GSPartners.global is owned and operated by Josip Heit. Mr Heit is a seasoned Ponzi scheme perpetrator who has spent a better part of his life jumping from one country to another and tricking authorities.

At one point he lived in Germany, then Canada and in the Republic of Croatia. The purpose of Mr. Heit moving up and about is to camouflage his shady business activities and to complicate matters.

In this GSPartners.global review, we let you know that this is a ponzi scheme and a potential scam. If you have lost money here, you can recover it by going this direction.

GSPartners.global review and overview

GSPartners.global first appeared online in April 2020 (according to this tool). The criminal outfit is associated with a company called GS Chain which was incorporated in the UK in April 2021.

Previously, GS Chain was incorporated in the UK as International Tech & Fintech PLC, and it’s worth noting that the company was registered using a virtual office address.

The reason for changing the names of this company is because Mr. Heit (the owner) wanted to fly under the authorities’ radar.

The company listed Leon Filipovic as the sole director.

Mr. Filipovic appears to have a history engaging in blochain matters since 2016.

Companies where Filipovic has worked in include IFLS Corporate Services Ltd and Pameroy Group. In addition to this, there appears to be a link between these two company.

GSPartners.global and the tokens

GS Chain (which is part and parcel of GSPartners.global) used to reward affiliates with a Binance smart chain token called LSC or Last Survivor Coin.

Due to the witty nature of Mr. Heit, the company GS Chain was registered into the London Stock Exchange to give it some sort of credibility.

I want you to understand that by no means does this validate the business activities of GSPartners.global or GS Chain.

One of the promoters called Nitsa Nakos reiterates that GS Partners is currently ‘rewarding’ members who bring in new members using GSC token.

GSC is a token whose market cap and volume has never been verified. Its’ value is also pathetic. This suggests that GSC is just one of the many useless Cryptocurrencies in the market.

A shady company called Pameroy Group

Mr. Filipovic has worked at Pameroy Group as the person in charge of blockchain education and trading software.

No wonder blockchain education features on the GSPartners.global website where the company is charging between 100 USDT to 200 USDT per course.

What’s interesting about Pameroy Group is that the entity set up another shell company in Mwali, Comoros to establish their so-called Gold Standard Bank project.

GSPartners website lies that Gold Standard Bank (GSB)has a Mwali banking license.

Essentially, this means that GSPartners.global is using their Gold Standard Bank for money laundering purposes.

The bank is being used as an avenue to launder funds into and out of GS Partners ponzi schemes.

Wrapping it up

Mr. Heit is one hell of a liar. His ponzi schemes mainly target US citizens but countries like the UK are also involved.

This scammer has gone to great lengths to trick both the SEC and the FCA. These folks are basically helpless as they are unable to impose any sanctions or fines on this illegal project.

As a matter of fact, Mr. Heit also choose to dish out his bogus shares to the UK residents.

This, in our opinion, is considered securities fraud.

Artificial feeding sites can cause outbreaks in wildlife of Duck Virus Enteritis, Aspergillus, and Avian Botulism. Additionally these feeding sites can attract a parasite which causes Swimmer’s Itch in humans.

Besides recognizing these health risks and diseases, there are more reasons not to feed the ducks. Receiving food from humans results in changes in the behavior of waterfowl. The natural areas become overcrowded where feeding occurs, and the native eco-system cannot support the over-run of ducks and geese. Due to the groups and the larger numbers of ducks and geese, a health risk mounts up from excess droppings which increases the risk of disease.

Furthermore, waterfowl may even decide not to migrate, relying on the food source from humans, and are trapped by the cold winter. For those waterfowl who do not migrate, they are at risk of dying when the winter temperatures drop to -40 Celsius and below, and there is a drop in human feeders.

The adult waterfowl addicted to bread stop teaching their young how to forage in the wild. The ducklings and goslings, then know only a life of seeking food from humans, and cannot survive in a natural setting. Therefore, waterfowl who rely on humans for food will cluster around human outdoor activities in parks, humans and parking lots without knowledge of domestic animals such as dogs and cats and vehicles on roadways.

