Okay so I have always felt that Gabe is on the asexual spectrum, specifically demisexual and/or aceflux

In other words, I think that he has little to no sexual attraction to someone he hasn’t formed a bond with. For the aceflux part, I think that he has some periods of times where he feels no sexual attraction at all and has a very low sex drive and other times where he has to go at it at least 3 times a day (and obviously times where he’s in between the two)

So, some years are easier than others and sometimes he can go for months without having to jerk off or have sex but I’m going to be talking about a month where he has a pretty high sex drive

HERE COMES THE JUDGE "When Judge Tanya Chutkan presides over the new criminal case against Donald Trump, it won’t be her first time tangling with the former president and his lawyers.

In fact, the U.S. district court judge already dealt the ex-president one of the most significant legal blows of his lifetime, triggering perhaps the greatest deluge of evidence about his bid to subvert the 2020 election — a scheme for which he now stands charged with serious crimes.

The Obama-appointed jurist ruled in fall 2021 that the House Jan. 6 select committee could access reams of Trump’s White House files — a ruling that was subsequently upheld by an appeals court and left undisturbed by the Supreme Court. That evidence — call logs, memos, internal strategy papers and more from the desks of Trump’s most trusted advisers — became the backbone of the committee’s evidence and shaped much of the public’s understanding of his effort to seize a second term he didn’t win.

Much of that evidence resurfaced Tuesday in special counsel Jack Smith’s four-count indictment of Trump, which referenced call logs and White House records that were already familiar to Americans who tracked the Jan. 6 committee proceedings. Chutkan was randomly selected Tuesday to preside over Trump’s latest criminal case, his third in the last four months.

“Presidents are not kings, and Plaintiff is not President,” Chutkan wrote in her 2-year-old ruling, a rebuke that is sure to echo as she prepares to preside over the newest criminal case against the current GOP frontrunner for the presidential nomination in 2024.

Chutkan, 61, was born in Kingston, Jamaica, and came to the U.S. for college as a teenager, attending George Washington University and then law school at the University of Pennsylvania. She spent more than a decade as a public defender in Washington, D.C. She later worked for the law firm Boies Schiller & Flexner before being confirmed as a federal trial judge in Washington in 2014.

Chutkan has avoided some of the most pointed criticisms of Trump that some of her colleagues on the federal bench in D.C. have delivered as they’ve sentenced defendants who participated in the Jan. 6 mob that attacked the Capitol as part of Trump’s bid to remain in power. Judge Reggie Walton has called Trump a “charlatan.” Judge Amit Mehta has said Jan. 6 defendants were “pawns” of Trump and his allies. Judge Amy Berman Jackson has chastised Republicans for refusing to level with Trump about the 2020 election.

“It is not patriotism, it is not standing up for America to stand up for one man — who knows full well that he lost — instead of the Constitution he was trying to subvert,” Jackson said at a sentencing last year.

But Chutkan has delivered some of the harshest sentences to Jan. 6 defendants and made her disgust and horror over the attack clear, lamenting the prospect of renewed political violence in 2024 and noting that no one accused of orchestrating the effort to subvert the election had been held accountable.

“You have made a very good point,” she told Jan. 6 rioter Robert Palmer at his December 2021 sentencing, “that the people who exhorted you and encouraged you and rallied you to go and take action and to fight have not been charged.”

“The issue of who has or has not been charged is not before me. I don’t have any influence on that,” she said. “I have my opinions, but they are not relevant.”

But Chutkan also said that reality wasn’t a reason to go easy on those who bought into the election lies and acted upon that belief.

“The people who planned this and funded it and encouraged it haven’t been charged, but that’s not a reason for you to get a lower sentence,” she said. “I have to make it clear that the actions you engaged in cannot happen again. Every day we’re hearing about reports of antidemocratic factions of people plotting violence, the potential threat of violence, in 2024.”

Chutkan has alluded more specifically to Trump in other Jan. 6 sentences, including her first — to misdemeanor defendant Carl Mazzocco, who Chutkan said “went to the Capitol in support of one man, not in support of our country.”

During those early months of the Jan. 6 investigation, Chutkan also staked out territory that some of her colleagues were reluctant to tread: She pointedly rejected the equivalence some defendants were drawing between violence adjacent to Black Lives Matter protests and the riot at the Capitol.

One Trump-appointed judge, Trevor McFadden, had raised sharp questions about whether Jan. 6 defendants were being treated more harshly than people accused of similar conduct during the summertime violence of 2020.

“I think the U.S. attorney would have more credibility if it was even-handed in its concern about riots and mobs in this city,” McFadden said at the time.

Chutkan, while sentencing a defendant in a different case, appeared to allude to her colleague’s remark, before saying she “flatly” disagreed.

