I think it's time for the Kuro Academy...

You watch hours of anime: season 1, season 2, all the OVAs (in order), and every musical (and even the damn movie). You watch them AGAIN dubbed, just so you can squeeze further essence and meaning from the intersection of two languages and interpretations.

You have read every chapter of the manga in original Japanese (with your piss poor translation skills, but you try.) You put in the time. You read the scanlations, and support and reblog out the important tidbits, which you saw days earliers as the spoilers rolled in.

You make elaborate red yarn line connections from characters to characters, sussing out the meaning in their relationships. You have squeezed out text anaylsis of every major character, and contributed to wikis.

You maintain a detailed and voluminous folder of fan art, chategorized by color, by ship, and cross categorized by chronology. You develop and debate theories with others, loudly, citing volume and number. You hunt fanboards. Your Tumblr is devoted to a single fandom.

You cosplay.

You have figures.

You have autographs

You have become a god among kuroshitsuji academia.

And yet, despite the effort and time you have spent knowing all there is to know....you still have to do your microbiology homework for tomorrow for a job you think you'll maybe need someday with a passion you don't have. Reality sinks in---kurotshituji is not an accreddited course.

But it should be. Oh yes, it should.
