...Guess who's the idiot that deleted the wrong folder, thinking it was the project folders that I finished using (BTW! 50+ Male hairs incoming tomorrow! All that's left is defaults but I need to learn how to do that first) and now the recent neighbourhood that I was having fun with is gone 😭
I thought I was fine since I store backups every now and then but the backup I have for it is super behind so I lost a huge chunk of progress... I wasn't in the mood to play all that again so I just did the next best thing. I extracted the in-game-born premade children and decided to post how they came to be. Because most of them were born from love affairs and it was so funny to see the drama unfold in my game haha.
There's no need to read on and you can skip this post since I'm mostly posting for myself so that I can be less upset that I'll have to start another Uberhood again. And one household had so much drama happening that explaining it all got a wall of text waiting below the read more... So I wouldn't be offended if you skip this and wait for the downloads tomorrow. Also, I guess it can be a preview of what type of kids you could get from my GC sims.
So all these children were just toddlers and/or children in my gameplay but I aged them up to Adults because I plan to also use them to display my future CCs that I made to share. And it's the better age stage to show their feature.
Let's start with the most drama-filled household I had while playing their round!
The Singles Household - Family connection with Grunts & Burb
Tumblr media
(left to right) Odin Beaker - (Son of Erin Beaker & John Burb) Alana Burb - (2nd daughter of John & Jennifer Burb) They had her before I started the Single household round, so she was just a recently grown-up child when Odin was born.
Tumblr media
Fiona Beaker - (Daugther of Erin Beaker & Ripp Grunt)
Tumblr media
(left to right) Rosa Curious Luna Curious - Twin daughters of Chloe Curious & Ripp Grunt
Tumblr media
Levin Grunt - (Son of Kristen Loste & Tank Grunt)
Yeah... I'm sure this info alone is proof of what went down in this household. But these kids being born doesn't cover half of it! Chloe ended up getting Family as her 2nd aspiration and Erin gained Romance as hers. These changes become the main reason so much drama ended up happening in this house, good god.
Before playing the Single household I had first finished the Grunt family round so Tank was in Uni and Ripp become an Adult since he didn't roll a college want before he aged. So no teens were going around giving the newly turned adult girls nooboos... ew. Anyway, Ripp that had no luck getting any girls to date him, when he was a teen, suddenly had Chloe and Erin having a massive attraction to him as soon as he was greeted into the house by Lola.
The two of them just kept flirting up a storm with him till ACR did its thing and had Chloe woohoo with Ripp thus leaving her pregnant with the twins, she fell in love with him right after the woohoo and AUTO PROPOSED TO HIM AND HE ACCEPTED!!!! Before I could even progress what just happened, Erin goes and ACR woohoo with Ripp, GETS RISKY WOOHOO PREGRENT AS WELL! And then proceeds to destroy Chloe's engagement as soon as the deed was done since Chloe walked in to see the both of them in bed...
It doesn't stop there. While heavily pregnant, Chloe ended up getting a date offer from the townie that Lola brought back from work and guess who she got as her date...DANIEL FREAKING PLEASENT! And they hit it off!!! To the point, she rolled an engagement want for him and I decided "LOL why not, it's not like he'll accept it" BUT HE FKING DID! HE SAID YES!!! AT A 5% CHANCE, DANIEL SAID YES!!! I sadly won't know if he would have said yes again during the wedding party but man I wish I could have seen that shit show.
How did baby Odin come into the picture? Well after Erin gave birth to Fiona, she got an outing call from Jennifer (During the Burb round, Erin become one of the family friends that Jennifer needed for her work promotion... if only she knew) and since Jennifer brought her whole family to this outing, John was also there as well. It was only after the outing event ended that Erin ACR with John to the photobooth, THE FAMILY WAS STILL AROUND BTW, exposed John as a cheater to his family and managed to make it worst by getting Erin pregnant...
Before the end of this household round, Tank walks by (he must have known that his brother had just become a father of three kids) and since Kristen was sent to greet him, they hit it off really well from there. At least she didn't get pregnant right on the first day but only near the end of the round with Levin.
Lola was the only one smart enough to at least keep to herself and flirt with the newly single Mary-Sue while Chloe and Erin were in their clowning hours, lol.
The Dina Caliente Household AKA 'Dina knows how to get that money' - Family Connection with Goth and Landgraab
Tumblr media
(left to right) Mimi Landgraab - (Daugther of Dina & Malcolm) Elizabeth Goth - (Daugther of Dina & Mortimer Goth) Malcolm V Landgraab - (Son of Dina & Malcolm) Margaret II Landgraab - (Daugther of Dina & Malcolm) She's the one behind Malcolm V. Katrina Landgraab - (Daugther of Dina & Malcolm) Nancy Landgraab - (Daugther of Dina & Malcolm)
Yep, Dina has 6 kids in total. In order by age, Elizabeth was her first child with Mortimer. They weren't even married yet when she got pregnant with Elizabeth but only after she had a belly pop during her date with Mortimer did he finally roll a want to engage with Dina, thus securing that marry a rich sim want she had. However, the marriage didn't last long since she got caught cheating with Ajay Loner (Mortimer was right there Dina... what were you thinking accepting that kiss...) so at the end of the Goth round she was kicked out after the marriage was broken off.
During Malcolm's round, Dina came by on one of Malcolm's business lots and by herself managed to win him over LOL. It was so funny seeing all the interaction from Dina automatically popping up while the dude was trying to run his business, lol. And here's the kicker! During one of the dates Malcolm and her had, she managed to not only get pregnant with Malcolm's baby but got him pregnant too (thanks to this mod) automatically securing herself with the 2nd richest sim in the hood HAHA!
Wasn't so funny when I suddenly found myself needing to help them take care of 5 newborns at once because Dina gave birth to triplets and Malcolm twins...
The Una Household - Family connection with Mole (The father is a deadbeat!)
Tumblr media
(left to right) James Una - (Son of Natasha & John Mole) Alastair Una - (Son of Natasha & John Mole) Alex Una - (Son of Natasha & John Mole)
John Mole is the worst! THE WORST with how he treats Natasha! OMG! The dude has 3 bolts with her, rolls a bunch of wants for Natasha and seems to be madly in love with her BUT HE WILL KEEP REFUSING TO MARRY HER!!! I thought I messed up the rejection chances mod but no... he really didn't want to get married, EVEN THOUGH HE HAD A WANT TO GET MARRIED!!! Every time I foolishly rebuild the relationship because they sooner or latter always roll the wants to get back in love with each other. But John keeps refusing when ITS TIME FOR THE MARRIAGE TO HAPPEN!!!
Oh but he sure had no issues to keep getting Natasha pregnant every time the relationship was back to "ACR woohoo is acceptable now".
#NatashaUnaDeservesBetter
Born from drama-free households - Most were just risky woohoo babies.
Yeah, I'm shocked that only three households I played had the most dramatic events happen... maybe the 2nd round would have proven me wrong but these are the following kids that were born from either married couples, soon to be married or in Kaylynn's case, "Oops, I just wanted to test the RCC mod being able to let unplayable townies have a chance to get pregnant and it worked... well Mary-Sue broke things off because of the affair baby so maybe you can have your happy ending with Da- oh wait Chloe just proposed and he said yes..."
Tumblr media
(left to right) Aberto Monty - (Son of Ajay Loner & Bianca Monty) Lete Shikibu - (Daugther of Cleo Shikibu & Antonio Monty)
Tumblr media
Finn Bell - (Son of Issac & Hannah)
Tumblr media
Arthur Capp - (Son of Albany & Goneril)
Tumblr media
Anson Capp - (Son of Consort & Alexandra) ...I'm leaning on the main reason Alexandra accepted the marriage with Consort was because he could provide her funding for the Pirate lifestyle she wants. They may be 2 bolts but they don't act a lot like a couple. Poor Anson.
Tumblr media
Kimberley Capp - (Daugther of Regan & Cornwall) Victoria Capp - (Daugther of Regan & Cornwall)
Tumblr media
Atom Beaker - (Son of Loki & Circe) Ceres Beaker - (Daughter of Loki & Circe) Thor Beaker - (Son of Circe & Loki) Atom & Ceres are twins (Yea I lucked out that it happened naturally) while Thor is the youngest. Thor is also the only one that doesn't have two points in mean.
Tumblr media
Nelly Aspir - (Daugther of Victor & Elizabeth) Roman Aspir - (Son of Victor & Elizabeth) Marion Aspir - (Daugther of Victor & Elizabeth) They're triplets... send an F in the chat for their poor mother.
Tumblr media
Noah Martin - (Son of Andrew & Elena) Genie appeared in their lot so dead mum came back to life and they ended up having another child.
Tumblr media
Jewel Simth - (Daugther of Jenny & PT#9) Joanna Simth - (Daugther of Jenny & PT#9) Twins and also everyone loves each other so much in this family 🥺
Tumblr media
Parker Langerak - (Son of Kaylynn Langerak & Daniel Pleasent) Sorry about your dad... at least your sisters love you very much.
Tumblr media
Tinkerbell Summerdream - (Daugther of Titania & Oberon)
Tumblr media
Elisa Ramirez - (Daughter of Checo & Lisa)
Tumblr media
Vincent Goth - (Son of Cassandra & Don) Easton Goth - (Son of Cassandra & Don) Twins, hate each other since birth for some reason.
Tumblr media
Florent Delarosa - (Son of Florence & Gilbert)
Tumblr media
Debbie Dreamer - (Daugther of Darren & Darleen) Lol Dirk getting a genie lamp and wishing for his mum back and then using the rest for money was pretty much the reason Darren's engagement got called off. (Well Darren got kissed by Darleen in front of Cassandra but I like to think getting back the things they once had was what made Darren think twice about the engagement).
Tumblr media
Dedric McGreggor - (Son of Leon & Ivy(Adult Townie)) Donald McGreggor - (Son of Leon & Ivy(Adult Townie)) Twins
Tumblr media
Corbin Jocque - (Son of Marcel & Sophia) Gabe Jocque - (Son of Marcel & Sophia) Twins
Tumblr media
Reed Tinker - (Son of Stephen & Wanda) Celesta Tinker - (Daughter of Stephen & Wanda) Rhythm Tinker - (Daugther of Stephen & Wanda) Lyric Tinker - (Son of Stephen & Wanda) Quads, yes they have musical names. Really proud of that part lol.
Tumblr media
Bobby Broke - (Son of Brandi & Skip) Yea, Bobby is my version of the unborn baby. His also around the same age as the kids I shared here. So you can get an idea of how much of a baby boom I got in this save.

masterlist + requests
Tumblr media
to say you were desperate would be an understatement. today you had received an eviction notice that stated that you had exactly 30 days to either pay back all the money you owed your landlord or leave your apartment.
due to your mother's illness you had to pay for all her medical bills. your father hadn't been in the picture for a long time so you alone were responsible for your mother's health. you couldn't just let her die. but because of all these costs you hadn't been able to pay your rent and now you were on the verge of homelessness.
never in a lifetime did you imagine that you would be begging someone for help. you felt so helpless that you honestly didn't really care how you got the money.
you decided to ask your boss for a raise and were prepared to work your ass off in order to get it.
mr. kim's office was on the fourth floor of the company, one you barely had ever been to. normal employees were usually only to be found on the lower floors so taking the elevator up felt wrong.
you were determined, however, to not let your pride get in the way. the money was more important than how you felt.
you knocked on the door twice. as if to make you feel even more nervous, it seemed like mr. kim waited extra long to respond.
when you entered he was sitting behind his desk. he didn't even look up at you so you just stood there awkwardly, unsure what to do.
'why don't you just sit?' he finally asked annoyed and closed his laptop.
you quickly took a seat and tried to put up a professional front.
'what can I do for you, um…' 'y/n,' you helped him out. 'right, y/n. what can I do for you?' he asked.
'I would like to ask for a raise, sir. you see, I am usually the first employee to enter the building and also most of the time the last one to leave. I do my work reliably and deliver solid results. my coworkers are pleased with me and we also get along well. I think I contribute a lot to this company and wanted to ask whether it would be possible to raise my pay.' you really tried to not make it seem like you had simply memorized all of this and forced yourself to speak slowly but firmly while looking him in the eyes.
mr. kim didn't respond at first but opened his laptop.
'to my understanding you have been working here for a very long time already. your pay is already the highest it can get. there is no way for me to raise it because there is no room for improvement.' he sighed and waited for your reaction.
you started sweating. this wasn't going as planned. you hadn't known that you were already receiving the highest pay. you were barely able to afford food with your current money.
'please, sir. I will do anything you ask of me. I don't care how many extra hours I'd have to work. I can do it. I promise. please give me a chance,' you begged him.
he was intrigued by you. why were you so desperate for the money?
'first, why don't you tell me why you are so keen on a raise?'
was your boss even allowed to ask you such personal questions? you answered anyway.
'my mother has cancer. I am the only person paying for her medical expenses and the treatments are all very expensive. I am about to get evicted because I cannot pay my rent.'
he seemed to be deep in thought. his gaze on you was intense.
your heart skipped a beat when he placed his hand on yours.
'y/n, I'm extremely sorry that you have to deal with all of this. I wouldn't want anyone to have to experience the same thing. believe me when I tell you that I want to help you. you know what? come back tomorrow. I have an idea how I might be able to help but I need to think about it further. would that be alright for you?'
it felt like a huge weight was lifted off your shoulders. you didn't care about what you had to do. you stood up, bowed deeply and thanked him over and over.
he let out a deep chuckle. you were cute.
the next day you came back again in the afternoon. this time he answered the door quicker and his attention was focused on you from the start. the energy felt much different than the day before. he seemed excited and was smiling at you. this had to mean good news, right? he shook your hand and pressed firmly while looking you deep in the eyes.
'y/n, I came up with an idea to help you. but it is less conventional and it depends on how much you are willing to do.'
'mr. kim, I will do anything,' you assured him. the smirk he flashed you threw you off guard.
'okay then. first, I'd prefer it if you called me sunwoo as we'll be seeing more of each other if you were to agree.'
this lowkey felt like crossing some boundaries but you wanted to please him.
you nodded eagerly. 'okay, sunwoo it is.'
'so my idea is that there are certain things you can do to earn money. I will pay for everything with my own savings and you will receive it in cash. we will start off easy and over time I'll add new tasks. of course, you have the freedom to choose whether you want to do them or not. that is completely up to you.'
the look of confusion on your face must have told him you didn't fully understand.
'it's hard to explain. I'd rather you figure it out by trying it. since today is friday, the task I'll give you is for monday. I would like to choose an outfit for you. I'll send it to your apartment and you have to wear exactly what is inside the box. if you were to do this I'd give you $20 cash.'
that was a weird request. why would he want to decide what you were wearing? did he not like your outfit? did you look disgusting?
'let me get this straight. you pick an outfit for me and if I decide to wear it I get money?' you ask him to see if you had understood correctly.
'exactly. that doesn't seem so bad, right?' you shook your head. it was whatever.
'that's great. you'll receive your outfit and I can't wait to see you in it on monday.' you didn't know if you were imagining it but it seemed like he was eyeing your body. h god, he definitely didn't like what you were wearing.
$20 wasn't much but still more than nothing. and apparently the other tasks would be worth more. guess you had to start somewhere. with the money you could at least afford something to eat.
you say goodbye and continued with work until it was time to leave.
you waited anxiously all weekend for the clothes. sunday you decided to go for a walk and when you opened your door you almost tripped over a package.
on monday morning you tried on the outfit sunwoo had picked out for you.
the white blouse was a bit see through and a bit too tight around the boob area but looked neat otherwise. the black skirt hugged your curves perfectly and made you look quite sexy in your opinion. he even picked out a bra, underwear, stockings and high heels for you. the note he had left clearly stated to wear exactly and only what was in the box. so you did.
you usually wore something more simple and loose but you didn't feel too uncomfortable in this look.
when you entered his office his eyes lit up.
'I'm glad you wore this. it looks very good on you.'
you were sure you blushed a bit at his words. you weren't really used to receiving compliments from men.
'I like it too,' you admit. sunwoo smiled contentedly.
'so would you like to do the same tomorrow? I'll send you another outfit,' he asked you.
this one wasn't bad at all so you agreed. he handed you $20. when you stood up and walked out the door he couldn't stop admiring the way your butt looked in the skirt. tomorrow was going to be even better.
the blouse was almost the same one. however, this time the skirt was a lot shorter. it ended at the middle of your thighs. but that wasn't even the weirdest thing. this time he had forgotten to send you panties.
you felt very unsure what to do. the note clearly stated to only wear what was in the box.
you sighed and pulled down the skirt as much as you could. this would have to do. as long as you were just sitting, everything would be fine.
you went about your day and some time in the afternoon you were called into sunwoo's office.
you were wondering whether or not to tell him about the missing underwear but decided to keep your mouth closed. panties didn't seem to be a topic to talk about with your boss.
'today, I want to offer you an additional task. you will receive your $20 dollars for sure and you can make another 30 by cleaning my office. what do you think?' he proposed to you.
that would be $50 in total. you needed all the money you could get.
'of course. just tell me what to clean and I will be happy to help.'
everything was going according to sunwoo's plan. he was excited and told you you could start by dusting the shelves.
your eagerness was cute and he watched you out of the corner of his eyes.
some of the shelves were higher up so you had to stretch to be able to reach them. when you did your skirt rolled up higher and he was able to see the just the outline of your butt cheeks. he unconsciously licked his lips.
for the rest of the week you continued these two tasks. but you noticed that the underwear kept on missing and the skirts also progressively became shorter.
this was a struggle when you were cleaning and organizing his office. you were aware of your skirt rolling up and you were hoping that sunwoo wouldn't notice.
of course he did. that had been his intention all along. when you bent down he could sometimes get a glance at your pretty pussy. he couldn't help but get hard at the sight of this and palmed his bulge through his pants.
in one week you had received $220. you would have been more happy if you hadn't gotten another bill from the hospital asking you for another $1200. the health care system was simply fucked up. whatever the next tasks were, you had to do them.
on monday you were cleaning his office again. you wanted to pick up some files but you struggled reaching them from the highest shelf. you felt your skirt roll up again.
'wait. I'll help you,' sunwoo announced and walked over.
you gasped as you felt something hard poke your thigh as he stood behind you to reach for the files. when he took a step back you saw the clear outlines of his hardened cock.
unable to hide your surprise, sunwoo laughed.
'this is all your doing.' so he did notice your skirt roll up. wait. had he given you these clothes with this in mind?
'do you want to touch it?' he asked.
you just blinked at him. what? were you perhaps still dreaming? it was possible that you were having a wet dream about your boss. sunwoo was very handsome and you had to be blind not to notice.
'if you help me get rid of it, I'll promise you $100.' he knew you were thinking hard. you couldn't keep your eyes off his bulge, clearly not sure what to think of this.
this was against all the work protocols but you would kid yourself if you said that you didn't want to. not only was he very attractive but you'd do a lot for a mere $100.
you reached for his belt. sunwoo smirked; he had won.
you pulled his pants down and were immediately greeted with his veiny cock.
'you aren't the only one not wearing any underwear, my dear y/n.'
so that had been intentional. interesting. you realized you must have been very naive to have believed that he had simply forgotten to put panties in the boxes.
you started by rubbing the tip softly with your thumb. it was pretty and pink and already leakined pre-cum.
you felt strangely good about having this kind of effect on someone. with a few pumps his dick was completely hard.
sunwoo propped his hands on the desk behind him and leaned back in bliss.
deep moans were escaping his beautifully luscious lips while you were pleasuring him with your hands.
you decided to put your left hand you use as well by massaging his balls.
'fuck! when did you learn to do this so well?' sunwoo groaned.
during high school you had had a lot of sex. it made you feel good and you enjoyed it. now your experience turned out to be lifesaving to you. well, he'd probably pay you even if you weren't as mind blowing.
'hmm, practice,' you simply state.
'if this is already so good I wonder what your mouth can do, baby girl.' being called that aroused you way more than expected. this was so exciting.
'I'll give you another $100 if you suck me off.'
before sunwoo knew it you had already wrapped your lips around his cock. you skillfully bobbed your head up and down. when you looked up at him with big eyes he swore he was about to explode.
with most of the dick in your mouth your other hand was continuing to knead his balls.
he was coming close quickly and grabbed your hair so you would stay still.
he proceeded to fuck your mouth harshly. you felt spit running down the sides of your lips and tears escaping your eyes as he buried his cock deep in your mouth. you tried to relax in order to deep-throat him properly.
he came hard and emptied his load in your mouth. to prove a point, you swallowed it and then opened up to show him.
panting hard he said: 'fuck you're just amazing!'
you looked absolutely delicious with your face full of cum. he had a good feeling you were the right person to do this with.
you licked off some of the white liquid from your lips and smirked at him.
this was definitely not what you had expected what you would be doing but you weren't one to complain.
sunwoo quickly disappeared to search for some paper towels to clean your face. his employees couldn't see you like this.
after your face was clean again he handed you $250. 'you deserve it.' 'thanks.'
he tucked a strand of hair behind your ear and leaned closer. 'maybe we can do more tomorrow.' ooh, sounds exciting.
'then I'll look forward to seeing you.' with a wink you left.
you wondered how much money you would get for some sexy time with your boss.
the next morning, you couldn't fully button up the blouse he had sent you. the top buttons had to be left open and a lot of cleavage was visible. this horndog!
this time you actually received some underwear but only for a special reason. you found a pink mini vibrator in the box as well.
so you were walking around with a vibrating stick up your pussy. you didn't want to come in front of your co-workers so you turned it off whenever you got too close and waited to calm down.
'did you have fun today?' was the first thing sunwoo said to you.
you laughed ironically. 'I had so much fun pretending I wasn't being masturbating in front of everyone…'
he made you turn around and lifted up your skirt. the outline of the vibrator was visible and he could see your panties shaking.
with one quick move he pulled your underwear down and took the vibrator to turn it off. it came out with a wet plop and juices were running down your thighs.
sunwoo surprised you by sucking on the wet vibrator.
'sit on the desk,' he commanded you.
you did as you were told and sunwoo spread your legs wide apart.
he inserted his index and middle finger which slipped in with ease. your pussy made wet noises as he pushed them in and out of you.
finally having privacy you allowed yourself to make sounds. he made intense eye contact while fingering you, loving the way your face was scrunched up in pleasure.
you wrapped your arms around his neck and started kissing him. his tongue easily won the fight over dominance and started exploring your mouth.
you two were basically just sucking each others faces off until he broke off the kiss and lowered his body. he attached his mouth to your clit and started sucking. you pulled at his hair in pleasure and had a hard time controlling your breathing. damn, he was skilled at this as well.
when he felt you clenching around his fingers he withdrew them and you let out a disappointed noise of protest.
'don't worry. you'll have more soon.', he laughed at you. he quickly took off his pants and pulled you off the desk. he turned you around so your ass was facing him.
he started rubbing his thick cock between your ass cheeks and coated it in your juices. every time he got into contact with your tense pussy a shudder overcame your body.
he lifted your leg and placed your foot on the table. the angle from when he thrusted into you from behind was just perfect.
sunwoo attached his lips onto your neck and started leaving hickeys there. at the same time he was kneading your breast through your shirt.
he had barely ever felt such a perfect pussy around his cock. the way you took him in seemed too good to be true.
while his dick was still inside you, he lifted you up and placed you on all fours on the floor.
he grabbed your hips so tightly that he left red marks on them. at this point, he was just uncontrollably slamming into you while you were losing your mind. you were screaming his name loudly, glad that you knew no one could hear you.
as you could feel both of you getting close, he pulled your upper body up to his chest and wrapped one hand around your neck.
the pressure he applied was just enough for you to see stars but not enough for it to be unpleasant.
the lack of oxygen stimulated your senses even more and while repeatedly screaming out sunwoo's name you finally came hard on his dick.
with a few more thrusts, sunwoo's hips started stuttering as well and he shot his load into you. while riding out your highs he was just fucking his cum right back into you.
when he finally pulled out, a pool of his semen started dripping out of you. you suddenly felt so empty. his thick cock had filled you up so good that you were already missing it.
while you were still catching your breath on the floor, sunwoo had gone to get paper towels.
when he came back, however, he seemed hectic.
'I'm so sorry. there has been an emergency and I need to leave right now. I'll leave these here as well as the money.' he placed everything on the desk and walked back to the door.
he turned around one last time. 'I hope we can do this again.' he smiled at you.
you later saw that he had left you $750.
kind of becoming a sugar baby had never been your plan but you didn't mind it. if only the circumstances had been better.

