Perhaps feeling that he needs to re-establish a little machismo after the embarrassment of the Macavity fight, Alonzo tries an intimidating loom on a couple of easy targets.

Rumpelteazer folds immediately. Mungojerrie resorts to 'hey, look over there!' tactics which—actually works because Mistoffelees just whipped an enormous red sheet from the car boot and is waving it around distractingly.

Rose ; Who's more romantic?

Generally? It’s sort of 50/50 since they have different love languages.

Mungo loves finding (and stealing) gifts to impress Mistoffelees with and taking him to places around town he hasn’t been to before. 

Whereas Mistoffelees is a little more casual, sure he’ll do some tricks for mungo whenever he asks but sometimes (mostly on occasions like anniversaries) misto will try to surprise him. Most of the time Misto is more of a words of affirmations type though.

If you’re asking who’s more flirtatious then 100% mungo cheesy pick up lines but some generally sweet ones too.

Dahlia ; Do they keep secrets from each other?

Hmmm

I can see Misto unintentionally keeping secrets from mungo, Misto likes to keep his personal things to himself generally so near the start of their relationship he isn’t exactly used to opening up to someone that isn’t victoria. Over time however he does learn to trust and speak to Mungojerrie more.

However In a very specific scenario Misto seems like he’d keep mungo out of the loop on certain situations until they’re over and done with. He just doesn’t want to trouble him.

When it comes to Macavity- yea mungo keeps a lot of secrets, like Misto it’s more instinctive (at least at first) he doesn’t really talk about Macavity with anyone who wasn’t there with him and prefers to leave his past in the past. 

However if Misto tries to bring up the topic Mungo tends to shut down the conversation or just down play whatever had occurred if he went to see Mac recently. (if he even admits he did). 

It’s complicated, keeping secrets from each other is a habit they both grow out of the longer they’re together but it’s never truly done with malicious intent.

Water Lily ; Which one cares about their appearance more? Ooooo tough one

Tantomile (before they got together at least) really wanted to impress Demeter, and make a strong impression. But that’s a tad bit difficult when you have an identical twin. 

So Tant may or may not have asked Bombalurina for advice…which she was more then happy to give ofc. (Which is why tant has red lipstick) 

Dem ofc doesn't care about appearances of others that much, but Tantomile did develop a bit of a liking to pampering which eventually did get to dem. 

It became less about them wanting to have great appearances all the time and more about some morning self care (I don’t know if cats actually have makeup but like 2019 has a bunch of cats drinking milk even though they’re lactose intolerant so logic doesn’t matter) anyways they have some morning routine pampering together along with self care dates. So equal amount. 

Sunflower ; Which one would go to jail for the other?

I want to say Tantomile but Demeter will literally commit a felony and go against anyone for someone she loves (cough cough jumping fake deut). So purely because girl is the right amount of unhinged Demeter. 

Alonzoteazer

Daisy ; Which one sings while doing chores? Are they good at it?

Oooooo

Alonzo does, and fairly well but only when he thinks he’s alone and then when Rump catches him and ofc teases him about it he acts like he doesn’t know what she’s talking about until she eventually moves on.

Rump sings loud and proud, cats from outside the den could probably hear. It’s mostly nonsense she made up on the spot or related to whatever chore she’s doing. Alonzo appears neutral but he genuinely enjoys it, sometimes he’ll even hum teazers silly songs while on patrol.

Teazer tried singing a lullaby to him once it was bad but hey it cheered him up

Bluebell ; Who's more emotional?

Hmmmmmm

They’re both fairly emotional, Alonzo tries to toughen up sometimes but that crumbles quite quickly. 

As for Rump 90% of the time she’s an open book. 

I don’t have much more to say….just Alonzo finds himself opening up to Teazer quite easily since she’s good company.

Cats Prompts (nsfw-ish)

I know I said I wasn't gonna write anymore prompts today, but my productivity is random at best. I was tackled by an idea for something I wasn't going to work on, so here ya go.

This one's only slightly nsfw (prompt-wise. if you choose to write for it, you can adjust the level however much you wish lol)

I tried to do a lot of different pairings, including ones I don't really understand, so I hope they came out alright! I just wanted to futz around with some dynamics.

Now let's explore what happens when various pairings get caught boinking:

Tuggoffelees: they're boinking in a semi-public place because yep. they probably get caught by Munk. Tugger probably says hi, and they continue with their activities. However, Tugger gets a stern talking to from Munk later on.

Demestrap: Munkustrap has never, ever been caught boinking someone. he is MORTIFIED. Demeter is slightly amused by this

Alonzostrap: Idk what happens with Munk for this pairing but Alonzo is still the smug lil slinky bastard he always is

Cassalurina/Bombacass: Mostly unbothered, they just relocate and continue their activities elsewhere

Alonzoteazer/Rumplonzo: Smug bastard + cheeky bastard. run off giggling to continue elsewhere

Platoria: They're both very embarrassed, Victoria less so though. She laughs it off quicker, Plato is mortified for quite a while after.

