Can I ask you a Greg Sanders x reader where the reader is tired because of the night shift but refuses to go home because she doesn’t like to leave unfinished paperwork and Greg tries to convince her that it’s not a good thing to do (refusing to go home and sleep just because you don’t have finished some paperwork)? - Anon

You sat at the table in the breakout room while the coffee prepared itself. Staring at the clock ahead of you you didn’t notice someone else coming in.

“Y/N? Y/N?” 

The man's hand gently coming into contact with your shoulder had you jumping. “Greg?”

“Are you ok?”

“Yeah.” you nodded and stood up, turning to face the man. “I’m fine. Just waiting for the coffee.”

“You looked like you were deep in thought.”

“I was just thinking about the case.” it was a lie, you were actually so tired that your mind had been blank.

“Still working through the paperwork? You’ve had back to back cases recently.”

You nodded as the man leaned on the countertop and crossed his arms.

“There’s a lot to do.” you gave him a weak lopsided smile.

“I don’t envy you right now.”

“That’s because your case is actually interesting”

His laugh made you feel more alive again. “Tell you what. I’ll save you some time. You go and carry on with the paperwork and I’ll bring you the coffee.”

“Are you sure?”

“I’ve got time.” he waved off. “Waiting on a warrant to come through.”

Accepting the man's offer and returning to the computer you’d been working at you settled in to continue working.

A couple of hours had passed, your coffee had cooled and paperwork was around eighty percent complete.

Sitting back in your chair you sighed as you stretched out your back.

“Knock, knock.” looking towards the door you saw Greg with paperwork in hand.

“Come in.” you smiled. 

“How’s it coming along.”

“The worsts over.”

“You realised you’ve worked a double shift today right?”

“No I haven’t” you tried to shake him off.

“You have though, you got in before me and.” he gestured to the paperwork in his hand “I’ve been asked to bring you these. Your timesheets.”

You didn’t know what to say as he handed them to you.

“Y/N you need to stop with the overtime. Give yourself a break. We both know you’re tired.”

“I’m not tired-”

“Yes you are.” the mans words were firm yet soft. “Look.”

Your desk has about three undrunk cups of coffee on and several sticky notes saying the same thing.

“I just forgot.”

“I know you Y/N. You don’t just ‘forget’ What’s been keeping you late?” 

You looked down at your desk. “I just feel like I have to finish all of the paperwork. I see how quickly people like Catherine finish it and I feel bad about leaving it.”

“Catherine’s been doing this for years. You got given this duty last month. The fourty eight hour window of completion is there for a reason.”

You stayed quiet. “How much do you have left to finish?”

“About twenty percent.”

The man nodded “Alright.” pulling out the extra chair by your desk he took a seat “I’ll stay with you while you finish then you’re going straight home.”

“Greg you don’t need too.”

“We both technically finished our shifts fifteen minutes ago. I have the time.”

You smiled at the man and began to type again. He sat in silence while you quickly finished off the paperwork.

“I just need to print and send it off.”

He took your hand and gently pulled you up from your seat with a smile “No, no.” 

Leaning over to the computer he quickly signed you out and shut it down. “You can do that first thing tomorrow. You know how much of an issue the printers have been recently.”

“Greg.” you spoke seriously.

“What?” you could see the question in his eyes.

“I didn’t save.”

“What? Y/N I’m so sorry-”

You nudged him and smiled “Kidding.”

The man put his hand on his chest “Y/N! You’re mean when you’re tired.”

You laughed “You’re too easy to prank.” your sentence was punctuated with a yawn. “I guess I should head home.”

“You betcha. When did you last eat?”

You took a second to think about it “Before my shift?”

The man gave you a blank look “I’ll drive. We’ll pick something up on the way.”

“I need my car to get to work-”

“I’ll pick you up.” with that the man turned and left the room waiting for you to follow behind him.

Okay so Percabeth and winter activities sledding, building a snowman, baking cookies, hot chocolate etc. because Percy was kidnapped so they could do them the first year they were dating and they had college and stuff so domestic Percy realizing this and wanting those experiences with Annabeth so he plans them out? Idk

It doesn’t hit him until his mom tells him that they’re taking Estelle sledding.

When was the last time he went sledding?

Between two wars, getting kidnapped, and college, there hadn’t been that much time to go sledding. A simple sentiment sure, a lot of adults don’t go sledding, but he had lost his childhood to a prophecy.

His mother catches the shift in his mood and raises an eyebrow as she hands him some hot chocolate. She wants to know what’s up, but he truly believes that bringing up his “had-to-grow-up-to-fast” story would completely sour the mood.

“Can we come?” he asks instead.

“Of course!” Sally responds quickly. “You and Annabeth are always welcome to come.”

He hadn’t realized he had lumped Annabeth with him, it’s second nature at this point, but it brings up an even bigger question. When was the last time she’d gone sledding?

Had she ever gone sledding?

He doesn’t know the answer but considering she’s been right by his side through the wars and college and all, it’s probably a negative.

He makes plans for the following day, hugs his mom and sister and walks out the door with more thoughts than he had expected.

Their apartment isn’t too far so he opts to walk, braving through the cold, in an attempt to gather the series of revelations that had occurred to him.

What other winter activities had they missed out on? Luckily, Christmas and New Years had been covered, but sledding is just the tip of the iceberg.

Building snowmen, for example, had they ever done that? Given Camp’s magical weather border, he doesn’t think so. And what about ice skating? Couples are always doing that kind of stuff.

Was he a bad boyfriend for not taking her on the quintessential ice-skating date??

Realistically, he knows he isn’t a bad boyfriend. But with ideas in his head, he knows how he can be a better one.

He’s still smiling when he comes through the door. Annabeth runs up to greet him.

“What’s up?” she asks, eyes subtly roaming his body and he knows she’s checking for signs of a battle.

He does the same, but in that moment, it hurts that she even has to think that way. She’s been on the lookout since she was seven, all he wants is that for one day she doesn’t have to be.

“We’ve got plans tomorrow.”

“What plans?” Her eyebrows crease in question in the most adorable way and he forgoes answering for kissing her because, well, he can.

“All these layers, I know it’s cold, but what gives?”

Percy thinks Annabeth is smart enough to figure out where they’re going, can see the vague idea forming in her head, but she wants him to confirm it.

He doesn’t, just taking her hand instead.

“Annabeth, I know you’re the planner and strategist and all that, but let me plan one date.” He smiles to let her know he doesn’t mean it and she playfully pouts back, shoulders easing into a more relaxed position.

She’s giving up her need for control on this one. It’s a testament to how well she knows him because clearly something about him is screaming that he wants this day to go well.

Estelle spots them before he does.

“Nannabeth!” she screams, running up to them as Percy pretends to be hurt by the preferential treatment from his younger sister. Annabeth sticks her tongue out at the display, bending down to give her a hug.

But a second later, Estelle yells, “Percy!” in the same delighted screech and he gets a hug of his own.

“There you are! We have another sled but Estelle is afraid to go down,” his mother explains, walking up to them with Paul in tow.

“We’ll go first so she can see that it’s fun,” Percy replies, grabbing a sled while beckoning Annabeth and Estelle over.

“Watch this, Este, Annabeth and I are about to sled down the hill!”

His sister watches as he sits down, holding the sled in place for Annabeth to climb in front.

“No! Percy!” Estelle is clearly still scared but Annabeth turns to shoot her a thumbs up a second before he lets go and gravity does the work.