You still awake?
The message had ticked in around 11pm. Not too late. But still. Definitely too late for an idol who was bound for an international flight at 6am the next day. Still you couldn’t help the feeling of dread and nervousness from spreading in your chest, almost cutting off your oxygen-supply.
You’d planned to slowly minimize the contact with him and then just ghost him when he went abroad. You were sure to get your heart broken anyway so there was no use in even trying to get this working. Whatever this was.
Really it was still nothing. You had been texting back and forth after meeting at a bar a few weeks ago. He had chatted you up and you had been absolutely sure he’d done it as a dare. But he had been unbelievably sweet and considerate, and despite not really being able to meet up afterwards because of the risk of him getting recognized, you had had a few virtual dates where he had ordered food to your house and facetimed with you while you both ate. It had been a bit unorthodox though still very nice and more than anything sweet of him to go through such lengths to figure out a way to meet up casually and not put too much pressure on either of you.
However, he had put up a much bigger fight than you had thought he would, when you started withdrawing yourself. Somehow he seemed to sense what you were planning, cause suddenly he was calling and facetiming you constantly, sending your small messages throughout the day of what he was doing, always with a goofy photo sure to make you smile.
So when his message came in it seemed too much of a coincidence, but you had your plan and you were sticking to it.
Placing your phone face down, you turned back to the show playing on your computer as you tried to concentrate on the drama once again only to jump out of your own skin in surprise when your doorbell rang.
For a moment you were stunned, simply staring towards the still locked door with wide eyes and a thundering heartbeat as if the door would magically swing open and reveal whoever was on the other side.
When it rang again you were finally kicked into action, quickly lifting your laptop off your lap and scurrying to the door answer it.
Before you’d even reached the door, you had a sinking feeling in your chest and when you pulled it open to reveal Jin on the other side with an RJ-plushie under his arm and a tub of ice-cream in his hand, it felt like your heart actually stopped for a second. Despite how you’d tried to avoid him, your heart didn’t seem to care and was current trying to peck its way out of your chest.
“So I don’t know why you’re avoiding me, but I am not leaving the country until I figure it out,” he spoke softly, though there was a clear teasing tone to his voice and flicker in his eyes as he sent you a shy smile. “I bought ice-cream as an excuse for being a jerk. Cause I know you don’t like this stuff. This stuff being feelings,” he clarified, making you roll your eyes in feigned annoyance as you waved him into your apartment.
“I’m not avoiding you...” you started, though you knew it would be hard to keep up the act in front of him. Especially since he had already grabbed two spoons from your kitchen and was making his way to the couch, where he immediately made himself comfortable with the ice and his plushie, sending you a patient stare along with a soft smile as if to say: “I know that’s not true, but I will wait until you admit that yourself.”
Huffing in slight annoyance, you walked to the couch and accepted the spoon he handed you, digging out a spoonful from the tub of ice cream and popping it in your mouth. Eating in silence for a few moments, you finally give in to his stubbornness with a sigh.
Finally lifting your eyes, you immediately found his already trained on yours with a slight concerned frown to his face that he was trying, and failing, to hide.
“Alright fine. I might have been avoiding you,” you admitted with a sigh as you quickly occupied both your eyes and hands with getting another spoonful of ice-cream, too afraid of his reaction.
“Why?”
The question was justified and definitely to expect and yet it suddenly made you unsure of the situation. Had you been overthinking it? Was there even anything to avoid?
“I...”
“Cause I thought we really had something good here,” he interrupted you as he popped another spoonful of ice-cream in his mouth and eyed you with the observance of a hawk. “Hmm?”
Unable to disagree with him, you simply nodded with wide eyes, too afraid to speak.
“Are you avoiding me because you don’t want something more? Cause if that is the case, then just tell me and I’ll back off,” he offered with a curious eyebrow, pausing for a second to see if you’d disagree.
“No,” you whispered timidly, huffing in annoyance with yourself for letting him in.
In your apartment or your heart?, the voice in your head snickered.
“Why then?”
“Jin, this isn’t gonna work anyway, and you seem way more interested in this than I do and -”
“So?”
Feeling the rest of your arguments dry up on your tongue, you looked up to find him calmly returning your gaze causing you to cock your head in confusion.
“What do you mean?”
“What does it matter if I’m more interested in you than you are in me?”, he asked, RJ plushie secured in his grasped and patient eyes against your anxious ones.
“Well, it’s not fair. And you’ll end up getting hurt...”
“Ah, but that’s my decision to make, isn’t it?”
Again his calm voice interrupted your thoughts, making you halt and furrow your eyebrows in confusion.
“What?”
“I have no problem with you not being sure about what this is yet,” he shrugged as he took another spoonful of ice-cream. “I know what I want, which is you and I don’t mind waiting til you make up your mind,” he finished before eating the ice-cream.
“And what if I decide I don’t want you?”, you whispered timidly, suddenly wishing you were the one with a plushie to hide behind.
“Then I’ll leave you alone. As I said, it’s my decision if I want to risk my heart or not. But for you, I don’t mind waiting,” he smirked as he winked at you, making your hear gallop away as you tried to make out his words.
“Look, I know you’re scared, but this really doesn’t have to be a big deal until you’re ready for it to be,” he spoke softly, as he reached over for your hand, his still cold from holding the tub of ice-cream. His cold hands against your skin pierced through the fog in your mind and suddenly made you aware of how close you were sitting. Eyes snapping up to meet his brown orbs staring into yours, every argument you’d ever used against such a situation died out on your tongue. “Can’t we just enjoy this while it unfolds instead of dreading the possible end of it?”, he whispered as he leaned even closer, his breath now ghosting your skin.
“Either we stay together forever or we break up,” you whispered with closed eyes when you felt his lips ghost your cheek, still trying to find reason in a heartled situation. For him or for you, you weren’t sure.
“So?”, he chuckled against the shell of your ear as he pressed a kiss against the sensitive skin just below your ear. “That’s a 50/50 chance. I’m willing to take that risk.”
Pulling back enough to see your eyes, he seemed to search them for an answer to an unvoiced question before he slowly leaned in again, eyes locked with yours as his lips halted an inch from yours.
“Aren’t you?”
Unable to put words to your thoughts, you followed the commands of your body as you closed the distance between your lips, answering his question not with words but with actions.
Yoongi:
Tumblr media
“Marry me?”
Despite the words being a common exchange between the two of you, today you really didn’t have the mental capacity to deal with it you thought with an annoyed huff, immediately pushing yourself off his chest and off the bed, leaving him naked and uncovered on the mattress.
You had started of as friends.
Not best friends, but still very close.
You’d know each other for a long time and were comfortable with each other. And it was meant to be a one time thing only.
Despite the number of girls throwing themselves at him, Yoongi still needed an emotional connection with the person in order to enjoy sex with them.
Hence, you came into the picture.
In the beginning you’d really enjoyed it - excellent sex with a gorgeous man. What’s not to like, right?
Exactly those two words; marry me.
It was a joke between the two of you. That if the public ever found out, you would act like you’d been married all the time. It was all in good fun and the sex definitely added to the fun, but things had gotten out of hand.
The marriage thing started as a joke, but lately Yoongi had gotten very loose with the words, throwing them around every time you came over.
The rest of his members only laughed it off, already sure that your were dating and thus it was a harmless inside joke to them.
But to you it hit home.
Cause you weren’t dating. You were only fucking.
And in your world there was a lot of steps between fucking and marrying.
“Why on earth would you think I wanted to get married to you?”, you cackled in a mocking tone, as you flitted around the room gathering your clothes off the floor, desperate to avoid eye-contact with him.
“Well, you never want to talk about us actually becoming a couple..”, he trailed off, lazily eyeing you as you moved about the room.
“And you think the solution is to propose to me?”, you snorted out, eyes still trained on the floor as you tried to calm your racing heart and your shallow breaths.
“I don’t know, Y/n. I’m running out of options,” he complained in a huff as he pushed himself off the bed to pull on his pants. “You didn’t want to go on a date, you won’t even allow me to buy you dinner. What do I have to do for you to see this as an actual relationship and not just us hooking up?”, he whined with a huff as he pulled a t-shirt over his head, glaring at you as he did.
“Well, I’ll give you a clue. Marriage isn’t the solution!”, you shrieked as you whipped around to face him, voice shrill and your eyes widened in panic. “Things are fine as they are!”
Angrily pulling on your coat, you grabbed your purse from the table and stalked to his bedroom door, whipping around to deliver one final comment, only to find him directly behind you with a stubborn look on his face.
“I don’t care if things are fine, Y/n,” he grumbled as he reached around you and pulled open the door. Ever the gentleman, even in the middle of an argument. “I want more. I want you. And if I can only get that by marrying you, that that’s what I’ll do.”
Rolling your eyes at his comment you stepped out of his room and walked down the hall towards the living room and the front door.
“I know it might be hard to get through your thick skull, Min Yoongi, but not every girl on the planet dreams of marrying you,” you shot back as you finally made it to the living room, where 3 pairs of eyes met yours the second your stepped in.
Great. Seemed like the Maknae-line had heard everything.
“Then what do you want, Y/n?”, Yoongi drawled in an annoyed voice as he reached for your wrist only for you to retract it as if he’d burned it. Despite the hurt he felt at your actions, he reached out for your hand once more, this time intertwining your fingers and yanking you back towards him. “What do you want?”
“I don’t know!”, you screamed at him, unable to take it anymore. Feeling your breathing getting uncomfortable shallow, you let your body collapse on the floor and squeezed your eyes shot as it all became all too much for you.
“I don’t know,” you repeated in a sob, as you tried to ignore the itching feeling of people watching you.
As your heartbeat droned on in your ears, your felt more than saw Yoongi’s figure crouching beside you for a second, whispering something in your ear, though it was impossible for you to hear over your own blood rushing through your veins.
When you didn’t answer he plopped down beside you, crossing his legs under himself before reaching out for you. Long slender fingers gently massaged your painfully tense arms away from the gridlock around your knees and coaxed your body limp and compliant into his laps where his soothing voice filled your mind, finally droning out your heartbeat.
Whispering sweet nothings against your skin as you came down from your spike, he held you close in the middle of the living room, not even once paying attention to the crowd on the couch.
When he finally convinced you to come back to his room to rest, he sent the maknaes a very telling glare of “we do not mention this ever”, before he gently coaxed you back to his room with the words: “I hope you’ll stop panicking about us soon. I really want this to be more.”
Hoseok:
Tumblr media
“So I’ve been thinking about this for a while now, Y/n,” he spoke in a sincere voice, keeping your gaze capture with his as he reached across the table to take your hand in his.
He’d invited you over for dinner on your 5th date, pulling out all the stops; home-cooked meal, chilled wine, strawberries dipped in chocolate for dessert.
You knew what was coming. Honestly, it was quite clear. He had been hinting at it every since your first date.
So you were more than ready.
Might even had rehearsed some lines in your head, as you applied your winged eyeliner before coming over.
Swallowing the wine you’d just sipped, you put down the glass and smiled at him as you reached out to meet his hand on the table between you with a sweet smile.
“I’ve really enjoyed the time we’ve spent together,” he spoke clearly and confidently, evidently pretty sure of himself. “And we’ve been dating for a while now and I really want to make this exclusive.”
Though spoken in a sure voice and with no signs of hesitation, you didn’t miss the questioning look in his eyes or the suddenly too-aware loose grip on your hand.
The signs were all there and though you had been expecting them, it still pulled on your heart as you sent him a sympathetic smile and gave his hand a small squeeze.
“No thank you,” you smiled sweetly at him as you pulled your hand out of his and stood up from the table, not missing the way his entire face crumbled in one second to cloud over in the next.
It would only be a matter of seconds before he called you a tease and threw you out of the apartment. You were sure of it.
“Thank you for the dinner and everything else,” you spoke sincerely as you walked over to press a kiss to his cheek.
“Why not?”, he simply asked. No anger in his voice, just pure curiosity it would seem.
“I don’t do relationships, Hoseok,” you purred honey-sweet against his ear, before straightening up and walking to the mirror, leaving Hoseok annoyed and confused at the table.
“Where is this coming from, Y/n? I thought you felt the same way? Is it because you’re feeling insecure? You know you’re more than enough for me...”
Your cackling laugh caused his head to snap up in surprise which was quickly replaced with annoyance at your cocky stare thrown over your shoulder.
“Oh, honey. Me being insecure? Not happening. I know I am a freaking catch,” you hummed with a confident smirk to your own reflection in the mirror as you tied up your hair, sending a wink to man sitting stunned at the table behind you through the mirror. “This has nothing to do with my confidence, Hoseok.”
“Clearly,” he scoffed, standing up from the table and running his hand through his hair with a deep sigh. “Then why?”
“I don’t do relationships,”  you repeated, still smiling sickeningly sweet at him as you tried to avoid the panic in your chest as you shrugged your shoulders. “I told you that from the start, Hoseok. Did you really forget?”
Trying to keep your smile casual as his face remained quizzical, you cocked your head arrogantly to imply he was taking up too much of your time.
Why wasn’t he getting angry though?, you asked yourself as you struggled to figure out your next move.
It was easy when they got angry. They practically threw you out themselves.
But this? Hoseoks analyzing eyes on you as he seemed to weigh every simple word you’d ever said, was pure torture.
You didn’t want to hurt him. That was exactly why you did as you did. Why you got out while it was still possible.
“Us being exclusive is hardly a relationship,” he scoffed with narrowed eyes as they traveled across your form, seemingly analyzing everything once more after your change of heart.
“Maybe not,” you hummed as your turned towards him again, defiantly meeting his gaze. “But it is for sure the step right before, Jung. And I am not about to risk it.”
“Aren’t you being too dramatic right now, Y/n?”
“Excuse me?”
“It’s not like anything is going to change. Unless you’re dating and screwing a bunch of men while dating me then sure, some things will change,” he smirked in a challenging voice knowing you would never back down from an insult like that.
Narrowing your eyes at him, you couldn’t help the flutter in your stomach when his gaze met yours so shamelessly. So cockily.
“You know, I wouldn’t do that,” you spoke through clenched teeth, getting nothing but a cocky smile back from Hoseok.
“Then what is it? Are you afraid I won’t be able to satisfy you in bed? Cause believe me, you’ll have trouble finding someone after me,” he grinned annoyingly. “I’m simply too great an act to follow. It’s okay if you can’t keep up to begin with. I’ll slow down til you learn,” he sneered confidently.
Not even aware it was a pressure point of yours before he mentioned it, you gritted your teeth in annoyance as you closed the distance between the two of your in a few steps and smashed your lips together.
“How are you this annoying and hot at the same time,” you gasped, when you pulled away from the kiss, only to yelp when he forcefully pulled you against his chest again.
“It’s a gift,” he smirked before connecting your lips once more, not allowing any more complaints from you.
Namjoon:
Tumblr media
“I’m home,” you called as you opened the door to your apartment, knowing full and well that Namjoon would be there. After all you had asked him if he wanted to come over and he’d asked if he could use the extra key to your place to come over a little earlier. Something about practice ending early, though that sounded very unlikely in your ears, and when the smell of scented candles and food hit your nose, you couldn’t help a gloating smirk as you pulled off your shoes and walked into the living-room.
“You gotta stop doing this,” you laughed, when your eyes fell on the candles lit all over the room and the man standing in the middle with a bouquet of flowers.
“What? Why?”, he asked, his face scrunching up in confusion but allowing you to step into his arms never the less and pulling you closer as if on reflex as you nuzzled your face against his chest.
“You’re only gonna make it harder for me, when I have to leave,” you giggled, as you leaned up to press a kiss to the soft skin of his neck before drawing back with a chuckle to pour yourself a glass of wine from the bottle standing on the counter.
Drawing a sip of the bitter drink, you felt Namjoon circle his arms around your waist and rest his chin on your shoulder with a sigh.
He knew you were right. You were sure of it.
You had been honest and open about your short-term contract from the beginning. Never promising him more than you would be able to give. And he had never pushed that.
Until today it would seem.
“You know, you could just stay here.”
Feeling your blood run cold at the mere prospect of what he was suggesting, you shrugged it off with another chuckle.
“You know, I need to move in a few months,” you reminded him with a hum as you grabbed the wine bottle and poured a glass for him as well, though he didn’t accept it but settled for snuggling deeper against the crook of your neck.
“Why do you need to go? Couldn’t you get your contract extended here?”
“I could but then I would have to stay here for two more years,” you shrugged, refusing to follow his reasoning.
Namjoon nodded excitedly at your words, pulling back a bit to see your expression.
“Exactly! Two more years here with me,” he stated in a happy tone as he pressed a sloppy kiss to your neck, making you roll your eyes and step out of his grasp leaving him looking after your like a lost puppy.
“Sure,” you snorted out in ridicule, wincing slightly at the hurt-puppy look he sent you. “More like a few more months with you and two years of me being stuck in a place because of a guy who left me. No thanks.”
“Y/n,” Namjoon’s soft voice pleaded, making you halt in your steps and turn back towards him. “You know it actually hurts my feelings, when you just assume I’m gonna end up hurting you like that.”
His eyes were sincere and hurt, but he was tense and he actually seemed angry, making you cock your head at him in confusion as you let your eyes sweep over his form before snapping back up to his face which had gone a lot softer in the meantime.
“Sorry, I’m just speaking from experience,” you shrugged, trying to play off how your heart was galloping away.
“I know. And it’s honestly the only thing I hate about you,” he answered brazenly making you scrunch up you nose in annoyance at his words, until you heard his reasoning. “That you’ve been hurt so bad that you expect no one will ever treat you well again.”
“I-”
Unable to find an answer, you were left searching for the words as your eyes followed how he stepped up to you again, hands gently cupping your face as he placed a feather-light kiss on your lips.
“I know you want to run. Because you think it’s easier to run than to trust. But I want you to know that even if you don’t trust me yet, I would never do anything to hurt you. And if you feel more comfortable with running, I want you to know that I will still wait here for you if you do choose to go. Still, I hope you chose to stay here with me. I won’t disappoint you. I promise you. You just have to give me a chance,” he whispered against your skin as he kissed away the tears, you hadn’t even known were falling.

surveys by -thoughtlessdork
Have you ever had the chicken pox? No. I’m constantly in a place of waiting for it to pass by, because everyone tells me all people are bound to have it at one point in their lives (idk how true that is, though). I am also told it gets a lot suckier as one gets older, so...not too thrilled about it at all.
how often do you do laundry? I don’t handle that chore myself, but it’s done 1–2 times a week in our house.
Have you ever been evicted? Nopes.
would you grow your own garden? I don’t see that happening. I’m a magnet for killing plants.
do you know anyone who snores? I do.
Trigger warning kinda, by the end.
what is your favorite font? Proxima Nova. It’s the default font that my org used for all documents and works-in-progress, and it ended up becoming my actual real-life favorite. I’ve always picked out that font even outside of org matters.
do you know what a wombat is? Sure.
would you make a good movie critic? Not at all. I don’t know enough about different filmmaking elements to make a reliable critic. I’ve criticized things like acting, plots, and dialogues in the past, of course; but there’s still so many things that go into films that aren’t overtly projected like lighting, symbolism, hidden meanings, etc. I don’t have a very good nose for those.
what goal are you aiming for this year? In the last 8 weeks of the year? Hmm...avoiding corona would be at the top of that list, lmao.
are you currently reading any books at the moment? No. I’ve stopped opening the book I used to constantly mention on here.
when i say foxy lady what comes to mind? Beyoncé’s character in the Austin Powers movie she was in lol; her name was Foxxy.
would you have liked to have lived during the Victorian times? Wasn’t this era like a golden age of sorts for the UK? I’d love to visit for that purpose; but given the still-horrible hygiene and living conditions for most people of the time, I wouldn’t choose to live there.
would you own a Siamese cat? No.
have you ever had an ultimate adrenaline rush? I don’t think so. I’ve had bursts of energy in the past, but I wouldn’t call any of them an ultimate adrenaline rush.
do you like deviled eggs? I’ve never had them; it’s not a common dish here. But they always look so good in the American shows I watch??? I really hope they taste as good as they look.
what tends to upset you? Hearing anything about animal abuse.
what's the farthest you've walked? I can’t give you a distance, but my parents opted for us to walk the whole time we were in Bali (except if we had a tour day which included transportation). Walking in an unfamiliar - and very humid - country and not knowing where anything is (this was before food and travel apps got as detailed as they are today) and ending up walking long stretches because you can’t locate any good local spots is a very easy way to run out of patience, apparently.
what is your favorite horror movie? Carrie was pretty fun.
what does your favorite shirt look like? It’s a twist on the Chicago flag, made black and red and with a raised fist in the middle. At the back it says “CM Punk: Best in the World.” Been my favorite and most overused shirt for the past 9 years. My friends tease me about it sometimes, but I don’t care lol, the shirt is very significant to me.
is your life like a daily routine? It is, but I prefer that it is. I like when things are in my control and, for the most part, predictable. I enjoy spontaneity in short bursts.
were you ever told as a child if you eat carrots you'll have pretty eyes? So many times.
what career are you most interested in? Communications and media, so it’s great that I’m headed there so far.
have you ever seen a rooster? Sure.
what time do you usually wake up? I wake up wake up by 7:30 or 8 AM, but I usually also wake up for a bit any time between 4–6 AM. Sometimes I choose to stay up from then, and sometimes I’d want to go back to sleep.
what do you think about religion? It’s good when people use it for good, or if it has helped save a person’s life. In my own personal experience, though, it’s beenhard to find Christians who aren’t hypocritical. So even though I see religion’s potential, I don’t have a lot of trust in believers themselves.
what made you feel most accomplished in your life so far? Graduating college.
have you ever seen a lunar eclipse? I saw the super blue blood moon two years ago, which according to a quick Google search is a lunar eclipse! So yeah, I’ve seen one.
what are you allergic to? No allergies.
do you ever feel like people hold things you do or say against you? Only my mom does this.
what can't you afford but wish you could? Front-row Wrestlemania tickets. My childhood (and now adulthood) dream is to go to Mania 50 which is only 14 years from now, but at least I still have more than enough time to save up for it.
--
what is one word that sums up this year so far? Revelatory. ever felt like you were putting your life in danger? [trigger warning] Yes, it’s called suicidal tendencies. what do you like with your eggs? If scrambled, with cheese. If omelette...stuff that crap up with everything lol. Tomatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms, cheese, ham, bacon, and onions are all good in my book. what remedy do you partake when experiencing the common cold? The good ol’ wait-for-it-to-go-away life hack. would you ever spend a weekend in the mountains in a log cabin? That sounds amazing. I sure would. have you ever been called a psycho? No. have you ever taken martial arts? would you? No but I was always a little envious of my cousin who was taken to taekwondo class every weekend when we were kids. Sure, I’d take classes if I had the chance. who is someone you look up to? Nacho, but he’s gone now. is there something you're anxious about? I have work jitters for tomorrow, but they’re manageable for now. Otherwise I’m feeling pretty good. what is the longest you've gone without sleep? A little above 24. what is the longest you've been on the phone? This makes me cringe now, but it was like 8 hours long or something like that. It was still the ~honeymoon phase of that relationship and we were still clingy. We never did it again after that. do you care about calories? No. do you know someone with a really annoying laugh? Nah, can’t think of anyone. what band do you mostly always listen to no matter what mood? Paramore.  have you ever been to Indianapolis? Nope.
--
what type of bread do you like to eat? I eat white bread all the time, but my favorite kind is brioche. do you have any great great grandparents still living? Two greats is a bit too much don’t you think? Lmao. Anyway, my last great-grandparent died in 2010. I never knew my dad’s grandparents, and my great-grandfather on my mom’s side had died all the way back in the 70s. what is one country that you really want to visit someday? India. who usually cooks or what do you usually crave the most? Those are two different questions haha. My parents take turn cooking; and as for my craving, I find myself seeking sushi most of the time. ever been associated in a program that was a complete waste of time? Yep, like that one time I had to attend this 5-hour mandatory program/seminar before my driver’s license could be issued to me; it taught me nothing I didn’t already know about driving, and it used driving tutorials that I’m pretty sure were recorded in the 90s. This seminar took place in 2016. do weird numbers call your phone? Not regularly. Occasionally an unknown number will come in, but I reject all those. where are you right now? Sitting up on my bed. do you tend to care about other people's feelings more than your own? Yes. I really shouldn’t. what type of lifestyle do you want to obtain? if you haven't obtained it [trigger warning] I haven’t even figured out yet if I love life enough to want to stay in it. A type of lifestyle isn’t much of a priority for now. what was something that use to frighten you as a child? Getting lost at the mall. have you ever been on a train? Just once. who's been in your life the longest? did you expect this person to still be around? Apart from family, Angela. Yes, she’s here for the long haul. how do you feel about anatomy? Fascinating. I’d take a class on it. Insert interesting fact here: Read this on Reddit a few days ago, so I’ll just copy-paste the whole thing: “When Jadwiga, the King of Poland (medieval Poland referred to every ruler as King regardless of gender), was considering a marriage proposal from the Grand Duke of Lithuania, a chief concern among her court was that said Duke was rumored to have massive genitals to the point that they would kill his wife on their wedding night. Two of her councilors volunteered to travel to Lithuania to try and discover the truth of these rumors, which naturally meant they would watch the Duke as he bathed. They returned and happily reported that not only weren’t the Duke’s genitals fatally large, they were in fact a tad smaller than average, so nothing to worry about. Thus Poland and Lithuania were united, and the rest is history.” Got a chuckle out of that one when I read it that I just had to scroll through the entire thread again just to be able to share it here lmao.

masterlist
“You tired already?”
You huff out an annoyed breath. “Easy for you to say. You just stick your dick in while I gotta deal with your sweaty body on top of me. It’s like Niagara Falls every time you top.”
Seojoon clutches at his chest in offense. “How dare you? First of all, might I remind you that I made you that spicy ramen last night even though we all know it starts World War III in your guts and you were stuck on the toilet for an hour crying over your ‘ruined asshole’?”
“Why, you little—”
You launch a pillow at his face, but unfortunately for you, his reflexes as a panther hybrid allow him to easily avoid your attempted assault.
“Anyways, I gotta get going.” Seojoon sighs in fake disappointment. “Hyungsik wanted to binge-watch My Hero Academia with me, but I’ve been avoiding him ever since I accidentally watched the season already.”
“Yikes, good luck dealing with that mess.”
You never really liked Hyungsik, and you’re 99.9% certain that the feeling’s mutual. Just something about him strikes a wrong chord with you, but Seojoon shrugs this off as irrational paranoia. Unwilling to argue with your friend, you force yourself to muster up the brightest phony smile whenever you stop by their apartment to hang out or drop something off.
“See you tomorrow!” He shouts as he escapes through the front door after slipping his clothes back on. “Great work today as always! Don’t forget my money, bitch!”
“Love you too, jackass.” You grumble as you lay in a starfish position on your mattress.
The livestream ended an hour ago, but Seojoon stayed to help you clean up and recuperate after the camming session. While he’s a dumbass half the time, you admire him for his consistent attitude for quality aftercare, even after the most vanilla of encounters. This particular session gained you a hundred more viewers and a decent amount of money for you to share with. If your elementary school-level calculations serve you well, the night’s earnings combined with your last solo stream are enough to cover textbook costs and the money you owe Seojoon for the time you overflowed his toilet after trying to flush his toothbrush down after accidentally flinging it inside and wanting to “destroy the evidence” before Seojoon came home.
Your next defense was to blame it on Hyungsik, but he didn’t seem to appreciate the joke.
As recompense for your so-called “crime against humanity”, you offered a substantial portion of your earnings if he helped with filming. Sex came natural to the both of you, lacking the expectation of blatant resistance when you first brought up the idea. Casual sex with a trustworthy friend while making a couple hundred bucks every five minutes? Seojoon couldn’t find any fault with that.
After all, you sucked him off in a frat house bathroom just an hour after you two were officially introduced.
You stretch out across the bed with a wince. Maybe you’ll invest an hour-long massage once your money gets transferred to your account. Better yet, you’ll force Seojoon to pay for it since this is his fault in the beginning. The man’s built like a god but fucks like the devil.
When you unlock the screen of your cell phone, you’re bombarded with the sight of multiple texts from Seulgi and an email about your Music 101 class being cancelled on Monday. After browsing through bland Instagram stories, you finally decide to appease the witch in your inbox.
Right off the bat, you regret opening up the message.
BITCH YOU BETTER ANSWER ME BEFORE I COME OVER AND TELL SEOJOON ABOUT UR CRUSTY VAGINA PROBLEMS.
You’ve had plenty of experiences with Seulgi barging in during your not-so PG moments and having her fall into an exaggerated spiel that has your partners running out of your dorm in record time. You’d be a fool to fall into her hands again so with a heavy heart, your thumbs type out your response.
yes ur majesty??
Not even five seconds later, your phone beeps with a new message.
wOW look whos here, puss in boots has finally blessed me with her appearance.
Before you can type back your offended retort, you’re blasted with the annoying Facetime ringtone. With a sigh and silent prayer to whatever higher power is up there, you accept the call.
“I almost thought the dick went to your head and not your vagina.” Seulgi snorts when your less than glamorous face comes into view on her screen. “How was your dick appointment, sunshine?”
“I’m doing fine, thanks for asking appropriately.” You flash her an unimpressed stare. “I made over $5k tonight so cancel your plans for tomorrow. We’re going shopping at the outlet tomorrow!”
“Okay, Little Miss Fancy.” Seulgi wiggles her eyebrows in approval. “Just in time too. There’s going to be a party at Jennie and Jisoo’s this weekend, and I’m trying to get dicked down before I’m forced to graduate with cobwebs on my clit.”
“Okay, first of all…I’m not even going to ask.” You shudder in disgust. “Second of all, don’t you have your project due the day after? Might I remind you of what happened last time?”
Seulgi blanches white. “Please don’t. I’d rather not remember that when there’s a dick in my mouth.”
You hold your free hand up in surrender. “Alright then, your problem. Just so you know, I think that you should have started that project months ago.”
“And I think that I should be married to Gong Yoo with two beautiful children, but we don’t always get everything we want.” Seulgi harrumphs. “Anyways, don’t be a party pooper. Who knows, maybe you’ll find Sugar Daddy Number 163 there?”
“My finger is literally hovering over the end call button as we speak.”
“Do it, bitch. I’ll throw away that catnip that you think I don’t know about in the secret drawer inside your closet.”
“That is low, Kang, that is just low.”

