You know what would be interesting?

What if Asgore's Kingdom reaches the surface, where they quickly realize that humans and monsters are already existing peacefully (so they won't be dealing with many racist humans)?

What if the modern surface life isn't as great as Asgore's Kingdom thought that it was gonna be?

Basically, a 'be careful what you wish for' or a 'grass is always greener on the other side' type of story...

*Taxes and Bills.

*How expensive food and clothes can be.

*The kingdom's currency probably doesn't work for the surface, so maybe only Asogre and Toriel can afford to buy a house at first (since they're royalty and probably have tons of golden treasure somewhere).

*The rest of the kingdom can only afford apartments or something like that, so around half of the kingdom stays inside the mountain.

*The complicated hassle of getting a surface job, especially for the main characters: If they want a great or better job, then they'd have to talk about the jobs and experience they had before... And the main characters previous jobs involved either destroying humans, or creating ways to hurt humans... honestly, not a great work on paper.

*The kingdom monsters would probably have to settle for boring or average jobs like working for a store or being a fast food employee.

*Oh man, imagine the delicious irony, if Mettaton was forced to work for fast food in order to get surface money and Burgerpants ends up being his boss!

*Racism of any kind is a big no-no on the surface, so if Undyne says something insulting about humans (even accidentally) then the surface monsters are gonna give her the stink eye, much to her shock.

*Undyne and maybe Mettaton might've been thrown in jail at least once, for their tempers and/or violent tendencies and Asgore was forced to pay their bail.

*Afterwards, Toriel would force them both to go to therapy and/or anger management class, so this wouldn't happen again.

*Papyrus would probably thrive on the surface, despite it not being as perfect as everyone believes that it is.

*He would enjoy his job as a waiter, the customers would like his positive attitude and he would get great tips as a result.

*He would eventually move on to being a cook, although he would get constructive criticism and proper training from the Head Chef.

*Alphys would be a little disappointed with how dull and complicated life on the surface is, but mostly neutral.

*She would probably become a shut-in for a while, until Toriel makes her go to therapy.

*Sans would be the same at first: telling jokes/puns, pulling pranks and taking naps.

*He also might get arrested once for creating an unauthorized hot dog stand.

*Papyrus would eventually drag his brother's boney butt to therapy as well.

*Meanwhile, Frisk and Flowey get adopted by the Monster Kid's family.

OMG THANK YOU I LOVE YOU!!! i can let this information out without feeling too annoying because now i'm answering an ask so it's fine !! it's going to be so long I'm so sorry, but what are we on tumblr for if not to rumble about our interests, right? also i hope the fact you don't know undertale doesn't make this too confusing !! also spoiler warning i guess ??

general world building:

the humans have forgotten about the monsters and magic, they are only remembered in myths and legends (i made a cool thing about it)

all of the humans had a similar experience to us playing the game, they learned about the monster history, made friends and eventually kinda gave up in hope to help the monsters

right so, first human: chara!

chara is already in the game, but I think i made them the richest backstory

"chara" is a nickname, their name is actually character. they were bullied for that name and they really hate it, wishing they could get any other name (like what happens at the start of the game!)

they were named character because of an old tradition to name kids based on the first word you see in the spell book that runs in their family. however the book is encrypted, and their parents ended up on a random character they couldn't read.

they didn't get along with the other kids in school, and were trying to study their behavior so they can understand them better by taking notes of what they said and drawing their facial expressions (the way text is shown in the game!)

eventually, they came to the conclusion they don't like the other children and don't want to be like them, so they decided to learn how to push them away (by making scary faces!)

next: patience soul! i'll be honset i wrote these stories 6 years ago, i think everyone had names but i don't remember them anymore, so all the children will now be called their soul trait gbfdjfd

patience was a girl from chara's village, and chara's only friend! or well chara was patiance only friend. their parents were friends so when they hung out patience and chara were left to play together. patience liked chara as she was home school and didn't get to play with other kids, while chara was mostly annoyed about the whole thing and felt like patience friendship wasn't genuine, as they were forced into hanging out

she really likes cute things, like dressing cute and putting on make up! she introduced chara to make up which ended up helping chara make scary faces (such as melty face look)

she wanted to be a Dr when she grows up, hence the toy knife (meant to be like a surgery knife for children) and the bandages at the flowey fight

when chara left to the mountain, patience just waited for them to come back. they waited and waited, until asriel got to the village. only then they decide to go to the mountain. they found out chara died very shortly after getting underground, and so lost their determination and was killed easily.

they got to the underground right after asgore declared war against humanity, asogre probably hoped it will take a while for a human to arrive but one fell down and was killed really soon! this just made more sense to me for why toriel left without talking asgore out of it, and why she hates him so much. things escalated really quick

bravery soul!

youngest brother of like 5 older brothers and a single dad.

his brothers always bullied him for being soft and girlie (I also considered him being afab but im not sure !)

got the worn boxing gloves his dad used to have when he was young, they have big holes and patches

also maybe his mom died when he was born, and she was also a red head like him, which is part of the femininity stuff ?

as part of a prank, his brothers dared him to go to the mountain and come back to prove himself thinking he won't go, but he did!