“WOOOOOO!” The scream isn’t even for Estelle anymore, he’s just truly having a blast. It also helps that Annabeth is right in front of him and despite the wind he can feel her warmth.

They slow to a stop at the end, falling sideways into the snow.  Annabeth turns to look at him and he sees her face for the first time since they started.

Eyes wide, cheeks flushed, she’s wearing the biggest grin he’s seen in a while. It makes his heart flutter and he’d kiss her if he wasn’t also grinning as much.

They stand up and Percy waves to Estelle at the top as they make their way back up the side.

“I haven’t gone sledding since I was like four years old,” Annabeth says breathlessly. “Thanks, Percy.”

He doesn’t think he can respond with how his throat is choking up at the genuineness of her voice. Luckily, he doesn’t have to because Estelle is rushing over.

“That was SO much fun!” Annabeth says with the same wide smile to her worried little face.

Needless to say, one go down the hill with Percy, and Estelle is screaming with joy demanding to go again with Annabeth this time.

About twenty minutes in, they manage to get Sally and Paul to go down the hill.

“Last ride,” his mother tells them about an hour later. “Estelle’s nap time is coming up.”

Naturally, Estelle doesn’t want to go but they split up the two sleds, so Percy takes one and Annabeth and Estelle get the other.

“Race you down,” he challenges.

“We’re so gonna win,” Annabeth replies, looking down at Estelle who’s beyond hyped about the race.

“Yeah!”

Paul counts them down. “3, 2, 1, GO!”

The girls win.

Estelle shrieks in joy and Annabeth has the flushed beam on her face. It brings back the memory of the first time she ever kissed him, standing in a chariot, surrounded by victory. He has to physically resist the urge to kiss her right then as he pretends to slump in defeat.

“That was a lot of fun,” Annabeth says once they wave the other three goodbye.

“It’s not over yet.”

“It’s not?” She tilts her head to the side, but he just smiles, turning to scan the park for a good spot.

“Nope! Come on!” Her hand in his, he pulls her to a small section of the field covered in snow. Reaching down, he pats some into a sizable ball and starts to roll.

“Help me,” he says looking up at her. Her eyes are full of amusement, but she drops down beside him to start packing in snow.

“A snowman?”

“He’s not just a snowman! Don’t listen to her Greg.”

Annabeth pulls more snow together, building up the base. “Who’s Greg?”

“Our snowman, duh!”

She stops mid roll to look over at him with a raised eyebrow. “Why is his name Greg?”

Percy doesn’t stop mid roll to answer. “Because that’s just his name. Why is your name Annabeth?”

She shakes her head, a smile still gracing her face, and returns to her work.

Just as Percy thought, building a snowman is right up Annabeth’s alley. If she can design Olympus, she can create the best snowman ever and there’s a glimmer in her eyes as she studies the creation.

He can’t help but stare, only stopping when she sends him out to find some sticks for hands.

By the time he’s back with the sticks, she’s miraculously dug out a few rocks for the face.

They stand back to look at Greg.

“He’s so handsome!” Annabeth exclaims happily.

“But not more than me, right?”

She turns to meet his eyes, the smile turning into a smirk. “Um….”

Percy makes a face, stepping back to throw a snowball right at her chest. Well, he’d been aiming for the face but aiming had never been his strong suit and he’d always opted out of archery.

Something he regrets now, because Annabeth’s aim is much better, and her snowball does hit him in the face.

Cold washes over his nose and cheeks and he turns, scandalized at Annabeth’s giggling form. It’s almost cute enough to prevent his retaliation…almost.

The snowball fight doesn’t last long, mostly because Annabeth breaks out into laughter and can’t seem to stop. It’s too contagious for even Percy to hold back.

“Who even won?” Annabeth asks, still giggling as he wraps his arms around her.

“Greg.”

They both turn to look at the snowman.

“Yeah, sounds about right,” Annabeth agrees, as they bid farewell to Greg and start walking out of the park.

The best part of winter in NYC is that the street vendors just turn to selling hot chocolate, especially near ice skating rinks, so he buys two cups for them to warm up as they watch the ice skaters.

Annabeth holds the cup to her lips, covering her face in steam, but he still sees her eyes watch the ice skaters.

“You want to go?” He asks.

She turns to look at him. “Something tells me you’ve planned for us to go.”

“Only if you want to, we’ve done a lot today.”

“Tomorrow?” She asks hopefully.

“Of course.” As if he could say no to her.

“Thank you for today,” Annabeth says later that night as she slips into bed beside him.

“You don’t need to thank me.”

She cuddles close. “Yeah I do, I’ve got the best boyfriend ever.”

He wraps and arm around her and pulls her even closer. “I’m just glad you had fun.”

Annabeth’s arm drapes across his chest, hand stopping right over his heart. “I did, and I figured out why my name is Annabeth.”

“Oh?” He raises an eyebrow.

“Cause it fits with Percy so nicely. Percy and Annabeth, they just go together.”

This time he doesn’t—can’t—stop himself from kissing her.

Daily Blog #15: August 22, 2021

Dollar Tree is honestly pretty fucking awesome 👌👌👌

I set my alarm for like 6:25 this morning, but it took 6 minutes for the "Horsin' Around" theme song instrumental to wake me up. I was pretty tired lol. I just dismissed it and went back to sleep.

I only went back to sleep because I knew I had another alarm set for 7:00. That got me up.

I should mention that this was still in the RV over an hour away from the house.

After I got up, I went to go get a shower, and did so successfully.

Unfortunately, I had forgotten my brush this time and had to do it afterwards after my hair had a bit of time to dry, which did make it a little more difficult lol.

I got dressed and grabbed my stuff, putting it into my car.

I made it a point to see and say "see you later" to my grandparents before I left for the flea market.

My dad insisted that I stayed to say goodbye to my mom, so I left.

I did NOT have cell service up there, as was mentioned in my previous 2 blogs of which I could only post today, so finding my way was a tiny bit difficult until I got some service to ask Google to take me to "...".

It worked and I got there.

On my drive, I listened to 1 by Simple Kid, a CD I had previously purchased at a Dollar Tree location.

I got a call from the guy at the flea market saying that I had some people there waiting for me. He asked how far away I was, to which I said "about 10 minutes." Ironically, that call made me miss my exit, as Google couldn't talk during the call, and added about 3 minutes to my arrival time lmao.

I did sell the Xbox that he said someone was interested in. I got $40 for it. I spent 27¢ on it. Pretty good return if you ask me.

I couldn't sell it with anything other than a power cord because the controller and AV cables I had been using to play it there were for my personal console. I'm just glad I can actually hook my Xbox up and stop having to drag them to the flea market along with a small library of games.

Not too long after I sold the Xbox, someone came in and asked if I wanted to see some electronics he had in his car. I went out with him. It was a pair of 3ft speakers and a Pioneer audio system with dual cassette decks (although neither of them works) and a 25 Disc CD-changer, as well as the standard AM/FM tuner. Additionally, there was a Fisher amplifier and AM/FM tuner as well as a Fisher Direct Drive turntable. He said he wanted $60 for em, but before that he casually, and probably accidentally, dropped that he was just gonna take em to the thrift store.

Big mistake.

I got em for $35 lmao. THERE GOES MOST OF MY PROFIT.

Oh well.

I tested everything. As I mentioned, the cassette decks don't work, but everything else does apart from the turntable needing a new stylus.