“People gathered all over the country last year to protest the violent murder by the police of an unarmed man. Some of those protesters became violent,” Chutkan said of the protests and rioting that followed George Floyd’s death. “But to compare the actions of people protesting, mostly peacefully, for civil rights, to those of a violent mob seeking to overthrow the lawfully elected government is a false equivalency and ignores a very real danger that the January 6 riot posed to the foundation of our democracy.”

Homeless and outside of society

Notes:  My friend MAC had been drugged, dumped in a dumpster. His car was stolen. His phone was in his car. This was on 9th street near the highway 99 over crossing. Poor side of Modesto .Somehow, MAC made it the 5 miles to my house. A neighbor saw MAC acting oddly in my front yard and called the police. I wasn’t home. The police left me a voice mail that MAC was at Queen Bean Coffee house. I drove there. He was near incoherent. I had bought the car that was stolen from him. A  black 2000 Ford Focus. I helped him to get a driver’s license. He was homeless. He lived in that car I think at times. He used it to help out other homeless with rides. That’s why I called it the Ark. The car had a lot of mechanical problems. In the end, it was left in front of my house for months and finally towed. MAC and I met in 2010. He lived with me in my house off and on from then until December 2014. We remain friends. He is still homeless.

So, here is part of the 6/9/2019 entry:

So, MAC was lost and wondering around until 3:30 or 4pm.

Doctor’s hospital—police in front of my house—the neighbor who called them Queen Bean Coffee House staff—all, just let MAC swing in the wind—until I showed up. My neighbor who is a nurse said “ER”., So, I drove MAC to Kaiser ER. Sheriff’s Officer, appeared. Kaiser staff treated and kept MAC. The Doctor thought  he was tweaking. MAC's symptoms were severe and extreme. Jolting of the torso. Loss of motor control. Hand control. Incoherence and confusion.

So, back to the beginning: 

6/9/2019. Sunday. 8:51pm.   

Kaiser Hospital. Here with MAC who sleeps. He may have been drugged and rolled. He had been dumped in a dumpster. His car was stolen, and his phone. Really fucked up disaster. Really, really a tragic mess. Very sad.

He was helping people. Billy and another person, slept all night in the car with MAC at the California Motel on 9th street.

June 11, 2019. Tuesday 11:29pm

Aaron’s the hero. Thought he saw MAC’s car across from the El Capitan Motel. Told us as we were headed to the California Inn looking for the car. As we waited for the police, Billy showed up . Gave MAC the car key. Billy talked about giving MAC Narco, laying MAC out on the ground, and stealing MAC’s car. When MAC told Billy the police were on the way, Billy ran. Police showed and  found Billie’s mail in MAC’s car. AMAZING.  Car was fine!  Thank God.

MAC and I talked about how Kaiser Hospital forced MAC out. He didn’t know what say to stay in the hospital. Doctors kicked him out in 2 hours saying he could care for himself. Even the Sheriff’s officer stopped returning my calls. Last night, I told him that  the car was returned. Billy was never arrested or prosecuted. The State tends not to investigate nor prosecute crimes involving only the homeless.

But, MAC and I moved through it. We did what we had to do.

Note:  By June of 2019 I had been working with the homeless for over 3 years. In the many encounters I had with the homeless during that time, some encounters also involved interactions with the police. And with medical care , including drug rehabilitation and hospital visits with the homeless. I found that when I aligned myself with the homeless, I tended to be treated like the homeless were treated. In the case of MAC getting drugged, getting his car stolen and ending up in Kaiser hospital, the sheriff officer who arrived at the hospital regarding the car theft incident, focused his investigation on me, as if I was the perpetrator. This took place as we were standing feet away where MAC was lying incoherent on a bed behind a curtain. While the officer interrogated me, the hospital staff shoved a catheter up MAC’s penus to get a sample. MAC began screaming in agony. The staff did this to see if MAC was under the influence of heoin.  I was a Kaiser member at the time, but left Kaiser as a result of that act.

Jordan Martel Named Inglasco ECHL Player of the Week for Second Time in Three Weeks

