“HENRi” (2012)
Wednesday, December 5, 2015 (00:45)
JEFELEN announced the act of having been an Associate Producer for this audacious independent project almost two years ago, but was unable to directly present the actual movie itself at that particular juncture... which can now otherwise be gladly exhibited here for your consideration:

And, of course, there's the obligatory "Making Of" documentary... which some might even go so far as to argue is more dramatically-charged than the movie itself:

You can watch this in its entirety on the DVD or Blu-Ray, which remain available for purchase (along with other associated merchandise) through the official website:

As an update of some noteworthiness, the latter of the two digital distribution models listed above has actually gone so far as to formally elect this movie as promotional material for their own website! High praise, indeed.
Here's a snippet from the "Making Of" documentary they're hosting:

With one final installment, which focuses on the expert contribution of Clark, of Schaffer Studios™, who personally oversaw the practical effects of the production:

Thus bringing us back to Robert's initial observation...

"I Dream Electric" was an official promotional music video comprised of footage repackaged from the movie:

"Everything Speaks", the song used for the video, is by Canadian artist Diamond Rings (a.k.a. John O'Regan), taken from the album "Free Dimensional", and is available for digital download through the following commercial platforms:

And in keeping with the theme of musical accompaniment, the hauntingly evocative score for the movie was provided by Kevin Riepl:

I should like to add that the talented creative behind the gloriously '70s-influenced promotional poster was Craig Sellars, who has gone on to forge quite the impressive career as a freelance concept artist and production designer over the past twenty years.

I should also like to mention that this poster remains available to purchase through the Redbubble™ print-on-demand marketplace, for collectors of the like:
http://www.redbubble.com/.../HENRi-Poster.../8695945.G7H47
Conversely, it can be ordered as a canvas print:

There's even an aluminium metal print available:

All look fantastic, and would surely take pride of place on your wall as a display piece, should you elect to adorn it thusly.

HENRi is an epic new sci-fi short film starring Keir Dullea (2001: A Space Odyssey) and Margot Kidder (Superman). Kickstarter funded, and two years in the making, HENRi tells the story of a derelict spaceship that becomes self-aware and builds itself a mechanical body in order to feel alive. Utilizing a mixture of quarter-scale miniatures, in-camera effects, and computer animation, HENRi is a completely unique and visually stunning short film.