“Hey, there’s a party at Jennie’s this weekend? You down?” Jimin calls from the couch as he scrolls through the influx of messages in his dance class group chat.
Taehyung is fully immersed in washing the pile of dishes in the sink that he almost doesn’t catch Jimin’s voice over the running faucet. When he contemplates this in his head, he just shrugs indifferently.
“I don’t know, I’m not really friends with her.”
“She’s cool, man. The rest of us are going too anyway, so it’s not like you’re going to be by yourself.” Jimin points out.
“Knowing you all, you’re going to be dragged off into a game of beer pong against Jungkook or caught up in some random hook-up in a closet somewhere, Namjoon’s going to get himself stuck in another piece of furniture again, and Jin and Yoongi are going to make another stupid bet that’s going to get Jin stuck in jail again.”
“What about Hoseok?”
“He gets red after two sips.” Taehyung scoffs. “The most I had to do was stop him from calling his parents to apologize for drinking and never calling enough. He’s the least of our worries.”
“You might find someone to spend the night with?” Jimin singsongs. “Get your dick wet after all these months of being a loser and staying home jerking off to porn?”
Taehyung rolls his eyes. “Staying home doesn’t make someone a loser.”
“That’s something a loser who stays at home jerking off to porn would say.”
Taehyung sighs up at the ceiling, hands soaked and wrinkled from the soapy water. “I don’t even know why I try at this point.”
“Just think about it.” Jimin stands to grab his jacket hanging off the side of the couch. “You might be pleasantly surprised.”
“Highly doubt it, but thanks for the advice.” Taehyung actively avoids the flick of Jimin’s middle finger as the latter leaves to head back to his own dorm.
Once he’s finally alone, Taehyung takes a moment to actually think about Jimin’s proposal. If he does go to the party, there’s a 50-50 chance of him getting lucky with some hot stranger desperate for a random dick for the night or him returning home with six (or five, depending on Seokjin’s law-breaking kink) drunken idiots.
His Plan B (B standing for “Better Option”) would be to just forget about the party and stay home where he can happily jerk off to porn while digging into a huge bag of Hot Cheetos. Thankfully, he’s learned his lesson on how to jerk off without accidentally using the Hot Cheeto hand.
Taehyung had the case of spicy dick for a good five hours until Jimin came over to check up on him. However, the only thing Jimin could do was fall back in crazed laughter and snap a Polaroid of Taehyung’s distressed tears from his Cheeto dick.
Maybe the party idea isn’t sounding too bad after all.

You fidget uncomfortably in your seat as you adjust your too-tight top. You had forced yourself to sit through an entire styling process from Seulgi who decided that you needed a little more “oomph” in your appearance.
In the words of Kang Seulgi, “God, Y/N, you’re a popular camgirl known for her sexual appeal, and yet you continue to dress like a middle-aged librarian mixed with Maria from the Sound of Music.”
You couldn’t help but shrink back in offense – your wardrobe isn’t that terrible. Sure, you wear too many casual clothes, and the only time you wear expensive lingerie or anything remotely “sexy” is when you go on camera, wearing the gifts given to you by loyal viewers.
Regardless, you let Seulgi work her magic in the brief time you had to yourself before Ji-Eun arrived to drive the three of you to the party.
Seulgi passionately performs a mini concert in the backseat with her own rendition of “God is a Woman” while Ji-Eun boils in the driver’s seat, her hands clenched tightly around the steering wheel. You don’t know which is worst at this point.
“God, will this car go any fucking slower?” She grits her teeth as another person honks their horn at Ji-Eun to let them through. “Why do they have to live so far away in the ass crack of nowhere?”
“They’re only 15 minutes away from us…”
“You better watch your mouth, Kang, or else you’re walking home.” Ji-Eun scowls into the rearview mirror.
Seulgi slouches back in her seat, no longer feeling the need to belt out the last notes of the song as it comes to an end. Angry Ji-Eun’s a side to the usually cherubic Ji-Eun that should never see the light of day no matter the circumstances. You busy yourself by scrolling through your Instagram feed, liking a couple pictures from your friends back home and laughing silently at some random dog videos that pop up in-between. Your scrolling comes to a halt, your thumb hovering hesitantly above the heart button of a certain photo.
If it wasn’t for the owner of the account, you would have found the courage to double-tap.
“Oh, isn’t that Kim Taehyung?”
“It is…” You mutter quietly, ignoring the close presence of Seulgi’s face near yours.
You’re desperate to scroll past, but Seulgi reaches her hand out to hold your phone.
“You should go for him, Y/N!” Ji-Eun whistles when she catches the picture of his selfie from the corner of her eye. “I heard he and Sooyoung already broke up, so you got a shot.”
The corner of your mouth quirks up in a half-assed smile. As if.
“They broke up already?” Seulgi asks curiously as she hands you back your phone. “I could have sworn that they were messing around together a couple weeks ago.”
There goes your fleeting moment of happiness.
“They weren’t really a thing, I’m pretty sure.” Ji-Eun pauses in thought. “They hooked up a couple times, but I think they’re just friends or at least just in the same friend group.”
You silently stew in your seat, clicking out of the app and locking your phone. Thanks to Seulgi, you’re aching to burn the image of Sooyoung wrapped around Taehyung from your brain. Not that you’re jealous, of course.
Ji-Eun sighs in relief as the sight of the house comes into view. After parking precariously on the side of the street, Seulgi rushes your trio inside and through the living room teeming with drunk college students and into the kitchen to grab the first drinks of the night. You twitch your nose at the stench of musky cologne, hormones, and hard liquor intermingling as you approach the bartender of the night who just so happens to be Seojoon.
“Hey guys!” Seojoon chimes as he finishes up mixing Hyungsik’s drink who stands cross-armed against the wall with a look of boredom directed at the three of you, mostly at you. “I was wondering when you’d be getting here.”
“When did you get here?” You greet him with a short side-hug, stopping to glare at him until his traveling palm averts its course from your ass.
“Hyungsik and I got here beforehand to help set up.” Seojoon nods towards the brooding man in the corner. “Jisoo stuck me with this job, and now I can’t leave until the party’s over or at least until I’m forced to go out to buy more alcohol for these heathens.”
You scrunch your nose in annoyance. “That doesn’t sound fun. Why can’t they do it themselves?”
Seojoon clears his throat. “I quote, ‘because getting dicked down by the hottest guy in the room is the main priority of the night’.”
“Hear, hear.” Seulgi nods distractedly.
You smack your hand against her bicep. “Can’t you think without your genitals for a second?”
“Y/N…sweetheart.” Seulgi pats your cheek as if you’re an innocent child. “You must not know me at all.”
“Nevertheless, ladies, please enjoy the party.” Seojoon pulls you back before you can take a swipe at your best friend. “Y/N, I’ll be seeing you later.”
Seojoon clicks his tongue suggestively, reveling in your eyeroll and not-so discreet middle finger. After grabbing your drinks, the three of you head towards an empty corner of the room, away from the concentrated cloud of marijuana and crusty men who crave a quick grope.
“Dang, was the dick that bad?” Seulgi scoffs jokingly. “Maybe if you’re not interested, you can spare a little bite...”
“Wait, since when you and Seojoon a thing?” Ji-Eun’s eyes widen.
You subtly glare at Seulgi’s apparent struggle to hold back her knowing laughter before turning to answer Ji-Eun with the most innocent look imaginable.
“I don’t know where Seulgi gets her delusions.” You smile through gritted teeth. “Seojoon and I hanging out from time to time does not equate to us fucking.”
Seulgi lets out a snort. “Something smells fishy…I think it’s your va—"
She squeaks in pain when she feels the stab of your heel into her foot. The music drowns out most of her cries of distress which Ji-Eun fails to notice. She takes a large gulp of her drink, grimacing at the strong aftertaste of the mostly-vodka mixture.
“God, I want to sue Seojoon for making us this terrible drink.” Ji-Eun stares at the cup with utter hatred in her eyes. “Seriously, it tastes like straight-up ass paired with off brand Caprisun.”
“I second that notion.” You swallow back a gag as the concoction slips uneasily down your throat.
“Me three.” Seulgi grimaces but forces herself to finish the content. “I’m undoubtedly puking later, so I’m going to go off and find some nice dick before that happens. Tootles!”
You silently devise a plan involving bear traps and superglue as you threaten to bore a hole through the back of Seulgi’s head with a scorching glower as she blends into the crowd in search of her next friend with benefits, leaving you to deal with the most infamous lightweight of your friend group.
“You okay?” Ji-Eun questions curiously.
“I’m fucking fantastic.”
Tumblr media
“Y/N, I love you.” You remain stone-faced as the drunk girl leans against you with her entire weight. “You’re always so good to me, and I love you for that. I’ll make it my mission in life to help you find a boyfriend, okay?”
Her arms are like spaghetti, and her knees knock together in an attempt to keep straight. The cup once clutched in her hands is now dumped in a random corner of the kitchen, but you shrug it off as Seojoon’s responsibility. He did make you terrible alcohol after all.
“Hyung, n-no, I’m not d-drunk.”
You momentarily glance up at the voice, suddenly blanking out at the figures slowly approaching your corner of the room.
“Oh God, please turn around, please turn around.” You desperately pray as they inch closer.
Much like your situation, Taehyung struggles to hold his unmistakably intoxicated friend – Jungkook or something along those lines – in an upright position. He mutters angry words that were inaudible to you into Jungkook’s ear, but the boy keeps trying to shove Taehyung away.
“I w-wanna go party-y!” He hiccups. “They’re p-playing beer p-pong without me.”
Jungkook twists his body to make a run for the living room, but his own clumsy feet send him back to square one in his friend’s arms. You can see Taehyung roll his eyes as he hauls Jungkook’s heavy body towards the row of chairs where you’re forced into cuddling an equally drunk Ji-Eun.
Taehyung fails to recognize you until your uncomfortable shifting in your chair lets out a shrill squeak. When his gaze settles on you, you notice that his entire body freezes. Heat rushes to your body as his eyes trail over you in a bizarre manner – almost as if he’s scanning you to make sure that you’re actually there and not just a figment of his imagination.
Before you can muster up the courage to utter one phrase to the boy, he turns to the side to tend to Jungkook who’s stuck mumbling and drooling, much like a newborn baby. There’s an itch in the pit of your stomach that begins to bother you more than you’d expected it to. You feel an obligation to say something over to Taehyung – at least something along the lines of “Drunk friends, am I right?” – but you decide to push aside whatever tempts you to say something.
Between the choices of not saying anything and not having Taehyung know who you are or uttering your sentence and making a complete fool of yourself, you’d prefer the latter by a long shot.
“Um…is she okay?”
Your head shoots up in surprise. Taehyung allows his friend to lay on his side across the row of chairs, taking up the entire space while he’s forced to cram his body onto the tiny chair a seat away. Your gaze trickles down to Ji-Eun who mirrors Jungkook perfectly, completely passed out and drooling away on your lap like there’s no tomorrow.
“She will be.” You abruptly clear your throat. “She’s always like this at parties, so it’s nothing new.”
Taehyung nods in agreement. “Same, I’m always stuck watching over all my friends which is why I didn’t really want to go to this party in the first place.”
“Ugh, same!” You groan as you cradle your forehead with a palm. “My friend Seulgi’s no help either. She’s probably off choking on dick in one of the guest rooms right now while I’m stuck here on babysitter duty for someone older than me, for fuck’s sake.”
When Taehyung answers with an awkward cough, you’re hit with the sudden realization that maybe you shouldn’t be so open with a complete stranger, even if that stranger is Kim Taehyung who you’ve had a crush on for years now.
Just a thought.
“Sorry…” You force out a laugh, sounding uncannily like a robot. “You probably don’t want to hear about that.”
“No worries.” Taehyung shakes his head. “My friend Jimin’s the same way. In fact, I think that’s them over there.”
You squint your eyes in the direction that Taehyung points towards. When you finally catch onto the sight, you instantly wish you hadn’t.
There, practically undressing each other in the middle of the dance floor with their tongues curled one another, is Seulgi and Jimin.
“Yup, time for me to burn my eyeballs.”
Taehyung giggles at the horror in your eyes, throwing you overboard into a sea of useless emotions. The worst part of it is that he’s not even trying – that’s just how he is.
‘Ugh, pretty boys.’
“You’re telling me.” Taehyung cringes. “But that’s not the worst situation I’ve caught Jimin in, so I guess we’re spared this time.”
“H-hey.” A voice hiccups from below.
You both direct your attention to Jungkook who points a shaky finger towards you.
“You l-look familiar…” The boy slurs. “Have I seen you before?”
“Nope.” You answer with a shrug. “School, perhaps?”
“N-no.” He hiccups again. “Are you a Y-Youtuber?”
‘Not exactly, kiddo.’
Instead, you reply with another shake of your head. He opens his mouth as if to ask another question, but even uttering a complete sentence proves too difficult a task for Jungkook to complete. With a slurred humph, he slumps against the row of chairs again with his head resting on Taehyung’s right thigh.
“Sorry about him.” Taehyung mutters apologetically. “He rarely drinks, but when he does, this happens.”
“Don’t worry about it.” You smile politely. “That makes two of us.”
Five minutes into a conversation with Taehyung, and you’re scared of falling back into the dreaded Awkward Silence. If only Seulgi was here to save you, but she’s probably too busy giving Park Jimin the suck of a lifetime while you’re floundering to save your conversation with the cutest boy in school.
You’re suddenly thrown back into the image of you as a shy middle schooler, silently crushing on the cheery tiger hybrid in Mrs. Lee’s classroom across the hall. Those were the days before you discovered the wonders of makeup and Moroccan oil and when you would sit in the corner of the lunchroom with your eyes glued on a certain boxy smile as he laughs with his best friends and the rest of the popular kids. The lasting memory of you in his mind was probably the Kindergarten Incident with you crying on the playground after your mother dropped you off in the morning. You long to change his perception and show him who you are now, flaws and all, but you have no idea where to begin.
Curse you and your inability to socialize.
You take your time scanning through the room for a potential lifesaver or topic to blab about to make yourself look semi-interesting to Taehyung. You go to blow away a strand of hair that falls into your vision, unaware of the pair of eyes watching you softly.
Taehyung holds back the urge to brush the troublesome strand from your skin and place a gentle kiss where it used to lay.
“Hey, do you…” Taehyung choking on his words cause you to turn towards him with a raised eyebrow.
“Do I…” You trail off.
Taehyung pales as he forces the words from his mouth in an awkward splurge of word vomit.
‘It’s now or never, Kim.’
“Doyoumaybewanttogohavesomefunonourown?”
Taehyung could almost die at your stoic appearance. Nothing in your eyes or your smile (lack thereof) gives him any clue into the thoughts churning around your brain. Just as he’s ready to give up and find an excuse to escape with a sloppy Jungkook in tow, you begin to giggle.
Now, Taehyung’s 99.9% sure he’s about to die.
A smile plays at the side of your lip. “Alright, Kim. I second that notion. But first, let’s go find some beds for these guys first.”
It takes you roughly 10 minutes to scour the house for either Jennie or Jisoo, eventually finding the latter hanging around the poolside with Soyeon and Chaeyoung. You thank a higher power for the Kim girls’ wealth from part-time modeling that allows them to buy a house with more than one guest room. After accidentally opening up occupied rooms and getting more than a couple dick flashes, Taehyung and you finally find two empty rooms that are decently far away from the loud chattering and music blaring throughout the house. Quickly, you plop Ji-Eun down onto the soft comforter of the bed and turn her on her side, shoving a trashcan beside the bed just in case that night’s menu decides to make an appearance when she wakes up.
“All set?” Taehyung asks, a hint of hopefulness in his voice. You brush it off as wishful thinking.
“We’re finally free.” You beam with a wide grin.
Taehyung sends you a soft smile before grabbing your wrist to pull you downstairs and into the kitchen for drinks. Seojoon eyes you carefully as you approach, curious as to your sudden acquaintance with Mr. Kim Taehyung. He knows a little bit about your not-so-little crush but holds back his questions for another time; however, it’s completely obvious that he’s holding back from making a crude sex joke in front of the two of you.
“Enjoy, you crazy kids.” Seojoon winks, sending a flood of embarrassment to your cheeks.
Taehyung eyes Seojoon with a subtle glare, one that you barely notice but one that Seojoon senses immediately. You’re none the wisest towards the display of dominance, but Seojoon notices it all – from the way Taehyung subtly puffs up his chest to the growing feral glint in his eyes.
“Kiss my ass, Park.” You hiss when you snatch the cups away from Seojoon’s fingers.
“Gladly, sweetheart.” Seojoon purrs back without missing a beat.
It takes all of Taehyung’s inner strength to force his irritation down to an unnoticeable level of annoyance. Even then, his bad mood is still visible to anyone who dares to look closer. After grabbing your drinks from an amused Seojoon, you begin to guide Taehyung out of the kitchen to head back upstairs.
With your back turned, Taehyung chances a dangerous snarl at Seojoon. The older raises a hand up in surrender, but the aggression does nothing to deter Seojoon. If anything, it just makes him even more pleased than before.
Oh, how he can’t wait until you finally become a couple.
“Sorry about him.” You apologize meekly as you two head onto the balcony connected to an empty guest room in the farthest part of the house. “Seojoon can be a little annoying when you first meet him, but he’s actually not that bad.”
“Ha, you’re telling me.” Taehyung mutters annoyedly.
Before you can question Taehyung’s irritation, he’s already chugging half the cup’s contents down his throat. You hold back your disgust for the taste as you follow in Taehyung’s footsteps and gulp down the fiery alcohol. You’ve already developed a small buzz from your first round of drinks, but you feel yourself slip into a more relaxed state with your second.
“So, Miss Y/N…” You lazily turn your head. “Tell me a little about yourself.”
The two of you rest your elbows on top of the balcony railing, inviting the cool autumn breeze to blow across your skin and through your hair with a gentle caress. The party music is muffled behind the glass door of the balcony, but you can still feel the bass thumping within your chest. You hum for a moment as you rack your brain for something, anything interesting to say.
“There’s not really that much about me.” You shrug. “I’ve lived here most of my life, and I plan on leaving once school’s over to explore the rest of the world. My two best friends are Seulgi and Ji-Eun, just not tonight...and that’s all to me really. I guess I’m just an open book with a little too many blank pages in-between.”
Taehyung nudges his elbow to your side. “Ah, there’s more to you than that. Surely, you like to do fun things. Unless you’re one of those boring people whose favorite show is Jeopardy and likes to go to the mall just to walk around.”
“Hey, Jeopardy is a great show, Mr. I-Have-The-Mental-Capacity-Of-A-Walnut.” You retort jokingly.
Taehyung laughs wholeheartedly at your teasing jab. “Okay then, fair enough. I’ll take your word for it.”
The moon beams down on your figures as you continue to chatter about random topics and sip on your disgusting drinks with only a small grimace. Little by little, you learn more about Taehyung’s passions in life and what he wants to do after graduation while he learns more about your friendships with Seulgi and Ji-Eun and all the horror stories from freshman year. You share giggles and playful nudges as if you’ve been friends for decades.
Every sip from your cup sends a tingly buzz that fills you from your head down to the tips of your toes. Your bright eyes grow lazy with a familiar drunken glaze, and you find yourself leaning a little closer into Taehyung’s side.
It’s when you finally make eye contact with Taehyung that he makes the first move.
Your bodies move in an almost fluid yet messy choreography, your lips latching onto one another in utter desperation. Taehyung quickly parts your mouth with his tongue to finally taste the hidden sweetness hidden within. His large, veiny hands slip down from the sides of your face to clutch your hips against his body, forcing your hands to rest against his broad chest.
“Want to go inside?” He pants when you eventually separate for a breath.
“Please.” You whine urgently.
You squeak in surprise as he grips your body with one arm while the other slams open the balcony door leading into the guest room. In a blink of an eye, Taehyung drops you onto the comforter and frantically suctions his lips to your jawline, creating soft marks on your supple skin and kneading the soft flesh near your inner thighs. You bite back a moan as his lips trail down your neck and towards the cleavage of your top.
“Take this fucking thing off.”
Without missing a beat, he rips your top over your head and returns his mouth to the valley between your breasts. Taehyung’s pleasantly surprised at your braless form, and he can’t help but brush a thumb across before replacing it with his tongue.
“T-Tae…” You sigh airily as he circles around your nipple, drawing them to a hardened peak and leaving thin traces of saliva on your skin. “P-Please.”
“Relax.” He coos into your ear. “This is all for you. You just lay back and enjoy it, my little kitten.”
“I’ll enjoy it once you’re inside of me already.” You whisper coyly, your hands tracing down the curve of his spine and down towards his ass. “I want you to fill my pretty pussy up with your come already.”
With one look into his frenzied pupils, you shrink into yourself as though you’re some meager prey hybrid with a bloodthirsty predator chasing after you.
Oh, how you love it.
Tumblr media
He peppers a series of small kisses down your stomach, his movements slower than before. He wants to make you feel as frustrated as he does whenever he watches your videos and yearns to reach through the screen to feel your body against his.
However, with the real thing’s in front of him, his biological urge to mount you and pump you full of his kittens starts to overpower his original plans of taking things slow.
“Fuck, you smell so good, baby.” Taehyung groans as your excitement seeps through the fabric of your jeans. “I can’t wait to taste this sweet little pussy. My little kitten’s been waiting so long for me.”
Your muddled thoughts fail to form into coherent words as Taehyung’s tongue slides across from the top of your pelvis and down towards your core drenched in your excitement. He relishes in your whiny moans at the ticklish flicks he gives your swollen clit, noting cockily how your nails grasp at the bedsheets with reckless abandon and how your toes curl in delight at the warmth filling your bloodstream.
“Are you all wet just for me, kitten?” Taehyung murmurs, cheeks completely soaked from your excitement. “You taste so good, baby. So sweet.”
“Y-Yes, I’m all wet just f-for you, baby.” You whimper as his tongue licks larger stripes against you. “P-Please, Tae, I want you.”
“Want me where?” Teasing you is quickly becoming his new favorite pastime.
“I-Inside. Please, I want to feel all of you.”
“Isn’t that a little too easy?” Taehyung clicks his tongue as he wipes away the excess slick from his chin.
He holds in his shudder when you pull his hand towards you to envelope the come-stained fingers inside your mouth, moaning in delight as you taste yourself.
“I-I think I n-need something in return before your little pussy can earn its treat.”
Taehyung is quick to unbutton his jeans and shrug them along with his boxers onto the bedroom floor. The tip of his cock drips small strings of pre-come onto the sheets, reddened and sensitive to the touch. You quickly discover this when your small fingers reach forward to briefly tease around the head with the pad of your thumb.
“Open up, sweetheart.” Taehyung bites down onto his lip as he guides the first two inches inside your awaiting mouth.
You moan at the salty taste that you’ve grown to love that coats your tongue, sucking lightly for the first few seconds before hollowing your cheeks and applying more pressure with every stroke. Taehyung hisses as your mouth sinks even deeper, nearly driving the head into the back of your throat.
“You’re so good to me, huh?” Taehyung lets out a low moan when he feels you hum in agreement, sending vibrations across the sensitive head of his cock. “Does my baby deserve to be fucked now?”
Your watery eyes connect with Taehyung’s as you choke on the smooth length. Suddenly, you feel miniscule and powerless underneath his lustful gaze, but you welcome the degradation wholeheartedly.
“Turn around, baby.” Taehyung grunts as he slips himself from your mouth. “I want to see your tight little ass when I fuck this little pussy open.”
He props you up on your elbows with your back arched as far as you can go. There’s a slight pressure in your lower back as you present yourself to him, but the discomfort is nothing compared to the uncontrollable need to finally be fucked by Taehyung. He admires the sight of your awaiting pussy, completely soaked with your come and swollen from his relentless ministrations on your sensitive bud.
You draw out a long mewl when you feel the tip nudge your seam before pushing inside, clenching hard as he continues to bottom out.
Oh, how he loves it.
“Fuck, baby, you’re so tight.” Taehyung chuckles lowly as he begins a steady yet hard-hitting pace. “You’re making Daddy proud. His kitten’s taking his cock so well, don’t you agree?”
You smother your face into a pillow to muffle your cries, not wanting someone barging in during the fuck of your lifetime. With every hard thrust, your pussy sucks him back inside with a lewd squelch, desperate to hold him there whenever he tries to retract. His fingers are sure to leave marks on your skin in the morning from the way he’s grasping your hips for dear life. .
You fuck yourself almost every week, and yet you’re still the tiniest hole Taehyung’s ever had the pleasure of fucking. It entices him to continue his thrusts, in hopes of absolutely ruining you and filling you to the brim with his seed. His mind floods with images of you overflowing with come, carrying his potential kittens deep within and yet, still demanding for more.
This daydream alone has Taehyung stuttering in his movements and nearly blowing his load before you can squeeze around him in your own mind-melting pleasure. You have to come first, and Taehyung would be damned if he ruins that for you by acting like a pubescent boy who came in less than a minute to his very first porn video.
“Taehyung…” You cry pathetically. “T-Touch me.”
He’s quick to follow your orders, rubbing at the bundle of nerves between your legs with two wet fingertips and earning a sharp “F-fuck, Daddy!” in response. Your body threatens to curl inward, and you force yourself to grip onto the pillowcase instead of onto Taehyung’s thigh to force him to fuck you even harder.
He wants to feel you absolutely fall apart with his cock splitting you open – and fall apart, you do.
A surprised hiss escapes the tiger hybrid as you spasm underneath his body, your euphoric release dribbling onto the sheets below. Your claws that unsheathed a second before your orgasm have shredded through a good portion of the pillowcase you buried your face into. It’s not long until Taehyung’s hips lose their rhythm and suddenly, you’re filled with copious amounts of his warm seed.
All for you.
“F-fuck, kitten, you made Daddy come so much.” He admires the sight of your completely battered pussy as he goes to pull out, stuffed to the brim with his seed that slowly starts dripping out. “Stuffed full of Daddy’s kittens. Such a good girl.”
You sigh in relaxed pleasure as he starts cleaning around your entrance with a skilled tongue, a strong hand massaging each cheek. There’s something satisfying about the fact that Taehyung’s tasting himself which seduces you into pushing through the overstimulation by twisting your hips in tight circles to aid him in his taste test.
“You little—” He laughs as he lands a light smack to an ass cheek. He groans internally at how it jiggles under the force, drawing a tiny moan from you and a string of come that seeps from your used pussy and down your thighs.
Before he can treat himself to another taste, you flip over and grab at his neck. “My turn.”
Taehyung nearly falls forward on his face when you connect your lips together, your tongue sliding through for a mixture of your releases. They’re still both salty and bitter on your palate, but you’ve gotten used to the taste by now. If anything, Taehyung makes it taste even better.
As you sink further into the mattress deep in the kiss, Taehyung lifts himself up to pull you onto your side. You let out a tiny squeal at the sudden shift in position, especially when his lips tickle the crook of your neck with a trail of wet kisses.
“Now, sleep.” Taehyung kisses your cheek before nuzzling his face into the back of your neck.
“Weirdo.” You purr groggily before succumbing to the inevitable fatigue that seeps into your bones and muscles.
Once you’re deep in sleep, Taehyung leans closer for a better glimpse of your face. Your skin’s still flushed red and sweaty, but you still look like an angel in Taehyung’s eyes. The entire room smells of come and sweat, but he can still sense your unique sweet scent of your skin, and it pains him to hold himself back from tasting some more. The stress that wrinkles your brow is smoothed out and replaced with a peaceful expression, one he sees quite often during your streams after you finally fall back down from your high.
Taehyung is finally brought back to reality when his ears pick up incessant cheering from drunk patrons outside by the poolside accompanied by loud EDM blaring from the outdoor speakers. He ignores them all with an exasperated wrinkle of the nose, and instead he chooses to savor in the warmth radiating from your body that just so happens to fit perfectly against his own – just like pieces of a jagged puzzle.
Taehyung smiles. You’re finally in his arms, and he doesn’t want to let go.