Additionally relying on handouts of bread leads to severe duckling and gosling mal-nourishment as bread does not have the necessary nutrients to stave off disease or support a healthy body.

“Wild animals who get used to a handout will often take the easy route despite ample natural foods being available – even in urban areas,” says Dr. Sara Dubois, chief scientific officer for the BC SPCA. “Although it might seem harmless and cute to feed a squirrel on a park bench or ducks at the local pond, these activities can lead to increased habituation.”

“Habituated wild animals are also more susceptible to predators and vehicle collisions, as they lose their fear of people and the associated flight response.”BC SPCA

Foods that should never be fed to ducks include:

Bread

Chips

Crackers

Popcorn

Biscuits

Sugary food including sweets and chocolates

Cereal

Sweets

Mouldy food

Over-wintering waterfowl in the region of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan may, as an exception, include Greater White-fronted Goose, Ring-necked Duck, Pied-billed Grebe, Greater Scaup, Snow Goose, Horned Grebe, Eared Grebe, Gadwall, American Wigeon, Northern Pintail, Green-winged Teal, Lesser Scaup, Bufflehead, Red-necked Grebe, Sora, American Coot, Canada Goose, Mallard, Blue-winged Teal, Northern Shoveler, Canvasback, Redhead, and Ruddy Duck. If you are patient and still and happen to recognize these waterfowl, please do not feed them. Especially not in or near an off leash recreation area. The waterfowl of Chappel Marsh – the West Swale Wetlands – should not be habituated to humans. They should rely on their natural insticts to not approach humans.

ifl i see people annoyed that the statue scene is the one where adrien started seeing marinette differently and to each their own bc its perfectly fine to want different outcomes but i tend to see people say it represents how ‘he loves her no matter how cringe she is’ but for me the way i see it the statue scene made him start to realize he Felt things for marinette bc she was literally IN HIS FACE with her lips and like his heart probably started racing and imo he jumped bc he realized he probably SHOULDN’T let marinette kiss him bc that wouldn’t be fully consensual on her part…? sorry if this is like off topic but like. with how biased some of the videos seem towards Dream and his plays I can’t help but wonder if they’re biased towards other ccs too, and because we aren’t also fans of these other ccs/the ccs don’t have as many fans- no one’s noticed yet.

- im pretty indifferent towards fruit. scar seems really nice tho i forgot he was on this team like a second ago but i can’t pretend i’ve watched his content and am invested in his victory. i hope he does okay tho <3 like tubbo loves him n i thought that was really sweet

5. lime

- i did not expect to put this team here. but u know what. they’re a little TOO statistically overpowered for a canon event so it’s like… hm. and like yeah i like krtzyy and i think he’s due for a win but i won’t be shedding tears if they don’t get it done. also they will def be voting and campaigning for build mart which i understand but by principle i cannot root for that

6. purple

- illumina my beloved <3 but i don’t care about the rest of these guys enough to want them to win… i want them to do well tho ^_^ if dream doesn’t get first i in all honesty would rather see illumina get first (individual) than anyone else and if he’s not against yellow in dodgebolt i will probably root for him unless a team ifl deserves it more is also in dodgebolt

7. orange

- i like this team a lot but orange winning would prob mean dream didn’t win SoT and that’s simply unacceptable. No one is allowed to beat dream at SoT i have to wish on ur downfall Slightly

8. blue

- sapnap has enough wins like he has nothing to prove anymore he can just place well and sylvee and foolish can do well and be proud of themselves but im not exactly dying for them to win Sorry

9. cyan

- the redditors would LOSE their shit also Women ^_^ and jojo deserves to be taken more seriously and credited for how cracked she is

i think in mcc red rabbits battle box all of them were right about some stuff and wrong about some stuff (ultimately it doesn’t matter and isn’t like any major flaw on any of their parts bc it was a live event they played in front of hundreds of thousands and they r all best friends) but the one who was the most correct was george and the least correct was bbh and this was mostly because of the leaf staircase he made and defended making in round 8 of battle box

