swinging upside down.
Flashing Lights: 2/10. Motion Sickness: 4/10.
TRIGGER WARNING: This film is excessively bloody and gory. One character commits an act of sexual assault. A misunderstanding leads people to wrongly believe that deaths by suicide are happening.
NOTE: Our evaluation of Haunted Mansion is now available on our Patreon page at Patreon.com/MovieHealth, and will be available on this page on Tuesday, August 1.

I know I'm a little late in this but I just finished Ghost Wars on Netflix. Yes, it was enjoyable overall but it was kind of boring and a waste of potential either.
Nevertheless, I found a new pairing guys. Does anyone ship Roman with Norm or is it just me? I detected some enemies to lovers with true love repressed kind of stuff. It's too bad they decided to turn Norm into a dumbass villain.
Anyway, I call this ship Romanorm. Anyone?

spooky tuesday is a (now not so new!) podcast where we’re breaking down all of our favorite slashers, thrillers, monster movies and black comedies on the new scariest day of the week.
is there anything more beautiful than two boy besties who would go to the ends of the earth for each other and maybe also share lil goodnight smoochies? in tucker & dale vs. evil (2010), the two titular BFFs are pretty much the pinnacle of non-toxic masculinity — even when one of them does a little mild gaslighting to the other. for the most part, though, they’re for real ride or die, and they gas each other up and root each other on when a series of miscommunications has them facing off against a group of college kids. on a new spooky tuesday, we’re talking about how a little beer can fix everything as we cover all the CLEAR references to movies like final destination 3 and bodies bodies bodies.
give spooky tuesday a listen on apple podcasts, spotify, iheart radio, or stitcher