I posted some new photos of the shop to Facebook, and someone soon DMed me about a stereo system.

I priced everything, and it turns out I have about $300 worth of equipment from that deal, the Fisher amp and tuner being worth about $150.

The buyer will hopefully show up next weekend, for he wants to buy the Fisher stuff ($185 with the turntable), the 3ft speakers, an 8-track deck, and a Kenwood deck we've had for a week or two.

The speakers are listed for $50 (and are worth around $100-150), the Kenwood Deck for $50 as well, and the 8-track for $35. That makes it about $320 in equipment. Since he's buying so much, I'll knock it down to $270 and essentially give him the speakers or cassette deck for free lol.

Apart from that stuff, not much happened at the flea market. I sold some records, cassettes, CDs and I think 2 DVDs. One person bought a VHS tape? That money was the other guy's though. Oh well xD.

I can't say that I didn't miss my wonderful partner while on the trip. I actually brought along the stuffed animal they gave me (who's name is Greg) and snuggled with him both nights.

I was very happy to hear from them UwU.

They let me rant and I let them rant.

I honestly give them too much responsibility over me xD. I'm like, "Okay, I'm gonna do this. HOLD ME TO IT."

I know I can't hold myself to anything I personally say (this blog being the only exception apparently), but I listen to them pretty well I think 🤔. If they tell me, "No, you don't need that VCR," so long as it's not some weird specialty thing, like a worldwide VCR 🥵, I'll be like "Yeah, you rite bro."

I love you man xD. You control my craziness pretty well. I'm so thankful for you UwU.

So part way through the flea market day, I went over to Dollar Tree to buy some snack, but ended up looking through the CDs to see if there was anything good. I took photos of about 18 CDs and flipped through them online for the remainder of the flea market day.

I deleted the photos of the ones I didn't want and kept those that I liked. Surprisingly, I ended up buying 13 CDs there, but not before dropping them on the floor like the dumbass I am.

Also, sorry for all the nerd shit I spilled on your lap earlier. No one cares about amps and tuners xD.

I'M LISTENING TO ONE OF THE DOLLAR TREE CDS RIGHT NOW THO.

I already transferred over to my online library on iBroadcast and put the disc into my CD changer, which is now holding 164 CDs.

Its max capacity is 300 discs 🥵

I get really excited over some electronics. Like. REALLY excited.

Some editing VCRs are like "Holy shit that is SEXY. Look at those goddamn VU meters 🥵. And hhhh there are like 7 inputs on this thing and individual controls for left and right audio gain, not to mention Hi-Fi S-VHS recording. Hhhhhhhhhhh please gimme 😭. Why are you so expensive?"

I uh, mean, uh, *cough* look, pretty lights.

Oh yeah, I was gonna say the album I was listening to xD. MAN I GOT SIDETRACKED.

It's 37 Everywhere by Punchline. Def give it a listen; it's pretty heccin good.

Another notable album I picked up was Page One by Steven Page. I very much like the first track, "A New Shore." It's quite catchy and he has a great voice imo.

Also at dollar tree, I bought a regular bag of Fieras and 2 bags of Fieras Sticks, which were marked down to 75¢/bag because they're expiring soon.

I honestly like the generic Dollar Tree version of Takis more than actual Takis. They're a lot more flavorful when it comes to the lime, but also hotter at the same time.

Don't get the hot nacho ones tho. Hot nacho? More like hot pile of shit.

"How do you do fellow kids?"

I got home and started working on putting the CDs onto my computer, and then onto iBroadcast, but not without first adding The Music Man to my digital library, something I had neglected for a month or two. The CD had just been sitting there lol.

I also switched my digital file for "The Black Parade" to that of the uncensored CD, which I had purchased before I event started working over 2 months ago.

MAN I'M LAZY

I eventually get around to shit tho lol. I guess it's just a matter of priority.

What usually takes priority is digging through everything to find something that I forgot about but then remembered, making a mess in the process that I would then have to clean up, at least partially.

I think the album just ended. I've been writing for a while xD. I'ma start "I Made You Something" by The Island of the Misfit Toys.

I'll tell you where that album came from in a minute.

In the meantime, where was I?

I kinda lost my train of thought despite reading up to see where I was. Oh well. On I go.

I ate dinner and kept working on those CDs, eventually putting my clothes from the week into the washer.

I FORGOT TO PUT MY SHAPING UNDERWEAR IN. FUCKING HELL MAN.

I wanted to wash em for this week 😭

No tight pants for Leonna I guess qwq.

Meanwhile, the box of my CD album cases is overflowing. I need another box.

I keep all of the album artworks in a big CD folder. That's almost full.

I wanna fill my entire CD changer. That's one of my big goals in life. Idk why, but I just wanna legitimately fill the entire thing.

My clothes are in the dryer now. I don't think I have the time (or energy) to fold them tonight. I'll leave that for tomorrow morning before work.

And God. Fucking. Damnit. I start school again on Wednesday. NOT looking forward to that, and neither are my 2 coworkers. We already have low enough staff, but only the two of them working is gonna be a pain in the ass.

I'll still work Saturdays.

I need to contact my guidance counselor to get out of the gym class I signed up for. I scheduled this shit before I found out I was trans, and I don't wanna deal with the fucking locker room situation 🙄 I have far more important matters.

Okay so anyway, the album I'm listening to came from a cassette. I bought this cassette a few months ago at the flea market along with a few others. The reason I bought them? They were all newer cassette releases from the 2010's, and they're all actually pretty good music from very indie bands.

Currently getting mad at iBroadcast's compression algorithm. It's unnaturally fucking anything over -10db up. Oh well, there's not really anything I can do about it.

I have like 13GB of music on my phone btw. That's about 3.5k songs on 268 albums.

I'm kind of an audiophile, but I'm too cheap to pay for a lossless service. Oh well.

They do actually have a lossless service on iBroadcast, but once again, too cheap.

Someone just sent me a friend request who legitimately posted that BLM and the democratic party are hate groups.

BLOCK.

I don't get that. They call the democratic party a hate group when they hate people like me, and I, being more of a democrat although not fully because the 2-party system is fucked, think nothing more of them than they're very wrong about certain things, especially, as shown, that black people, as well as asian, Indian, native, and people of all ethnicities and backgrounds, are not equal to white people.

Anyway, yeah, I can, and do, convert music and video from analog formats to digital files in order for me to archive and listen to whenever and wherever I please. I've actually made a bit of a business out of it, but I don't get too much work from it. At least I'm not overloading myself xD.

I honestly have so much more to say, but I should probably go to sleep soon.

My Take OUAT Villains Part 1

Regina - An intimidating personality with softer side and capability of empathy and selflessness . She was a fine mom before Henry started to see that she was a mean boss of the town . Then she became more strict with him BUT when fairytale stuff came to play , she became a  bad parent and she almost became her mom when her magic returned before she realised that she has done too much evil  .  He was not a good son either . As EQ , she was a  feared villain with max body count ONSCREEN not OFFSCREEN . I assume that there may be only few who outdid her .  She has a life full of crap and is a pawn of others all the time before she  came back to being a hero . She is a better hero than Emma and as good as Snowing .  She is only villain who used to be a hero .Regina as a hero is even more dangerous adversary than EQ . Unlike other villains , she and Rumple did true to resist temptation for evil  until Rumple himself made things worse . As a villain , she is delusional . She is  the most scary of them all but there can be villains as bad as her or WORSE  . She has crossed many lines BUT if there are some lines she won’t cross . I doubt she would like to have a child with David to piss Snow .