didn't stay with toriel because he was in a rush to get home to prove his brothers he did it

integrity!! this is where me not being a native english speaker gets me because I'm not sure what integrity means and it ruined their backstory a bit! I used to treat it as "being true to yourself" but now I think it's more about staying true to your morals, which is a bit different oops !

amab and nonbinary! their mom used to be a ballet dancer and now is a ballet teahcer

they were the only male student, and were jealous and hurt that all the girls got to wear tutus but them, and thought it wasn't fair

they sneakily stole their mom old dusty tutu from the attic and were secretly practicing in their room, until they were caught

they felt so guilty and ashamed that they ran away from home to the mountain

toriel reminded them of their mom, and how worried she must be, so they didn't stay with her

perseverance!!

kindness' little sister!

while looking for books in the library, she stumbled upon and old and encrypted spell book (yes this is the book that was in chara's family!) after a lot of hard work she learned how to decrypt it using some context clues, and with it she learned about the monsters and magic and even a few spells!

when she tried talking about her findings nobody took her seriously, and people at her school made fun of her

even her brother was trying to be supportive but didn't really believe her, which prompted her to run away to the mountain to prove everyone the monsters are real and she's right

in the underground, she was able to use her spells! like the unused spell option in the original battle menu! she also befriended Gerson as they shared their love to history, and she gave him her notebook and glasses (as they were fogging up too much to see out of anyway) as a parting gift! (maybe she also casted a duplication spell on them, considering the infinite supply at his store?)

also she didn't stay with Toriel because she was focused on getting back home to show everyone she was right at that stage

kindness!

perseverance older brother !

honestly, he's just a cutie that likes to cook! will often make and food just for sharing with his classmates

when perseverance was sad that nobody was taking her seriously, he went to make her favorite food to cheer her up. she wasn't answering him for a bit and assumed she just locked herself in her room because she was sad, so he gave her some time until eventually he decided to come in to check on her and realized she ran away through the window

he was probably a few hours behind her on the adventure, both as he gave her time, and he checked up a few places before going to the mountain, and he was more lost and confused than her when it came to exploring (also he was wearing flip flops still, which slowed him down)

didn't stay with Toriel because he was determined to find his sister, but then he found out she sacrificed herself, and decided to join her (both for the monsters and for her sake out of guilt)

justice!! she's the only one I know their name! her name is mustard !! just like undertale yellow I was tempted to call her clover based on the "clover" shooting from her gun at the flowey fight, but actually according to the file name this is not a clover but a flower! and mustard has a yellow flower with 4 petals and it's cute !!

moved to the village near the mountain with her family only recently, and this was their first Halloween in the town! and actually her first Halloween ever, as where she used to live they didn't celebrate it

she loves cowboys ! her grandpa was an actor in old cowboy films, he passed before she was born so she only know him through these films, and thinks he was a real cowboy

the gun she has is his old gun, that she got from her dad for her costume

she saw a group of bullies picking up on a younger child and trying to steal his candy, so she jumped to protect him saying she has a gun, but that didn't go very well as that terrified the small child and made them ran away. she tried to ran after them but ended up getting lost on the mountain

didn't stay with toriel because she wanted to return to her parents who must have been worried for her

lastly we got frisk!! i didn't get much background for frisk but more like a bunch of headcanons about them

probably homeless? and honestly, might have hit their head when climbing the mountain and suffer from amnesia, so they don't know their backstory either so it's fine!

really need glasses! explaining the small eyes and the whole game being pixelated and the small screen size, they just can't see

when asriel said frisk and chara have similar fassion choices he didn't mean like the striped shirt (as all children wear striped shirts) but like the way they have an under layer, cargo shorts for more pockets (also inventory space has to do with how many pockets you have!!) and boots !

fell underground the same age chara did, so like 10? and chara spent like a year underground

went to the mountain because it was some sort of a calling? they didn't really understand why but they felt like they needed to

also this is a headfanon but I'm for frisk and chara being far relatives!

wooo we did it all humans !!! now some extra general stuff:

the red soul's trait is love!!

all the humans came back to life after the asriel fight!!! and their body were fully healed and fine! Asgore probably bandaged them as he buried them in the coffins, and when they woke up (and opened chara's coffin seeing it's empty) they left their bandages there explaining the mummy wrapping that appear

considering it's been decades since some of them fell down, they had no where to go after this, and were all adopted by toriel! which also motivated her to open the school ! this idea of all of them being roomates and living together is what sparked all of this in the first place, i just really wanted to have a blog where people ask me things as them

at the end of the flowey fight, all of their soul traits "evolved", as seen with the color change when you ask for help, completing their character arc. all of them were helping flowey as part of their flaw, but frisk calling for help helped them change. for example, just as patience was always waiting to see what will happen, she wasn't trying to stand up to flowey, but she learned to be more brave and act! bravery learned to stop complying to every dare he gets and stand for himself and so on.

and that's everything i think !! if you made it all this way you get a sticker! i hope this helped with whatever boredom you were facing !

now i can stop worrying about how their story will never be out there, as it is now! and if nobody cares that's fine !!

Monster Kid is currently at home. He isn't too happy about it. But his parents were more diligent than normal today. Said something about having a bad feeling.

As for Undyne well...

Toriel's voice rang out of the phone's speakers, "Any monsters surrounding the human, please give your attention!"