not because it was necessarily wrong to make a leaf staircase but upon review it was so unnecessary especially because they were getting wooled every round so time was very much of the essence and even if someone had gotten knocked off it would’ve been faster for them to partially leaf block back up the four block high platform with ladders at the sides (it could be hard to understand if u don’t see it visually) and the likelihood of dream sapnap and george three of the best pvpers in the event needing a well constructed staircase to get back up faster than they would’ve on their own was low like it might have been a good idea on another team that was at less risk of getting wooled with players less capable of maneuvering around but not… dream team

also ifl watching this vod bbh is like. its hard to tell bc he’s always so like. Not cursing. so its harder to argue with him than it would be with someone whos saying GO FUCK YOURSELF!!! but rather he’ll be like fine i was partially wrong! but you see if you understand why i wanted to do that i was right. And you were wrong. And even if he was like fine i was wrong! He’d go back and talk about how he was feeling in the moment and how bc of that he wasn’t wrong for wanting to do what he did. but in a way where he doesn’t say suck my dick so its just so hard to fight against that and dream and punz were literally telling him why something he did was just a bad strategy (aka the leaf staircase) over and over again and it took him so long to relent and be like fine it was a bad strategy! staircase for life 😊 LIKE ?!,!.!;!/&:/!:?3

i also realized (BTW NONE OF THIS IS /NEG ITS JUST FUNNY) bad’s whole thing during that battle box was like as he said like whenever he did something and he failed and died he’d immediately think that the team’s entire strategy wasn’t working and that they should change the whole thing and so that was why he kept saying ‘we need a more decisive strategy’ however he would just like usually wind up doing no damage/start trying to take more action/combat the enemy once all his teammates were dead and it was honestly like. the whole thing was an amalgamation of a bad map for flanking, miscommunication, them getting wooled almost every round, and like i won’t lie bad should not have been taking the punch 2 bow for as many rounds as he did bc he was missing so many shots and barely doing damage and he should’ve told george to take it but george was taking THE FUCKING EXTRA LEAVES bc george is rarely assertive when it comes to battle box kits and just takes what people tell him to take/what people don’t want

honestly im so glad that in mcc22 when dream offered george the stone sword after a couple rounds george acknowledged and asserted that he liked the crossbow more so dream continued taking the stone sword like yasssss growth im so proud of all of them

Dust goes everywhere* what fics do you want what ratings do you want what fic length are you looking for what stories do you like opinions on aus opinions on funny crack opinions on very plotty very angsty all sides of the lovesquare or do you want 90% ladynoir do you want the ending to be happy do you want a reveal opinion on lila salt opinion on murders and graphic deaths mich what do u want

i like fics that focus on the dynamic between ladynoir bc imo they ARE the ‘best friends, inseparable partners’ part of the lovesquare like NO PART of the lovesquare BICKERS like ladynoir does and I FUCKING LOVE THAT but i’ll read other sides of the lovesquare too if i think its a good fic i love an interesting story idrc about ones that explore a lot about other characters i prefer just reading about the dynamic between our two main characters and well i have the tag filtered currently by kudos and by fics that were completed between jan 1 2020 - today 2022 aka whenever i first put the filter and i clicked on everything that’s interesting i do like ones where they r aged up bc its easier to project onto them and whenever i think about a potential fic id write id want them aged up to my age so i can Tell A Story about something im going through KFKSKDK or something ive gone through that i can hypothetically relate to etc etc etc anyway i read any rating if the ages are appropriate etc and its Well Written

AUs are okay to me but ifl i generally prefer fics set in the MLB universe bc the whole double identity lovesquare thing is the crux of why i love the characters in the first place i always love silly little stories but i will always want to get Fucked Up emotionally like yasssss put the characters through hell or pining hell like the confession scene in the bed sharing AU i read where chat confesses hes still in love w ladybug after all this time right as shes about to recklessly sleep w him but gets so shook she ends up running away instead i LOVED that um idk if ill ever feel that way reading a mlb fic again but it was a top tier experience i think it deserves to be the top of the tag even tho it was written a few months ago

ALSO im a sucker for happy endings. ifl a lot of what i read tends to end that way!! not really a fan of graphic deaths ig? unless its funny. lila exposing fics r funny but i think i only read one or two imo theres a little Too many of those… i also feel like theres a lot of marichat which is fine but i like the ladynoir route better ❤️