Rumple - A complicated guy whose favorite passtime is creating villains out of his students . He was a coward BUT he was also a father . He is incredibly selfish and makes big plans  when he can achieve his goal by smaller plans as well , a trait also seen in his students . He was a teacher of Regina for a longer time and made sure of the fact that she became a monster . WEmmaonce said about WRumple that he may be razing villages so , it is safe to say WRumple did stuff like that in the past since I doubt he would be razing villages in lockup  for 30 years . If WRumple did that so , it means real Rumple also did it . I doubt Rumple raped people BUT he  tricked them  . I think he stopped mass murder when  Belle was around but continued with being a trickster  and mastermind . He was relatively saner than Regina sometimes since he used brains more than she did as a villain . As a hero Regina was the saner one .  I think that Charmings were too nice to him in S2 and too mean to Regina in S2 . In S4 , they were really nasty to him BUT they were not heroes nor villains that season . He became likeable in S6B AND S7 . He did have lesser pain than Regina since spinsters were actually  nice guardians  to him and he was not always that much troubled  and tortured

Cora- Deliciously evil woman who cares for her daughter BUT her morals warped with Rumple's shadiness is what  is really what turned Regina evil . She made her daughter's life way worse than hers and Rumple's . She scared the hell out of me BUT I was sad when she died . UW Cora was more likeable .  I remember her as a redeemed villain than a hero.  She was more cunning than Regina and as cunning than Rumple . If she lived longer than Rumple , she would have been worse .  Also S3 shows her daughter Regina as her own antihesis .  She is literally heartless and sees love as weakness . Voldemort anyone ?

Hook - He was fine in S2 and WHook was likeable in S7 BUT from S3-7 , org Hook was all about Emma and CS . He lived longer than Regina , Cora and Zelena so , he should be as bad or worse BUT they whitewashed him SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH that even Snow's half heart had more darkness than that in S3 and in S6 . He himself talked about destroying villages in his song  and it shows that he is as bad as the Mills ladies . He likely was into rape and he had many one night stands that even Regina would be aghast .  Also his revenge is not justified or reasonable and it makes Cora look justified in hating Eva and Regina reasonable for hating Snow. It was he who separated Rumple and Milah and then in S5-6 he acted that Rumple was worse . Regina had really good reason to loathe Rumple  yet it never looked like that she was in mood to dance on his grave since she believed that life is precious .  He was also a homewrecker .  I think that he is worse than Rumple and can be as bad as Cora . His DO self showed us his true evilness . At least Regina would be trying to restrain herself from all that  DOness .   He did not take time to become a  full fledged villain as compared to Regina , Cora  and  Rumple .  It took him seconds to do that .  He was definitely done dirty in later seasons . I still love HOOK’ s past self more . 

Greg and Tamara - WHY ? They are foreigners  . They do not make sense to me  . Other villains have done way more evil  than they can dream of though they were almost  about to commit mass murder  BUT they are delusional .

Pan - IDK how many he killed, how much evil he did  BUT apparently , he  must have done a lot of that . Even Hook finds him demonaic and treacherous (although he did the same for Rumple ) . He was more twisted than all the others  mentioned before .  He utterly lacks any decency . He seems to be vain , self seeking  , power hungry  , immortality loving , uncaring , callous person  . If he succeeded , even Cora and Hook would  look  tame and humane .He is a  narcissist . Its like Disney Mother Gothel , Disney Ursula and our  Rumple together as one person . He was not only an evil power seeking overlord like Rumple and Cora but also he  was sick  and awful . He was both terrifying and terrible .  It was the best  culmination of fairytale evil with real life evil .

 Zelena - She makes me like Pan sometimes . At least Pan , Cora , Regina , Rumple and Hook did not start the system of brands . According to her  villainy needs to be branded like footwear and clothes . She  is  awfully competitive. In fandom she aroused a need of debating on who is more powerful . Every time she boasts  about being more powerful , she needs to be punched on her face . OMG Regina literally did that .  She branded herself as wicked and branded her sister as evil . She  does not terrify me BUT she is perhaps the most devious one of all . For someone who has undergone pain , she sounds like a spoilt brat  who whines like all the time . Everytime Regina is tired of her life problems , it looks like that she is in pain . In S2  Regina did a lot of whinning BUT she did not sound like this  sick brat . Regina did seem like someone who has undergone a lot of crap  .  I think that Zelena as a spoilt princess of Oz who was pissed about her true heritage  and ditched her adoptive family and killed them would make more sense and would do justice to her S3-5A personality . In 5B-7 , her softer side was apparently a bit forced and so was her new relationship with Regina but it was more true to her backstory  and her S3-5A self BUT it was like having Regina in earlier seasons back sometimes .  Her  WWW wardrobe should beas good as EQ’s . She should also have more hairstyles as WWW . I think that Zelena is also arrogant and narcissistic as compared to anyone else . She is incredibly self obsessed .   Regina was a mass murderer and rapist  . Rumple was self serving , selfish and power hungry  magic addict . Hook was a s*x addict  and a mass murderer   . Cora was a power loving mass murderer and a heartless .  Pan was relatively less self obsessed .  Quite many seem to come from a sadder place BUT she looks life she came from a posh life . Even young Snow and young Eva were not that bratty even though they are actual brats . Her rape of Robin to have a child with him to piss Regina shows how twisted she is . She also feels like an awkward addition since   she has never said the iconic villainous line , “LOVE IS WEAKNESS .”  She tries to outdo REGINA so , she must have tried to be more evil  and she must have killed even more since she is like Regina killed 1 guy , I would kill 10 . 

Ingrid - A short term villain but she was basically another Regina . She was also xenophobic towards muggles due to her bad experiences but later , she came to her senses . She was an unintentional succcessful attempt at making another  EQ and Cora . I wish she stayed longer . We also got a dark Elsa . Her subtelty  was awesome  . She was basically my fav beside Rumple , Regina and Cora .  I still wish if Regina was one of the people she wanted as a sister along with Emma since I do not want  Emma to be left behind either . She is way better than Zelena . I think she should be nicer to memory of Helga at least . 

Maleficent - We heard things about her more than we actually saw her do stuff .  Since Regina has more  some traits of Org Maleficent than her .  Kristen did a fine job with her and did make her scary in the way Mitchel made Ingrid scary . BUT I never saw her interrupting gatherings . Regina did that one .  I never saw her  plotting and being cruel . I never got the mistress of Evil . I never saw the woman she really was  when it came to Briar Rose. What was her foul temper like ? She was redeemed quickly .  I think I was better off with one redeemed Maleficent and now there were 2 of them  .  I wanted her evil at larger scale .  Maleficent did show some wickedness in S4 and it was awesome  BUT I think I preferred REGINA , CORA , HOOK , RUMPLE  , INGRID and even ZELENA level villainy  . Maleficent , these are the experts  .   Maleficent was  more a victim than a villain . Most of others were both . She may be a fine chracter BUT she was a poor villain . 

Ursula - Don’t ask . She hardly came in before she went away . 

Cruella- This is a good villain . Only born EVIL person besides Pan before 6*19 came up . She is better than Zelena and Maleficent  combined . I would love to see Cruella at her worst . I think this character demanded to be explored more .  She does not have standards at all . She tries her best to be the evilest  and can succeed . No wonder Issac had to stop her .  We can only imagine that her villainy would be the worst of worst . 

