SPICER'S CAFE 🍒

A Christmas gift I made for a very special friend of mine :) Her OC, Spicer the Spinda, runs a cafe just like the Spinda from PMD2, and so I thought it would be really fun to draw some of my PMD OCs with hers! I'm very proud of it. I spent many hours on it, pretty much all of last week, and I've never drawn a piece with so many characters and a background (the background is simple but it's always a challenge for me LMAO) ^ ^

SO I HAVE THESE TWO LITTLE GUYS

MILO AND AND JAX (no relation to tadc) (I will now stop yelling)

Milo is an angel and Jax is a demon (giggles)

they are both 20 yrs old, Milo is transmasc (he/him) and "straight" (he is actually so bisexual), Jax is gay (he/it)

(runs to my notes app) (lil warning, quite a bit of their story is Jax helping Milo through his fear of his own sexuality, so yea you can guess there gonna be certain themes)

Okay so Milo is like low-key famous up in heaven (he's the son of the king of heavens "manager" I forgor the word) (ITS ADVISOR, THE KINGS TOP ADVISOR TAHTS THE WORD OMG)

so he's constantly trying to keep his public image intact..

but that starts to get harder after he's sent on a mission to deliver a message to the king of hell

down there he sees the king's son (spoiler: it's Jax) and is like " Oh shoot oh no he's hot wth why do I like this guy I'm straight wait what"

OH YEA SILLY HEAVEN LORE DROP: Being queer is totally fine up there, Milo has been out and transitioned for years, but from a young age all angel's are taught that engaging in sexual activity or having sexual thoughts is a big no no

lore drop over, back to the other lore drop :3

so for the next month or so Milo is having progressively more risqué thoughts and even dreams (woagh that's crazy) and he's getting real stressed out because I LIED MORE HEAVEN LORE: when angels start losing their "purity", small parts of their body start changing to red, ie some of the hair, eyes, any markings. SO HES ALL STRESSED CAUSE HES STRUGGLING TO HIDE THE CHANGES :((

ANYWAYS- He gets sent on another mission to hell, this time to ask if preparations for Jax's coronation have started, and gets suckered into helping. The two start getting closer~..

ONTO JAX LORE!!!!!! YIPPEE

Jax is the Prince of Hell, and has been conditioned by its asshole of a father to eventually become king since he was very young. His father would often push Jax past its limits both physically and emotionally. When he couldn't deal with this, his father decided to start just straight up abusing him. (I wanna kill, him. YES I KNOW IM IN CONTROL BUT HES IMPORTANT TO THE STORY FOR NOW 😭)

Because his mother was an incubus (she's uh- out of the picture... also incubi and succubi can be any gender so fun fact!!!) it decides to deal with his issues by whoring around (he's so silly!! <- the poor guy needs severe therapy and to get away from his dad)

One day, an angel comes to deliver a message to his father (WOAGH I WONDER WHO THAT IS!?!??! 🧐🧐) and he becomes absolutely infatuated after seeing him once (bro is down bad frfr)

as it nears time for his coronation, the same angel comes to visit to help with preparations. once again, the two start getting closer~..

NOW GENERAL STORY STUFF!!!!! I cannot thank you enough for the chance to be so soso abnormal abt my silly little guys btw

Before they get closer, Milo is like "nuh uh being friends with a demon is wrong HECK NO" (he doesn't swear :3) but eventually they start talking, Jax opens up about his daddy issues (trauma is the first conversation topic as always with these DAMN QUEERS-) <- I AM A DAMN QUEER YALL

and Jax learns what life in heaven is like (and is absolutely horrified to learn that sexuality is frowned upon)

it now has a goal to help Milo understand that his teachings were incorrect

to directly quote my notes app: One night, Milo comes back to his guest room to see it destroyed.. (While they were working, one of Jax's old boy toys wrecked it in a fit of rage over Milo getting close to Jax) As they don't have any other rooms available, Jax offers to let Milo stay in his for now. Milo accepts, then panics once he learns that Jax only has one bed. Jax doesn't see an issue, and they sleep in the same bed with a little persuasion. (THAT SOUNDS WEIRD, I PROMISE JAX ISNT A CREEP OR NOTHIN)

uhhh umm the next part is kinda- uhmmmmmmm 😳 I don't think I'm gonna say it here

anyway heres My jax who ofc gets rambled abt

he is very precious 2 me bc i originally made him as part of a relationship dynamic my bestie and i came up with