Ki's voice was back and answered, "I'm here, Miss Queen! My brother is busy talking to the guard lady..."

"Could you please fetch them, young one?" Toriel inquired.

"I'll try!" Fae heard Ki's footsteps rush off ahead of them.

Guard lady? Could that be Captain Undyne?

For your sake, I hope it is not.

Why? She listened to me last time.

That was because you were a monster last time. You forget that you are human now. Monsters will treat you differently. Undyne has always been hard to convince.

Oh... Um... Well if it is her then I hope she will remember me like the others did. At least a little bit.

Fae didn't have time to think much longer. The little footsteps were coming back. This time accompanied by two larger ones. One of which made the ground shake with each step.

"The human is in here you say?" A familiar voice pierced through the wall of magic, "Nice work." Fae heard a thud and a gasp.

"T-thank--you," Ishi sounded like he got the wind knocked out of him.

"Now you little pest! You'll be coming with me! King Asogre will be-"

Toriel interrupted them, "I insist you stand down immediately. This human is under my protection."

"Who is that? Did you call your mommy? What a wimp!" A boisterous laugh echoed off the cave walls. This was definitely Undyne. Fae was sure of it now.

"I suggest you mind your tone," Toriel's voice gained some bite, "You are speaking to Toriel Dreemurr, Queen of Monsters."

Undyne had another laugh, "I've never seen or heard her in my life! how do I know you are who you say?"

"Oh shot-" Ishi said under his breath.

"I told you! I told you!" Ki exclaimed.

"It is the Queen, Captain!" Fae called out.

"Like I'm gonna believe it just because a puny human told me!" Undyne stepped closer, "Maybe I'll just kill you and take your soul to King Asgore for him!"

A WHAT?

A save. This looks to be not going well. You may need to try this again.

Undertale Theory: Toriel’s Guilt & Asgore’s Innocence [Part 1]

 first I know not everyone will agree what I’m about to say about Toriel from Undertale, but it is something that has possibly been true for as long as the game as been around....which has been a few years.

all the Fanon AU versions of Toriel, well most of them, would be innocent.

but the canon version from Undertale, can’t be fully trusted and has hidden the truth from us the whole time, especially Frisk.

the reason why Toriel takes so long, isn’t just because of her needed to get that surprise pie ready for Frisk (and The Player).....No, that isn’t it at all.

just like how at the end of Chapter 2 of Deltarune,

where Kris had ate all the pie by using the knife

(which was one of a few best fan predictions that were made.)

BUT I believe that was not all that Kris did when they pulled the Player’s Proxy Soul out (which might turn out to be Kris’s true Soul....)

when Chapter 1 ended and we could no longer see them,

Kris or their Hollow-Soul self, had sneaked out and broke into the Library,

and created a Dark Fountain and in a way, a portal to another dark world.

I also now believe that the reason why Kris body becomes blue in the dark world, might not have to do with a reflection of their soul.

but it turning out that Kris......is a reanimated corpse...

I also believe that Kris, could possibly be Chara, well the True-Chara that we see in the intro of the start of the game of Undertale.

the place that they fell into, Mount Ebott, might be a type of Dark World.

where it is between the Timelines and Realities of Undertale and Deltarune.

Riverperson could be anyone in the Fan AUs, Timelines and Realities of Undertale.....but who they truly are, is Asriel.

and not just any Asriel, the one from Deltarune...!

when Kris ran off one day when they were younger, they remembered the stories about Mount Ebott and how they were told to never go there by their parents Asgore and Toriel, who both during that time, hadn’t gotten a divorced and Asogre was still a Officer.

when Kris fell, they ended up meeting another version of their brother who was around the same age as them.

 now as for Toriel, former Queen of The Underground....

we know that in her home, there is the door that we can’t open, as it is suppose to be under renovation or whatever....

well I think I might of figured out what the door’s purpose is, and I guess some might of thought of the same thing...

the door acts as a secret passage throughout the whole underground, and even to the New Home’s castle, Asgore keeps his door that is the secret passage locked, but Toriel is able to open it possibly.

she gathered the items that belong to the human children that fell into the underground before Frisk, and then she used the room under renovation door,

and went through the secret passage that is right through that door,

and placed each item in a different place in the underground, and even gave some to shop keepers.

the items that belong to Chara (who might of been Kris),

was the heart locket and the non-toy knife.

Toriel might of made that her last stop, she had to place those items at Asgore’s home before she headed back to make the pie and wait for Frisk/The Player.

also there is no way that King Asgore, in the main canon timeline, killed those children that fell into the underground.

and it sure wasn’t Undyne either, and I now see that it’s possible that the Geno Route, could be justified, because each time the Player had moved Frisk around, a Monster would always appear.

and even if we don’t do anything, and just do check if the name isn’t yellow...

the Monsters will always attack first, no matter what we do.

the only Monster who doesn’t attack but still stands up to Frisk/Player,

is Monster Kid, who can be seen as a Innocent.

the reason why there is snow outside of the ruins, might have to do with Noelle or at least the one from Undertale who couldn’t control her powers.