Coricojerrie: They don't get caught. Jerrie is spontaneous, but Coricopat really, really doesn't like boinking anywhere he can get caught. Jerrie is 100% fine with this, however.

Demelurina: Demeter panics a bit, Bomba is calm and just moves them to someplace else.

Munkujerrie: They've gotten close to getting caught multiple times, but never quite really get caught. Pretty much just because Munkustrap is good at not getting caught. The close calls are funny though, because no one can quite accuse them.

Munkoffelees: They get caught a couple of times, which flusters Munkustrap. Mistoffelees, however, is unaffected.

Victeazer: They occasionally get caught, and when they do they just happily shake it off, probably running off, holding hands and giggling.

Mungoteazer: Just like with stealing, they find it amusing getting caught. I kinda just imagine its sort of a "Aw, shit Jerrie, gotta run!" then they're off lol.

Tumblepounce: Full on deer-in-the-headlights. Stopping, staring, and some sheepish laughing before they scram and continue somewhere else.

Casslonzo: Two smug bastards. Either slink off or continue right where they left off.

Tuggerlurina: Happily continue exactly where they left off. Not a care in the world. They're smug as hell. Engrages Munkustrap.

• I have a headcannon that Teazer is oblivious as shit, and the thought of Alonzo being a flirt and everything just falling flat is hilarious

Cats Ship Prompts- Mall Date

Tuggoffelees- They get food, maybe pretzels or something, and walk around eating them. They look around other shops and things, buying various accessories. Misto finds a choker, and Tugger finds new gloves and spiked items. They also find a black t-shirt with a tiger on it, which they just decide to share. They also grab some makeup (eyeliner and black lipstick)

Eleccetera- They get slushies and walk around the mall, looking at various stores. Etcetera spots a shop with boy band merch, freaks out and heads inside. Electra isn't really into boy bands, but she loves Etcetera's enthusiasm, and they buy some stuff. Electra passes a music store with metal and rock albums, and the same thing occurs.

Mungoteazer- They go through various shops, pickpocketing various small items. Alternatively, they go through shops and buy the weirdest, most chaotic things they can find.

Alonzoteazer- Teazer tries to steal things, Alonzo leaves money and apologizes.

Bombacass- They buy dresses and makeup, and they people watch

Alonzostrap- Munkustrap IMMEDIATELY finds the local office supplies store and happily stays there for hours looking at all the pens and notepads and things (not me projecting LMAO). Alonzo stays with him for a while, then goes and gets them food, which they eat on a bench outside the store when Munk is done shopping

Demestrap: They sit in a bookstore for AGES, and they leave with a TON of books

Ok so for the ship au thing Teazer and Alonzo in a fairytale au? Like one of thems a prince/princess?

OOH OK OK

Alonzo is the prince. He's next up to the throne, but doesn't like the whole "I gotta rule the kingdom" thing. He'd much rather be a knight or whatever the adjacent is to detective or something. Teazer is still a thief. But I think she's sort of like Robin Hood-she only steals from the rich, and often steals for the poor and in need.

So one day, neglecting his princely duties, Alonzo goes out to see what he can do about the crime problem in the kingdom.

He meets a cheeky thief who happily introduces herself as Teazer. She's dirty and slightly disheveled, which is a stark contrast to Alonzo, who is very clean and put together. She recognizes him as the prince, and offers for him to come with her and ditch his "high and mighty status" for a bit. He agrees, although it's only to catch some criminals (at least that's what he tells himself lol).

She runs around stealing things, with Alonzo following along, learning things about the criminals in the kingdom, and when the day is done, he returns to the palace. However, instead of reporting his findings and proving himself, he decides to keep going for another day. After all, he's just gathering more evidence....right?

This continues for a while, with Alonzo and Teazer starting to fall in love. Alonzo also starts to understand what her life is like, and that what he thought was a black and white issue wasn't so simple. The things she steals are from people who don't need them, and she gives them to people who really do need them. She also steals food for herself and others.

Then Alonzo's father finds out where he's been and demands him to spill all the info. At first, Alonzo refuses, but after his father starts to belittle him and say rude things, Alonzo tells him.

This leads to Teazer's arrest, as well as some other criminals (her friends). She rightfully feels betrayed, and Alonzo tries to reason with her, but she doesn't listen.

Alonzo steals the keys from the guards and frees all the thieves. The criminals go their separate ways, and Alonzo and Teazer run away. (They leave the kingdom so Alonzo won't get caught) Even though Alonzo is more geared towards following rules and originally wanted to catch thieves, and Teazer is the exact opposite, they figure it out. The solution winds up being that they catch morally evil criminals.

Sequel: They take down Macavity, the strongest and cruelest criminal in the new kingdom they live in.

Rumpleteazer tries to teach Alonzo how to do her and Mungojerrie's number, and/or Alonzo tries to teach Rumpleteazer how to be all boneless and slinky when she dances.

Bonus: The boneless-ness helps Teazer be more stealthy. Alonzo now has to explain to Munkustrap why Jerrie & Teazer are getting caught less.
