FLORENCE BEING SO SASSY

literally giggling at fans during the panel when Olivia was asked about the Shia and Florence controversy

this man did not answer a single question and he knows it (louis was spot on when he said “you do talk some shit in interviews” lmao)

OLIVIA WAS IGNORED ON THE RED CARPET

Harry and Florence both went out of their way to hug everyone except Olivia, walking right past her. Neither of them talked to her, barely even looking at her

Harry stuck with talking to Gemma again, and flirting talking with Nick Kroll

When taking a picture with the whole cast, Harry’s as asked to stand next to Olivia and he refused. In this moment he also walked straight past her to fist bump Nick Kroll.

As they sat down for the movie she kept looking over trying to get Harry’s attention but he just stared straight forward or talked to Gemma

When the movie was over people only clapped for the actors, and all the actors were facing away from her and laughing with each other

Similar to Harry, Florence refused to make eye contact with Olivia when the movie audience was applauding her

THE CLAPPING AFTER THE MOVIE WAS CUT SHORT BECAUSE FLORENCE LEFT

After about 3 minutes of clapping Florence started leaving and the rest of the cast followed. That’s a statement if I’ve ever seen one.

OLIVIA AND THE MOVIE ARE BEING EATEN ALIVE IN REVIEWS RIGHT NOW

Florence is praised for her performance, taking a bad movie and giving it her all

Harry is said to be sort of lost in the movie, not with terrible acting, just outshined by Florence’s performance. And yet it apparently still reads as a fan edit of Harry

The sex scenes that were so hyped up are supposedly very uncomfortable

So in conclusion the premiere was awkward and kind of a train wreck, as is the movie according to reviews. The actors in the movie showed up, slayed with the outfits, laughed with each other, didn’t answer a single question, not-so-subtly shaded Olivia and left.

Vauld, el prestamista de criptomonedas, congela retiros de su plataforma

Vauld, una empresa prestamista de criptomonedas  respaldada por Coinbase Inc., anunció que congelaría los retiros de su plataforma y contrató a un grupo de asesores para explorar una potencial reestructuración, uniéndose de esta forma a compañías rivales como Celsius Network y Babel Finance, que tomaron esta última medida desesperada para sobrevivir en las actuales condiciones adversas del mercado.

La compañía con sede central en Singapur contrató a Kroll  como asesor financiero y a Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas  junto a Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP  como asesores legales, según anunció en una publicación oficial este lunes 4 de julio su director ejecutivo Darshan Bathija. Todos los retiros, operaciones de trading  y depósitos en la plataforma han sido suspendidos.

Esta medida tomada por Vauld es llevada a cabo en menos de tres semanas desde que la compañía asegurara que estaba procesando retiros “como siempre los habían efectuado y que continuarían haciéndolo en el futuro”. El cambio drástico llegó bien rápido con el descenso acelerado de los precios en el sector que llevaron a firmas como Celsius a tomar medidad y a fondos como 3AC a la bancarrota.

Al poco tiempo de haber hecho ese intento por calmar a sus clientes, Vauld anunció planes de recortar el 30% de su fuerza laboral. El mercado de las criptomonedas mostró una reacción neutral a el último anuncio de esta empresa, con Bitcoin comercializándose a un 1.3% más bajo, en los $19,180 a las 10:30 am GMT. La compañía se encuentra actualmente en conversaciones con potenciales inversores.

La mayor de las criptodivisas se ha visto derrumbarse su precio en más de un 70% desde el pico experimentado en noviembre de 2021. Fundada en 2018 por Bathija y Sanju Kurian, Vauld se encarga de brindar productos de préstamos y depósitos en activos criptográficos. Recaudó $25 millones en una ronda de financiación liderada el pasado julio por Valar Ventures  la cual es dirigida por Peter Thiel.

Bathija comentó en una publicación hecha este lunes que Vauld se encuentra “en exceso” por $197.7 millones en retiros por parte de sus clientes desde el 12 de junio ha medida que las condiciones del mercado se han ido deteriorando. Su director ejecutivo declaró en mayo al diario BusinessLine, que deseaban aumentar los activos bajo gestión  a $5 mil millones tomando como partida mil millones.

En la actualidad, la compañía tiene planes de aplicar para una moratoria con las cortes de Singapur, los cual consideran que “les permitirá un momento de respiro para conducir el ejercicio de reestructuración propuesto” de acorde a las palabras de Bathija. Vauld llevará a cabo “arreglos específicos” para depósitos de clientes que necesiten cumplir con liquidaciones de préstamos colateralizados, según aclararon.
