Kitty Ears (DeLa/Trixie) - Eevee
This is just some fluff with Goth Kitty DeLa and IQ Kitty Trixie. Like, exclusively fluff. It's here to be adorable, so if you want something very cute, you're in luck! Also, do DeLa and Trixie have a ship name? If not, I am naming it Dixie because it's hilarious.
DeLa sat on her bed, her girlfriend sitting on the floor in front of her. She brushed out the fluffy pink hair that reminded her of cotton candy. “You’re so soft, Trix.”
“Soft?” Trixie wrinkled her nose, locking eyes with her girlfriend through the mirror in front of her. “What do you mean, soft?”
“Your presence, it’s soothing and gentle; there’s no hard edges to you, no matter what you’re always there to give me a hug.” The older girl explained, starting to braid Trixie’s hair.
Trixie grinned. “Aww, that’s so sweet,” she batted her eyes cutely, “For someone who dresses so spiky, you’re a real softy, too.”
“Yeah, but don’t tell anyone, okay?” DeLa mumbled, blushing as pink as Trixie’s hair. “I got a reputation to uphold, here.” She wrapped a hair tie at the end of the braid, and tied a bow around that. “Done!”
Trixie leaned her head back to look at her girlfriend. “You’re the best.” DeLa leaned down and gave Trixie a quick kiss. “Mm,” Trixie thought a moment, “And your lips taste like raspberries.”
DeLa laughed, and moved to sit on the floor next to Trixie. “You’re too cute, Kitty.” She leaned her head on Trixie’s shoulder, smiling.
Trixie smiled, and rested her head on DeLa’s. “You’re the cute one.” She wrapped an arm around her girlfriend’s shoulders and gave her a light hug. “Even when your earrings are digging into my skin.”
DeLa pulled her head away, and kissed the place where her earring had been pressed to Trixie’s shoulder. “Sorry, Kitty,” she said between kisses, “I didn’t mean to hurt you.”
Trixie hummed happily. “It’s okay, Dede, your kisses always make it better.”
DeLa huffed lightly, and quirked a brow at Trixie. “Dede? Really?”
“You call me Kitty, I’m just trying to find a nickname for you.” Trixie furrowed her brow. “I’ll try something else.”
“Good plan.” DeLa wove her hand into Trixie’s. “What do you wanna do now?”
Trixie looked at her girlfriend, and touched DeLa’s little black cat earrings. “I think… I want to get my ears pierced,” Trixie blushed, and immediately added, “So I can get payback on your shoulders.”
DeLa cupped Trixie’s cheek in her free hand. “Are you sure, Kitty? I’ve known you a long time, you’ve always been afraid…” DeLa paused as Trixie’s eyes flashed with hurt, “…not afraid, cautious, about getting your ears pierced.”
Trixie averted her gaze. “Well, yeah. You told me it sounded like a stapler just attacked your ears when you got your ears pierced,” DeLa grinned sheepishly, she remembered saying that, “But I feel brave when we’re together. Maybe I’m a kitten, but you’re a bobcat, here to protect me.” Trixie looked back into DeLa’s eyes.
DeLa kissed her girlfriend again. “I’ll always protect you, Kitty.”
“Well, let’s go before I get scared again.” She squeezed DeLa’s hand.
~*~*~*~*~
DeLa sighed as she and Trixie walked into the mall. She was excited for Trixie, of course, but she just knew that her poor kitten would cry because it hurt. She hated seeing Trixie cry.
Trixie looked to DeLa. “Come on, Lala. Let’s do this.”
“Lala is better, but keep trying,” DeLa chuckled, and continued, “I know just where to go.”
To Trixie’s surprise, DeLa lead her to Claire’s. “Huh? Not Hot Topic?”
“They don’t do piercings, and even if they did, wouldn’t you be more comfortable here?” She gestured to the pastel… everything. “Look, even I got my ears pierced at a Claire’s, they’re good at it.”
Trixie stared at her girlfriend. “You… got your ears pierced… at Claire’s.” Her words were slow, as she looked DeLa over, in her dark outfit, combat boots, and edgy makeup. “I don’t understand.”
DeLa rolled her eyes. “Yeah yeah. Come on, Trixie.”
The girlfriends walked into the cheerful shop. Trixie sat on the chair where one gets their ears pierced and DeLa spoke to the girl at the counter. The clerk nodded and went to Trixie, while DeLa stepped away to the back of the store.
“So you wanted to get your ears pierced? We can definitely do that!” The clerk chirped happily. Trixie nodded, but craned her neck to look for her girlfriend.
She spotted DeLa near the back of the store. “Um, yes, but I want to hold my girlfriend’s hand…” Trixie blushed.
“I’m comin’, Kitty!” DeLa called, running back over to her girlfriend, hands behind her back. “Wanted to get you a little somethin’.” She showed Trixie what she was holding, a pink plush Pusheen.
“Aww!” Trixie took Pusheen under one arm and held DeLa’s hand. “I’m as ready as I’ll ever be.”
The clerk cleaned Trixie’s earlobes and showed her the piercing studs. Trixie nodded along to what she was saying, looking at DeLa as the woman lined up the piercing gun.
As fast as the first was in, the second earring had been placed and pierced. Trixie’s eyes were huge and her grip was crushing DeLa’s hand. “It really does sound like a stapler.” Her voice was a whisper. DeLa squeezed her hand back, and kissed her.
“You did it, Kitty! Go get a cookie from Mrs. Fields, I’ll meet you in a few minutes.” DeLa gave Trixie a quick hug.
Trixie walked over to get a slice of cookie cake, sitting down at the table a little dazed. DeLa had mentioned she’d have very mild shock, that was probably what this was. She felt better eating the cookie, though.
DeLa joined Trixie at her table shortly after. “I paid for the piercing and your plushie. How you doing, Kitty?”
Trixie smiled warmly and joined her hand with her girlfriend’s. “I’m okay, Bunny.”
DeLa arched a brow. “We’re going with Bunny?”
Trixie nodded. “Almost nothing is as soft as a bunny.” She squeezed DeLa’s hand.
DeLa scoffed. “I don’t get it in the slightest,” she grinned slightly, blushing, “but I guess I can work with it.”
