Do u have a favorite OTP/OT3?

Hmmmmm, depends on a fandom tbh – I'm usually a multishipper and it's pretty hard to me to pick favourites... But let's ponder that a little:

Definitely NeroV. I like a lot of DMC ships, but that was the one, that really got me into it. Plus I think they really fit each other. 💜

Otasune, sweet Arceus, Otasune! While I'm not against other ships with these two, I personally ship Solid Snake and Otacon only with each other. My beloved disaster husbands. T^T

Sonadow. Sonic is a fandom, where my shipping has no borders, but this one is a classic and I love their dynamics. ^^

When it comes to KH I'm team "fuck it, we ball!"... But lately I've gotten really fond of Luxord/Vexen. Unfortunately, so far I'm the only author on AO3, who's writing for them. XD Also, Larxene/Aqua, I think they're neat. ^^

I absolutely adore Tifa/Aerith, they're so cuuuuuuute! 💜

In BNHA I'm strong DabiHawks shipper, but I'm fine with shipping Dabi with others too (Hawks? Not so much).

I put my 82-person character list into a spreadsheet and am using a random number generator to pick duos to contemplate, and I'm having the time of my LIFE. My favorite so far: Luxord and Tifa.

Luxord is a high schooler in the older class, around 17 years old. He's a partier. Twilight Town is too small for any teens to get away with using fake IDs to access alcohol*, because everyone knows everyone. So, teens wanting to test their luck with such things take the train into the neighboring city of Radiant Garden.

Well. Luxord made the mistake of attempting to enter the bar where Tifa works. He made it past the bouncer, but unfortunately for him the bartender had a strange gut feeling and insisted on re-checking his ID. She spotted it as a fake and had his ass tossed out.

Tifa never consciously figures out where the instinct came from, but it was because she recognized him. Luxord briefly dated Axel, and is occasionally in his orbit generally, so he's shown up to the Sinclair apartment before. Tifa is likewise in Reno's orbit and has also visited his apartment. So she and Luxord crossed paths there at some point, and his distinctive white-blond hair and numerous ear piercings left an impression.

(*I am incurably Americentric so I default to assuming people need to be 21 to legally drink. Or maybe at least 18/19 in this AU, idk)

KHOC WEEK 2021 DAY V: MEMORIES

"I'm not sure why... But today I can't help but think of my mother, and how when I didn't feel well she would sit me down and run through my hair with the golden comb, sometimes for what felt like hours... How she so rarely brought out that comb for herself, but if I seemed even the slightest bit sad or sick she'd use it for me, to make me feel special... And I did, in those moments I felt like I must be even more special and beloved than the princess in her palace..."

I'm starting to think that doing a drawing of a bunch of trinkets is going to become a @khoc-week tradition for me, haha.

Memories are something very special to Saadi, largely because oftentimes it's felt like they're the only things he has. As such he's also prone to collecting trinkets and items to remind him of things. These trinkets are his treasures, and at the end if the day he wouldn't give them up for anything.

Breakdown of the items pictured above below the cut because this got long.

The golden bejeweled comb is one of two valuables his mother left him, the other being a hairpin we'll see tomorrow, and even at his most desperate, when he had nothing, he refused to sell them. They were wedding gifts from his father to his mother and she had always treasured them dearly, and now he does the same because they've come to represent his memories of her, especially the comb, which was at the heart if many special moments they shared.

And, of course, we have the pack of cards from Luxord as well, which have come to represent not only memories of their bond, but also freedom and escape from his previous difficulties.

Then, there's the journal. Saadi actually got the idea of keeping a journal from Roxas, he ran into the boy by chance one day and somehow they got to talking and Roxas mentioned his own diary. Saadi'd never really heard of such a thing before, but it stuck with him and he found himself picking up a journal the next time he dropped by a shop. He's kept up with it almost religiously ever since, recording the events of his day for later perusal, and, honestly, it just makes him feel better to know that there'll be something physical as a reminder of him even when he's gone.