King Asgore even if in his grief of losing his son and adoptive child,

he couldn’t bring himself into truly going through with his promise of making the humans pay for what they did.

but this doesn’t mean that Toriel wouldn’t do so, I think that Toriel might of killed the human that had the Patience Soul, the one who had the ribbon and knife.

she decided to leave those two items in the ruins for Frisk to find.

think about it, when we have low HP after Toriel fighting us, and if we spare her....does she even heal us afterwords...?

no, she doesn’t.....because she knows that whoever is outside keeping a eye out for humans, will finish the job and then take their soul to Asgore.

how Toriel got the Patience Soul to Asgore, without him knowing, she might of went through the hidden passage in her current home, that is through that renovation door, and then she went and placed it in the very spot where all the souls would be.

I know not every fan of Undertale will agree, but we have to look at the facts that were always staring us in the face.

Toriel takes too long to get back, even if you wait in the same spot and move around a bit for many hours, and in real life you could keep Frisk in the same spot that Toriel told you to wait...and even wait to the next day, after she stops checking on you and after picking up the items she needed as well as placing the human children’s items all over the underground save for two that she leaves in the ruins.

plus she asks if we are allergic to anything, and even tries to play it off like there is no reason behind it, meaning she was possibly planning to kill Frisk by using anything they might be allergic to, by using it for the pie.

 Toriel knows about the Resets, that is why she tells us to not come back,

and even if we choose to not go and live with her at the true ending of the True Pacifist Route, she gives the hint that she knows that Frisk might Reset or at least the Player.

Toriel from Deltarune, would NEVER do the messed up stuff that Ex-Queen Toriel did....even if Toriel from Deltarune might have secrets of her own,

and might even be a bit strict with Kris, and tries to keep them from eating too much chocolates, and even jokes about having to lock the oven door so they wont eat too much pie.

but Toriel (the Deltarune one) does truly love Kris, and might of been worried about them when they started to close everyone out and didn’t make many friends since they drifted apart from the Holiday family.

and hearing that Kris made a friend (which is Susie) made her really happy.

I wouldn’t be surprised if she cried after speaking to Kris over the phone about how they made a friend and were hanging out with them.

plus at the ending of Undertale, in the Pacifist Route....

how Toriel places the pie down, like she was in a hurry....

seems suspicious now, like sure one could say it was because she didn’t want to wake up Frisk.....but there could be more to it.

Toriel could of learned that Frisk is allergic to Temmie, and tried to replicate it in the form of a pie.

Toriel NEVER came to help us when we fought Asgore in the other Pacifist or Neutral Timelines, it only happens if we go to the true lab and even take Undyne’s letter to Alphys and then go on that pretend date.

I don’t think Undyne from Undertale, is a natural redhead...

I think her natural hair color is black, but she dyes it red. 

Undyne from Deltarune might be a natural redhead.

anyway like I said, Toriel NEVER came to help us when we fought Asgore in the other timelines when it isn’t a True Pacifist Route.

and when we are ready to fight Asgore in the True Pacifist Route,

is then that she shows up and “saves” us...

even if the True Pacifist Route might seem like the True Timeline of Undertale, it might be only seem that way.

the True Timeline of that world, might really be the Geno Route.

this means we are meant to kill that world’s Toriel.

I mean we could just kill her but spare the other Monsters both in and outside the ruins.

even if Toriel made Sans promise to protect Frisk, it doesn’t mean he was really keeping it, sure he kept a eye socket out for us, but doesn’t mean he tried to stop any monster from trying to go after Frisk.

in a way, we the Players are the ones who try to keep Frisk safe and protect them, NOT Sans....even if he tries to play off at that dinner that he has with Frisk, that he really was keeping to his promise.

but really he was only keeping a eye on Frisk, and kept himself from killing them because the promise he made with Toriel.

Toriel might of had a change of heart, when she let Frisk through, but at the same time if Frisk had lost some HP, she still doesn’t heal them.

the only way that Frisk could heal, would be to either eat something or go to sleep in that bedroom upstairs, and Toriel might think we would do that after she leaves to go to where Frisk fell.

it’s possible that Toriel didn’t just kill the human with the Patience Soul,

but also the other humans that fell as well, and as soon as Frisk came, Toriel took all the items (all but the knife and ribbon.) and went through the Room Under Renovation Door, and went through the secret passage ways and went to each place in the underground and even shops, to place the belongings of the human children there.

whether she did it because she knew Frisk would survive or not,

it’s possible that Toriel isn’t herself when she tries to secretly kill Frisk.

like she could of shown true care for each of the human children that fell into the underground, but only to turn on them and made plans to use their souls and send them to New Home

it’s like as if someone is.....pulling strings, like someone who was from another world (like one of the Dark Worlds of Deltarune) had corrupted Undertale’s Toriel and made her switch from a truly loving Mom, to one who secretly is trying to kill the humans.

 the only human that King Asgore kills, is Frisk and it’s possible that Asgore knows of the Resets and can remember a little of the past timelines as well.

the reason why Chara wanted the Red Soul, was possibly because they were going to send it to the Deltarune World, meaning that travel between the two realities is possible, even if both are two different Alternate Timelines, Universes and Worlds.

the Red Soul is then placed into Kris, where it truly belonged.

and we the Player, use it as a Proxy Soul, but that doesn’t mean it was originally ours in the first place, we just hold some form of symbiotic type bond to it and Kris.

if we think about those shadow crystals or one of them if we only got one.