Issac - He is soo sick and awful . Can’t say anything more . He is rebirth of Greg and Tamara who are just meh . 

Dark Swan - What is this monstrosity ? I would prefer Zelena  and Maleficent over this . Apparently , I think “Black Swan” would be better  than what this name is  . And also , we all hoped that Emma would dabble into some Cora , Rumple , Regina , Past HOOK and Ingrid level EVIL and have a maniacal laugh .  We may have had EQ back . It would be good to see Snowing’s faces when Emma becomes New EQ . We wanted mental issues , rage problems , broken heart , betrayal problems , trust issues , past issues  driving her mad . Trying to convince WickedGoldenHookedQueen to join her in her delicious rampage with only Zelena joining her . Zelena the brat and Black Swan a psycho  teaming up  . BUT instead we got an unhealthily obsessed woman who got Robin Hood killed unintentionally . SHE MADE DARK HOOK .  She caused mayhem in Camelot and Storybrooke just because of Hook ? If it was really her , she would have let Hook die instead of making him DO .And after she stops being Dark Swan ,she drags her family to UW ? What is this ? High level character assasination . OH WAIT , Emma’s potential for darkness , her capacity to be Evil lies with Lily . Why they made her Darknessless . It makes sense that she is not that evil  . I think this should be resolved .  In my headcannon , she got the potential for evil back when she was sent to WR since In WR Cruella never left  so ,  WR Maleficent never lost Lily so , WR Emma still has darkness . If they continuede , we could have had Evil Emma back . For now , Dark Swan is terrible , not terrifying . I find her name Emma ironical now since she is not whole .

(The beginning of the stream was cut off so idk who they’re talking about.) He says he doesn’t know why people are mad when he was with a legal adult and if they were younger it still would have been fine.

Patreon says no one has a problem in the UK with sugar daddies that are 50-60 and the sugar babies are 18-20. Says it’s legal so why does it matter? Greg agrees and says people don’t care about the law, they care about their feelings.

He says apparently people waste the FBI’s time because they’re offended. Says there was a whole circus so they had to do something. Says he can’t wait to meet Mulder.

Makes jokes about Mulder and Chris Hansen confronting him for having relationships with 18-year-olds.

A Patreon joins in and makes a joke about how much money Greg has in GTA (the game he and other Patreons are playing on stream). Greg says he will mute them if they keep talking about GTA because he wants to have conversations with his Patreons. Greg continues to ask his Patreons to stop talking about the game throughout the stream, even if he’s the one that brought it up.

Makes a joke about the FBI “allegedly” after him. Says he doesn’t know what’s true anymore. Says it’s an honor for little old him to have the FBI- “you know what it’s an honor to have Chris Hansen to make his whole life about me.”

Continues to make jokes about the people Chris interviewing say they were 18 when they were with Greg.

Patreons are joking about becoming sugar babies for money and Greg says he has a plan for if things go south. He then says never mind and brings up sex dolls. Patreons say they miss his doll and he says she’s in the dump. He says “we” (I guess himself and Kai?) decided she was not appropriate. He says it was eerie having the doll sit in the garage all the time.

Says Christians are kinky. Brings up Julia. Says she was “fucking insane”

Jokes that twitter is on his side. Says they ban people for saying mean things to him, but they don’t ban him for anything he’s ever done. He’s never even been suspended.

He asks what happens when nothing happens with Chris Hansen? How do you imprison someone who fucks adults consensually? Says it’s going to be really awkward.

A Patreon says everyone is using Greg for attention. Greg agrees and says he only gets thousands of views, but when someone talks about him they get half a million views.

Someone asks who Chris Hansen is and Greg and another Patreon describe the show To Catch A Predator. Greg says other than the time someone killed them self, it was a respectable show. Says he feels disappointed because Chris did some good work. Goes into Chris and TCAP legal trouble and says Chris is doing YouTube now. Greg says he gave Chris pointers over email and now Chis is doing well. Says he’s an idiot for doing it.

Says Chris’ channel is all about him now. Says it’s hard to blame someone for talking about someone if they’re making mega bucks.

Greg says it’s crazy that everything he says ends up as a video for someone. Says it’s crazy to be him and it’s such a fucking circus.

Greg asks if anyone said what the actual crime is. Someone says “umm no?” and he laughs. Someone said all they hear is “grooming”, but that isn’t a crime. Greg says it’s not a thing. The person agrees and says if it was, it’s still not a crime. Greg says they have to prove him being mean to someone was some kind of super strategy to get them to like him. He says that’s elementary school logic, a kid likes you and punches you. He says he likes being mean to teenagers because he hates teenagers.

He reminds his Patreons that they have to be 18+. He brings up a troll that said they were 11 when they started watching him and asked to stay on Patreon only to reveal they were 19 and called him a piece of shit. He’s like ok... Someone asked if they paid Greg to lie and call him a piece of shit. He says yeah. Someone compares this to Youtubers that pay for his Patreon for content, but someone else says it’s worth it to Youtubers because they get ad revenue.

Greg asks if there’s an update on the girl that said she was going to sue him, but used the money on a concert. Someone says she changed her username and he seems amused by that. He says you don’t want to get on Onision haters’ bad side. He says you don’t want them as allies wither because if you do something wrong they’ll eat you alive. He says it happened to Joy Sparkle.

They start talking about the downfall of Joy and Greg compares it to the current situation. He asks what they’re going to do when it falls through like it has for the last 11 years? He says they know it’s bullshit. He says the police always side with him.

He says “some chick” says he allegedly masturbated while she cried through the door. (she didn’t say that) A Patreon is shocked and he agrees, “in what fucking world?”

He says this is the girl he called the cops on because she said he was an abuser and she slammed herself against his door. He says the cops told her to leave him alone. The second time he called the cops on her was the video where she said he ruined his life. He said right before filming she said she was going to kill herself and make it look like he did it. He was going to video tape everything she did before the cops showed up to show he didn’t do anything to her. He says the cops take her to a mental facility. Says the cops said he can’t evict her so he should run.

Someone asks if she talked about threatening suicide during the Chris Hansen interview. Greg replies you’re dealing with a person that handles things in a different way. He says there are videos and police reports documenting everything. He says people willfully ignore this.

He says he drove to LA and she tells him there is a gang after him. A Patreon points out that in the interview Shiloh said Greg was the one that called it a gang, but it was really her father. Greg asks “it’s her dad now?” and says he thought it was her grandpa. He said he thought it was her grandpa because he was so old and he drove an old shitty maroon van in Toronto.

He says this guy drove them to drop off Shiloh at a recording studio and this guy immediately hates Greg. Greg says he doesn’t know why. He says this guy saw Shiloh put her head on Greg’s lap at the studio and he glares at them. He took Greg aside and told Greg he had to stop dating Shiloh, Greg says no, the guy says there’ll be consequences and he walks toward Greg with broken drum sticks. He describes the room and says they were practicing for her concert, he says she was an intro band. Shiloh saw and she and Greg got out of there. They asked people outside for help to get away from the guy and the people apologized and said they’ll help. He says Canadians aren’t as friendly as he thought they were.