hes a lower class demon (we made a whole hierarchy) who does a lot of petty crimes, particularly theft

the more nervous he gets the more he flirts. and somehow manages to be incredibly charming!! shows no signs of nervousness, just total rizz

in his original lore, his frequent crimes landed him in trouble with the demon king & then he essentially seduced the king and they started dating :)

thats still technically canon except my friend doesnt rlly use the king anymore so. jax can have an au where that doesnt happen ig

he LOVES human food, hes constantly asking for things like slushies and twinkies

hes a very needy bf lmao

he cannot/does not wear socks or shoes bc hes got those huge clawed feet

his design is Mostly unchanged but with slight color changes & small additions like piercings, scars, the spiked tail thing, freckles, aAnd the dark marks on his ears, tail, and under his eyes. i also made his feet more like his hands (not pictured)

11. How does your PC show affection?

jax buys things for the people he cares about. he covers the tab when they're out eating together, or he gets a dumb little trinket at a gift shop he thinks they might like. food and drink also count as his love language, so it's no wonder he used to own a bar. he also likes giving people nicknames and the like when he likes them: kid for cody, vic for victor, max for maxin, etc

felix is very tactile with his people! he used to nudge taber's foot with his and gently shouldercheck her when they lived in the lamburn estate still, and nowadays he's all hugs and holding hands and leaning against her while they're sitting on the couch together. he also goes out of his way to remember things, such as appointment times, favourite dishes, and anniversaries that don't necessarily have to do with him

16. What scents do you associate with your PC?

jax smells like a nighttime autumn drive to me. the cool and crisp air, the gasoline, the rot from fallen leaves, the dust from a back road. alternatively, he Would smell like a bar lmao. not overpoweringly smelling like alcohol though

i hadn't actually thought of a scent to associate with felix before! if i had to pick one though, i think i'd give him hot cocoa. warm, comforting, sweet... yeah, i like that

The gates worked the same as far as procedure though and once Lais introduced C.J. and told them of their intentions they were taken up some stairs and into the tower. There were a few small rooms, mostly bunkers it looked like to Maxine, where guards could take quick rests during long shifts. The four were shuffled into an office with a small metal desk and a few chairs, weapons hung on the wall next to some childish artwork. It reminded Maxine of the way her parents would hang up old family portraits and her artwork from school right next to their weapons.

CJ had gladly welcomed Jonas and Samantha into his room, which was the size of a small house when he had found them at his door. He’d been slightly confused by their hurried entrance and the way Jonas quickly closed the door behind him before listening for something for a few seconds afterward, but he was used to being slightly confused by things that humans, even Devlin humans, did. 

Satisfying from God of Smoke (I had to go digging for this one and I'm still kind of cheating oops)

“We can’t just not check in, they’ll think something happened to us, and the last thing Command needs is to worry about sending a team out looking for us,” Ana continued to protest.  “I never said we wouldn’t check in,” Jax sighed. “And you can’t talk to me that way you know, we aren’t friends here, I’m your leader, you need to be more respectful. Just accept that I’m making the decisions and my decision is to stay here until I satisfy my curiosity about these people.”

Earlier Haruko was confronted by one of her students and decides to meet the student at the pool of the school. However she was think of going to the pool later which is why she had a swimsuit with her until the time was right. She also notices Jax was at the school, monitoring her and anticipated that he would try to follow her to stop whatever she's planning. Jax stumbles upon Haruko who was changing out of her normal clothing into her swimsuit, making Jax question what she is doing now. Haruko did noticed earlier that he had his eyes on her "pregnant" belly earlier and asks Jax to help her with her clothing with the possibility of letting him rub her belly.

Unusual? Nope. but he is terrified of commitment and being outcasted by the rest of the angels...

18. How easy is it to become their enemy?

difficult. he's a very nice person, but harming the people close to him, especially Jax, will lead him to harbor heavy resentment towards the person. (stares at Jax's father)

19. How easy is it to become their friend?

Very easy!! He's outgoing and friendly, but it's a little harder if the person is a demon. He still getting over his bias against them, but Jax is helping him :3

20. If they found a sword in a stone, would they try to pull it out? How would they react to being able to pull it out or not?

he would try once, fail, and give up. He's not very strong, and would probably end up hurting himself by accident while trying-