Kris could see through their hand, meaning that before they returned to their body that was taken over by a Hollow-Soul and maybe even Prince Asriel from Undertale’s Soul....Kris had been a type of Ghost the whole time, in the form of their Red Soul that was used for the Player.

Flowey might have Asriel’s memories, but that doesn’t mean he is fully him.

he could even grow his own soul possibly, and become his own person and could even become better than Prince Asriel the First.

also when the Flower that was the First Flowey had disappeared from the True Lab, I think Alphys made another attempt and went and got another Flower that had Prince Asriel’s dust on it.

one Flowey would become Omega Flowey and who if we choose to spare, might still look beaten up and with rip petals, and ends up finding his way to the other world, and becoming the sweet Fluffy Prince we meet in Chapter 1 of Deltarune.

as for the Flowey that would become The God Of Hyper Death...

that would possibly be the one that will become the Other-Ralsei who welcomes Kris and Susie back in Chapter 2.

I still don’t believe that Ralsei, is the same one that we meet in Chapter 1 at the start of the game.

sure all fans had the theory that Ralsei might secretly be evil or is being used as pawn....

but that might only be about the Ralsei who would secretly replace the one we meet at the start, like while Kris and Susie are busy with the King, like Susie saving Kris.....

the Other-Ralsei captured the True-Ralsei and switches places with him.

I mean come on, the Ralsei that helps in Chapter 2, acts suspicious.

even knowing things he shouldn’t, and even somehow going to Other Dark Worlds without becoming sick like Lancer.

that Other-Ralsei even has longer horns than the Fluffy Cinnamon Roll that is True-Ralsei, and even gives away that he doesn’t know how to be Ralsei when he was on that boat with Kris.

and if we don’t have Kris hug him, he doesn’t comfort Kris with a hug after the fight with Spamton.                                                                                              

even if it turns out that the two Ralsei were originally from the Undertale World and had become two different Ralsei, only one of them ended up in the Dark World and is the same height as Kris, and ending up with smaller horns.

that would be our True-Ralsei....

the Other-Ralsei, who secretly replaces the True-Ralsei while Susie is trying to save Kris from The King...

even goes as far as to make sure to lock the Delta Rune Door so True-Ralsei can’t get back, and even goes to the Light World and goes to the unused classroom and locks the closet in there, to keep Kris and Susie from going back to that dark world and finding out the truth.

if it was the Ralsei we started with at the beginning of Chapter 1,

 who comes with Kris and Susie to the Other Dark World,

if he leaves the Dark World, he might turn into the Flowey that became Omega Flowey and would still look pretty beat up.

the reason why the Other Ralsei, doesn’t turn into a Flowey again,

is because he had stolen a Soul or at least fragment of Souls from his parents, to form a new soul.

he then has the Riverperson (who is secretly the Other Asriel from Deltarune)

take him to the Other World, and when Riverperson asks him if he means the Light or Dark, the Flowey Turned Asriel says “Light” and he ends up in the Light World Surface, while the Other him, that would become Ralsei, ends up in the Dark World.

it might be a really crazy theory, but it could be possibly true.

the Flowey that asks us to let Frisk be happy with their new family and friends, might turn out to be a Third Flowey.

one who takes the role of the other two that leaves that world and end up going to the Deltarune one.

it’s possible that Flowey, has false memories about their sibling...

we all know that Chara wasn’t happy when they laughed when Asgore got sick.

laughing doesn’t always mean a person is happy, and can end up hiding how they truly feel, which is upset.

plus there is that whole smiling depression thing, so even if Chara might seem like they are happy, they truly aren’t and might have smiling depression.

 plus the one who truly was the one who came up with that plan,

might of been Prince Asriel, but he made it seem like it was Chara the whole time.

even Alphys knew this when she found the tapes, but chose not to show Asgore, because if he knew the truth, he knew it was his and Toriel’s fault for not watching them.

Asriel might of been used as puppet, like someone was pulling the strings and making it seem like Chara was coming up with the plan, or it could of been Asriel the whole time.

plus even if we do that whole Geno Route and meet Chara,

they never tells us to do another Geno Route, even though I only knows this from info I found, like Youtube videos....cause I can’t seem to get very far in a Geno Route in Undertale.

at least I was able to beat Spamton in a type of “Geno Route” after so many tries.....still not gonna do that one for a while, so going to only do the Pacifist fights with Spamton from now on....cause I need a break from that whole Geno-Spamton thing.

 everyone has a right to his or her or their own theory and it’s okay not all them turn out to be true, even if only half of them do end up being true.

it just makes sense that the doors in both Home and New Home, that says Room Under Renovation, are secretly passage ways to the rest of the underground.

and this might make sense if there were secret passage ways throughout the dark world that the Other-Ralsei uses and even uses them to go the Light World.

I don’t think Asgore, at least the Main Prime Timeline version of him, killed anyone....and it has been Undertale Toriel the whole time.

we just need to put together the possible clues, that there are reasons why she takes so long even if we have Frisk move around and keep the game on for hours to the next day....

I guess it wouldn’t just be Ralsei that appears in Chapter 2 (and possibly in Chapter 1 after the fight with King, and secretly replaces the True Ralsei when Susie tries to save Kris from King...) that is suspicious. 