One of the Patreons says that while they were in the studio, Greg stopped her from working. Someone else says she said Greg wouldn’t allow her to make her own music. (she didn’t say these things. They are mixing stuff up.) Greg is like “oohh she blamed that all on me?” Someone says Greg cut her off from her manager. Someone clarifies that she said he was trying to seclude her and keep her away from her people, and someone agrees that she did say that. (this is accurate) Greg asks then why hasn’t her career taken off since then? He smiles and says he asked a bombshell question. A Patreon relies that she said he smeared her name and she didn’t want to return to the internet. Greg laughs and asks if she’s saying he stopped her from doing her career when she cheated on him and got pregnant with someone else’s baby- a patreon cuts him off to say it was Greg’s baby. Greg says they’re mixing it up with when she said she had sepsis, but she would have been dead if she had sepsis. A Patreon says she said Greg was happy to pay for the bills to have the baby, but wouldn’t pay for the bills to “fix her sepsis”, and another patreon agrees. Greg says he can’t speak accurately about this so they’ll have to go back and watch all the videos he made during that time. He says he already explained everything.

He says he remembers her saying she had to go back to Canada to handle this because she wanted to go to a particular hospital. Then he wanted her to come back and he was paying her bills while she was in Canada and she said she lost her passport. He says he was trying to contact her and her Uncle answered the phone and told Greg she didn’t lose her passport. Greg says he asked “what are you talking about?” and the uncle replied “do you seriously believe anything she says?” A Patron says she said her mom hid it from her. Greg says “ok” and continues his story. He says the uncle asked “dude. do you seriously want to get into this relationship with her?” Greg says he replied “yes I love her” and the uncle said “really?” Greg says the uncle “said some words” about her honesty. He says he was blown away this was her uncle talking. Greg says he made a sketch about it.

He says he made a break up song about all her lies and when she threatened suicide. Greg says she lied about being in a car accident and put makeup on her forehead to look like an injury. In a week it was gone and he asked her about it. He said she said she was a fast healer and he believed it. He says she said she was knocked out in a gym and it turns out she wasn’t, the trainer had no idea what she was talking about. He said it was an ongoing insanity.

He says he’s still friends with her music producer “to this day” because he emailed him about a remix he did with Billie Rae Cyrus (that song came out in 2014) and said they should hang out. He asked Greg to promote the link and Greg said he’s not a good person to promote the link because it’ll just bring drama. The producer said they should work together and Greg asked why and he said because we’re friends.

Greg says when he ran away from her, she called him when she got back to the house and asked why he wasn’t there and he said because you’re insane. He says she told the internet he abandoned her. He laughs about her calling it “abandoned”. He says he asked the producer if he thinks she has an illness and the producer said he thinks she’s evil. Greg says he told him he didn’t think she was evil, that she had a mental illness and the producer was adamant that she was evil. Greg says to this day he thinks she has an illness. He says when you admit you’re a pathological liar, that’s a mental illness.

He says he made a video where he was crying because she said she was going to kill herself. She grabbed her bag and left and he didn’t stop her because he was overwhelmed because she kept threatening to do it. He says he was video taping himself to show where he was if it happened. She comes back with a couple leaves on her shoulder. She told him she tried to hang herself from a tree, but the branch broke. Greg asks where she got the rope. He says it didn’t make any sense, but at the time he didn’t question it. He said he broke her up with her 7 or 8 times, but he always took her back. He said the internet was always pissed at him for taking her back.

He asks his patreons if they ever dated someone and the world is flipped upside down and the world doesn’t make sense anymore. He says he knows someone in a relationship like that right now, no matter how crazy it gets. He says these situations make you do crazier things and they make you think you’re crazy. He compares it to doing horrible things when you’re at war. His Patreons agree.

He says there was a time his ex left the house and the fire department brought her back. She was laying on the ground and they woke her up and they had no explanation why she was like that. He says he didn’t understand why he had to deal with the cops and fire department so much when he was with this person.

Says everything was fucking insane. He says he thought it was crazy and passionate because he thought it was like Romeo and Juliet. He says something about someone telling someone no one will love them as much as they do, but I’m not sure if he was trying to say he said that or Shiloh said that. A Patreon says it sounds toxic and he says it was awful. He says looking back he doesn’t know why he stayed. He says at the time he was told how important he was and how much they loved him more than anyone else. He says he told her he was looking in the mirror in the shower and everything felt different. He felt more alive and the world around him was gone for a moment and she said that’s what happens when they are meant to be and she implied supernatural elements. He says he was an idiot.

Someone asked if this was the person that had different personalities and Greg says it was just Aliana. He said he had a conversation with Aliana and it was crazy. He says he hadn’t met her in person until December and she was already whipping out the personality. He said the personality told him she was there to protect Shiloh. He says it sounds like a movie. 

Greg says he will never be interviewed by anybody because no one gives a shit about what really happened. His Patreons agree.

A Patreon says throughout this whole situation, Greg seems like he’s doing okay. She says he’s not perfect, but he can talk to them and be fine. That he can bounce back from shit and make content. Greg says Kai can’t. He laughs that he’s been tweeting about pussy. He said he’s been dealing with the same shit for 10 years over and over. Magically the moment he kicks someone out of their life he’s a monster. He says some of them told him they wouldn’t do that to him and they end up doing it.

           13 Months after The Heroes came to -and left- Neverland.

   “What’s wrong?” I heard Peter ask from the doorway.

I didn’t answer I just threw the object of my frustrations against the wall.

My shoe.

He chuckled and picked it up, coming to crouch beside where I sat on the floor.

   “Now what did the shoe ever do to you?” he cocked his eyebrow and examined my shoe in his hands.

   “It’s just shitty because I can’t think up decent shoes!” I tossed the other shoe out the window with a huff.

He dropped the first shoe and took hold of my hands, pulling my up to my feet as he stood.

   “Considering your magical abilities saved the island - and me - I think you can figure out how to conjure up decent shoes,” he laughed.

   “It’s not just the shoes,” I confessed.

   “What do you mean?” he guided me to the porch outside the tree house.

   “I don’t know,” I wasn’t sure if I should tell him my worries.

It wasn’t anything bad really. 

I was just panicking about what consequences I'd brought about since saving Peter.

   "love, you've been distant for a while," he wrapped his arms around my shoulders and rested his chin on the top of my head.

   "I'm sorry," I mumbled into hsi chest. "I've just had a lot on my mind,"

I sighed and pulled back so i could look up at him.

   "I've been worried that I messed up the timeline too badly," I explained. "I've learned from seeing others fuck it up that fate has a way of turning things badly,"

   "You've seen others fuck up timelines?" He raised his eyebrows in surprise and confusion. "How?"

   "Not personally," I chuckled halfheartedly. "Remember what I told you when we first met, about Tv and the Internet?"

   "Yeah," he looked down as he recalled the conversation from my first night here. "That's how you knew everything about me,"

   "Well there are stories of a guy that can run faster than anything, so fast he can run back in time and mess things up. And his issues are what have tought me these things," I said seriously.

I couldn't believe I was giving Peter Pan lessons on time travel do's and don't's based on what I'd seen in the Flash.

My life has certainly changed since coming here.

   "Okay so what do you want to do?" his question surprised me.

I hadn't thoguht about how I could remedy my stress.

   "I don't know," I said, thinking hard. "Maybe we could go to Storybrooke?"

   "Where's that?" he asked.

   "It's where the Heroes live," I told him, stepping away and picking up my stupid fucking shoe.

   "You know where they live?" he leaned back against the wall.

I gave him a knowing look.

   "Right," he laughed. "Tv and the Internet. You know everything,"

I was sitting with felix by the fire that evening when he'd clearly noticed I wasn't paying attention to whatever he was saying to me.

