I literally cannot stress to you enough how much these people care about this game. I cannot. They apologized for making the game cost $20 instead of $15 like the original that was made in 2003 was.

god i am in awe of wolfquest. i love wolfquest. making a pretty-realistic-for-the-time educational game that helped raise a generation of wolf kids and improving and growing it over time and eventually completely remaking the game to have as much realism and features and details they could do now, but couldn't 10 years ago. they added dog packs to lost river dude

I can't stress enough that the Wolf Quest stream was FIVE HOURS. They didn't even get to the gameplay for the first hour. Normal the intro of Slimecicle streams is the most chaotic part but. It just kept becoming MORE. They got pregnant. They died. Slimecicle named his kid Wolflippa. Slimecicle almost DROWNED Wolflippa. And of course, there was WOLF LORE.

I really recommend. Well. Maybe don't watch it. It might take over your life for 5 hours. Or worse. But just...try it out. Skip to a random time and see where it leads you. Take a few minutes and get a free sample. You might walk out fundamentally changed human being.

The Wolf quest team is like well anyways here's a new DLC that only cost $10 but the map is fully functional and is bigger than all of the other maps by 30% and as a whole new entire species for you to interact with and also some probably epic ominous stuff that they hint at but do not explain. It's possible you can now like encounter humans and maybe just get shot from a distance and die if you leave the park.

When the saga is finished it will be a free upgrade for everyone, The DLCs are to help them continue funding the game and make it even more detailed than it already is and it is hilariously detailed.

So far it is only for PC, but once they have the saga finished they are going to consider making it for a mobile and consoles but they don't want to even start that until the whole thing is complete.
