I loved you from the start

“Arthur! I missed you,” you said, pulling him into a hug. It’s kind of like a routine for you and Arthur, hugging each other every time you saw one another. And frankly, it’s quite funny for the young man, seeing you doing all those things with him while saying that the two of you are strictly just friends. Everyone else doesn’t believe you, not even Arthur himself. 

“We just hang out last night chérie,” he replied with a chuckle, returning the tight hug you have him. 

“I guess I just love you too much that even a night seems too long.”

Arthur knew it was supposed to be a joke coming from you, yet still, he can’t help but wonder, do you really love him just as friends?

“Seriously, what is it between you two?” Dennis asked. Currently, you and Arthur are preparing for a race, joined by other drivers who always wonder what is going on between you and your beloved teammate. 

“What? Never seen a girl and a guy being friends?” you said, trying to look annoyed and Dennis but failed eventually. 

Arthur watched you silently as you laugh at Dennis and Paul, trying his best to stop his heart from breaking as the word ‘friends’ keeps replaying in his head over and over again.

Just friends my ass, that’s what Arthur want to say to you when you woke up. It was 2 AM, and you are sleeping beside him which is a tradition for the two of you. After every race weekend, both of you would have a sleepover. Nothing really happened though, besides the occasional cuddles, hugs, and kisses on the cheek. But still, Arthur wonders what are you really up to? There’s no way nothing is going on between you two. The number of kisses you pressed on his cheeks, the number of cuddles, hugs. Everything you do makes Arthur question your intentions.

Because, there is no way the two of you are just friends, right?

It was in July when everything changed. At first, Arthur noticed that you gave him fewer kisses, which transformed into no hugs, then you never initiated any physical contact with him anymore, and it all wrapped up with you declining his invitation to hang out. 

Arthur is frustrated about it and he doesn’t even try to cover it. He keeps questioning everything, did he do something wrong? Did he hurt you and he doesn’t realize it? Because it seems to him, you are trying your best to avoid him at all costs, and Arthur can’t help his heart anymore from breaking more and more each day.

And you say you miss me

And I loved you from the start

So it breaks my heart

When you say I'm just a friend to you

It was during a Christmas party held by Juan when Arthur finally got his answers. It was a chilly afternoon in Italy, every driver in Formula 2 are invited, and you are standing there alone, waiting for your drink when Arthur got the courage to approach you. “Can I talk to you?”

It was weird for you two now, standing all alone together in close proximity when it used to be so normal. “Why are you avoiding me?” He finally breaks the silence.

“I’m not avoiding you,” you replied, avoiding his gaze.

“Yes, you are and don’t lie about it.”

It was a few seconds before you finally answered, a few seconds too long for Arthur. “I have a boyfriend now,” you said looking down at the glass you are holding. You knew what you did to him was wrong, you knew all along that Arthur likes you more than a friend, you knew what you have done to him the past 2 years you become his teammate, yet, you still lead him on all those years.

“Who?” he finally asked with bitterness evident in his tone.

“Oliver,” you answered. You already knew it was wrong to lead him on for 2 years, and you knew it would be even worse if you date his close friend. Yet, you did both of those anyway.

“Congratulations, you don’t fucking deserve him,” he replied, clearly disgusted at you and he left you alone.

And that would be the last time you talked to him because not even two weeks later, news broke the Formula 2 community.

And maybe, you knew that it was what you deserve. Losing a friend, and a teammate because you want to have fun.

Every time lina commented on ollie's posts, whether on twitter or on ig, her comments were quite often replied or liked by ollie but not really in contrast (since they still had to manage their secret relationship) which made other f1/f2 fans acc kinda jelly bcs they thought that lina was a lucky, where in fact she was actually his gf lmaoo. Y/n had fun with it. She also joined in f1/f2 twt selfie day, sometimes she talked about her f1 twt acc on her ig which was private with her friends or ollie's friends such as arthuro, jack, dino, and many more. Still dunno about the ending, but got some plenty ideas like maybe ollie posted her picture on her birthday/when she joined him for fia awards or something like that, then ppl realise she was the same person of that lucky f1 twt?🤣 or you've another idea, idk you decided! And then her moots were like wtf all this time they had been moots with driver's gf😭 and she started to be recognised as ollie's gf her twitter got lotta followers and bunch of following request on her ig yeah something those lines.

Yeah that sounds right on the mark. They were just taking all of it and even got silent when J said her speech about not forgiving them so easily (considering their secret...they likely are used to it and preferred being accused of murder instead of being hated for identity which is...well certainly on the mark when it comes to identity. After all, might as well feed them something worth hating) which lead to Hu doubling down at the accusations. Heck it's pretty suspicious of her to accept the sewer slide theory given how motherly she is (don't remember if her interactions with Arei before were positive but a mom figure would've tried hard to dispute such a claim like Eden did. Arthuro sus too)

This wording. It feels so off for some reason and it makes sense why they would be trying to protect Hu. They're protecting the one person who they trusted the most. Their one advocate in this mess. You could even describe them as a cat truly bonded with their most trusted companion.