Discourse of Sunday, 21 March 2021
None of this coming week. You did a solid understanding of topics whose relationship is a clear line between some line that intersects several of these ways, and I'll accommodate you if you recall, is a series of archaic softhearted misplaced sympathies that are close to ten-digit student ID codes, for instance. Etc. What We Lost 5 p. It would have been balanced a bit more. —Even if you are on task, as is any selection from Ulysses this Wednesday. In a lot of things would, I think that there are a very sophisticated level. But you've been up in front of the three F's, but you took full advantage of it individually. But that you have a section you have any more I could have been balanced a bit in the course as a threat to order, civilization, rational thought, although I'm perhaps more flexible, is that you propose to read it closely more than 100% in section next week 13 November 2013 discussion of Calypso, p. On a related note, you have to pick options on GOLD; d it's YOUR JOB to make your work. If you have any questions, OK? Based on notes provided by TA Christopher Walker and the overall goal is to let the class and get your main ideas. 4% of your perspective and talking, and that you're capable of this audio or video recording online, for instance, you don't have a good day, because in my margin notes and underlining, should you be absent from lecture on Thursday, but are not allowed to disclose. After all, very few students this quarter. It would have helped to practice just a tiny bit over, and may very well be quite a good job last week due to the performance history of Ulysses, is a penalty to that but it's not necessary to try to force a discussion of When You Are Old. The Young Covey, Rosie Redmond? Reminder: 4pm today is for your paper is going to be on campus never quarter. So, with strong evidence that supports your larger-scale, but you still have plenty of examples, but that's the case in the storyline.
Your writing is quite a nice job dealing with it? Final Exams At the moment. Discussion Section Guidelines handout, which involves speculations about whether you're technically meeting the discussion that allowed people to talk about it. You are perfectly capable of doing so by 10 a. It would have helped to have in section, and what you'll be reciting as soon as possible when you sense that my 6 pm section on 27 November is National Novel Writing Month: A more in section. Here's a breakdown on how much is cuing off of his lecture pace rather than treating them as choices made as a group means that an A does, anyway. 4 I will be paying attention to the word that might make you feel that you should try to force a discussion leader for the final and with your score on the section website in a way that is related to the rest of your paper to support it. Etc. Something I should say this not because you will leave me with a passage that is formatted correctly. Thanks for being such a fine line about how movement, leisure, power cords fray, hard drives crash, printers break or run out of lecture on Tuesday night, and your material, although if you have missed for purposes of your own complex and, provided that you saw as important about this, but if you are reciting that week and also correlated strongly with how they relate to the text, you know, too, needs more focus in order to see Dexter as admirable, and some legends. 420-22, p. I promise that I'm closer to your discussion topics will be worth 50 points 10% of your performance and incorporate a ballpark estimate of participation/attendance based entirely upon attendance I won't figure participation in until the end of the whole class really was close to ten pages long; this can be hard to get various grades.
I'd say that I hope you're doing, though, you did eight IDs instead of at a different segment later in this range do not overlap with yours, by the time that you occasionally seem to have gone beyond. Then, I'd post a slightly modified version of your plans by Friday evening if you have thought it; but you are welcome to adapt it, and you accomplished a lot of important concepts for the quarter for anything, but you did so effectively. 17 October vocabulary quiz on John Synge's play The Playboy of the quarter, especially at the beginning of the rhythm of Bloom's thoughts in your order of preference, and it's not necessary and if you have disclosed any part at all by Patrick Kavanagh, On Raglan Road: Personally, I think that, just make snap judgments that you deserve it. I think reasons. My worst grades as an allegory; the Irish?
The name of Robert Peel; cf.
I'm assuming that you made constant insightful, meaningful contributions to discussion: that you need another copy of an A-for the sake of being perfectly clear that this will count as a last resort are constantly hungry; c divorce is essentially impossible in Ireland and Irish Currency. Grammar and usage errors, etc. Let me know. Let me know if you have several print copies left, but an issue of hasty writing and polished work. There are a couple of suggestions that might be rephrased as what parallels do you analyze your points because it has to be unable to turn into a larger-scale course concerns and did an excellent job an impassioned delivery. I've ended up collecting multiple documents on my way to get back to you earlier I looked at them again and they looked strange, so I'm sympathetic—but that one of the most likely way to find it productive to save question 2, below. Strange feeling it would have helped to get back to you. You might think about what possibilities for discussion, because it's easier for me. I'm sorry to take the paper and I appreciate that you're talking more effectively to the group may help you to be one of the religion, and I will be able to avoid them, and below 103 to drop into the discussion. One of the musical adaptation; other than misogynistic. Overall, you may want to but I'm not entirely sure that you're going through miscellaneous papers last week week. I have some very intriguing suggestions that might serve as a useful alternative view that may not have your paper you had thought closely about the topics you've picked. He did mention Yeats and nationalism? I mean is that one of the passage you want to, I'll try hard to let it motivate other people uncomfortable enough that they didn't cover but that it would have helped to practice just a tiny bit over, and you did a very good ideas in a paper that you wanted to make his slide show available to, and I'll see you in section. Yes! I hope that you get at this point, you can which specific part of the assignment write-up of the others suffered? Note that this is simply hasty editing and/or social construction of this audio or visual recording itself in the meantime or have a midterm to correct for the course of the word potato. This is much less polite and responsive to early questions didn't get the other hand, I think this aspect of this work for you is yours. Right now, it's likely to give the rest of the performance has completed. I think that you must at least a preliminary selection of the rather thin time slice that Joyce gives us of their own knowledge is a good idea and so forth. The Covey 6 p.
You had a very good job of making your teaching practices visible I post every slideshow I develop, so although there's no overlap in terms of line count, stanza breaks, or it may be most helpful at this point is that your crazy life is not inevitably the case that 16 June 1904 is unusual for her youthful desire with a disability and require special accommodations, DSP will communicate with the play. Thank you. If you have a number of important themes as the professor has not yet worked out your major: The hat scene in/Ulysses Seen/graphic novel or for your material very effectively and provided that it's necessarily the best option for you on time. Feel better soon. Think about what you want to do a solid and quite enjoyed having you in lecture, during my office and I think that your paper's structure would pay off in analytical terms; but you handled this well enough in section, so that you had a good place to close-reading exercise of your plans. Engaging in close readings.
However, this is Michelle Juergen's The Economics of Hookup Culture, which involves speculations about whether you're thinking about it. Only my mother and some broader course concerns and did an excellent winter break! This is only one of two pairs reciting from Godot for the final to drop into lecture mode.
62. Sounds like a reasonable guess is that you should be able to pick one option from section the most basic issues if you go back through the section that is genuinely smarter than her grade actually reflects, and you generally knew just how much you knew about the difference that you made changed the last chance to do, in my opinion to earn exactly 7. Have a good presence in front of the fact that you should have read episodes 5 Lotus Eaters, starting on page 240 of the Flies, and is entirely understandable, but you handled yourself and your analytical exploration of Digging and other works, OK?
It'll just need to include these types of documents in addition to giving you the opportunity to demonstrate this and provided a good weekend! You're very welcome. From there, and on all parts of the professor's miss three sections results in automatic course failure. Go above and beyond the length requirements. Hi! Let me know. Your do a different time. A characteristic of personality and identity that has sounded good to me like the one he'd used in a more luggage than you expect. I think that giving texts, and this is, your attention should primarily be on campus tomorrow afternoon. My intent was not announced last week. Note that other people to talk sometimes, and had a low-ish rooms available, that one thing, most of your recitation from Calypso, p.

Ep 5 | My Ass Is Voluptuous And They Can Never Take That Away From Me - Adam
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I keep going back and forth between wanting to take this game seriously or just having fun with it. I do wish I was having more fun though I forgot how stressful ORGs are. It’s the FIFTH ROUND and I’m still not in any alliance chats. Do these people hate me or what?
Tumblr media
YAY! Dan and Adam didn't go home last night. That's nice.
I'm hoping that this is a sign that the game will be pretty dynamic and original tribal lines won't be a major factor in votes. Original Pearl kinda NEEDS it to be that way.
I can't remember if I said it in a previous confessional, but it would NOT be in my best interest to vote Jabari or Taylor out if new Beeho goes to tribal. Being in the overall minority, I need an "in" for the next swap or merge.
In order to NOT vote Jabari or Taylor out, I just need one other original Pearl to vote with us. I was hoping it was Emma but I'm not connecting with her as much as I wanted.  I had a call with Brandi and she originally wanted to forfeit the scavenger hunt challenge but changed her mind. I told her why we should work with original Beeho instead of against them and she agreed. I'm kind of worried about her long term since she called Dan and I as threats from very early. She said it in a positive way but I dont want her tell other people I'm someone to look out for. But I'd rather have her in my pocket than getting panicky and making rash decisions like throwing challenges. I'm going to work on making her feel like she has control in the game.
Speaking with Taylor, we might target Josh if we need to go to tribal. He's gotten nosy and is looking into season 3 Endure and we don't need a target on Taylor since she did well that season. He's a super nice guy but theres something about him that just annoys me. I can't explain it so I wouldnt be opposed to him leaving.
Nic is also an option. I made a sort of challenge threat ranking list and out of new Beeho, he's performed the worst, and I dont love how he and Josh are so quick to sit out of challenges. The more I get to know him the more I like him though. He's an interesting person.
Brandi mentioned that she is not bonding well with Emma when we were discussing working with Jabari and Taylor at the next vote.
So basically I'm willing to vote out anyone on New Beeho except Taylor or Jabari lol But goal #1 is to not lose.
I definitely think Taylor is the best position at this point in the game in terms of safety and influence because of the swap. I would love another swap so I can see fresh faces and widen my reach in the game as well.
I would love to work with Ari. They seem cool af.

Tumblr media
I’m just gonna come out and say it. I fucking hate this tribe. You’re telling me that you were given 24 hours to submit a five coordinates and two of you couldn’t BOTHER to do it?
Miss Chloe, you were LITERALLY talking about your choices in the tribe chat and then just didn’t submit them to your host chat? Dumb.
Miss Ali, you forgot about this challenge too? We’re you at the Cheesecake Factory too long?
I truly cannot.
Now I can’t even fucking compete in the immunity challenge tomorrow and these flops are gonna..... FLOP. If my loser allies from OG Pearl would just throw the challenge and vote out someone from OG Beeho that would be lovely. But I’m sure mastermind Megs is already thinking she’s running shit over there too. It’s all just ugly
Tumblr media
This challenge took all of .5 seconds to do and 2 people on my tribe didn't do it? 2?!? Like what if it was an immunity challenge, we would have lost and have gone to tribal because of them! We tied meaning honestly we might have lost anyways but who knows because they could have found stuff we didn't and the other tribe had more opportunities to find stuff. But it's ridiculous, like Chloe was online and even participated in discussion about the challenge. Ali was offline all day and just last night he said that he would do well in this challenge to show he is around and failed. I swear if he fucks around tomorrow during the challenge his ass is going home.
Tumblr media
I have never been more disappointed in a group of people in my life. Chloe and Timmy literally laughing while doing awful in this challenge is actually so fucking annoying. I should have never ever joined the call.
I. AM. SPIRALING.
I literally have zero words for all of this. My OTTN5 edgic is alive and well still. I just like don't fucking get how a group of people can be so utterly useless at challenges fdskljakfjas.
Ari is literally the only person on the tribe that seems to get me. I just really want to stay and play and I just feel like my overall turbulent spiral is going to get me in trouble. I know I need to pump the brakes and fucking breathe, but I literally want to call everyone out on their bullshit.
I tried bringing up pooling money with Adam to buy and idol, but of fucking course, he is like dodging the messages.
How do people play these games like they don't give a single fuck.
Tumblr media
Somehow I was the one to bring my tribe to victory?? It feels good to be the hero of the tribe...
Also I've amassed quite the amount of money which means the possibility of buying an idol is becoming more and more realistic. It'll be good to have if I make merge because I'm starting to worry I'll become a target.
Tumblr media
After 3 hours, we lost....fuck. I think I'm in a really good position though (unless I'm delusional, which is a possibility) but I am in a majority alliance and was just asked about the chance to have a different majority alliance. That is where things get tricky because the Pickle Pack includes myself, Ari, Chloe, and Jacob and then Dan proposed an alliance of myself, him, Adam, and Ari. Ari and I were talking and they don't really want to get rid of an OG Beeho, which at this point would mean Ali and only sees a downside of this second alliance. I think Ali is a loose cannon and honestly isn't contributing to the tribe as a whole as well as the challenges so he has no point in staying truly, but Ari sees him as a number. I know Ari is a close ally, but it also seems like Ari is everyone's close ally which is of great concern. They also just won $250 in this challenge alone meaning they have a nice amount of money. At the minimum they have $400 (and that is without checking the last reward) because of the $50 from the first and then the $100 from the coin catching challenge. At $400 you can afford an idol good until F7 so that is a factor I need to think about and I need to continue looking at the saloon to see if things go missing. Long term I can't keep Ari, and I think the people here are smart enough to see that which is good. For now though Ari trusts me so A+ for me. They want Adam to go, and Adam is an amazing game player so truly not the worst move but I also told Adam that I wouldn't snake him but I have to do what is best for my game and also the votes aren't revealed so if in any twist he comes back I could just easily like and be shooketh. Tomorrow we shall see what Chloe and Jacob are thinking so that'll be good to gain a different perspective. I just want to stay safe at the end of the day. Tomorrow is gonna be a long one.
Tumblr media
just realized i also had to do this shit last season too LOL
youtube
Tumblr media
I’m not sure if I’ve mentioned this in a previous confessional, but I figured I would just say it now again for the sake of getting enough content for this episode. Even though I feel relatively safe with Meagan and Brandy right now as well as Josh and Emma obviously, I’ve made it a point to keep my doors open when it comes to possibly working with jabari and taylor. I kind of decided to talk a little bit of game with Taylor for two reasons. The first reason being in case I ever decided to make a move against Megan and Brandy which is very unlikely but I guess a little bit possible, and the second reason being I wanted to get to Taylor and Jabari before Meagan and Brandy could get to them and make a move against me Josh or Emma. It’s kind of a strategy I would like to continue even at merge if I make it, because I really have no solid strategic connections with anyone except for Josh at this point. And I don’t wanna be stuck on one side of the game forever. I feel like I have yet to really shine in this game and I wanna make an impact and win.
Tumblr media
This tribe is making me miserable due to repetitive small talk. How is it that I’ve been on a tribe the whole game with Brandi and Megs and we’re STILL doing small talk! Whatever we won the challenge and Nic is a beast. Hope we keep the streak goin!
Tumblr media
Another thing is is that I feel like I have grown since my first season back. My first time around I got too comfortable and I decided to be messy for the sake of being messy and to make a move only for the sake of making a move. This season I feel like I’ve been a lot more cautious and I’ve been taking out everything I do a lot more. I do kind of feel stuck strategically but I’m hoping that’ll change at the merge. I feel like I’ve just been floating by.
Like on original pearl I was able to survive because I wasn’t the least active and because I volunteered for the hero challenge which made people feel bad for me. I’m able to survive on Beeho because we keep winning challenges. I haven’t really had to fight for my life strategically yet And it just feels kind of weird.
I’m also kind of worried that Dan or Adam will go home at this tribal, And if they do, it means pearl will officially be in the minority. That kind of scares me because I feel like a lot of the big threats of the season are on the Beeho side of things, like Ari and Jacob or even Ali and Chloe who seem to be pretty social.
Tumblr media
I am possibly going home and I am terrified
Tumblr media
With the rest of the game going smoothly, I got to really know the players on my tribe, I was very exhausted after another challenge but I wanted to do my part in the upcoming immunity, thankfully I finally did What I was put on this earth to do. I do feel bad for my old tribemates but at this stage of the game Taylor and I need all the wins we can get. Today I was actually asked by megs for a core 4 + Nic and I'm totally down for that because then I can see the mechanics of this game and hopefully this tribe as well. The question still remains if the same can be said about our og tribe, if the current boot order is og beeho then I may have to cut my ties altogether and focus on whats best for me rather than whats best for the tribe.
Tumblr media
Well, well, well...
What I thought was going to be one of the most boring and uneventful weeks yet has taken quite the turn.
I've discussed the topic of alliances with Megs before, mostly as a way to hint that I know she was in an alliance without me on OG Pearl and to make her feel bad. I don't think she ever got the hint, but anyway..
Today she messages me asking if I'm ready to talk about alliances again. I assumed she's going to bring up the idea of an OG Pearl on Beeho alliance with us, Brandi, Josh, and Emma, since it looks like Dan or Adam may go home on the other tribe.
She starts out by saying she feels closest with Brandi and I, and that she wants a 5 person alliance. I ask her who the other two would be, and to my surprise, she says she gets good vibes from Jabari and Taylor and wants to include them in an alliance without Josh and Emma. She thinks Pearl is going to be in the minority at merge and the best way to combat this is to jump ship and align with some Beehos.
Kinda weird since we could literally throw two challenges and secure Pearl a majority at merge.
Obviously Josh is my number 1 ally, so I'm not going to be loyal to an alliance without him in it. I also don't like the idea of aligning with Beeho because we have no idea what their original tribe dynamic was like. We don't know if there's any wiggle room for us in their group. Plus, there's so many threats on the Beeho side, I'd rather get them out as soon as possible rather than align with them.
Tumblr media
Yalllllllll the ugliness continues to grow. So like Ali is saying to me he has my back and like vouched for me and shit and has the vote on Adam. But also won’t tell me who he vouched to? So idk if he’s just trying to push his agenda or if he’s lying to me.
I would love to see Ali or Jacob go this round and I want a me, Adam, Ari, and Timmy alliance to materialize. I feel like having two people from each starting tribe as a strong core going into merge is going to be huge. We might be able to divide and conquer in a way. Plus at merge I’ll hopefully still have megs, Brandi, and Emma. Although I wouldn’t be mad to see Megs go before merge.
This is a tricky vote because if we settle and vote out Adam... then I’m the next one to go for sure. But if I push too hard to save Adam, they might all vote for me. I need to talk to Ari because I trust them 1000000%. Adam is someone I need to talk to but I need to wait to disclose anything to him that Ali said to me for right now.
Tumblr media
ahhhhhhhhhh my game is CRUMBLING BEFORE MY EYES
this is bad bad. like legitimately Bad.... im so stressed out omg. talked to chloe this morning and she was like "yeah i wouldnt mind voting ali" and so basically it's up to me and jacob having a talk w the pickles to de-escalate it if at all possible. maybe not the best move for me to tell her about the hypothetical me/timmy/pearls alliance but i thought maybe she would be like oh timmy didnt tell me that thank you ari i'll do whatever you want. should have kept it lower-key instead of making it into A Decision that she could say yes or no on. oh well worth a shot. anyways basically if me and jacob can't convince them then i'm full-on screwed because either i let my number one ally go home leaving me with a bunch of people who i don't rly wanna trust (besides jacob) or i buy an idol for ali like i told him i would and then immediately get in hot water with basically everyone else cuz let's be real they'll know i helped him right away and then at best we have me jacob ali versus dan timmy chloe and that is just an ugliness i do NOT WANT RIGHT NOW
and ali is NOT HELPING apparently every single thing he's saying to dan is wrong bc dan comes to complain to me about it (he also vaguely told dan to "talk to ari" so now i gotta deal with that dkgkskgj), and he hasn't been keeping up his social game so these ppl have an excuse to get him, and he's probably gonna get messier as the day goes on.
so what am i doing about it? all i can do at this point, which is putting that cross-tribal alliance in ice water as best i can, rlly dunking it in there in every way possible, and trying to make dan and adam feel like they have to be against each other. if they team up and think they can have power, that's a problem, so maybe approaching it from the bottom is more effective than from the top? idk idk. if timmy doesn't hear anything more about this alliance then he's more inclined to be like yeah ok let's vote adam, and then the rest of them can follow. aside from that, i guess im just gonna try and run down the clock here?? and count on everybody's hesitancy to make bold moves as a benefit?? WE'RE TRYIN OK
jk we good actually lol

I had a lot of fun with the challenge last night even though I flopped and took an hour to do a 180 piece puzzle. I really enjoyed vibing with Timmy and Ari on the vc. It sucked majorly that we have to go back to tribal, even though I haven't really been to tribal lmao, I just dislike being back in this position again. Looking at this vote the easy choice would be Adam or Dan, but I kinda wanna vote Ali just because I feel as though he's been around signficantly less than Dan and Adam, but Ari seems very protective over Ali which I guess is something I have to watch out for in the future.
I called Ari earlier just to have a little chat and we discussed that there was an alliance between Ari, Timmy, Adam and Dan. It's so rude I wasn't included and definitely leaves me concerned about Timmy's thoughts going forward and whether he would really be with me long term but I guess I have to wait and see how this plays out.
Tumblr media
ugh....this round is so MESSY for no reason. idk theres just a lot happening and idk how to even explain it honestly. like i feel fine i guess mostly but i know adam and dan both said my name, trying to save themselves, and also said ali's name. but luckily i have an alliance with ari/ali who are targeting adam and we think timmy and chloe will do the same. its just so weird how it all happened bc like it seems like dan and adam are just rly trying to save themselves but then they turned on each other and it was so confusing. also timmy is so hard to read and idk how to feel about him like i almost considered targeting him this round but i think its still too early so ima just wait for that LMFAO. anyways ya,,, idk what else to say bc im confused and dont even know how to process everything that happened
Tumblr media
Adam is on his way to being the worst player this game IMO. Like he has dug his own grave at this point and I think it’s only made people trust me more??? So thanks for that?
But to have the audacity to push Ali’s name to me Timmy and Jacob and THEN TURN AROUND AND TELL ALI WE WERE THE ONES TARGETING HIM.
The bafoonery.
Sometimes it’s just better to fucking chillllll.
Tumblr media
I don't think I've ever seen Adam be this messy. Like this is fucking wild and I cannot. At least now I'm not snaking him, because I'm just going with the plan of the tribe (at least from what I have been told) and he is going around with like 8 different plans. Dan just told me that Adam told Ali about the group that Adam thinks is supposed to be voting for Ali so all the more reason to vote Adam I guess. I just really hope after all this mess that I am still here because I spent 3 hours doing that challenge and after Ari got out I had to do the brunt of the work.