   "Hey," he nudged me with his elbow. "Where's your head at?"

   "Just thinking fo stuff," I mumbled through a mouthfull of bread and meat.

   "Yeah no shit," he chuckled. "What's the stuff you're thinkin' about?"

   "Just all the stuff I messed up to save the island," I sighed.

   "What's got you so worried?" he asked.

   "There are just some key events that started a chain of other key events and I'm worried I stopped some or all of those key events from happening," I finished my sentence and took a deep breath.

   "You just said 'key events' like 40 times," he laughed softly. "Why don't you go see if you messed up the timeline? Go to wherever the kid is and see if everything's okay?"

   "I suggested that to Peter," I smiled at how in sync I was with my best friend.

   "Then I guess that's the plan you should go with," he turned to me with a smirk.

But I still had an obstical to move past before I could do that.

I'd said goodnight to the boys and headed up to the tree house where Peter was in his usual spot on the windowsill looking out over the forest.

   "I think we should go to Storybrooke," he said to me as I walked in.

   "But I can't," I said firmly. "I've had the island's healing water. I can't leave,"

   "You can if you leave a piece of yourself behind and vow to return," he smiled truimphantly.

   "A piece of myself?" I said thoughtfully. "You mean like a finger or toe? Because Ineed all of those,"

   "No stupid," he laughed and jumped down from the window to face me properly. "Leave behind your shadow,"

Having mentally prepared for a trip out of Neverland, and physically prepared by having Peter instruct his shadow gently rip off my shadow without killing me like Greg, (it still really fucking hurt though,) we set out to travel to Storybrooke via a magic bean.

One of many beans Peter had been saving for a rainy day.

We each had one spare for a way home.

   "Alright boys," I shouted to the lost boys who had gathered around us to see us off. "Felix is in charge and he has been instructed to lock any badly behaved boys in the echo caves,"

There was bunch of groans and whispers from the boys and a chuckle from Peter by my side.

   "Okay bye everyone!" he yelled, not really being one for 'farewells,' and tossed one of his magic beans to the ground.

The boys stepped back as the portal appeared and Peter reached for my hand.

With a quick goodbye wave to the boys I jumped, Peter in tow, with a clear image of the road leading in and out of Storybrooke in my mind.

I wanted to scream but instead focused on getting us to the right place.

We landed with a thud in the tall grass that grows on the side of the road.

   "Are we in the right place?" Peter said nervously.

I looked up and down the empty road.

There, just on the far side of a spray painted red line, a sign that read:

“Leaving Storybrooke”

My hands flew to my mouth and I laughed.

   "We're here," I practically squeaked as I spun around taking in my surroundings. "Oh my gods I can'tbelive I'm actually here,"

   "You're so cute when you're excited," Peter laughing at me caused me to stop and run to him.

   "I'm so happy I woke up on Neverland that day," I grinned as I jumped into his waiting arms. "I'm so glad I met you,"

   "Okay okay," he chuckled and put me down. "We're here for a reason remember?"

   "Oh shit!" I suddenly panicked. "You're Peter Pan!"

   "Yes I know," he looked at me confused.

   "The heroes knwo who you are," I ran my hands through my hair as I thought of what to do. "You can't just go walking around the streets of Storybrooke looking like Mr Gold's teenage father who kidnapped Henry!"

   "'Mr Gold'?" Peter raised his eyebrow at the unfamiliar name.

   "That's Rumple's name here," I explained. "Cuz in the enchanted forest he was know for his ability to spin straw into gold,"

   "Weird," he mumbled. "Do you reckon we'll run into him?"

   "I don't know," I said thoughtfully. "But if we do we can't let him recognise you. We need to put a glamour spell over you so no one know's you're you,"

   "Okay but what about you?" he asked as he waved his hand with green shimmering mist following as he practiced his glamour spell.

   "No one knows me," I chuckled at him.

   "Hook does," he reminded me of the day Hook and his men came to Neverland and I was the one who greeted them.

   "He stank of liquor that day I doubt he remembers," I laughed at the memory of the day I met Captain Hook.

   "True enough," Peter shrugged then waved his hand gently in front of his face.

There was a soft shimmering around him but I didn't see any difference.

   "Nup, didn't work," I said bluntly.

   "Yes it did," he laughed gently before summoning up a mirror and looking at himself.

I moved behind him and looked over his shoulder at the strange face in the mirror.

He had the same coloured hair and eyes but his facial structure was different. His cheeks werent as angular and his lips not as plump. His ears also didn't stick out as much.

   "Ew," I grumbled at the new look.

   "What?" he looked at me over his shoulder before dissolving the mirror and turning to me fully. "I made it so you can see through it,"

   "I figured but you still look funny in the mirror," I shrugged.  "You also need differnt clothes,"

Using my own magic to summon up a pair of black skinny jeans, a white t shirt and a dark green flannel. "Put these on," 

He started taking off his clothes to change but I stopped him.

   "Alright kiddo," I shoved the clothes I'd summoned into his arms. "As much as I would love to see you take off your clothes right now, it's actually against the law to do that. It's called streaking to most but the autorities call it indecent exposure. Just do a quick change with magic,"

he shook his head with a confused laugh but did as I asked.

He stood before me and nervously tugged at the flannel.

   "You look fine sweetie," I took his hand and started walking. "Now let's get going,"

Rose Ghost Theory (Comprehensive)

This is the wrapped up version of various Rose theories. You don't have to believe me. Just getting it all out there before Future ends next month. We'll see what happens. I think it's gonna be an awesome plot twist if this is all true. 

TL;DR Rose gave up her physical form, but her soul has been astral projecting and watching over Steven, primarily in the body of Lion and others along the way. This is also why he sees visions of her memories.** There may be more to this than I've identified, but this part is nearly certain. Show gets exponentially more emotional upon rewatch when you see her everywhere.

Meta It all comes back to Rose. This is going to be the last, most recent worst decision that when he learns the truth will send him over the edge of his crisis of avoiding his feelings about her. (And send the fandom over the edge too, lol.) Because her absence shaped his whole life and she was there all along and could have been there. He will be rightfully angry, but I also think she will be able to help him, and like with all of her bad choices maybe he will understand why she did so even if he doesn't forgive her. It will also be her character development opportunity, to finally change.

Whose body will Rose Quartz inhabit

She is most of the magical NPCs that aid Steven in his journey. She is Lion, the Tiny Floating Whale and realistic Rose in Rose's Room, Dream Dogcopter, Baby Melon and the melon dogs, the source of Steven's Pink Diamond visions, Pink Steven, "Shy Rose" and probably Cactus Steven too.

Abilities in use

All these powers are established by Steven, Rose is using them as well.

Steven has gone into dreams like Kiki's, where he changed the dream imagery. In Steven's Dream, after Steven wants to learn more about Pink Diamond, he sees her fallen palanquin in his dream and is crying. This was Rose communicating to him.

He spoke to Lapis while she was fused. In Jungle Moon, Stevonnie has a Pink Diamond memory dream that shows them the passcode to Yellow's moon base so they can call Lars. Rose again.

He took over the bodies of Lars and Watermelon Steven. Rose uses Lion's body and the melons with the same ability. Note: Lion himself is just a normal lion who Rose revived, his backstory remains intact. But most of the time when we see him around Steven it's Rose in disguise using his body.