Toriel from Undertale is suspicious,  and not everyone has to agree about it.

I mean we can still love the Fanon version that is 100% a caring Mom who would never be secretly trying to find our weakness in order to kill us and even take our soul so it could be used to free everyone.

although, if my theory about the entrance to the underground in the ruins is true, then they wouldn’t of needed to break the barrier that is at New Home.

they could of went through the same place Frisk fell from.

I don’t think the barrier reaches there, and the barrier was only made at the place where we fight King Asgore.

and if former Queen Toriel kept the doors open, and even pointed out that no human could get down there in the first place, because the barrier wouldn’t of let anyone in or out, then maybe no human had to die.

Frisk never left the Underground in the Neutral or Pacifist Routes that weren’t the True Pacifist Routes.

the only time they can, is if the barrier is broken on the side of Mount Ebott where it is up, but if Toriel had open the Delta Rune Doors, and let all other monsters in, the monsters who could fly would of possibly discovered that there was no barrier on that side of the underground.

 the one who has been keeping the monsters trapped the whole time,

might of been Undertale-Toriel the whole time, if she knew that there was no barrier at the place that Chara fell, she could of told other monsters and they could of found a way to leave that way.

there is no way that Chara and would of fell through and ended up in the underground, if the barrier was there.

and even if they did try to go through on the other side where New Home is, they wouldn’t be able to go through because of the barrier.

the only way that could possibly happen, is if Chara and Asriel are fused. 

Chara couldn’t of fell into the underground if there was a barrier at the place where they would meet Asriel.

if the barrier was there, it would of stop them from falling into the underground.

we know there is secrets in both Udndertale and Deltarune, some we might guess correctly and some that we wont get right at all.

the whole Kris eating all the pie was a lucky guess, well it wasn’t really a guess but more like something that a fan made, and when they did made that whole thing where Kris pulls out their soul and takes off the knife and said they were going to eat all the pie, who would of guessed they would accidentally predict Chapter 2...?

I still think that Kris didn’t do that, until after they came home from breaking into the library and used the knife to make a dark fountain and portal to the Dark World where Queen, Spamton and the Others live in.

anyway maybe I will talk more about the whole Undertale-Toriel theory later....

it’s okay that not everyone agrees about Toriel from Undertale, secretly trying to kill the Player/Frisk and did so the Other humans that fell before Frisk.

but I hope some might agree about the whole Room Under Renovation Doors,

being secretly passage ways to all of the underground.

IF I am to pitch a new Httyd spin-off show. It will just be about someone who know nothing about dragon falling down into the secret hole somewhere that connect to the Hidden world and spend the entire series trying to get out of it. Along the way they learn and bond with dragons, it’s a survival/document style show. And the main dragon would be very different from Toothless and Night fury, maybe something Gronckle like(Like Abomibumble) Something very underdog. It’s just the show about Dragons and vibing.

From that concept there’re some element similar to Nine realms. But from what we know so far Nine realms seem to take thing a tad bit too far and outlandish and different from Httyd we know (like modern day? really?). when simpler ideas execution well (emphasize on that because RR is also a simple idea) could have work fine.

the asgore battle is key to understanding chara (as well as the moral of the game)

like one thing that bothers me the most about how people interpret chara is they don’t remember actually playing the game and forget the order of events and the feelings they give out.

It’s set up that you learn about the second rule of the barrier late in the game.

you learn that you need both the power of a human and monster to cross. this means either asgore kills you and frees monster kind or you kill him to escape and monsterkind loses their beloved king and will be more down for the destruction of humanity more than ever before.

the game sets it up that monsters deserve their freedom. they were unfairly trapped my humanity, they were mercilessly killed in a war where they never had a chance to fight back. monsters are desperate and cannot stay down here, it’s at a boiling point.

i imagine if you’re experiencing the game for the first time, you can’t help but consider “i would give my soul to them. they deserve to be free.”

and the game hits you with this

it’s a conflicting feeling. should you be happy you’re giving your life for these monster’s hopes? its humanity who killed their prince. it’s humanity who again and again, have done them so wrong.

you are forced into a situation where you have to fight to live. its literally a kill or be killed situation. asgore breaks the mercy button to hammer home that you need to violently weaken him to win -and when you do beat him, his solution to the dilemma is to kill himself for your freedom.

what does this remind you of? chara. this is what chara was like.

chara was forced into a situation of trying to free monsterkind when the rule was either to die or kill a boss monster to leave. they went from a home that made them hate humanity to a loving home that accepted them... with the self-assumed condition of them saving monsterkind.

for a suicidal child who hated humanity and what they are, they must of felt so much guilt for existing in the dreeumrr home. that unconditional love felt alienating and confusing, i wonder if they felt they needed to find a way to free monsterkind to make up for the love given to them. but in a “selfish” way, they still wanted to stay with their new family. a kid can’t help but want to be loved, after all.

i don’t think it’s a coincidence that chara died by the same method they accidentally almost killed asgore with. the timing is too perfect, the method exact. at the end of the no mercy route, chara is consumed with guilt:

* (The potted plant is judging you for your sins.)

* You felt your sins crawling on your back.

* You felt your sins weighing on your neck.