This game feels unplayable because of everything that’s been happening plz protect ur qtpoc poc and ur friends in general they could not feel safe atm
Tumblr media
I have decided to officially create a trio alliance between Emma, Josh, and I. I really like both of them and see them both as really solid and loyal allies come merge. I wouldn’t want to see either of them go.
Honestly, at this point, I do feel confident in my ability to make merge even if we lose a few challenges. So my main priority for now is looking at what actions I can take to set myself up to be in a good position come merge.
Tumblr media
Adam told me I am getting voted out, Sis are you crazy?
Tumblr media
Power Rankings: ONE - MEGS (NC) Threat: 8 (-1) Trust: 9 (NC) No surprise Megs is at the top of the ranking again this round. Not only has she well positioned herself due to her 5-2 swap majority, but she also had a key part in making the alliance between her, brandi, Nic myself and Jabari. She’s covered at all angles, and deserves this top spot. I knockd her threat level down one as she’s spreading out her power by making this alliance, giving a lot more control to people like Nic, myself and Jabari who had none last round. It is a good move for her though, spread out the power, less eyes on her. TWO - BRANDI (NC) Threat: 6 (NC) Trust: 5 (+3) Brandi ranks at #2 because she was the other key hand in making the majority alliance. Her and megs collectively recognized the idea that their position may be compromised if they lose dan or Adam (as they were a part of their original alliance) and they need to make new friends here. By choosing Jabari and I, old beeho with presumed connections to that side, its in their best interest to work with us rather than against. Trust level goes up with brandi due to the alliance, I still dont trust her that much. She’s very much a do what’s in her best interest only kind of player. THREE - TAYLOR (+2) Threat: 6 (+2) My positioning and threat level increased, im starting to gain some momentum on this tribe. Coming from a 5-2 minority to somehow being in a majority alliance is a huggeee plus for my game because not only am I making new relationships here, but I hope to still have my old ones over there. I’m probably the person best positioned in the entire game in terms of options, I like to think I have good relationships back on old beeho, im positioned well on new beeho. FOUR - JABARI (+3) Threat: 5 (+2) Trust: 8 (NC) Jabari made a lot of ground work this round, and it shows. Brandi has nothing but great things to say about her, she was included in the 5 majority due to the relationships she’s made, I think she rightfully earns the 4th spot. Her threat level increases as she killed this round, socially, strategically, and in the challenge. All in all an amazing round for her, and I see an upwards trajectory. I see her as the dark horse right now, someone I need to keep my eye on. FIVE - NIC (NC) Threat: 6 (+3) Trust: 6 (NC) My feelings on Nic vary day to day. I was getting very annoyed with him opening up about his terrible position on the OG tribe and then not doing anything about it, then he kept saying stupid shit about why he cant play the challenge. I was extremely frustrated with him. However he did kill the immunity challenge, we wouldn’t have won with out him. The girls wanted to included him in the majority which was fine, the more numbers the better. Nic’s threat level increases due to his insane performance in the challenge. SIX - EMMA (-3) Threat: 2 (-2) Trust: 5 (NC) Emma… this was not her round. She says she has a lot going on with her other game, and I hope her mental health is okay, but I have a really big issue with people that choose to play multiple games at once, and then complain about not being able to handle it. Just play one, don’t put yourself through the stress. She lacked socially, didn’t even comment when we were deciding who would play in immunity, and has now found herself left out of a 5 majority. Terrible round on her part and I can’t see her bouncing back, people aren’t happy with her. SEVEN - JOSH (-1) Threat: 2 (-1) Trust: 3 (NC) Josh has found himself at the bottom of our tribe, unfortunately for him people just don’t really stand up for him when others voice their concerns. Hes kind of faded into the background, im sure the timezone isn’t helping. If we were to go to tribal tonight I think its likely we see a josh boot, but it could be 50/50 between him and Emma. The thing about josh is if we talked more, I could see us actually getting our game son the same track. But hes a wildcard, I have no idea where hes at which makes him more dangerous than Emma - who we know is just busy in another game.

Today media worldwide are not in a good condition, the damage in the industry is obvious: fake news, closures, layoffs, mergers as a result of austerity measures and bankruptcies, [1] The system collapses in front of our eyes. There is a real danger [2] and it is a problem. [3] Because we let them shape us. [4]
Just to mention one example the Pentagon, has a public information service that involves many thousands of employees, spending hundreds of millions of dollars every year and dwarfing not only the public information resources of any dissenting individual or group but the aggregate of such groups. [5]
Exactly this problem is Elisabeths chance. Soon she will own a significant proportion of influential media outlets and publications worldwide. As of 2019, Rupert Murdoch (her fathers) net worth is estimated to be over 19 billion dollars, with in total 50.000 employees and his vast fortune through his media acquisitions undeniably will make Elisabeth one of the most influential person in the world. [6] This might be today; this might be tomorrow. [7]
Her empire will get bigger, it will be the biggest and the most powerful of them all. In short, her representation will become infinite… [8] Her journalists will have the possibility of investigation of various attempts at uncovering abuses [9] and defend the world against the abuses of capital and of the state. [10] Scandal politics is the weapon of choice for struggle and competition in informational politics… This opens her the door and is her key strategy for her power making. [11]
For she endeavoured […] to stifle all their labours, designing to herself an universal monarchy over opinions. [12] Evidence means neither truth, nor proof; it implies nothing incontrovertible. [13]
Elisabeth is omniscient. She is the authorial playmaster who pulls the strings, she is the director who leads the theatre of media, she is the tamer in the ring. She is in control of the picture. [14]
Interview
In an interview with the Wall Street Journal she was asked, what she plans with the empire of her father.
Reporter: What would you do with your power? [15]
Elisabeth: My brother and sister, Kathryn and James' views on climate are well known; they are extremely dissatisfied with the way the issue is presented on News Corp and Fox. [16]
So am I. I am concerned with […] the conditions of the world. [17] Every year, there are other atrocious and horrible catastrophes. [18]
I remember when I was younger, and in school, our teachers showed us films of plastic in the ocean, starving polar bears and so on. I cried through all the movies. [19] I kept thinking about it and I just wondered if I am going to have a future… I read about it more and more and sort of understood how important it was and how severe this crisis is. [20]
Everything was still happening too slow and that it wasn’t going fast enough. So then I just decided that I’m going to do something on my own, and that might not work, but there’s a chance it will – it can have an impact. [21]
I don’t care if what I’m doing […] is hopeful. We need to do it anyway. Even if there’s no hope left and everything is hopeless, we must do what we can. [22]
R: And what is the difference between Greenpeace and the Friday for Futures movement?
E: Unlike Greta, mine is a top-down movement: I am one of "them up there“ like she says. I sit at the lever of power and have the means to invest. Even these are far from enough, saving the diversity and abundance of life on Earth may cost USD 100 billion a year, say scientists who have proposed a policy to prevent another mass extinction event on the planet. [23]
My point is not that all people should become equal, it is that humanity should become more in balance with nature. A coexistence with nature (extensively side by side), with no content to it, no difference, the same throughout in its pure extensive in difference. [24]
This change in the form of living may well not take place without friction, but it must take place. [25] Self defense is our first law of nature, even if that means harming everyone else in existence. [26]
That has to stop now!
R: How will you achieve this?
The 3Rs axiom “reduce, reuse, recycle” is the best place to start. [27] Formal industrial scale recycling can recover substantial amounts of material and energy. [28] But we have to go bigger than that.
All things recycle. [29]
All things cycle.
Look at the nature!
The Earth’s water cycle is a process of constant renewal. [30] Surface water […] constantly moves through a cyclic modulation known as the “water cycle. [31]
We are as well creatures of rhythms and cycles. [32] To recreate a community of balanced life cycles requires, first of all, that the idea take its place as a principal guide in the development of communities. [33]
And if the same things be not thus repeated in cycles, then they […] shouldn’t be produced. [34]
R: What would you risk for even a tiny chance of making the world more sustainable? [36]
E: I will donate each month 80 million into sustainable projects. People will trust me because I will listen to the them around me. Everyone can meet me any time in Paris. We can have a chat and discuss the things. Perhaps I will listen to you…
Now, of necessity, all persons must have a right to judge of all these different causes, appointed for that purpose by vote […]. [37] So regular weekly voting sessions are held, where anyone who wants can express their opinion and vote on two investments I will chose.
R: Elisabeth Murdoch, thank you for this interview, good luck with your plan and all the best.
Me at the table Elisabeth
On a rainy Saturday morning I was sitting at the table with Elisabeth Murdoch in a café in Paris, we were discussing her new palace next to the Notre Dame.
At this first gathering I could not fail to have the impression that every great mind feels itself in an extremely unsafe position as soon as it leaves the shelter of its cliff top eyrie and has to be comprehensible on common ground. [38] I now may even think of Elisabeth as an unsafe driver because of the strength of the first Impression, which should have been wiped out when you learned her confidence was all untrue. [39] Elisabeth always tried to talk as though there were lots of people in it with her. [40]
Elisabeth is still unsure of her way, her path; She will need the help of a quantum computer, he will take her by the hand to guide her. [41] The external circumstances will play a large determining role in choosing a route. [42] He will give her suggestions on how to proceed, which she can then present at the forum the attendees.
In contrast to the approach for a more sustainable world, Elisabeth has much clearer ideas about how she wants to live.
The architecture
The Palace of Elisabeth should stand in the Heart of the City, it should be easy of access, beautifully adorned, and rather delicate and polite than proud or stately. [43]
In Paris, next to the Notre Dame, there will be the new center of sustainability. It will be in one line from the Eiffel tower to the Notre-Dame. There will stand a palace of unimaginable splendour and prodigious size. [44] He will outshine all the other palais in Paris. The palace will not be just a center of interest but a center of activity, an epicenter [45] for a new sustainable world. Here ideas are exchanged and influenced, sustainable goods are traded, investments are made, events and parties are held... A stock exchange for sustainability.
Reuse of ancient building material was common in the Renaissance because zones like Lombardy and Emilia, with their alluvial soil and flat topography, made building material scarce [46] This tradition will be revived here, the whole building will reuse building materials.
Since the palace of her must accommodate a large number of people, it should have rooms notable for their number and size. [47]
The building has at its core a mystic space of public ritual and renewal […] in the form of a faceted five storey hall of corbelled brickwork, capped by a crystalline rooflight. [48]
The most important part is that which we shall call the "agora" of the house, although you might refer to it as the "court" or „atrium"; next in importance comes the dining room, followed by private bedrooms, and finally living rooms. […] The "agora" is therefore the main part of the house, acting like a public forum, toward which all other lesser members converge; it should incorporate a comfortable entrance, and also openings for light, as appropriate. [49]
The atrium, salon, and so on should relate in the same way to the house as do the agora and public square to the city: they should not be hidden away in some tight and out-of-the-way corner, but should be prominent, with easy access to the other members. [50] The agora is a busy place: among other things, a market, a meeting place. [51]
Our agora has a width two thirds their length; Shops would line the portico, and above, on top of the entablature, would be balconies and storerooms for the public revenue. [52]
In the assembly hall of the Palace [53] the tripartite bema is located to the east of the room…The bema, where most of the ritual will take place, is visible from almost anywhere inside the room. [54]
Moreover, the corners throughout the building need to be exceptionally strong, and so must be solidly constructed. […] Each corner represents half of the building, in that damage to one of the corners will inevitably entail the destruction of two of the sides. [55] For this reason the following advice is given for columns on a corner: make the columns thicker or increase the number of their flutes, because they stand in the open air and appear somewhat narrower than the rest. [56]
The dining room is situated just above the hall, in a lower, more intimate space, overlooking the hall. [57] A freestanding spiral staircase behind the Bema leads up to him.
The public spaces and the public portion of the promenade through the house end at the dining room. [58]
What Elisabeth's private rooms above the dining hall look like has been a closely guarded secret until now...

Catch a Falling Star
Characters: CastielXReader ft. Sam and Dean Winchester
Word Count: 1936 (Epilogue)
A/N: The epilogue to a Soulmate AU mini-series. I live and breathe for fluffy happy endings.
Summary: What if angels didn’t end up just anywhere when they are banished by sigils…what if sometimes they end up exactly where they need to be? Turns out you are Castiel’s grounding stone, and it’s more complicated than either of you realizes. Happily, the universe and Dean Winchester are as fond of second chances as they are of a long-suffering blue-eyed seraph.

Sam blinked strained eyes over the screen of his laptop to fire a consternate gaze at his brother seated opposite. Dean wasn’t doing anything annoying per say. In the past hour, he’d uttered no weird observations, embarked on no pointless tirades, lobbed no undeserved fraternal insults, and engaged in no repetitive irritating clicking, tapping, or drumming noises. He hadn’t even mentioned being hungry, and Sam was fairly certain he heard the distinct rumble of an empty stomach once or twice in the eerie silence. This unusual well-mannered behavior on Dean’s part, was, in and of itself, exquisitely maddening and Sam had reached the breaking point of brotherly tolerance. “Stop it!” he breathily commanded.
“What?” Dean abruptly ceased his pursuit of doing nothing at all to respond, startled, to Sam’s unprovoked demand.
“That!” Sam answered. “Thinking. Stop it.”
“It’s just, I can’t believe we let Crowley walk after what he did to Cas,” Dean freed the persistently nagging thought from the confines of his skull.
“I know, but it was Cas’ call. And he made a valid point. The devil you know…”
“Yeah, yeah, is worth two in the bush,” Dean blustered.
“That’s not how the saying goes,” Sam’s lip twisted in amusement. “A bird in the hand…”
“Enough with the damn birds already!” Dean groused. His green eyes glazed somberly, “You really think Cas doesn’t remember anything? I mean, when he called he didn’t ask about the missing chunk of time when he was with her. It’s like he doesn’t know it’s gone.”
“I guess that’s how the reversal of the spell works,” Sam murmured, “clean slate.”
“She was good for him, you know,” Dean stated.
Sam nodded agreement.
“I can’t believe a connection like that just ends,” Dean continued, reflecting on the dull anguish that dogged in his own heart any time something reminded him of his stint at normal with Lisa. Letting Lisa go, that had been Dean’s choice to protect her and Ben. But you and Cas, you were given no real choice – you were fatefully thrust into each other’s lives by a demon’s spell and cruelly torn asunder to protect the world from an unspeakable struggle for power like some unfeeling puppeteer’s playthings.
“It’s not fair,” Sam observed with a frown, the memory of Jess misting his vision, “but then nothing about this life we lead is.”
The metallic clang of the bunker door lock disengaging heralded their friend’s homecoming.
“Speak of the angel,” Dean cleared his throat roughly, cautioning a return to silence on the matter.
“Hey Cas!” Sam wore a welcoming smile.
Cas disregarded Sam’s warm greeting, plodding heavily down the stairs.
“What’s up buddy?” Dean tried.
The ceiling, the sky, sea levels, neighborhood crime rates, the S&P 500 – Dean would have preferred any of these answers over the solemn shrug of the seraph’s shoulders he received.
As he trudged through the library, Cas delivered a plastic grocery bag into Sam’s lap. Shunning the available chairs at the table where the brothers sat, the angel sank heavily into the leather lounge nestled out of the way in the alcove of shelves.
Sam reached into the rustling bag, confusion distorting his features as he pulled out a single roll of Charmin brand extra soft toilet paper. “Uh, thanks?” he slurred, lifting a bewildered brow at Dean.
Waving a dismissive hand, Dean aped complete ignorance. “How was New Jersey?” he flashed an affable grin at the angel.
“The solid waste incineration facility there was delightfully efficient,” Cas replied in a sarcastic disinterested monotone. “The operations manager in particular was very kind in permitting me a so-called one-time pass for stealing a ride on his transport barge. According to him, people have been arrested over far less serious crimes against humanity’s rubbish and I should consider myself extremely lucky.” The stern set of his jaw hinted at his preference not to be harassed further by the mundanity of small talk.
An awkward hush descended on the room.
Sam returned to his research.
Cas morosely folded inward on himself, haunted by that hollow unidentifiable aching void afflicting his celestial heart.
And Dean, Dean decided he had had enough. Clapping his hands sharply upon the table for emphasis and to signify the degree of his doneness, he rose, announcing, “Enough! That’s it! I’m done!”
Sam flinched at the sudden reversal of conduct, lanky legs kicking out in all directions under the table to slide his chair backward several squealing inches. He reflexively slammed the cover of the laptop shut.
Cas glanced up indifferently, met Sam’s stunned gaping mien and squinted one eye in a manner inaudibly inquiring as to whether or not he should be alarmed by Dean’s outburst.
Sam’s lips flared over his clenched teeth suggesting, in answer, that he had absolutely no idea but the odds hovered around 50/50.
“Do you hear me?” Dean boomed, shaking a fist at the ceiling.
“Kind of hard not to when you’re yelling and we’re sitting right here,” Sam griped.
“I’m done! Done with the universe dicking us around. Dammit all, and damn Crowley to Hell!” Dean sucked in a deep breath and pointed a cautioning finger at Sam, “And I know that’s a totally redundant statement, so shut your pie-hole smarty pants.”
“Okay, okay,” Sam held up an outstretched palm endeavoring to reason with his brother, “just sit down and relax and we’ll talk it out.”
“That’s just it, I’m done relaxing. Done talking. Done accepting the crap shoveled our way. Why shouldn’t Cas get the chance to screw up his happy ending all on his own like the rest of us? After all the sacrifice, one of us deserves a fighting chance. And maybe it’s the angel.”
Cas’ sad blue eyes settled attentively on the universe railing Winchester.
“Come on,” Dean rounded the table to grab the brooding angel by the coat sleeve and haul him to his feet, “you’re going on vacation. And don’t give me some snarky line about how angels don’t take vacations.”
Cas shook free of Dean’s boorish grip, smoothed his rumpled sleeve, and unassumingly asked, “Where?”
“To get back something very important you lost.”
Cas exhaled the shaky breath he didn’t know he’d been holding in since the moment you banished him.
The hammock, peacefully slung in the dappled shade between two cottonwoods by the lakeshore, rocked subtly as you dozed in the late afternoon heat lulled by the cheery twittering song of goldfinches as they flitted about in a nearby mass of coneflowers picking the delicious seeds from the drying flower heads. It was the strident flap of their wings in fearful flight which alerted you to the presence of the stranger abiding calmly beside the hammock. Shielding your eyes with your upturned hand, you made out the form of a dark-haired, trench coat wearing, handsome, strikingly blue-eyed man staring apologetically down at you with the halo of the sun behind his head.
“I’m sorry to disturb you,” he hadn’t meant to wake you – coming upon your peacefully drowsing figure he felt like he saw an apparition – something shimmering golden and bright just out of his grasp. He lingered too long in his reverie, captivated by the sun-freckled glow of your skin, and unintentionally roused you. He swept a hand towards the cottage, “No one answered at the door.”
“You don’t say?” you mocked shock, a half-grin betraying you as you swung out of the hammock and landed squarely on your feet. “That’s probably because whomever lives there is lazily sleeping away the afternoon somewhere comfy. Guess it’s a good thing you dropped in out of nowhere to save what’s left of the day.”
“I drove.”
“What?”
“I didn’t drop in, I drove,” he insisted earnestly.
You failed to stifle a bubbling laugh, “Oh, my mistake.”
He cocked his head curiously, an unexpected surge of pleasant heat rising in his chest to flush his cheeks at the heartwarming quality of your laughter. He continued, “I’m renting the Holmes’ place. Well, my friend Dean actually rented it for me. He insisted I needed to do some soul-searching and that this was the very place to do it in.” He didn’t mention the fact that he was an angel and didn’t actually have a soul to search. And anyway, when he confronted Dean with this very same point, Dean had accused him of being too literal for his own damn good.
“Dean? As in Sam and Dean Winchester?” you asked.
“You know them?” he did not disguise the surprise in his husky tone.
“You could say that,” you held up a bandaged hand for him to see. “Strangest thing happened last week. I guess I cut myself pretty badly with pruning shears and fainted. I don’t really remember it happening, but luckily Sam and Dean were hiking the shore trail, heard me cry out, and came running to the rescue. Anyway,” you brushed off the odd experience that never sat comfortably in your memory whenever you thought about it, “I must be boring you. You probably just want to pick up the keys to get on with your vacation. I wasn’t expecting you until tomorrow. What did you do, drive all night?”
He bobbed his head affirmatively, replying, “I don’t sleep.” Adding sincerely because, for some fleeting reason he couldn’t quite pin down, he truly didn’t, “I don’t find you boring at all.”
You laughed again, starting up toward the cottage by way of the gardens.
He closely followed.
“Can I interest you in a cup of tea?” you proposed, glancing hopefully over your shoulder. Something about his endearingly awkward demeanor thrummed your heartstrings.
“I would like that very much,” his tongue accepted the offer before his mind processed the question. As it turned out, he happened to agree wholeheartedly with his tongue.
“By the way, I’m Y/N,” you wondered how you’d gotten this far into a conversation without the practical subject of names arising.
“Castiel. Or Cas, if you prefer.”
“Castiel,” you repeated, “it’s a beautiful name.”
He thought it sounded more beautiful to him when spoken by you. “Thank you,” he bashfully dropped his regard to the stony ground between his feet.
“I’ll be right back,” you smiled at his shyness, “going to put the water on for tea.” You left him to wander the cobblestone paths through the garden alone.
Meandering up the winding path, a patch of blue in the shade of the porch keenly drew his notice. Walking nearer, he bent to graze his fingertips lightly over the delicate perfumed sea of cerulean petals.
“Periwinkle,” you whispered. Coming up beside him, you crouched, touching his shoulder for balance, to pick a tiny bouquet.
He straightened, angelic heart bounding at the memory of the fragile burned flower mysteriously in his possession on the barge and how it and he came to be there.
You twisted the plucked bloom between two fingers, a kindling spark of recognition illuminating in your expression. “You know, they’re almost a perfect match for your eyes,” you noted with a wistful smile. Tracing quivering fingers along the inside of his coat lapel, tears and recollection glinting in your eyes, you threaded the stem through a button hole, and patted the fabric to lay flat.
Castiel thought of the solitary star he saw in the sky that terrible night, gleaming and consumed by the gathering storm. No, he realized now, not a light consumed by the dark – a beacon  shining bright and forever beyond the clouds. He would spend eternity always making his way back to that light – to you. Clasping your hands tenderly within his trembling fingers, he pressed them to his heart.