Steven astral projecting in Reunited Steven enters an astral projection dimension where the others can't see him. They can hear him if he touches them. Rose may be present at times when not pictured.

Appearances

Rose's Room The Tiny Floating Whale has Rose's voice actor. Steven has never heard his mother's voice. He hears it later in the VHS tape but not at this time.

Storm in the Room In that scene when a more realistic Rose speaks to Steven, she refuses to listen to what he says unlike the room and reassures him instead. This is Rose stepping in to change the vision because Steven is spiraling.

Dream Dogcopter In Lion 3: Straight to Video, Dogcopter tells Steven to hold his breath before Steven wakes up in Lion's mane. In Chille Tid, Dogcopter shows Steven where to go while dreaming to find the real Lapis (inside of Malachite) after he exhausts himself looking for Malachite and has a nightmare about her.

Watermelons

Baby Melon winks at Steven and runs back after being stolen by Onion. When the melons fight each other, Baby Melon hits Steven and sacrifices himself. The other melons are enraged at that action. The melons don't tolerate a threat to Steven, so why would an ordinary one hit him even in this situation?

Melon Dog 1 brings Steven to offer himself (the watermelon he's possessing. F) as a sacrifice to show him where Malachite is during the arc where the Gems are looking for Malachite, much like Dogcopter led Steven to mindscape Lapis. She also knows what the Cluster is.

Melon Dog 2 tries to distract Steven from getting off the island when he's trapped in Pink Diamond's cell on Homeworld and astral projecting home for help. She tries to entertain him with escapism.

Lion I have a whole tag for this and analysis of all of Lion’s appearances if you need more info on this. Condensed version: Lion shows Steven the mane when he wants to know more about his mom, and shows him the landfill when he wants to know more about the truth of why he was born. He knows an unusual number of secrets for the pet of Rose Quartz, a notoriously secretive and impulsive gem who left Greg and the Gems without instruction or any plan to raise Steven and kept secrets even from Pearl, who knew her secret identity. He appears to know more about Pearl and the Diamonds than he should. He ditches Spinel at the Sadie Killer concert after glaring at her all day.

Can't Go Back When Steven and Lion go to the moon to find Lapis, Lapis and Steven talk about her feelings of watching everyone from afar and being lonely. She's afraid to return

Steven: So why didn't you just come back? Lapis: I want to. But I just can't. Not after the way I left. What would Peridot say? What if the Diamonds show up? What if something bad happens? Steven: Well, what if something good happens?

but Steven reassures her it could work out.

Lapis: Maybe I'm tired of running away. Maybe I'd rather be with everyone and be in danger than be safe and alone. Steven: They'd be glad to have you back. Lapis: I don't know. If I went back now, there's no way things could go back to how they were. Steven: Yeah, but that's alright. Things would just be different.

Steven then has a dream explaining how Pink Diamond tried to convince the other Diamonds to leave Earth alone and was refused. He also sees Pearl with her sword, prompting him to talk to Pearl. This finally reveals Rose's secret of being Pink Diamond to him. (Lion brought him to Pink Diamond's ship when he showed Steven the landfill and Nora VHS a full season earlier.)

Diamond Days & Change Your Mind

Steven has stress dreams about Pink Diamond's memories. I think in this case it's possible Rose is with him "in spirit" and being home is triggering flashbacks. When Steven goes back to her bedroom he dreams about playing with Volleyball before Pink hurt her or lost her. When in the cell she used to be trapped in, Steven wakes up in a memory of being punished there. In the case of other visions I think they were typically intentional from her, given the plot relevance, but these might be unintentional nightmares. Unfortunately, Steven is stuck with them too.

She's Gone

(People tend to hate this idea and refuse to entertain it, but I believe) Pink Steven was also Rose. When his gem was removed she reformed in it, choosing Steven's appearance because the gem belongs to him now. She was focused on getting the gem back to Steven to save him and had rage at White. Her protecting Steven despite seemingly afraid of White and telling White Diamond directly that Pink Diamond is GONE is major character development for her. Steven is not two independent bodies if split up, he is himself, a human boy who has a gem.

Shy Rose Finally, the Rose who looks just like Rose Quartz in Rose Buds. She's actually Rose. She acts like Lion and she picks up on Steven's distress more than any other character has so far - it's because she knows him best and has seen/heard the most build up of things affecting his mental health in Future.

People hate this idea too. Idk what to say. It's true. If I'm right then Rose Quartz blatantly came back in episode 4 wearing her own face and we as the audience collectively missed it. If I’m wrong I have a fanfiction AU idea to tell you about next month.

Cactus Steven - in this case I also like Cactus Steven as his own cactus, bc the mirror metaphor works so well, but given all the other examples I have my suspicions about him. If she *is* the cactus too then: Cactus Steven is happy to be an ear for Steven to listen to, but concerned for him when he's upset. Cactus Steven tries to talk to him and tries to get him to talk to the gems.

TL;DR long text picture of Rose Quartz character arc speculation below. You can skip this theory wise as it's just guessing at the story.

One possible version of this story: During the war on Earth, Rose had already planned to give up her physical form. She somehow specifically designed the Rose Quartz gem that she now inhabits to have similar features to the fantasy Rose that Pearl originally created. (For one thing none of the other RQs shown have curly hair) With Pearl's help, she faked Pink Diamond's shattering and assumed her new identity with a permanent reformation.

After things died down without Pink Diamond and the Diamonds left Earth alone, she would switch to the new gemstone and live as a Rose Quartz with Pearl, giving up her power forever and leaving behind her abusive family to become a new person. As we all know, things went very differently.

Eventually (her origins with Garnet and Pearl as shown) Rose meets Amethyst, an unusually “blank slate” gem who learns and grows who’s also similar to herself in many ways. Then, Greg Universe, who *wants* to know the real her behind the persona, and who also tells her that being in love is torture. (Pearl is in love with her.) She becomes fascinated with humans, especially the way they change and grow, and decides to have a child. The events of SU occur. Rose doesn't tell Steven she's here because she thinks everyone's better off without her and she only makes things worse, and the evidence of things getting better and her bad choices and mistakes being revealed seems to support that. When he tries to get Lion to play the role Steven wants, she refuses, because that's what went wrong last time. Just like she stopped raging after hurting Volleyball.

Now that Steven's actions have led to peace among Gems and the other Rose Quartzes were unbubbled, Rose had the opportunity to finally take her own physical form. Having given up her physical form in the meantime and needed a new one, she will now have her own body to return to. Now she knows how badly Steven is messed up about her, kind of like the Gems coming to terms with how he's grown up in Snow Day. Now that she's hurt Steven she's going to change her behavior again, like after hurting Volleyball, and after hurting Pearl, and finally just tell the truth at the end of Steven Universe Future.

This resolves the question of Steven's Rose stuff entirely. Steven isn't Rose, he's himself. He's not receiving her memories from some weird magic repressed gem data, it was because she was using astral projection powers both intentionally and unintentionally. His gem doesn't have its own consciousness that splits in two, he's both human and gem.

The big twist is that they *can* both exist, and *anyone* can change, including god damn motherfucking Rose Quartz. Like everyone else in the show, after seeing her through everyone else's eyes, in the end she's just a person - a flawed, weird individual who has made mistakes and hurt others. Steven doesn't have to forgive her or even like her, but they can finally know each other as themselves, the core theme of the show. It's a hopeful ending to a hopeful show that ties off both character arcs. Thanks for reading, love you, can't wait to see the finale.
