quick design notes:

by default they all have "angelic" traits when they're powered up, namely wings which do allow them to fly. they also have headwings because uhhhhh they're cool

after fred died, romeo chose to alter his form to have dragon wings, horns, and frills instead of feathered wings, a halo, and headwings respectively because hes an edgelord

they also have tails bc they're cool lol

the sparkles/stars in their hair/tails/wings do glitter like actual stars appear to

after having her powers taken, xara lost her halo and main wings, the stars were lost from her hair, and she just generally became more desaturated. she lost one of her headwings while trying to escape the sunshine institute

freds tail is entirely fluffy, instead of the thin tails like everyone else

Flighteningverse Week 2023

Day 6: Old Friends

@diofasolia if you remember asking about FV!Cross's Chara, I decided on having him appear. It goes about as well as it could be expected when someone from your past, that you had ended up on opposite sides of a conflict, randomly appears. But they do eventually get along, after some time has passed.

So here's Xara(nickname for FV!X!Chara, as it's easier), and some info about him:

- He is not able to use Overwrite.

- He can take over Cross's body, but they agree on when it happens.

- He had to learn how to fly when he was in control, as he can't float like he could when following Cross around.

- He and Cross have identical wings because of their situation with them being kinda fused together.

- For a while, only Cross could see Xara(except Sanguine in the nightmares Cross or he has). But Xara eventually finds a way for himself to be seen besides controlling Cross's body.

- He and Cross were on bad terms before their universe was destroyed, but Cross does offer the olive branch of peace, and they eventually become friends. And it ends up being a beneficial thing, since the two of them can move on from what happened now.

- (Cross may have been healing from what happened to his universe and to him while in the company of Sanguine and the others, but Xara waking up had reopened old wounds. But when the two repair/form a friendly relationship, it allows the both of them to come to terms with what they've been through. It may not go away completely, but they help each other through it in the end.)

@bluepallilworld yet another new(or old, however you view it) character. This is the one I am writing a story for, but I'm not done with it, and might be done after this week is over since I'm a little stuck on the next part of the story, but it's coming.

Rating MCSM characters on cursing. Only warnings are a bunch of cursing (not aggressively btw)

Jesse: Not really much of a swear-er. I don’t see it in either Jesses. But maybe if they had a minor accident they will say a quiet “fuck”.

Olivia: Swears when she’s expressing her most. For example, “JESSE, HOLY FUCK!” and it can be interpreted any way

Axel: Part of his vocabulary. Not in an angry way. More like “Guys, you won’t fucking believe on what I just saw.”

Lukas: Mostly when he’s angry. He can curse out of no where sometimes. Sometimes he will

Petra: Part of her vocabulary, but the opposite of Axels. Her usage is like Lukas’

Ivor: Only does it for dramatic effect. 

Reuben: Oink

Radar: Curses from time to time. But any time he says “fuck” it’s likely well deserved

Aiden: Does it only to direct at people he doesn’t like

Maya: Curses whenever there’s a mild inconvenience

Gil: says curse words in an “aw man” kind of way. Like Swiper from Dora but if he can curse

Romeo: Like Aiden, only does it for dramatic effect

Xara: When she’s emotionally frustrated or something minor happens

Fred: Only cursed as his last words before his death /j

Cassie: Also does it for dramatic effect, but during the end of episode 6 she gets upset that she curses out loud

Harper: Only says it when she remembers the good times before PAMA existed

Any of the antags in Episode 8: Only when they lost to Jesse and others