The ECHL has announced that Wheeling Nailers forward Jordan Martel has been named Inglasco ECHL Player of the Week for the week of February 5-11. Martel, 25, continued his dominance of the Reading Royals last week, as he collected points in all three victories to help the Nailers match their longest winning streak in team history at 12 games in a row. On Tuesday morning, Jordan snapped a 1-1 tie early in the third period, then added an insurance goal less than five minutes later, as Wheeling was victorious, 3-1 at Santander Arena. On Friday night, the forward delivered the primary assist on Justin Addamo's winning strike at 3:21 of overtime, as the Nailers edged the Royals, 2-1. Martel put the exclamation point on the week on Saturday night, as he netted all three of Wheeling's goals for his second hat trick of the season in a 3-0 triumph in front of the third-largest home crowd of the season. His final totals for the week were five goals, one assist, and six points, and he now has ten goals, four assists, and 14 points in six head-to-head games against Reading. The Chicoutimi, Quebec native is now tied for Wheeling's team lead with 37 points on the season, and his 24 goals place him tied for third in the ECHL. Since being acquired in a trade from Utah on December 13th, Jordan has 18 goals, eight assists, and 26 points in 24 games. The House of Representatives has expressed readiness to investigate the loss of over $60bn revenue due to alleged inflated cash calls by the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited Joint Venture Agreements. As a result, the House mandated the relevant committees to conduct a thorough probe of all the NNPCL Joint Venture operations. 3. The Rivers State House of Assembly, on Wednesday, withdrew its impeachment notice against Governor Siminalayi Fubara. The 26 lawmakers loyal to ex-governor Nyesom Wike said their decision followed the intervention of President Bola Tinubu on Monday. 4. The House of Representatives is setting up a committee to look into discrepancies in the remittances of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board into the coffers of the Federal Government. Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, Wednesday, declared Ebonyi-South and Yobe-East districts’ seats vacant. The two seats were vacated by Senators Dave Umahi and Ibrahim Geidam, following their appointments by President Bola Tinubu as ministers. 8. Police operatives attached to Ojo Division area of Lagos State, on Wednesday, December 20, arrested one Imo Lawrence and his ally, Magnus Nwonka, allegedly involved in manufacturing fake drinks in the state. It was learnt that Lawrence aged 35 and Nwonka aged 42 were in possession of fake drinks. 9. President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Wednesday urged the Senate to consider and confirm 11 nominees for appointment as Justices of the Supreme Court. President Tinubu’s letter of request was read by Senate President Godswill Akpabio. The National Judicial Council (NJC) had recommended the 11 nominees for the President’s approval to fill the vacant positions at the apex court, following the death and resignation of some justices. 10. The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) says it has not increased the registration fee for its Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) for 2024. Hunter Biden Received $4.9M From 'Sugar Brother' Hollywood Lawyer Who Paid His Taxes, Bought His Art

Most of us work hard for a living, but it seems what we really needed all along was a “sugar brother.” That seems to have worked out well for First Son Hunter Biden, who reportedly received over $4.9 million from Hollywood lawyer Kevin Morris over a three-year period, according to an IRS whistleblower.

Hunter’s BFF allegedly paid off some of Hunter’s tax bills and even bought some of his “art.” This answers the burning question I posed in January of this year:

The sums lawyer Kevin Morris revealed before the House Ways and Means Committee on Tuesday are staggering:

The revelation signifies a substantial increase in the known amount Hunter, 53, got from his so-called “sugar brother” after the men reportedly met for the first time at a December 2019 campaign fundraiser. IRS agent Joseph Ziegler shared the jaw-dropping figure and additional documentation Tuesday with the House Ways & Means Committee in a follow-up appearance as House Republicans near an expected vote to authorize an impeachment inquiry into President Biden for his alleged role in his family’s foreign dealings. Prior reporting indicated Morris paid about $2 million in tax debts for Hunter and purchased some of his novice artworks.

The Republican-controlled House committees continue to pump out damning information about President Biden, his son, and his claims that he has no knowledge of Hunter’s business activities:

IRS whistleblower Ziegler described a troubling pattern with Hunter Biden’s finances:

“Hunter appeared to follow a pattern of attempting to avoid paying taxes on relevant income. This first started with Hunter not reporting the [Ukrainian gas company] Burisma income in 2014 and allegedly falsely claiming that it was a loan to him,” Ziegler said in his opening statement. “He, again, tried to claim the millions in [Chinese] income earned from Hudson West III was a loan to him, which was refuted by the evidence and was not allowed by his tax accountants. “This continued into 2020, 2021 and 2022, in which Hunter received approximately $4.9 million in payments for personal expenses, again in the form of a loan and gift from Democratic Donor Kevin Patrick Morris.” Ziegler and the rest of his investigative unit were removed the tax fraud case targeting Hunter, allegedly on Justice Department orders, in May after Ziegler joined his supervisor Gary Shapley in publicly alleging a coverup featuring preferential treatment for the first family.

But that’s not the only fancy financial dealings made by “Amtrak Joe.” The guy who tries to sell himself as the American everyman spins a complicated web:

The red wave did not materialize in November 2022, and many were left despondent. I wrote at the time, however, that all was not lost: by holding the House, even by the slimmest of majorities, we might be able to get some accountability. House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH), House Oversight Committee James Comer (R-KY), Ways and Means Committee Chairman Jason Smith (R-MO), and others have produced more damning information than I could have ever dreamed of. 

They have exposed that President Joe Biden is corrupt and that he repeatedly lied about his connections to Hunter’s business activities. Now, if they can only hold the octogenarian, truth-challenged president to account.