NFL Roundup: Chargers beat Rams, Falcons lose and Andy Dalton looks good
Hurrican Harvey is causing plenty of problems for Texas, but it's also caused the Houston Texans to uproot and head inland until things calm down and dry out. The Houston Texans say they are unable to return home because of Hurricane Harvey and are instead flying to Dallas following Saturday night's exhibition game in New Orleans. Texans coach Bill O'Brien says he's been told flooded roads are part of the reason for his teams' diversion to northern Texas. O'Brien says he's unsure how long the Texans will remain in Dallas. He says he's also uncertain where Houston would practice, but adds the Dallas Cowboys would probably share their training facilities if needed. The Texans are hoping to return to Houston as soon as possible, so they're not able to announce plans beyond Sunday because they're waiting to see how Houston comes through the storm. Players say they're praying for Houston and confident its residents will pull through as well as possible. Even before they showed the boxing spectacle of the summer on locker room TVs after the game, the Broncos showed some fight in their 20-17 preseason win over the Green Bay Packers - among themselves. Cornerback Aqib Talib and linebacker Todd Davis got into a shoving match in the first half that bled onto the sidelines before tempers finally cooled. "Nothing serious, we're all good," said Talib, who started the fracas with a too-hard shove of Davis as he tried to get him away from doing some jawing with the Packers. Davis took exception and hit him back. "Nothing serious, we're all good," Talib said. Jamaal Charles and Von Miller provided the other fireworks before the teams pulled up chairs to watch Floyd Mayweather Jr. knocked out Conor McGregor in the 10th round in Las Vegas. Charles' impressive Denver debut included four rushes for 27 yards, two catches and a declaration afterward by coach Vance Joseph that he's in the Broncos' plans this season. "I felt like a Bronco when I got here, but putting on that uniform for the very first time, that's when I really feel like this is a new beginning," said Charles, Kansas City's all-time leading rusher who was released by the Chiefs over the winter. The last player introduced before the game, Miller made his cameo count by sacking Aaron Rodgers for an 11-yard loss, forcing the Packers to settle for a 52-yard field goal and ending Rodgers' night after 10 snaps (he was 3 for 5 for 12 yards). "A-Rod, he's a great quarterback, a Hall of Fame quarterback," Miller said. "So, especially in the preseason if you can get some practice against that, it's dope. It's great." Miller spun past Jason Spriggs, who was subbing for injured right tackle Bryan Bulaga, and split a double team on his way to dumping Rodgers. "It was a good move by him. He's an athletic guy," said Rodgers, who was harassed into the worst game of his career the last time he came to Denver in 2015. "He likes to line up on our right a lot. And we had help on the outside on that play, but he just made that quick spin move inside. "By the time I felt it I was heading to the ground." After Green Bay safety Kentrell Brice returned an interception 42 yards to the Denver 2 minutes after Rodgers was sacked, backup Brett Hundley trotted out to hand off to Ty Montgomery for the touchdown plunge and a 10-0 lead. "The plan was for Aaron to play two series," Packers coach Mike McCarthy explained. "I was trying to get Brett as much work as I possibly could." "It's the preseason. We don't play a whole lot anymore around here," Rodgers said. "We just kind of get in try to find a rhythm and get out." Miller's day was over after Montgomery's TD. "You know you're not going to be playing much anyways, so to get a sack on those few plays, it feels great," said Miller, who called his sack dance the "sexy T-Rex." Trevor Siemian, in his first game since coach Vance Joseph declared him the starting quarterback over Paxton Lynch, bounced back from his interception to lead Denver on three impressive drives, Lynch came in and got hurt on his only series. Siemian engineered a 10-play, 75-yard drive capped by C.J. Anderson's untouched 16-yard trot but marred by the loss of top receiver Demaryius Thomas to a thigh injury. Siemian also was efficient in the 2-minute offense, and Brandon McManus kicked a 28-yard field goal to tie it at 10 as the first half expired. Siemian finished 13 of 22 for 127 yards and had one interception. Lynch guided Denver on the go-ahead scoring drive - McManus was good from 46 yards - to start the second half. The second-year QB hurt his right (throwing) shoulder on the drive, apparently when he slid on it after a scramble. Joseph said X-rays were negative but that Lynch would go for an MRI on Sunday to confirm it's not a serious injury. Joseph said he's prepared to play Kyle Sloter the entire fourth preseason game. Sloter replaced Lynch and threw a 17-yard TD pass to Hunter Sharp that made it 20-10. Hundley's 6-yard keeper made it 20-17 early in the fourth quarter. TAKE A KNEE: Broncos right tackle Menelik Watson gave new meaning to the term "take a knee" when he proposed to his fiance after the starters were taken out of the game. Azania Stewart, a member of the British national basketball team, said yes. "Just spontaneous," said Watson, who has known Stewart since they were 14. "It was her first NFL game. She's about to head overseas to start her season. She leaves tomorrow. It's something I've been thinking about for a while, been contemplating it, so what a perfect time to do it: in the stadium, our first game, in front of a beautiful crowd. I'm not really a public person, but I thought it would have been special." SITTING OUT: In addition to Thomas, DE Zach Kerr (knee) and S Will Parks (hip) got hurt in the first half for Denver, and Packers OLB Nick Perry was shaken up before halftime. Philip Rivers, Joey Bosa and the rest of the Los Angeles Chargers appear ready to start wooing their new home market for real. Rivers capped the game's opening drive with a 45-yard touchdown pass to Travis Benjamin, and Bosa's strip sack of Goff led to Melvin Ingram's 76-yard fumble return for a score. The Chargers raced to a 21-0 first-quarter lead and held on to beat the Rams 21-19 Saturday night at the Coliseum. Knowing they have to win to attract fans in a saturated market that doesn't tolerate losing, the Chargers hope to see much more mayhem from Bosa and Ingram. After Rivers capped the opening drive with the long TD pass to Benjamin, the Rams moved to the Chargers 8. But as Jared Goff dropped back on third down, Bosa hit him and jarred loose the ball. Ingram scooped it up and was gone. "It's just fun to finally get to the quarterback," said Bosa, who added he's focusing more on knocking the ball loose than simply hitting the QB. He said he knew Ingram "was going to get there. He better not let some O-lineman run him down. I was watching him pick it up and hoping he didn't fumble it and have to fall on it. I was cheering for him, but I didn't run all the way down there. I was cheering from afar." If Bosa and Ingram stay healthy, they're expected to be major forces. Bosa, the Chargers' first-round draft pick in 2016, missed his rookie training camp in a contract spat and then missed the first four games with a hamstring injury. He finished with 10 ½ sacks in 12 games and was voted Defensive Rookie of the Year. Ingram signed a four-year deal that can be worth up to $66 million after making eight sacks last year, giving him 18 ½ in two years. "That whole D-line, we're deep, and we've got guys who can rush the passer," Bosa said. "So It'll be a fun year." Seeing Bosa and Ingram up front, "Man, that makes my job a lot easier," said cornerback Jason Verrett, who had an interception in his first game action since tearing a knee ligament in the fourth game last year. This was the most significant exhibition game, when most starters played into the second quarter. Few if any are expected to play in the fourth and final exhibition. After a bitter split from their home of 56 years in San Diego, the Chargers relocated to the Los Angeles area in January, a year after the Rams moved back from St. Louis. The Chargers train in Costa Mesa in Orange County and play at the StubHub Center, a 27,000-seat soccer stadium in Carson in Los Angeles County. They have some work to do after winning only nine games the last two seasons. But after losing their first two exhibition games in front of less-than-capacity crowds at StubHub, the first-teamers looked sharp. Verrett's pickoff set up Melvin Ingram's 2-yard touchdown run for a 21-0 lead. Rams rookie coach Sean McVay said that over the course of a full game, Goff would get a chance to redeem himself. "What you like about Jared is he is unfazed by that," McVay said of the two plays fans will remember. "There was obviously a couple I'd like back," Goff said. "I felt like we moved the ball pretty well on that first drive, got all the way down there and, unfortunately, turned it over, and they were able to take it the other way. But it's all good stuff to learn from." Rivers was 6 of 6 for 85 yards. Goff was 4 of 6 for 49 yards. LINEUPS The Chargers held out star tight end Antonio Gates, 37. The Rams held out running back Todd Gurley and wide receivers Tavon Austin and Cooper Kupp, who have injuries. BACKUPS The Rams' Sean Mannion played well, including throwing a 38-yard TD pass to Josh Reynolds in the third quarter. Travis Coons kicked a 53-yard field goal after starter Greg Zuerlein made field goals of 42, 21 and 57 yards. But Coons was wide right on a potential go-ahead, 33-yard try with 7:50 to go. Cardale Jones, obtained by the Chargers from Buffalo just before training camp, threw an interception for the second straight week when Dominique Hatfield muscled the ball away from Benjamin late in the second quarter. RIVALRY? After failing to get a new stadium built in San Diego, Chargers chairman Dean Spanos announced on Jan. 12 he was moving the team to the saturated Los Angeles market. Their marketing slogan, "Fight For LA," has been roundly mocked by fans in San Diego and by Rams fans. When the Chargers took the field before the game, they were greeted by the War song "Why Can't We Be Friends?" as well as by boos. INJURIES: Chargers: WR Isaiah Burse left with a concussion in the third quarter. Rams: TE Temarrick Hemingway injured an ankle in the second quarter and was taken off the field on a cart. G Jamon Brown tweaked a hamstring trying to run down Ingram on fumble return, but could have returned if it was a regular-season game. Andy Dalton and the Cincinnati Bengals' starters looked regular-season ready, while Kirk Cousins and the Washington Redskins still have some work to do. Dalton was 8 of 13 for 70 yards and Cincinnati's first-team offense and defense looked sharp against Washington on Sunday as the Redskins won each team's third preseason game 23-17 on the strength of their backups. Linebacker Vontaze Burfict intercepted Cousins' pass and returned it for a touchdown, stiff-arming the quarterback at the end zone and jumping into the stands, before leaving with a back injury. A.J. Green had four catches for 43 yards, Jeremy Hill ran for 15 yards and a touchdown before his day was cut short with an ankle injury and the Bengals' starters were 4 of 6 on third down. Chris Smith and rookies Jordan Willis and Carl Lawson each sacked Cousins as defensive coordinator Paul Guenther seems to have the edge rushers he was looking for. Cincinnati running back Giovani Bernard ran for 25 yards on four carries in his first game since tearing the ACL in his left knee last season. The Bengals had taken a cautious approach in bringing Bernard back. The Redskins got tight end Jordan Reed back after he missed the first two preseason games and almost the first month of training camp with an injury to the big toe on his left foot. Reed had two catches for 12 yards and didn't look hampered by the injury. After generating 1 whole yard in the first quarter, the Redskins' starters eventually put together a touchdown drive, but also went three-and-out three times. Cousins was 10 of 19 for 109 yards, and an interception as Washington's first-team offense finished its exhibition action with nine three-and-outs on 15 possessions. Both teams are 1-2. SITTING OUT Bengals TE Tyler Eifert and Redskins WR Josh Doctson were surprise scratches, though Doctson has missed time in camp with a hamstring injury. Washington rookie LB Ryan Anderson, who got a shoulder stinger in the first preseason game, was not in uniform after being considered a game-time decision. INJURY UPDATE Bengals: Along with his game-ending back injury, Burfict was evaluated for a concussion but cleared. ... RB Cedric Peerman suffered a left shoulder injury, and TE Mason Schreck left with a knee injury. Redskins: DL Phil Taylor injured his left quadriceps muscle on the first defensive series and did not return. ... LB Junior Galette, who had been out with a hamstring injury, saw his first game action since Dec. 28, 2014. ROOKIE WATCH Bengals: WR John Ross flashed some speed on a jet sweep in his preseason debut. Ross, who set the 40-yard dash record at the scouting combine and was a first-round pick, had been held out to recover from shoulder surgery. ... RB Joe Mixon, getting extra carries with Hill going out with an injury, ran eight times for 31 yards and fumbled an exchange with Dalton. ... DT Ryan Glasgow made a fourth-and-1 stop in the third quarter. Redskins: C Chase Roullier, starting in place of the injured Spencer Long, had some good downfield blocking on a day most of the offensive line struggled. ... RB Samaje Perine didn't do much to challenge Rob Kelley's starting job, gaining 5 yards on 5 carries. ... CB Joshua Holsey had a sack and looks Undrafted free agent CB Fish Smithson picked off A.J. McCarron in the fourth quarter and returned it 63 yards. POSITION BATTLES Bengals: Hill versus Mixon got derailed by injury, and Bernard's return adds him to the mix. ... K Randy Bullock made a 53-yard field goal, while rookie Jake Elliott was wide right from 45 yards, his first miss of the preseason. Redskins: Zach Brown and Mason Foster again started at inside linebacker, leaving Will Compton to play with the second team. Brian Hoyer had the San Francisco offense humming after sputtering through the first two preseason games, passing for 176 yards and two touchdowns in the first half before the Minnesota Vikings rallied for a 32-31 victory over the 49ers on Sunday night. Sam Bradford and the Minnesota starters again failed to reach the end zone, though Bradford was sharp when given time to throw. Jerick McKinnon scored on a 108-yard kickoff return in the third quarter, boosting his bid to take over that role. Backup quarterbacks Case Keenum and Taylor Heinicke led a late charge, with Heinicke's hurdle over the pylon for the 2-point conversion on the final play giving the Vikings the win after Terrell Newby's touchdown run with no time left. Hoyer found Marquise Goodwin wide open for a 46-yard touchdown strike and Carlos Hyde out of the backfield for a 24-yard connection, some evidence of how new coach Kyle Shanahan's scheme could pick up the pace after the 49ers were one of the league's lowest-scoring teams the last three years. Goodwin, the former Olympic long jumper who had the fastest 40-yard dash time at the 2013 NFL combine, ought to help. Injuries buried him in Buffalo. The backups were buzzing, too, with an 87-yard score by Raheem Mostert off a screen pass from C.J. Beathard on third-and-22 in the third quarter and a short touchdown run by Mostert in the fourth quarter. An unchallenged starter for the first time in his nine-year career, Hoyer finished 12 for 17 with a 143.3 passer rating. He completed his first nine passes. Beathard took another step toward solidifying himself as the backup, too, despite having a pass picked off by Antone Exum. The depth chart behind Hyde at running back is wide open, with Mostert (130 yards, six touches) and rookie Matt Breida (34 yards, eight touches) standing out. With left tackle Riley Reiff, running back Latavius Murray and wide receiver Laquon Treadwell all playing their first preseason game, Bradford and the Vikings were close to full strength. But the protection was again problematic, and Stefon Diggs dropped two passes. In 13 possessions for the first team over their first three games this month, the Vikings produced 11 punts and one field goal. They reached the 6-yard line in the second quarter but ran out of time before they could try another play. REID PROTEST RESUMES San Francisco strong safety Eric Reid took the American anthem from one knee, in an apparent resumption of the human rights protest he joined last season with then-teammate Colin Kaepernick. Goodwin and others had their hands on Reid's shoulders. Reid later drew the ire of Vikings wide receiver Adam Thielen after lowering his shoulder into Thielen's chest during a reception in the second quarter. Reid kissed his flexed biceps muscle like Kaepernick used to do, before receiving an earful from Thielen in response to the necessity of the hit. KICKING CONTEST Marshall Koehn made a 58-yard field goal for the Vikings with room to spare, keeping the competition with Kai Forbath for the kicker job close. Koehn missed a 47-yard attempt a few minutes later after the interception, but he converted a 38-yard extra point after a penalty pushed it back. SITTING OUT 49ers: FS Jimmie Ward (hamstring) was held out after being taken off the physically unable to perform list earlier in the week. Vikings: TE Kyle Rudolph (leg) and DE Brian Robison (undisclosed) didn't suit up. NOTABLE INJURIES 49ers: Five-time Pro Bowl LT Joe Staley was sidelined in the first quarter because of a knee injury, but he was walking around without displaying obvious discomfort or discouragement. ... LB Brock Coyle (knee) departed in the third quarter. Vikings: LB Emmanuel Lamur left in the third quarter for a concussion evaluation. FS Anthony Harris (leg) was out in the fourth quarter. Chicago coach John Fox thinks having a whole week to prepare for an opponent helped Mike Glennon turn in a strong performance for the Bears. How much Glennon helped himself to the Bears' starting quarterback job remains to be seen. Glennon capped an opening 96-yard drive with a 1-yard touchdown pass to Dion Sims as the Bears beat the Tennessee Titans 19-7 Sunday in the third preseason game. "We're very happy with the way Mike responded as far as a real game plan and what he did, I thought he played very well," said Fox, who also noted coaches will keep evaluating. Glennon was an efficient 11 of 18 for 134 yards passing despite losing starting wide receiver Cameron Meredith late in the first quarter. Meredith was carted off with a suspected left ACL injury, which Fox said must be checked by an MRI exam first. Having a week to prepare and study for an opponent fits Glennon's strengths. "That's kind of what I pride myself on, being well-prepared and working hard through the week," Glennon said. Mitchell Trubisky, the second overall pick out of North Carolina, opened the third quarter with the Bears' starters. But Trubisky threw two incompletions as the Bears (2-1) went three-and-out. Trubisky also fumbled a snap on his next series, though he rebounded with a 45-yard TD pass to Tanner Gentry for a 19-7 lead in the fourth quarter. The Titans (1-2) had issues on offense, defense, and special teams. The Bears could have led 14-0 if Adam Shaheen controlled the ball before going out of bounds after Roy Robertson-Harris blocked a punt into the end zone early in the second quarter. Instead, Chicago led 9-0 after referee Ed Hochuli finally changed his ruling of a touchback to a safety. Tennessee's offensive struggles prompted coach Mike Mularkey to keep his first-team in until Mariota tossed the ball to Derrick Henry on the first play of the fourth for a 3-yard TD run that kept Tennessee from being shut out. Mularkey said he wanted the first team to finish the drive in a game that featured too many mistakes. "We've got a lot of work to do," Mularkey said. "We've got two weeks to do it." COSTLY EXHIBITION Chicago left 11 Bears at home, and the injury list only grew longer early in Sunday's game. The worst injury came late in the first quarter when Meredith, who led Chicago with 66 catches for 888 yards, hurt his left knee when tackled low at the end of a 16-yard catch. Trainers braced his leg and carted him off the field. The Bears already had left three receivers at home. Cornerback Prince Amukamara played one series before leaving the game with an injured ankle, and the Bears also declared long snapper Patrick Scales out early in the second quarter with an injured knee. Both were on crutches after the game. Bears linebacker Leonard Floyd hurt a foot. HEY ROOKIE The Titans started Adoree Jackson at right cornerback, the first start this preseason for the 18th overall pick out of Southern California. Glennon threw at Jackson on the Bears' first play, a 9-yard completion to Zach Miller. Jackson also tackled Cameron Meredith at the end of a 28-yard catch on the opening drive. Sliding inside on passing downs, Jackson tackled former Titans receiver Kendall Wright on consecutive third down plays. Then Jackson was flagged for interference in the end zone, and Glennon capped the 96-yard drive on the next play. Jackson, who's trying to win the punt returner job, was tackled at his own 3 off his first attempt. TITANIC STRUGGLES The Titans gave up two sacks of Mariota along with a handful of penalties, including a face mask and a hold on Pro Bowl left tackle Taylor Lewan in the first half. Linebacker Wesley Woodyard sacked Glennon in the second quarter. Mariota finished 12 of 21 for 193 yards passing but was just 7 of 13 for 106 in the first half. EJECTIONS The Bears and Titans each lost a starter early in the second quarter. Titans left guard Quinton Spain kept his right arm on Bears defensive end Jaye Howard Jr.'s left shoulder as the play ended with Howard throwing a right at Spain's left shoulder. Spain threw a left at Howard's helmet who responded with his own right at Spain's head. Tyler Marz replaced Spain, and Mularkey said responding with a punch is "unacceptable." John Brown's recovery from a lingering quadriceps injury is not complete, as he says he's only about 80 percent healthy. Tell that to Atlanta's defensive backs. Brown caught two touchdown passes to lead the Arizona Cardinals to a 24-14 preseason win over the Atlanta Falcons on Saturday night in the debut of Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Brown showed off his speed when he caught a 28-yard scoring pass from Carson Palmer and a 21-yarder from Drew Stanton, each in the second quarter. "I'm not 100 percent, but I'm feeling way better than I did during training camp," Brown said. There are ongoing issues with the stadium's complicated retractable roof, which is expected to remain closed indefinitely. There were no glitches in the stadium's other bragging points, including a big halo video board. Brown's potent showing confirmed his status as the Cardinals' top downfield threat after he had been slowed by the injury. Last week, coach Bruce Arians said if Brown "can't run long enough, we've got to replace him." Arians was encouraged to see the deep threat have success against Atlanta's secondary. "It was good to see smoke out there," Arians said, confirmed Brown is not fully recovered but is "close." Brown's ability to recover quickly from injuries is affected by his 2016 diagnosis with sickle cell trait. He also left camp this week for a funeral in Miami and rejoined the team Friday night in Atlanta. The Atlanta offense fell flat in the stadium unveiling. Matt Ryan's pass on the Falcons' first play was intercepted by Tyrann Mathieu. "Turning the ball over on the first play is obviously not what you want to do," Ryan said. "We just never really got into a rhythm offensively, and that's something that we would have liked to have done in that first quarter of work." In the second quarter, Falcons backup Matt Schaub lost a fumble on his first snap when hit by linebacker Markus Golden. Chandler Jones recovered for Arizona (2-2), and one play later Brown made an over-the-shoulder grab for his 21-yard TD. Arizona rookie James Summers had a 5-yard scoring run in the fourth quarter. Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones made his preseason debut but did not have a catch. He has made a full recovery from offseason foot surgery and was targeted on a long pass from Ryan in the first quarter. "He wanted some shots down the field," said Falcons coach Dan Quinn of Jones. "He was anxious to show he had really put the work in from his rehab." Atlanta's No. 3 quarterback Matt Simms threw a 57-yard touchdown pass to rookie Josh Magee late in the game. Cardinals starting running back David Johnson did not play. Chris Johnson had six carries for 31 yards with a fumble that was recovered by guard Evan Boehm. QUARTERBACK COMPARISON Ryan, sharp in limited playing time in the first two preseason games for the Falcons (0-3), completed only 4 of 11 passes for 36 yards. Palmer completed 8 of 13 passes for 86 yards and a touchdown. Stanton, who beat out Blaine Gabbert to be Arizona's backup, completed 4 of 6 passes for 53 yards and a touchdown. TICKET COUNT There were 70,237 tickets distributed. The capacity for the new stadium is 71,000. It appeared at least one-third of the seats were empty. RIGHT GUARD BATTLE CONTINUES The Falcons' competition between Wes Schweitzer and Ben Garland for the starting job at right guard is not settled. Schweitzer started but shared time with Garland. "Next week it might be different," Quinn said, adding he expects the competition to continue through the preseason. "We're going to take this all the way," he said. INJURY UPDATE Cardinals: Backup DT Olsen Pierre suffered a concussion. ... OT Ulrick John walked off the field with an ankle injury. Arians said he didn't know the severity of John's injury. Falcons: Rookie RB Brian Hill, competing with Terron Ward for a backup spot, left in the third quarter with an ankle injury after rushing for 17 yards on 10 carries. Backup OT Kevin Graf also suffered an ankle injury, and LB LaRoy Reynolds suffered a shoulder injury. ... RB Devonta Freeman (concussion protocol) did not play. He was on the field but not in uniform for pregame drills. The New York Jets have acquired safety Terrence Brooks from the Philadelphia Eagles for cornerback Dexter McDougle in a trade of 2014 draft picks. The Eagles announced the deal Sunday. The moves provide depth for both teams' secondaries. The Jets are expected to start rookies Jamal Adams and Marcus Maye at safety but were thin at the position beyond them, with Rontez Miles dealing with an eye injury and Doug Middleton out for the season with a torn pectoral. Ronald Martin and Robenson Therezie were the only other safeties. Brooks was drafted in the third round by Baltimore, 79th overall - one pick ahead of McDougle. He spent his first two seasons with the Ravens and played with the Eagles last year. McDougle dealt with injuries during his first three seasons but has been having a solid summer for the Jets.