They didn’t want to hurt anyone, they wanted to free monsterkind -otherwise the game over screen wouldn’t make sense. it was asogre’s words, his declaration that chara is the hope of monsterkind and you must stay determined and fight on for their sake that pushes chara back from the edge of death and change fate itself to live once more.

i imagine most people playing for the first in neutral/ pacifist would be tempted to agree to give their soul up for monsterkind. but you can’t let it end that way, you must see to this victory -otherwise you’d give up at the gameover screen. but you’re determined to end this, somehow. asgore thinks of doing what he did for chara, adopting you and giving you the same unconditional love. but if you’ve killed flowey after the omega battle, asgore isn’t interrupted.

We could be like...Like a family... No. That's just a fantasy, isn't it? Young one, when I look at you...I'm reminded of the human that fell here long ago...You have the same feeling of hope in your eyes. There is an ancient prophecy among our people...One day, a savior will come from the heavens.... I believe the one that was prophesied was you.Somewhere in the world outside... There must be a way to free us from our prison.It pains me to give you this responsibility, but... Please. Take my soul... and seek the truth. Ha... ha...I'm sorry...I couldn't give you a simple, happy ending... But I believe your freedom...... is what my son...... what ASRIEL would have wanted.

The dream that Toriel and himself could raise you can’t work. The other children are dead and things can never be the same. He, like Chara, feels unworthy of such a happy ending. He thinks of Chara’s hope for monsterkind. He sees them in you, believes you will find a solution on the surface. He then thinks of Asriel’s compassion and decides to die for your freedom.

Like... this is directly what Chara did. Asgore and Chara are the same. They both wanted to kill 6 humans (in asgore’s case he succeed) to save monsterkind. They both release too late that it’s wrong, that killing (and as toriel later implies, even killing asgore is wrong) yourself is wrong and will only destroy the hope of the underground.

They’re direct parallels to each other. And you can emphasizes with Asgore because you too, are forced into this same system that demands the sacrifice of a life to free people.

But unlike Chara and Asgore, you can rally the hopes and dreams of monsterkind and free the lost souls and break the barrier. The circumstances are different -if it weren’t for asgore’s murders there wouldn’t be the souls to break the barrier. we should be able to understand that for both chara and asgore, freedom was not set to be in the intimidate future.

You alone can not free monsterkind. Nor should you die for this cause.

The message of the game was they had it right at the start: adopt chara, show them hope and love. But never accept sacrifice, never accept the rules that you must kill -be it yourself or others. That will not bring freedom but rather only pain. There is always a third option, even if you don’t live to see the breaking of that barrier you will set it into motion to do so without adding to the misery.

in other words, Don’t Kill and Don’t Be Killed.

Random character moments I Noticed in Deltarune Chapter 2! Spoilers for Deltarune chapter 2 obviously 

I’m not sure if Noelle’s sister Dess is away at college like Asriel or just straight up dead. Tbh I’m kind of leaning towards the latter, just based on her conversation with Kris while they were solving the December puzzle 

I Don’t Like Berdly, but he is funny sometimes  

Queen gives me big big Homestuck vibes

I think Kris is deliberately cutting themselves off from the player’s control when they rip their soul out (our soul?) and then seems to open up a new Dark Fountain during these times. Why are they opening up dark fountains??? No clue, but it’s interesting that even though they’re probably the Knight neither of the rulers we’ve met seem to recognize them as such when they fight Kris when the player is controlling them 

It’s also possible that someone else is the Knight and this is Kris’s first time opening up a dark fountain? But probably they’ve been the Knight the whole time; it especially fits with their armor and weapon designs 

Not sure why they slashed their mom’s tires tho; could be a ploy to get Susie to stay over but that seems like kind of a convoluted way to go about it (they could have just asked Toriel and Susie directly, unless Kris honestly didn’t think Toriel would allow a sleepover otherwise) 

Kris could probably be opening up dark fountains for the same reason the other kids considered doing it in the Cyber world before Ralsei told them the consequences of opening more fountains

They don’t seem comfortable looking at the pictures of other humans in the library; they might have similar feelings to Chara about humans and this could also be part of their choice to open more dark fountains 

The scene by the door in the woods is so... interesting???? Damn that one had some weird ass vibes. Susie was great there though 

Honestly we don’t have enough information to make too many decrees on their reasoning! Just gotta hope we get more chapters soon 

Susie never actually called her parents when Toriel asked her to stay over, she just stood by the phone until Toriel left the room 

Asogre was the former police chief??? He had to step down???? Did whatever made him step down also result in him and Toriel separating??? 

Oh geez what if he somehow got a kid killed by accident 

Kris seems very... sad/resigned about it  

Ralsei seems a lot more... I’m not sure, laid back? Confident? His new expressions are a lot more relaxed, and he always has his arms held behind his back. 

The vibes were definitely a lot different, that’s really all I can say. It might just be the change from his old silhouette expressions to being able to see his face more is throwing me off. 

I really hope Ralsei isn’t the big bad after all this time! There is something a little... interesting about gathering up all the people of each kingdom to throw into his castle, since presumably their own homes are... gone now??? The mechanics of all this are still working themselves out in my head

We did spend less time with him in this chapter though, cause we also had to juggle the new additions of Noelle and Berdly, though I don’t know how much we’ll actually get to see those two going forward. I’m sure Noelle will make more appearances, but since the team never goes over three people at a time Toby will really have to juggle who’s where and with who at what times.  