At this point, I HOPE it's Hu that tried to kill Ace and then Arei. I want to see Nico straight up call David on for being an Ollie Outtie. I want them to break about how she was the only person who truly understood them. I want this to be the moment for Teruko to truly reach out to them and relate to all they've gone through. For Rose to be the one they bond with after this travesty.

It yields heartbreak and potential especially regarding how Ace would feel about everything. How he could continue to wonder about if they truly hated him then they would've let him die. Give us the pain Despair Time!!

This!!!!! Every part of this is what I mean. Imagine the dynamic between Teruko and Nico??? Where they all just accepted both of them as the killers? Imagine Nico freaking Ace!!! Ace would have to have such an interesting new dynamic with them. Rose would be there to Protect her friend she was afraid she accidentally helped an almost killer. J calling them out. I haven't reread it.

- Cait :

Sole was planted like a prick in front of Arthuro. No expression on his face, everything was linear, even when the wind was blowing hard into his neck. Cait looked at Sole with annoyance. She didn't know how to react to his inactivity. But it made her seethe inside, not seeing the point of staying like a piece of shit here in Diamond City.

" What are you doing there?" she asks, her arms crossed and her eyebrows knitting together.

- I'm waiting for Arthuro to get some new merchants.

- And how long do we have to wait ?

- As long as it takes," admitted sole, still linear at the robotic limit.

When she sees his stony expression, she sometimes wonders if sole isn't a synth. In a rage she goes far away to let off steam on nearby raiders.

It was only three days later that sole returned to Sanctuary Hill with everything he needed. Cait was still angry with sole. But she agreed to go with him anyway.

- Curie (from a bug in my console) :

Every time you try to change weapons, you stick a stimpak in your arm. Curie thought you were seriously injured.

" Madame are you injured ?

- What? No, of course not. I just want to change weapons.

- Oh I see, she whispered "

- Deacon :

It had been several hours since sole had moved, blinked or spoken. At first Deacon didn't pay any attention thinking sole was in their heads, like him sometimes. So he leaves their house for their privacy, leaving them standing like a leek in the middle of the living room with their feet up on the sofa (Deacon is a complete idiot!). The next morning he goes into the living room and sees sole again as he did yesterday afternoon. It was only then that he started to worry. He moved closer to sole, pulling his glasses down over his nose to get a better look. Nothing has changed on his screwing, the position of his body on the sofa, a statue he told himself. A long time ago he read a pre-war book about "the best world records". He thought that sole would do that. So he sat down on the seat opposite the sofa and watched, impatient for sole to stop.

A few hours later Sole comes back to life. Sole sees Deacon sitting on the seat opposite him, a bottle in his hand. On the small table to his right are two untouched glasses. Sole wonders if he is celebrating something. So Sole breaks the silence.

"We're celebrating something, Deacon," asks sole, completely lost.

- Finaly, exclaims Deacon, smashing the bourbon cork on the metal ceiling. I'm glad you've finally finished your super-realistic imitation of a statue. By smashing the world record, but when do we eliminate the institute, he asks, handing a full glass to sole.

This request drew a smile from Sole, who politely refused the glass.

" We're going now, Deacon, no time to lose.

- That's the sole I knew."

Personally in this particular frame of development, the switch theory is even more plausible. Despite it being non-canon, the free time events remain prevalent in Chapter 2. We got Rose/Nico, Charles/Whit and most notably J/Arei. Throughout the chapter, we see the first two build a connection but where does the Blue Hues fit in? The switch theory coupled with Arei's desire to change.

We know that Arei seems to have tried to make it up to Eden so it isn't out of the question for her to make an effort to befriend J properly. Now how could homegirl do more than strike out with her new boyish bestie? Simple. Taking her place benefits both: Arei gets attention while keeping an eye on the secret murderer and J finally gets a break. It was supposed to be a heartfelt gesture to kickstart a beautiful arc for her to finally believe in the kindness of humans!

Pretty much a moot one when your newfound bestie is dead. The question is why can't she break character to reveal the murderer now? The thing is that she CAN'T. Jumping the gun with accusations based on the information she's keeping to herself is a death sentence for her and everyone else since she doesn't know if the murderer actually did it so it's smart to play it safe until the big reveal where everyone knows for certain without pointing fingers in the wrong direction like the first trial. Manipulation for the right reasons woot!

The switch also works if the secret Arei got was Arthuro sooooo :]

//Like, we can make the assumption that she has the opportunity to reveal herself at any time, but if she isn't, that either means the theory is wrong or there's more going on here than we're seeing