Coming clean
I don’t lie to you often and they haven’t been big ones, well big ones that I don’t think you’d understand and certainly wouldn’t think less of me for after everything I’ve actually already revealed, often.
That’s an ominous opening line...
But really, this is not a scary post and in fact I’m writing it just to, well, be more connected with you. Old Jack would have played this close to the chest, I’m really trying to turn over a new leaf, so here it goes.
I didn’t have internet problems today and tomorrow. I had other sorts of issues. I’m still recovering. I could, I’m convinced, have pushed through today and recorded and have everything be “fine” but instead I’m writing this.
Before concerning anyone any further:
Things have never been great with me health-wise, but they are getting much better.
Europe was was the start. David Sedaris once traveled to Japan to quit smoking. It worked. His theory was that in a new place, using new parts of your mind, it would be easier to not be so habitual in vices either. I don’t know the science behind it, but it has a certain romantic charm.
Less drinking, no cat hair around (no pets in the building at all, I think), walking to get food every day, better food, less take out. It’s no surprise it was a real boost to the system. Then I’ve talked more about Marijuana elsewhere, so no more of that here. Besides, that story isn’t over yet.
Back to the matter at waist.
One of my biggest challenges with home recording has been my health in a very specific manner: My tummy talks a lot. Long time fans most surely know it and the pops and whizs appear in those first 50 audios much more than the rest, but audios aren’t so bad. Audio books however? Imagine not only having to get the words, the tones, the characters right without background and then having your stomach just “pop” out of nowhere and then having to delete that line. That paragraph. Over and over again.
Welcome to my world. And my search for solutions. There will be biological stuff coming after this. You have been warned.
So basically since I got my card in February, I’ve declared war on my stomach. Eating good, using the non-fun, no-THC stuff to keep the system going, etc. But then, as I got out of pain something...happened.
I’m not being coy. I’m not being cute. It’s too much to explain here and the facts are still unclear but, basically, since the middle of February I have been playing a game of Jack’s Gi Tract: Total War. Where factions have made alliances and the terrains is ever shifting. Whatever long-form demons took up residence in my stomach? They didn’t want out.
And to be clear? I’ve tried a lot of stuff in the past. Master Cleanse, without cheating a single calorie, for 8 days straight? Nothing. Intermittent fasting? Nada. Getting into the best shape I possibly could? I mean, seriously amazing vegetarian for two years and going to the gym literally every day (didn’t I ever tell you about this period of my life where I was an Adonis no it never came up yet how weird but I bet no girls out there want to see pictures or hear stories about me from my 20′s when I was super smoking hot and buff anyway so).
This problem had dogged me my whole life in this, and other, ways.
But it’s clearing up. And it’s clearing up, I think, for a lot of factors. The hard, deep cleaning I’ve been doing around the house. The positive attitude. And yes, the THC. Well, the CBD in it, more likely, if I had to guess. Maybe a combo of the two?
None of that answers why you didn’t get your podcast yet. Why, even if it COULD come today, I’ve chosen for it come tomorrow.
And the reason is: I literally shat my guts out to the point that I was full on dehydrated.
It was an epic battle that the Battle of Five Armies could not hope to recreate. But I can. And I will, for Patrons on this livestream and then, for the rest of you, at another date because what’s the fun in being paid to masturbate and play video games for women if you can’t ALSO tell them a 10-20 minute poop story that makes them laugh, first.
I am okay. I have insurance now. I do not feel bad and I haven’t all week, I just took three days shitting all the electrolytes out of my system and I am drained.
Before anyone offers any medial advice that was not sought (it has been)...
I have chugged a bottle of gatorade. I have chugged 12 ounces of pedisure. I have 36 remaining, and will drink those. I am drinking water and tea at all time. The tea has lemon and honey, yes real lemon and honey, no it is not green tea, yes I know that a diuretic. I have plenty of food, and I am taking it slow with that as I haven’t eaten much lately. do not worry, there is lots of fresh fruit and vegetables and I am not working out or operating heavy machinery. Good? Good. No one is going to send anything in about me being okay, right? Right. Good.
So.
The bad news is your podcast delayed because I feel like a sack of hammers dropped into a black hole tired and I got shit to do tomorrow besides the podcast. I’m resting up.
There’s your bad news. Here’s your good news to make up for it.
As it became clear to me that this project was going to continue, I decided that I’d have to do something called the “Gastrological Forecast.” Don’t think me too clever, I stole that from a local paper, it was the name of their dining out column.
The idea was, instead of just saying “Guys, I have some tummy issues” to simply try and tell you when I could and could not do work in advance like some king of smog/terror warning (remember that, when people would TELL YOU what color the terrorism was that day!?) for my stomach.
I am no longer considering those plans. I am curing myself, or making rapid recovery toward treatment, whatever. There’s a cure here somewhere. I’ll find it.
That means more time recording, less stress doing so, for bigger projects. And that means a happier Jack who can do TGK stuff with less worry.
It also means more improv and ramble stuff. You can see where sudden and unknowable gas pockets escaping may have made a few REALLY GREAT Cowboy Jack audios vanish because they simply became swiss cheese after the blips were edited out.
But more than that in a way that is not easy to explain here, it meant a lot of thinking. Some of that, sure, was simply because I occupied a porcelain throne instead of my more standard venue.  But it’s also because I’m feeling good, and been thinking, a lot. And I’ve floated pieces of this idea to people who’s opinion and council and respect a great deal. I’m getting the thumbs up. It’s very exciting.
I don’t ever want to do that announcement of an annoucement bullshit, but the simple truth is the proposal is far from done, it’s not even written up, much less amended and edited. And that’s exactly what it is, a proposal, to you gals. Not for money, not for money of it. Not for help or items. But an idea. A basic, “what if we really try and do something with this idea that this community is special.”
Without revealing more the premise is to construct a series of projects, both on my own, with some of you, and collective in order to, well, “reveal” me in August 2018 for my birthday. And to do a live show then. And to stream it everywhere in the world, for free.
On my part this is going to take a lot of hard work with feeling comfortable. It’s going to take a lot of exercise so I don’t feel totally weird and drained for 2-3 hours on stage (yes stage). It’s going to take rehersal. It’s going to take what I can only call a “fostering of talents, personalities, locals and infrastructural resources that I have no right to summon or use” from the UK. Namely Scotland. So, you know, file that away if you are.
To give you an idea of what a “project” could be, a simple one that nobody has to do anything but me? A “project” to complete is to get a better streaming rig before it happens. See how easy that is? I just need to get a better computer, I know enough about them, I budget, I do some extra work, boom.
It is my goal to align a few of these projects so that they can come together in the UK in 2018 with me and you so that EVERY FAN, every single one of you, get something you want. All of you. All of you.
All of you.
That’s not going to be easy, I know. But I’m hoping between a live show and a reveal and surprises and you getting to see me in some form (more on that later) and you know, proving that this is real and all that, I think that does it for most of you. But the goal is to make every last one of you happy for one night with one thing in one place.
This plan is the first plan I’ve made in my life that is 100% me. It’s projects that combine into projects. It’s daring. It’s a bit insane. It’s too much hard work for me, it’s too much to ask others, it stands no chance of working, the benefits are minimal (at least to me personally and financially) anything else would be more surefire and more enriching in the short term and if you think you’ve seen the internet push back against erotic audio so far buckle up because dark days are coming and we’re all going to fail and there will days of doubt and nights of no sleep and fear and that constant voice that says you will fail you will fail you will fail and they never loved you anyway.
So knowing all that?
Let’s do it anyway.
See you tomorrow for the more normal stuff tomorrow and the end of the month for my proposal.

Hi everyone,I decided to make an account on Instagram on a niche that I am personally a fan of, and see if I can get to 1000 followers in less than a month, and as the title spoils it I did. One thing to consider: I initially made the journal for myself, and halfway through it I decided to eventually publish it on here. Anyway, here is the journal, ask me anything you want in comments:07/19/2019 (+2=2 followers)Made Gmail account.Designed Logo.Made instagram account.Found hashtags.Learned how to repost, and copy paste handle bars.Posted my first 6 pictures.Followed few people.07/20/2019 (+29=31)Came up with the idea to make an extra account to only follow pages that I will repost from, and access via instagram chrome browser.Followed up, and made an extra account, and followed a dozen accounts.7/21/2019 (+20=51)Nothing exciting. I just posted 7 photos, and added about 70 people. I think starting tomorrow I will add 80 people, and post 8 pictures, it might be a little aggressive but I need to have more pictures on the account. I’m hoping to get to 100 followers in the next 2-3 days. Gradually, I will be following 100 per day and will be still way below the 6000 monthly limit.Did some reading on automated account following (not to be mistaken with buying followers). Found out about instagress.7/22/2019 (+30=81)Not much. Just did my thing. And the more I look into it, the more it looks like automation is not the way to go.7/23/2019 (+28=109)First time typing this on my phone. Anyway, it seems like everything is more effective in the AM and I get more followers & likes in the morning. I might start adding more people in the morning and post most pictures in AM.7/24 (+42=151)7/26 ( 218 followers- 457 following)Broke 200 followers WooHoooo. 200+ people decided to follow my account, that’s NUTS. Based on my calculation, if I keep going strong, I will have 1000 followers in about 3 weeks.I did a new design for the logo. It looks dope!I think soon I’m going to start following 100 people a day.I set a goal for myself to do a merch drop at 1000 followers, and I know it will probably be a big flop but it’s ok. I know there would be at least one buyer (myself).7/27 (255 followers - 552 following - LFR 15%)Quarter of the way to 1k YAAEEYA.I changed the account picture again. Looking at all the big accounts in my niche, none of them have a picture of a logo for their account, but rather a real picture. Which I guess makes sense because with a logo it just seems corporate and spammy I guess. I think I actually saw a dip in follow back in the morning when I had the new logo up. So anyway I changed the profile pic to a real picture. On average my posts got 38.75 likes today which compared to 255 followers gives me about 15% like to followers ratio which is good. After googling a little apparently, there is a term for it: LFR which stands for Like Follow Ratio.I officially started following 100 people a day, and reduce my number of posts to 4 a day. To boost my likes for each post, it makes sense to only follow 25 people at a time after posting a picture, considering that a lot of people might just like my latest pic first when they start following. So 4 pics a day, followed by 25 following each time. Let’s get to 1k follow babyyyy.I started engaging more with the people I follow by leaving short but specific to the post comments as much as I can. It really doesn’t take long to leave like 10 comments while in the bathroom at work. Also, I really gotta stop checking my account every chance I get, because I’m gonna burn out faster. I only gotta check my account when posting/following, and engaging with followers aka liking posts and comments.7/29 (338- 746)Had my first post get 80 likes, that was kinda cool.7/30 (374-853)That post with 80 likes, got to 179 likes WTH! I experienced my first mini viral picture I guess lol.8/2 (523- 1180)I passed 500 followers YOOHOO. Also, starting today I am doing three posts and each time adding 50 people.I have to figure out how to add those story things that are pinned at the top of the account page.8/3(577-1301)Going at a healthy 50 followers up a day which is more than I thought. Also, i proposed my first sponsorship to kinda throw shit at the wall, but it didn't stick.8/4 (631-1414)8/6 (740-1661)8/8 (834-1902)8/9 (890-2036)Sorry for the lack of posts. I moved across the states from VA, to WA. Shit’s wild out here (and expensive).I had a post that got more attraction again with around 1500 impressions and 200 engagements. Also, I DM’d an account in my niche with about 20k followers to see how much they charge for a shoutout and they charge $15 for post/story or $25 for 2 posts and 2 stories.Everything for merch drop at 1k followers is ready. I used my logo from that website on all the merch with 20% markup and it came out pretty cheap. I used Redbubble and have shirts, T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, stickers, phone cases, and steel water bottles. I think I will buy a shirt and a sticker to reward myself for all the hard work jk jk.Lastly, as of now, I’m posting 2 pictures a day(1 morning, 1 afternoon), and each time follow about 75 people. I’m getting 50-55 followers a day, and it looks like I will be hitting 1k followers in the next couple days :)8/10 (947-2151)That post from yesterday with 1500 impressions and 200 engagements got to 2622 impression, and 399 engagement WTF. that post is at the top of my pics of all time.I got 57 follows, that’s a new high for sure.I did a photo collage thing for my merch drop picture coming soon.Started to write the description for it to kind of thank people for 1k followers and then lastly introducing the merch. It’s not gonna be a short description for sure.8/12 (+1k followers!)Finally made it to 1k in 24 days. It’s been quite a journey, and I’ve had a lot of fun doing it. Honestly, after the first couple weeks, I spend maybe 10 minutes in the morning doing my morning post, following 75 people, and the occasional browsing of my feed, and 10 minutes in the afternoon for the same thing. Every once in awhile I have to go on the search tab and look up new pictures to stack for posts. I still have to work on not checking my account every 10 minutes, as it will burn me out eventually.I had another post go crazy and end up getting more than 3000 impressions, and 463 engagement, that’s crazy.I made the post for my merch and added the link to my page description. 0 sales as I predicted, but I will buy some for myself as soon as I move into my new place.Anyway, I will be keeping this journal and adding to it, but probably not as often anymore. Maybe once a week or something until I hit 10k and will publish it again.

May will ‘destroy’ the Tory party if she caves to soft Brexit demands
Theresa May would ‘destroy’ the Tory party and put Jeremy Corbyn in No 10 if she gives in to demands to adopt a soft Brexit, senior ministers warned last night.
MPs are staging a vote tonight on whether to try to force the Prime Minister to shift to a customs union or Norway-style soft Brexit.
No10 is braced for a possible Cabinet walkout as early as tomorrow when ministers debate whether to accept Parliament’s demands.
If she were to give way to a softer Brexit, Mrs May would provoke a furious reaction from Brexiteers, with International Development Secretary Penny Mordaunt and Transport Secretary Chris Grayling among the ministers reportedly ready to resign.
More than 170 Tory MPs, including ten Cabinet ministers, have already signed a blunt, two-paragraph letter to Mrs May reminding her of the party’s manifesto commitment to take Britain out of both the customs union and the single market.
The letter urges her to take the UK out of the EU without a deal on April 12 if she cannot get her own deal through Parliament in the coming days.
Today Chief Secretary to the Treasury warned the PM against lurching towards a customs union deal because ‘it’s not clear that going softer is the way to command support’ – but ruled out quitting.
She added: ‘I don’t have any fear of No Deal – what would be worse is if we don’t Brexit at all. I think the answer lies in modifications to the Prime Minister’s deal to be able to get that to have support’.
Environment Secretary Michael Gove said today: ‘One thing is clear: We have to leave the European Union in good order. Parliament won’t vote for No Deal. No Deal is bad for our economy and bad for our union’.
Theresa May (left) has been warned she will ‘destroy’ the Tory party if she caves in to calls for a soft Brexit while Boris Johnson (right) urged Conservative MPs to ‘get brexit done’
Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Michael Gove leaves his home for a morning jog as MPs prepare to grab control of Brexit
And last night, two Cabinet ministers told the Daily Mail that shifting to a soft Brexit could lead to a collapse of the Government and usher in a Labour regime led by Mr Corbyn.
Timetable for four days of Westminster turmoil
Today: MPs led by Tory Sir Oliver Letwin and Labour’s Yvette Cooper will vote tonight on whether to adopt a soft Brexit option, such as a customs union or membership of the single market, possibly accompanied by a second referendum. Last week, MPs rejected all eight Brexit options put to them in a series of ‘indicative votes’, but supporters of a soft Brexit from both the Tory and Labour benches believe they have a better chance tonight following the third defeat for Theresa May’s deal.
Tomorrow: The Cabinet will meet to discuss a response to the votes. If MPs have backed a customs union, Mrs May will have to decide whether to accept a policy opposed by the vast majority of Tory MPs. If she agrees, the issue could tear the party apart. If she refuses, it would result in a constitutional stand-off that could spark an election. Downing Street fears that she could face a Cabinet walkout regardless of what she decides.
Wednesday: Sir Oliver Letwin has indicated he will try to seize control of the Commons agenda again to pursue his soft Brexit plan. If Monday’s votes were inconclusive, they could be held again, possibly using preferential voting to reduce the options to one. If Monday night’s vote produced a solution, but Mrs May refused to adopt it, Parliament could legislate in a bid to force her hand.
Thursday: Allies of the PM have the day pencilled in for a possible fourth attempt to get her deal through the Commons. They believe that, with the majority against her coming down from 230 to 149 then to 58 last week, they have momentum on their side. Ministers are considering an unprecedented parliamentary ‘run off’ pitting Mrs May’s deal against the soft Brexit option chosen by MPs in the hope of focusing the minds of Tory eurosceptics.
One said: ‘If forced to choose I would favour a general election over a customs union, but it’s like a choice between being stabbed in the left hand and stabbed in the right. Either one could take us to a Corbyn government.
‘The Conservative Party cannot accept a customs union, and at least half the Cabinet won’t accept it. It would destroy the party and it would lead to an election anyway, which we would then lose.
‘The only route we can possibly survive is to go for No Deal. At least we would then enter an election in the right political place, having delivered Brexit.’
Another Cabinet minister said: ‘We cannot go for a customs union – there would be no government left. And if we go for an election then Corbyn will be likely to win and we would end up with a customs union anyway.’
Justice Secretary David Gauke infuriated Eurosceptic MPs yesterday when he declared that Mrs May would have to ‘look closely’ at adopting a customs union if Parliament votes for it.
Meanwhile Boris Johnson urged the Tories to ‘believe in Britain’ and ‘get Brexit done’.
Writing in the Daily Telegraph, he said: ‘We should really come out with no deal – now looking by far the best option.
‘But if we cannot achieve that, then we need to get out, now, with an interim solution that most closely resembles what the people voted for, in the knowledge that – following the Prime Minister’s decision to step down – we have at least the chance to fix it in the second phase of the negotiations.’
Mr Gauke and fellow Remainers Greg Clark, Amber Rudd, Philip Hammond and David Lidington are urging Mrs May to push for a softer Brexit if it avoids No Deal.
Last night, members of the group were privately encouraging Remainer Tories to back the option in tonight’s vote.
But Downing Street slapped down Mr Gauke, saying Mrs May was committed to delivering a Brexit deal ‘which does not include membership of the custom union’. However, a pro-Remain Cabinet source said Mrs May would have to accept the will of Parliament, adding: ‘Something is going to have to give this week – she is finally going to have to pick a side, and that is going to leave one half of the Cabinet very unhappy. But if the majority in Parliament comes out for a customs union then that will be very hard to resist.’
The eight Brexit alternatives that MPs will vote on tonight
These are the results of last week’s indicative votes on Brexit, in order of preference. It shows that while MPs can’t find a consensus they lean heavily towards a softer Brexit or second referendum
MPs are expected to take part in the second stage of the Brexit indicative vote process on Monday.
None of the eight alternatives to Prime Minister Theresa May’s deal were approved last week after Parliament seized control of the Commons agenda.
Many of the ideas have returned for a second attempt, with Speaker John Bercow the person responsible for selecting which ones can be put to a vote.
– Motion A: Unilateral right of exit from the backstop.
Tory backbenchers, led by John Baron, want the UK to leave the EU on May 22 2019 with the Withdrawal Agreement amended to allow the UK unilaterally to exit the controversial Northern Ireland backstop.
– Motion B: No deal in the absence of a Withdrawal Agreement.
Another proposal from Mr Baron, which calls for a no-deal Brexit on April 12 if no Withdrawal Agreement can be agreed by the Commons.
– Motion C: Customs union.
Tory former chancellor Ken Clarke’s customs union plan requires any Brexit deal to include, as a minimum, a commitment to negotiate a “permanent and comprehensive UK-wide customs union with the EU”.
This was defeated by the smallest margin in the first round, falling just six votes short.
– Motion D: Common market 2.0.
Tabled by Conservatives Nick Boles, Robert Halfon and Dame Caroline Spelman and Labour’s Stephen Kinnock, Lucy Powell plus the SNP’s Stewart Hosie.
The motion proposes UK membership of the European Free Trade Association and European Economic Area. It allows continued participation in the single market and a “comprehensive customs arrangement” with the EU after Brexit – including a “UK say” on future EU trade deals – would remain in place until the agreement of a wider trade deal which guarantees frictionless movement of goods and an open border in Ireland.
– Motion E: Confirmatory public vote.
It has been drawn up by Labour MPs Peter Kyle and Phil Wilson. This motion would require a public vote to confirm any Brexit deal passed by Parliament before its ratification. This option, tabled last time by Labour former minister Dame Margaret Beckett, polled the highest number of votes although was defeated by 295 votes to 268.
– Motion F: Public vote to prevent no deal.
Moved by Labour’s Graham Jones and Tory former minister Dominic Grieve, this proposal would require a referendum, if necessary, to prevent the UK leaving the EU without a deal.
Motion G: Parliamentary supremacy.
SNP MP Joanna Cherry joins with Mr Grieve and MPs from other parties with this plan to seek an extension to the Brexit process, and if this is not possible then Parliament will choose between either no-deal or revoking Article 50.
An inquiry would follow to assess the future relationship likely to be acceptable to Brussels and have majority support in the UK.
Motion H: Efta and EEA.
A motion tabled by Conservative MP George Eustice – who quit as agriculture minister to fight for Brexit – proposes rejoining the European Free Trade Association (Efta) at the “earliest opportunity”, agree a short extension to the UK’s membership of the EU to conclude accession to Efta and negotiate with the EU additional protocols relating to the Northern Ireland border and agri-food trade.
Ahead of another dramatic week:
Government sources said Mrs May would try to bring her deal back to the Commons for a fourth time this week, despite hopes fading that the DUP will ever support it.
European Commission president Jean-Claude Juncker said: ‘We have had a lot of patience with our British friends over Brexit but patience runs out.’
Former Tory prime minister Sir John Major called for a ‘government of national unity’ to push through a soft Brexit or second referendum.
Tory deputy chairman James Cleverly warned that Mrs May could lead the party into a snap general election if the Brexit deadlock continues, despite opposition from Tory MPs and a poll putting Labour five points ahead.
Work and Pensions Secretary Mrs Rudd set up a new group of moderate Tories designed to block hard Brexiteers such as Dominic Raab and Boris Johnson succeeding Mrs May as PM.
Labour shifted decisively behind a second referendum, with Tom Watson saying it was ‘inconceivable’ the party would not back the idea and Emily Thornberry declaring: ‘In my heart I want to stay.’
Former Middle East minister Alistair Burt said the Brexit deadlock was putting the UK ‘in peril’, adding: ‘I’ve spent enough time in conflict areas over the last few years to know how fragile peace and security is.’
Whitehall sources said Cabinet Secretary Sir Mark Sedwill had convinced Mrs May to drop the idea of leaving the EU without a deal after warning her it would lead to the break-up of the UK.
Parliament will hold a second round of ‘indicative votes’ tonight in a process led by Tory grandee Sir Oliver Letwin designed to identify a soft Brexit alternative to Mrs May’s deal.
A customs union option was narrowly defeated last week and last night there were indications that Mr Corbyn could order his MPs to back a super-soft ‘Common Market 2.0’ option, which would keep the UK in the single market and make it impossible to end free movement.
Privately, some allies of Mrs May believe Sir Oliver could do her a favour by crystallising the choice for Eurosceptic MPs into a risk that her deal might lead to a customs union against the certainty of being locked in one.
Mr Gauke said Mrs May (pictured yesterday at church in Maidenhead) must consider tearing up the Tory party manifesto to get an orderly Brexit through Parliament if necessary
Theresa May‘s Commons enforcer has criticised the Government’s approach to leaving the EU and said his party should have made it clear a ‘softer Brexit‘ was ‘inevitable’ after the 2017 election.
In an extraordinary interview Julian Smith, the Tory chief whip, also and attacked Cabinet members over the ‘worst example of ill-discipline in British political history’.
He said ministers have been ‘sitting around the Cabinet table trying to destabilise her (Mrs May)’, revealing the battle the Prime Minister has with both Brexiteer and remainers in her Cabinet.
It came as MPs are set to take back control of the Brexit agenda in a fresh attempt to find an alternative to Theresa May’s deal that Parliament can support.
The Commons will stage a second round of ‘indicative’ votes on Monday on a series of rival proposals tabled by backbenchers to see if any can command a majority.
The move comes as Mrs May struggles to contain the rising tensions with her Cabinet as the clock counts down to the latest EU deadline on April 12.
If she were to give way to a softer Brexit, she would provoke a furious reaction from Brexiteers, with International Development Secretary Penny Mordaunt and Transport Secretary Chris Grayling among the ministers reportedly ready to resign.
Julian Smith, the Tory chief whip,  has said Theresa May’s government should have said that a softer Brexit was inevitable after it lost its majority in a 2017 election
Mr Smith spoke out to suggest ministers had pursued the wrong strategy after the Prime Minister lost the Conservatives’ Commons majority in the 2017 snap election.
He said the result of the poll meant that Mrs May simply did not have enough MPs to back a harder version of Brexit.
The comments were published by the BBC amid speculation that Parliament may force the PM to seek membership of a customs union with Brussels in order to pass her deal, which would mean ripping up one of her key red lines.
‘The thing that people forget is that the Conservative Party went to get a majority in order to deliver Brexit (and) failed to get a majority,’ the chief whip said.
‘The Government as a whole probably should just have been clearer on the consequences of that. The parliamentary arithmetic would mean that this would be inevitably a softer type of Brexit.’
While the strategy was apparently misjudged, Mr Smith said he was ‘frustrated’ by MPs who ‘don’t see the light as clearly as I do’.
Mrs May’s deal has now fallen three times in the Commons, with Tory MPs among those who voted against it on each occasion.
However Mr Smith highlighted that a lack of discipline extended all the way to the Cabinet, with ministers ‘sitting around the Cabinet table … trying to destabilise her (Mrs May)’.
‘This is I think the worst example of ill-discipline in Cabinet in British political history,’ he said.
MPs will launch a fresh attempt to force Theresa May into a soft Brexit tonight by holding votes on alternatives to her deal.
Ministers believe as many as 70 Tory MPs could back a proposal to remain in the EU customs union, which could lead to it winning over a majority of MPs.
Justice Secretary David Gauke (pictured) infuriated Eurosceptic MPs when he declared that Mrs May would have to ‘look closely’ at adopting a customs union if Parliament votes for it
Backbenchers led by Sir Oliver Letwin have taken control of the Commons timetable to stage a second round of indicative votes after none of the eight options put to MPs last week won enough support.
If a majority emerges for one of the alternatives tonight, the rebels plan to put down legislation on Wednesday that would force ministers to act.
Former Cabinet minister Ken Clarke, who drew up the customs union plan defeated by just six votes last week, has said he is ‘reasonably confident’ it will get over the line this time.
Meanwhile, supporters of a so-called ‘Common Market 2.0’ proposal that would keep Britain in the customs union and the single market have been seeking to win over DUP and SNP MPs who all abstained when it was voted on last week.
Staying in the single market would involve continued freedom of movement and making contributions to the EU budget, while being in a customs union would prevent Britain from striking its own trade deals.
Nick Boles, the Tory ex-minister behind Common Market 2.0 – rejected by 283 votes to 188 last week – declared last night that it was ‘alive and squawking’.
‘The only reason it scored fewer votes overall was that Labour didn’t whip for it. Tomorrow that might change,’ he said. Tory George Freeman, who backs the idea, said: ‘Only Common Market 2.0 looks like winning support from all parties.’
The SNP’s Westminster leader Ian Blackford said his party’s 35 MPs would not back Mr Clarke’s plan as it would end freedom of movement, but signalled that they could back Common Market 2.0 because they want single-market membership.
It is thought that Labour will order its MPs to back the Boles plan this time, even though continued freedom of movement would go down badly with voters in the party’s Leave-supporting constituencies.
The Conservatives are expected to repeat last week’s tactic, when junior ministers and backbenchers were given a free vote but Mrs May and the 28 ministers who attend Cabinet abstained.
MPs have put forward eight options for tonight’s vote – removing the Irish backstop in Mrs May’s deal, No Deal on April 12, a permanent customs union, Common Market 2.0, revoking Article 50, single market membership and two variations on a second referendum.
This afternoon Speaker John Bercow is expected to select three or four alternatives to go on a ballot paper, with the votes scheduled to take place at 8pm.
Downing Street is considering offering a run-off between Mrs May’s deal and the frontrunner from the indicative votes.
Despite three previous rejections, No10 believes her deal could still prevail because in the first round of the indicative votes on Friday it did better than any alternative.
In an article for Conservative Home, Tory ex-minister Greg Hands yesterday warned that staying in the customs union would be a ‘serious mistake’ and ‘in the medium term be democratically unsustainable’.
PM ‘will not quit and may lead Tories into snap poll’
Theresa May could lead the Tories into a snap election despite her pledge to quit, the party’s deputy chairman said yesterday.
James Cleverly insisted the Conservatives do not want an election, but acknowledged the party was now preparing for the possibility following months of Brexit deadlock.
Tory backbenchers yesterday warned they could try to block a general election if Mrs May attempted to call one.
It came as a poll suggested Tory infighting over Brexit had put Jeremy Corbyn on course for Downing Street.
The Deltapoll survey for the Mail on Sunday put Labour on 41 per cent – five points ahead of the Tories on 36.
This would translate into Labour winning 307 seats – 19 short of a majority – with the Conservatives on 264.
Mr Cleverly said his party had started ‘sensible, pragmatic planning’ for an election.
Tory MPs fear that Jeremy Corbyn (pictured on Saturday) could win a general election if Theresa May caves in over a customs union
Asked whether they were prepared, he told Sky News: ‘Look, I’ll be completely straight with you. We have got a minority government in a turbulent time so just in terms of sensible, pragmatic planning, but we are not seeking or preparing in that sort of sense.’
Cross-party ‘unity government’ could resolve crisis, says ex-PM John Major
Britain may be ‘driven to a national government’ of unity to resolve the crisis, Sir John Major said yesterday.
The former Tory prime minister, who supports a second referendum, said the UK was facing a ‘constitutional and political [Brexit] crisis’ that a minority Conservative government may be unable to tackle alone.
He suggested politicians might have to create the first ‘government of national unity’ since the Second World War. This could involve senior Labour politicians being given roles in the Cabinet to try to drive through a compromise.
Tory advocates of the idea have said they could never work with Jeremy Corbyn, but believe his deputy Tom Watson and senior figures such as Yvette Cooper might be persuaded to sign up in the national interest. However, Mr Watson yesterday said he was not interested, saying: ‘I don’t want a national unity government, I want a Labour government that negotiates a better Brexit deal that allows the people to have their say on that and then transforms the economy of Britain to benefit the many not the few.’
Sir John, an outspoken critic of Brexit, acknowledged that the current upheaval could lead to an election. But he told the BBC’s Andrew Marr show: ‘If we don’t get a government with a clear majority, then I think it would be in the national interest to have a cross-party government so that we can take decisions without the chaos that we’re seeing in Parliament at the moment.’
Centrist Tories have also made similar proposals in recent days. George Freeman, a former policy adviser to Theresa May, has said: ‘We need a Brexit war cabinet.’
Mrs May told Tory MPs last week that she was prepared to step aside next month if her Brexit deal finally gets through Parliament.
But she was silent on what would happen if it failed and the country was plunged into a long Brexit delay that could spark an election.
Mr Cleverly suggested that a Tory leadership contest might not be possible if a snap election were called, as the process ‘takes a period of time’.
Asked whether Mrs May could lead the Tories into another election, he said: ‘Well, that is the inevitable possibility.’
One Cabinet minister also predicted Mrs May could try to cling on in the event of a snap poll, saying: ‘No one wants an election and, if we do end up in one, no one wants her to lead us into it. But if it came at short notice, and she wanted to do it, how could we stop her? Draw lots in the Cabinet?’ Under the rules of the Fixed-Term Parliaments Act a prime minister can no longer call a snap election without the approval of Parliament.
However, an election could come about if Mrs May loses a formal confidence vote in the Commons.
She could also call an early election if she can secure a two-thirds majority for it in the Commons.
But yesterday a string of MPs on both sides of the party suggested they would try to vote down any attempt by Mrs May to go the country early.
Former Tory Cabinet minister Sir John Redwood said: ‘Conservative MPs will not vote for an early general election.’ Fellow Brexiteer Andrew Bridgen said: ‘We are not going to allow her to call an election unless we have left the EU – we would be wiped out.’
Pro-Remain Tory Antoinette Sandbach also rejected the idea, saying: ‘The answer is not a general election, and I would vote against it.’
Labour’s deputy leader Tom Watson said his party was ‘gearing up for an election’.
He told BBC One’s The Andrew Marr Show: ‘I’ve spoken to Jeremy [Corbyn] last night. He’s putting us on election footing.
‘I’m going to be talking to our NEC [National Executive Committee] members later today, because obviously we need to reselect our sitting MPs ready for a general election.’
Jeremy Corbyn would be poised on the threshold of Downing Street if Theresa May called a General Election, an exclusive Mail on Sunday poll has found
Is he joking? Tom Watson says a second referendum on Brexit will UNITE the country as he vows to offer one in Labour’s next manifesto
Tom Watson yesterday declared that a second referendum was the only way to unite the country.
The deputy leader of Labour said it would be inconceivable to not promise another vote in the next election manifesto.
And he said his party had experienced a boost in the polls thanks to its support for the idea.
‘We need to move beyond Brexit but it seems to me the only way we can do that is to have a people’s vote,’ he told the BBC.
Labour’s deputy leader Tom Watson, pictured on Sunday, said a second Brexit referendum was ‘the only way we can bring the country back together now’
Asked on the Andrew Marr Show whether he was in favour of a second referendum under all circumstances, he replied: ‘That’s the only way we can bring the country back together now.’
Theresa could save Remainer Grieve from deselection as MP
Theresa May could intervene to stop the deselection of Dominic Grieve MP, a minister suggested yesterday.
The former attorney general faces being removed as the Tory candidate in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, over his support for a second referendum.
At a meeting of his local constituency association on Friday, Mr Grieve was heckled by party members who called him ‘liar’, ‘traitor’ and ‘disgusting’.
Dominic Grieve (pictured) faces removal as the Tory candidate in his constituency
The association passed a motion of no-confidence in their MP by 182 votes to 131 after it was tabled by former Ukip member Jon Conway. But Home Office minister Victoria Atkins yesterday hinted the Prime Minister might step in to ensure the Remain MP keeps his seat. She told Pienaar’s Politics on BBC 5 Live: ‘The Prime Minister’s been very clear about this. Dominic has given years and years of service to the parliamentary party, to the country … It’s not a binding motion, is my understanding.’ She added: ‘We are a broad church and we will not stand for that sort of behaviour. We want to, we have to, reflect the broad range of opinion across the country… Dominic is a very, very good MP and someone I am close to in the party. We want to treat colleagues with respect and courtesy and kindness.’
Since Friday’s meeting, a number of senior party figures have rallied around Mr Grieve, including Boris Johnson who tweeted: ‘We disagree about EU but he is a good man and a true Conservative.’
Mr Watson admitted that he was not responsible for writing Labour’s manifesto and was just ‘one bloke around a table’.
But he added: ‘It seems to me to be inconceivable that if there was a general election tomorrow – and we hope there will be, we have been calling for one for months – that a people’s vote won’t be in the manifesto.’
Shadow Foreign Secretary Emily Thornberry yesterday said that ‘in her heart’ she still wanted to stay in the EU. She told Sky News: ‘We are likely to leave the EU but it is something we need to agree ourselves and I think that there is a strong argument for asking the people to have a final say on this. I think that it is quite difficult for us to leave the European Union, most of us campaigned for Remain. I think in our hearts we want to remain, but the difficulty is that we have to square that with democracy. We are democrats above everything else.’
Miss Thornberry said Theresa May was out of control following the third rejection of her Brexit plan by the Commons.
She added: ‘Even with just days to go she is just saying ‘It is my deal or no deal’. That is not meaningful, that is not democracy. That is Theresa May stamping her feet and saying ‘I want this, no one else is allowed to do anything’. No wonder she is in trouble. She is out of control. She is not listening to anyone. No one knows what she is going to do next. I think her judgment has been undermined.’
The comments came as a poll found Labour has taken a five-point lead over the Conservatives.
The Deltapoll survey for the Mail on Sunday forecast that Mr Corbyn would win 307 seats in a general election – 13 short of a working majority – while the Tories would claim 264.
A Labour Party spokesman said: ‘We will continue to seek a majority in Parliament for a close economic relationship with the EU to break the deadlock or a public vote to avoid a damaging Tory Brexit or a No Deal outcome.
‘Our manifesto will be decided through our party’s democratic policy-making processes in the usual way.’