My Suselle feelings and my Krusie feelings are constantly fist fighting each other for dominance of my heart

I made a post, like a billion years ago, back in my First Undertale Phase, trying to connect the six main bosses of Undertale with the virtues symbolized by the six human SOULs collected by Asgore. I was never sure if it really MEANT something, it was just more of a thought-excerise. (For the record it was Orange\Bravery = Undyne, Yellow\Justice = Asogre, Green\Kindness = Toriel, Light Blue\Patience = Sans, Blue\Integrity = Mettaton, Purple\Perseverance = Papyrus)

But the other day I was browsing through the Fangamer Undertale collection and took a closer look at the Official Sans Hoodie they're offering and...

This is NOT the color of the Blue SOUL from Sans' (and Papyrus') battle. This is quite clearly the color of a Light Blue SOUL. I know Sans sometimes uses Light Blue Attacks, but wouldn’t that make more sense as a Light Blue background and a Blue Heart pattern? But instead Sans’ hoodie is decorated with a Light Blue SOUL of Patience.

... is there actually some merit for (at least one aspect of) that theory?

i wonder if ralsei is meant to like, represent conformity in some way. like. ralsei just seems like a reflection of kris's insecurities? esp with ralsei like... looking like the rest of his family, liking hugs (same as asogre, unlike kris), and being an avid baker (same as toriel, kris's baking status: unknown to me). like. with ralsei. kinda just feeling like asriel 2 but pushing the whole sweetness thing. there's also ralsei just bending to kris's will, and like. god. I Do Not Know

Fellswap Gold Sans & Papyrus

I did my research on Fellswap Gold (and other AUs), and now I am ready to include Fellswap Gold Skeletons (for now only the Skeleton brothers, and later Fellswap Gold Gaster.).

Wine (Fellswap Gold Sans): He is very polite, charming and friendly. Has a lot of friends, and his relationship with his family and friends is very strong. Very overprotective off Coffee. He is a real gentleman, and he always has a proud stance when he walks. A gentle soul, but can turn very brutal towards his (and Coffees) enemies. He is very fashionable and feminine. He really loves wearing dresses and in he also likes wearing nail polish sometimes. Wine made all of his dresses himself...it was supposed to be a secret, only he, Coffee, Gaster, and Queen Toriel know about that. At first, he was very scared as he realized that the Queen knew about it...until she asked him to make a dress for her. Since then, he is constantly making dresses for him, and the Queen...and he is proud of that. He likes dancing, and he loves listening to love songs. He has a very loud, and strong voice, so he is also a pretty okay singer. His favourite colors are red, and pink. His favourite food are grapes. He sometimes drinks Alcohol, both Human and Monster Alcohol, mostly red wine. I actually headcanon that Human Alcohol is much stronger and actually makes Monsters drunk while Monster Alcohol doesn't make Monsters drunk they make them relax easily. (The same thing with Cigarettes and Drugs). He is not an alcoholic, just a casual drinker. He often drinks grape juice...with Ketchup (These Ketchup obsessed Sanses are a nasty bunch). His best friends are Queen (*cough* dictator *cough*) Toriel and Grillby.  His Hogwarts house would be Gryffinpuff.

Coffee (Fellswap Gold Papyrus): Very quiet and shy. He is an introvert. Also, very insecure, because some idiots used to bully him in the Underground.  That was before Wine become good friends with the Queen, and now everyone is afraid to piss off Wine and the Queen. With strangers, he usually only communicates with notes, but he does talk with his closest friends, and his family. He loves drinking Coffee, but he also just simply like the taste of Coffee, he has a bunch of candy with Coffee taste. I also think that he would enjoy other drinks like Espresso (or in his case a Dispresso). He is very soft, friendly, and a great listener. Also, very loyal. He likes writing and drawing. He is a great author and artist. Often he draws his older brother since he looks up to him. He doesn´t cook though, and he is not obsesses with Spaghetti either. His best friend is Fellswap Gold Alphys. They both are shy, introverts and they both like Anime and Manga. Although Coffee prefers Mange...because he loves reading, and he likes the drawing. Sometimes even Fellswap Gold Undyne joins them, but he doesn´t really like her...she is too energetic to him...and too creepy. He is also a very  good friend with Fellswap Gold Asgore...since Coffee is usually very calm, and great at calming down people he often helps Asgore with his panic attacks. He always reminds him how much of a great father he is, that all of the things that he (Asogre) did is in the past, and he reminds him that this what happened isn´t really his fault. And Coffee also started to tree Golden Flower Tea only to cheer up Asgore, even though he doesn´t like tea that much. His Hogwarts House would be Huffelpuff...he is a great friend.

I am here to scream about the new Xbox stuff. I don't have an Xbox, but I have seen stuff. We got Mad Mew Mew & Ghost lore (maybe) stuff, which is awesome, & my fav thing, Asgore coming to 1 of Sans' comedy shows & just laughing so hard at 1 of Sans' puns. This is the Sans & Asogre content I wanted. I <3 them both so much, so this was nice to see. Asgore loving puns. Sans standing there just staring at Asgore waiting for him to stop until the curtains on him is so funny; I want to draw that now.