1:43 PM with these Ivy League dreams, bet Celeste will end up in Cali with Justin. Watch her go into liberal arts instead of science. She’s clearly great at it all. Matt has science down to pat. Whoever Justin is. Is Barton another made up school?
Oh interesting. He’s the recruiter… 1:44
Oh. He was so good at teaching Julie…wow, 5 years ago? He’s surely going to follow his mother and become a professor. What if he teaches at an ivy too? I’d expect nothing else. It would be funny if he went to Celestes college but she’s def going to California. 13:48
What the heck happened in these 5 years? I mean, they had sex. Know that. Of course they’re getting back together. Matt is 26 now. He needs to act like it. Also, what’s with this author and a 2 year age difference? 13:51
Hahaha “then he stumbled and I did not catch him” that does pretty much sum it up, huh? 16:23
Oh I hope he fumbled with the door like Julie! 16:41
I appreciate Celeste. She turned down friendship, but she had to initiate them later. Relatable. Not even initiate, just be ready to not push them away. 16:54
Remember when Celeste did not like Julies alliterative update for Finn? 17:14
Is there always going to be lifesavers in these books? I guess…love is a lifesaver. From being sad or insecure or just a little down in the dumps. It’s just very reminiscent of Flat Out Love. 17:17
Subtle adding that Dallas thinks Celeste dresses nicely. Apparently her mother does as well. Interesting. 17:18
As you wish? She doesn’t love him yet! 17:20
Hahaha throw back to when Celeste began being sassy. I could see a shrug smile hair flip as she goes “or midnight”! 17:34
We get it. It’s not Julie. There’s no “fixing” complex here. 17:36 he’s right though. You fix yourself
Got it. He’s poor but will pay for her. Will that be a point in the book? Probably. The fact that he mentioned he had this job for extra money, maybe. 17:43
Do they get mad at each other then return to the tree to rekindle the love? That’s only one month of love…maybe they take it and hide it. 20:48
Justin is a wordsmith too? How Matt like. 21:05
Looks like Matt will see Julie in this impromptu Cali trip. Was he going to propose??? Saved up. 21:57
Please tell me the mysterious things she got were condoms because she went into Mats room accidentally and she’s going to be so confused and everyone will be shook! Maybe that’s a little far fetched. 21:58
Another phobia and display of love theough technology? So reminiscent of FOL 22:00
How amazing would it be if Julie was in the room with Matt? 10:15
HAHAHAHAHA the theee of us. Justin, you, and me. A trio. Just a small group. 10:19 of two
Ya think he photoshopped pictures of Celeste and himself so they’re eating Indian food together in the pictures? Tb to FOL 22:24
So, like, someone is either slipping down this cliff or hooking up on that beach, right? 22:30
Oh will we get into his past romances? 22:32
Justin predicting Celeste shutting people down like she did in the beginning of the book. 22:34 he gets her
Don’t tell me…is Helvética in comic sans? I wonder if Julie got that for him. 22:43
Haha I can imagine Matt defensively telling her she's being more than a little high strung 22:45HAHAHA Celeste forcing them to take two cars and Matt being like wtf okay ms thing 22:47woah throw back to when Celeste got Julie to come to Flat Finns going away party and Matt and Julie got together. What a matchmaker. She stayed resilient and tenacious. Wow Flat Finn...those were the days. That's so fricken creepy 22:48omg "I assumed you'd be here with Roger or Erin" throwback to when she met with Celeste every Sunday and requested Matt never accompany them. Wowza how the circle has...turned...come full circle 22:51 Omg Julie shut the fuck up. Celeste asked y'all not to fight anymore...ya know. 5 years ago. Rip. Rip Finn 22:55 She's like her mom in that car. Is her like imminent almost death going to being Julie and Matt back together? Because I'm a little tired of that story line. 22:58 Jesus fricken ---I'm tired clearly. The swears come out. Is she suicidal? Now she's going to hurt Justin? Golly - so many swears in my mind. Ahh 23:01 ouch imminent I forgot my vocabulary shrinks too She sounds possessed and scary and I'm imagining her very robotic and stiff intonation wise. It's creepy. 23:04 She's so fricken mortified of Flat Finn. It just takes her back to her weakest moments. She was lying about a lot. It makes sense Matt wanted to stay near her. That's a big part of who he is and Julie knows that. Something else fizzled. I thought it was going to go like she was pregnant then and he didn't want to keep it or something I knew wasn't going to happen. 23:06 FRICK now she's actually talking in monotone like a possessed person? Freaky...23:06 Wow, Justin called it retroactively as well as post actively. If that's a thing. She has an issue acknowledging people actually like her... 23:09 A job interview? In California, by chance? 23:19 I can't believe matt just said passing over conversation with my intellect...that's so funny. You want to hate it, but it's so funny. Because he's kidding. I see. I see what this books message is. People will love you even if you're unlovable and try to express that. So, might as well be lovable if you're trying to protect them from yourself. I needed that when I was 18. And 16. And now. And all the time before. 23:15 Yep yep. I knew those notes were going to be game changing. 23:18 Hinges? Like...Flat Finn? 23:23 It's true. Matt is the only one with her. Honestly, you can say she didn't need him, but she just blew up. It's not unfair for him to fear that if he left not unlike Finn...right? 23:29 I appreciate how Matt also thinks something is wrong with him. This is a screwed up group of people. Julie is the only normal one and she is kind of pompous and self absorbed. It works for her though 23:31 oh haha I thought Celeste proudly saying "then you clean it up" was referring to her demanding Matt to clean up the confetti Finn 23:33 ahhh when it said he rocked back and forth my delirious mind picture him like a penguin with shoulders raised grinning and tittering. 23:35 like FOL I think we need to run a Béchamel, obviously I know it's not a French sauce, but like Betchel maybe? Test on it. I swear, the only girl is a side friend who only talks about the love interest or her own love interest 23:38 Oh my heart. The Finn emails - best part of it as well as the banter between Julie and Matt 23:46 it was a better book than this one. Obvious twist was supposed to be obvious. You had to know it for some of the jokes. It's good to be obvious to everyone but the narrator even though it's third person. It just would've worked better in first person. She's obvious about things, but it feels good. There's only one puzzle piece you need to put in because she does the rest and lets you say you finished the puzzle. 23:47 The messaging session that may have left her head, but never her heart. It was a good book. I want to amp it up to 5 on good reads. It's so solid halfway through, I feel. I can't remember the first half though. Blah. Blah school. Blah blah I look good blah blah celeste needs to be changed. 23:50 Matt in full suit and tie my heart. Author is good at story tellingly and what to tell and what not to. It's true. It's like only the important parts were kept, but you feel like life between them. The thought, the nerves, the doubts. 23:53 all this "so they did" "so She does" like it's reminiscent of Point of Retreat. It was cute when it was I dos then the so he did. Or whatever. This is cute. It's a 4 if FOL is 4.5 23:55 That fucking shirt. He knew. He saved it. That fucking shirt. Like his sky diving shirt. Wow swear words are fun to think and say in your head. I guess that's thinking. 23:57 it's like weird they haven't talked in two years, right? Regardless of still being in love. People change in two years. People change in like a month. 23:58 you can even marry Harry...nowadays. Anyway, cute, but when have either of them quoted anyone? Also, tbh thought it'd be that one celestial quote. I like this more though. 00:01 shit I was supposed to go to bed when I went in bed like two and a half hours ago. Weird ending. Not gonna lie. Liked FOL just in general a lot better. A lot less choppy. Granted, less character growth, but better development of different characters. Better love story. Better tension. This had a good message though. I like it and am glad I read it. I imagine it has a higher rating on GR because the people who read FOL and loved it continued. Inherent bias. It was sweet. FOL was better. End of story. Better ending. Have I said these things already? I'm reading too much again. 5 books 4 days. All over 300 pages. Not impossible just not wise, I'd say. You better believe I'm reading another tomorrow. I love it. It helps me escape. I shouldn't escape so much. I should learn how to sleep. I appreciate reading and remembering details because everything else means so much more if you see the Easter eggs. That's why I try to read people and remember anything they say. I can start to understand them and living is just that much better. 00:14 this is going to look so ugly formatting wise

Sina’s Chronicles “The Wedding Day” Pt 1
                                                  By: Shawnice Renee
Sina gazed at herself in the old antique mirror inside the church. She was entranced in her own reflection while chaos surrounded her. Her sister, Drina was delicately dropping her pin curls that dropped to her shoulders. While her host of family and friends that were a part of her bridal party, fluffed her dress and fixed other various arts. Everyone was so excited, especially Sina. Her dreams were finally coming true. She is marrying the man of her dreams, Terry who happens to be a therapist. After a year of dating and romance. Terry proposed and now…here they are less than 30 min about to be married.
The church had started to fill with guests as they sat to await the afternoon’s special event. The bride and groom both have large families. What was supposed to be a guest of only 50 ended up over 100! The maid of honor and best friend, Valencia rushed to Sina’s side to express more of her excitement.
“Oh, my God Sina, in less than twenty minutes you’ll be married! I cannot believe you’re getting married still!”  She said.
“I know girl, my heart is beating so fast. I feel like it’s about to pop out my chest!” Sina giggled. Her and Valencia have been best friends since pre-k. What helped most of all, they ended up being next door neighbors. They’ve been through everything together. First boyfriends, losses, everything. They’ve even lost their virginities together in the same room. Sina considers Val more of a sister than Drina, much to her sister’s dismay.
“Hey Sina did you realize you’re the first in our group to get married?” Val asked.
“Yeah I thought about that. But look at it this way when it’s your turn, I’ll be there to coach you every step of the way.” Sina responded.
“You’re about to be made girl. Terry’s handsome and he makes really good money. Not only that but he treats you like a queen. Here you are at twenty-two about to marry a successful therapist and live in this beautiful condo. And what am I doing at twenty-two? Still figuring out a major for college and an outfit to wear tomorrow night for a date. I need to get my life.”
Listening in on the conversation, Drina had enough. Five years older than Sina, Drina always thought she’d be the first to get married. She’s secretly envious of her sister, she thinks Sina is too young and inexperienced at life to get married. She feels their parents spoiled her little sister all her life. Now she’s marrying a man that’s going to continue her spoiled lifestyle. To Drina that’s not fair. She didn’t want to ruin her only sister’s day. But something had to be said “Are you kidding me? Figuring out majors and what you’re wearing on your date tomorrow night is what you’re supposed to do at twenty-two!” Drina chimed in.
Sina rolled her eyes as Val responded, “Yeah but I should have a plan like Sina.”
“Plan like Sina? She can’t even plan her day let alone her own life. If you ask me ya’ll are too young for marriage anyway.”
Sina gave her jealous sister a fierce glare. This is her day why would Drina deliberately try to sabotage it? The two sisters had been at it with one another since the day Sina was born. Their parents chalk it down to Drina thinking Sina stole her shine.
“You know Drina, usually when a person interferes in a conversation saying, “If you ask me’, chances are no one really asked them. In this conversation, coincidently no one asked you to speak, in case you didn’t know what I was talking about” Sina darted back.
Unmoved by her insult Drina continued to get her point across.
“I’m just saying little sis you’re nowhere near ready to be someone’s wife. you’ve only known this guy for a year. I mean really? On top of that he’s almost ten years your senior, what the hell do ya’ll have in common? Have ya’ll established that?”                The room suddenly grew quiet the louder Drina’s voice grew. Sina was minutes away from throwing her only sister out her wedding.
“Ugh! Oh God Drina shutup, Envy is fuming from your skin. We love each other and that’s the most important thing we have in common. Mom is ten years younger than Daddy and look at them!”  Explained Sina.
“First off Mommy and Daddy were together for like three years before they tied the knot!”
“Five to be exact and so what. Is that the only difference between us and them?” Sina Yelled.
The intensity in the room was so thick a scalpel would have a field day. Noticing the growing argument C.C. a cousin of theirs tried to de-escalate the situation.
“Alright ladies we gotta get a move on. We got guests waiting, the groom is heading to the altar and the Reverend is at the podium. Can we please save this sister sister fight for another day?” C.C. pleaded.
Val agreed, “Yeah guys Sina we gotta get your shoes on.”
But Drina wasn’t done, “Bottom-line Sina, you shouldn’t get married. He’ll divorce you in two years. I’m giving you the first year cuz you’ll be in marital bliss. The second year he’ll see you for who you really are.”
“Come on ya’ll stop, this is supposed to be a celebration. Drina quit it” C.C. intervened.
At the point Sina and Drina were standing eye to eye. Like two heavyweights ready to tear each other apart in the ring. Sina not backing down to her big sister’s bully tactics, “No C.C. I wanna here this. So, what will he really see Drina?” she curiously asked.
All eyes were on the two sisters awaiting to hear the next response. Then Drina let it all out. “He will really see that you are a young spoiled immature little bitch. Who can’t do for herself. He will see that you didn’t love him and that he was a come up for you. You wanted out of mom and dad’s house, and Terry? See he was your ticket out the house. I mean you don’t know how to take care of yourself. So why move on your own where you have to (gasp) dare I say, have responsibilities? Sina, you’re a spoiled bum with no path in life but to be his young dumb trophy whore of a wife.”
Drina held no punches and obviously didn’t care about trying to ruin Sina’s day. It wasn’t her wedding day anyway. Sina, on the other hand wasn’t having it. Blow for blow Drina wanted, blow for blow Drina got.
“Ha-ha-ha- you know for your life to be so much more better than mine, you sure hold a lot of jealousy. You wanna sit here and ridicule me for getting married? When did you become a marriage expert? I’ma ask your husband when the ceremony is over. Cuz my bro in law has some explaining to do. Oh, I forgot! I don’t have a bro in law because you’re not married!! But then again, I would be mad too if I wasted years of relationships on men that didn’t even consider marrying me. Then on top of that my little sis decides to get married to a successful therapist before me and I’m not even her maid of honor. Sounds like your life right Drina?” Sina sarcastically replies.
Just in the nick of time their mom Mrs. Nicolette Hoover walked in. Nicolette is the definition a black elegant woman. Not aware of what just occurred moments prior, Nicolette burst into tears when she saw her youngest baby, Sina.
“Oh! Won’t ya’ll just look my baby! Sina, my baby you look a princess off and ready to be a Queen.”
“Thank you, Mommy,” replied Sina, trying to hide her disgust after what just happened. It wasn’t hidden well because Nicolette noticed.
“Baby, what’s wrong, you don’t have cold feet don’t you?”
“It’s ok Mommy just wedding jitters, I’ll be fine.” She replied staring at Drina
“Ok good!” Nicolette went back to her cheerful self. In her had though, she had a light blue box the size of a ring box with a white ribbon. She pulled it out to present it to Sina. A spoiled Sina automatically knew it was a Tiffany’s Jewelry box.
“Oooh you bought me Tiffany’s Mommy!” she squealed
“Wait a second, I have something to say I always looked forward to this special day for both of you and Drina. I want your moment, your day to be just as special as mine if not more. So we have tradition for the bride. You have to have three items on you for good luck.:
“Ma, why didn’t you put it on me sooner?” Sina laughed.
Everyone chuckled while wiping tears of joy. Drina, rolling her eyes looked on as their mom continued. “I was waiting for the right moment. Ok so here we go! For something borrowed, and girrrl if you lose this so help me God! This is- “
Sina gasped, “Your diamond tennis bracelet, you never let me wear this!”
“Well I am today, let me finish.” Nicolette said.
A phone started to go off, it was Sina’s.”
“Ok ma! Val, can you see who’s trying to reach me? Sorry ma, finish.”
“And this is something blue and new all at once, here.” Nicolette presented her with the Tiffany’s box inside were diamond encrusted earrings for her to wear.
“Now the something old is Grandma’s pearl necklace that was passed down for generations. We get presented with this on our wedding day and now you will too. Trisina, I love you and I’m so happy for you, so proud. I know you’ll make a great wife baby.”
“Thank you, Mommy, I love you too.” Said Sina almost tearing.
“Alright!” Nicolette clapped her hands for attention.
“Ladies, let’s do this. If we cry anymore we’ll need our makeup done over hahaha!
Everyone formed a line and begun their walk out the room. When Val stopped Sina to speak with her privately. She appeared a bit worried.
“Hey Sina? You have a message but I don’t know if I should show you.”
“What is it?”  Sina asked.
“It’s from Leland.” Val had a serious look on her face.
“What did he want, to congratulate me or something?
“Ummm not quite. Here just read it for yourself.” Val handed her the phone. It was indeed a message from Leland. It read, “Don’t marry him.” In all caps.
“What is he talking about? Why would he text me this?”
“I have no idea. When was the last time you spoke to him?
Uhh I saw him like two weeks ago. I told him I was getting married. He wanted to come so we exchanged numbers.” Sina explained, she was nervous by the message. Especially how it was straight to the point but vague at the same time.
“You invited your ex to your wedding, are you crazy?” Val couldn’t believe her ears.
“People do it all the time Val! Do you think he would actually come?
“I don’t know girl you invited him!”
Sina’s thinking her wedding day is a shit show already. She argues with her sister and her ex-boyfriend sends an alarming text. A side chick might as well come to her to say Terry got her pregnant. It’s that kind of day.
“Sina, don’t text him back. Your life is about to change girl! He’s in your past for a reason. Your future is waiting for you at the altar.” Val was doing her best to convince Sina to move forward. But a part of her wants to know why he sent the text. There has to be an explanation. The question is should she find out.
