Fiesta!!!

The date was May 30th, one of the days that fell into the month that celebrated Quetzalcoatl and some of her fellow gods. The human master of Chaldea, Rex, decided that it would be the perfect day to celebrate a birthday for her. Following that, he worked with many of the other servants to help make it a special day for her. Starting first thing in the morning.

Quetz, waking up and stretching: mmmm!

Rex, hugging her: feliz cumpleaños, mi corazon!

Quetz: ah mi amor! Muchos gracias!

Rex: are you ready for the greatest day ever! Or atleast here in chaldea anyways!

Quetz: si! I can't wait to see what you planned.

Quetzalcoatl, was a very smart goddess. Under normal circumstances, it'd be pretty much impossible to keep a secret from her. But for the sake of her celebration, she turned a blind eye to Rex's birthday plans.

Rex: well good! Cause they start now! *finger snap!*

And with a snap of his fingers, the robotic ninja, Kato Danzo appeared! With a tray of food.

Kato: hello, Quetzalcoatl! I bring freshly made breakfast in bed for you and your husband!

Quetz: oh my! Muchos gracias, Senorita Kato!

Kato: of course!

She placed the tray onto the bed and disappeared as quickly as she first appeared.

For Quetz, a traditional meal of huevos rancheros! And for Rex, a breakfast burrito. And a BIG stack of pancakes for the two to share. Along with a cup of coffee for the goddess, and orange juice for the master.

Quetz: rancheros! One of my favorites! Gracias mi amor!

Rex: of course mi corazon!

After they ate breakfast, the two got dressed for the day!

Quetz: what else do you have planned mi amor!

Rex: oh just wait and see!

Not long after

Quetz: WOOOH! This looks amazing!

Rex: of course mi corazon! Anything for you!

The two were flying on Quetz's pterosaur, right above a very unique environment. As per Rex's request, a special simulation was made. A patchwork of the various jungles from all throughout the world. You could see the jungles of the Lacandon, the Amazon, the Congo, the Backcountry, the cloud forest, the sinharaja, and so many more!

Quetz: wow mi amor! Flying through these jungles is amazing!

Rex: anything for you mi corazon!

Throughout the flight, they'd slow down and get lower to get a good look at the various plants and animals that called these forests home. In every patch, completely unique but very similar animals could be seen.

Quetz: so many animals... so different but also so... similar!

Rex: yeah! It's convergent evolution! Y'know about it?

Quetz: maybe... but explain anyways!

Rex: ok then, mi corazon! Convergent evolution, is when we see very different and unrelated animals evolve the same adaptations because they fill the same niche in similar environments. Like how in the jungles you would've called home, there's Jaguars, while in the Congo, there's Leopards!

Quetz: ooooh! How efficient!

Rex: yeah! You can even see it throughout various time periods! In place of animals like Grizzlies in North America, there was T-rex!

Quetz: you really like this stuff huh, mi amor? You seem almost as excited as when you talk about me!

Rex: yeah... animals are interesting to me...

After they ended the simulation, they returned to their room for the gift giving!

Many other servants had gifts for the goddess. Pretty much everyone manged to get her something. Some gave more simple gifts, such as clothes and accessories. Others gave more practical things, like appliances and the like. The more extravagant ones, like Ozymandias and Gilgamesh piled on a few riches. But a few did give more personal gifts.

Some of the stand out personal gifts included: a book of various fighting techniques from Murasaki, a portrait of the couple from Da Vinci, some beautiful jades from Ishtar, an amazing golden cage with flowers inside from Ereshkigal, some new training weights from Penth, a very big snake plush from Gorgon and so on.

Even other masters gave gifts. Vy and her servants baked a cake that resembled one from a very popular game. Val gave some good snake print socks. Julius and his servants gave the couple some gift cards. Quin gave Quetz a scrap book of her adventures, the last 5 pages of it was filled with just pics of the couple together. Quin also gave new training dummies for practice!

Then there was Quin's wife BB

BB: there should be a portal opening to somewhere full of danger and excitement soon! Along with those other "special" gifts for night-time.

Quetz: wait what?!

Rex: huh?!

A portal opens up behind the pair, and they fall in.

Both: aaaahhhh!

BB, from outside the portal: don't worry! I'll use my time powers so you'll still have plenty of time once you're back!

The couple ended up on a tropical island, filled with creatures that shouldn't be around any longer.

Rex: uh... do those fences look... familiar to you?

Quetz: si... from a... movie I think?

RAAAAAHHH!!!

Rex: what was that!?

Quetz: I'm not sure!

They were sent to the fictional island of Isla Nublar from the jurassic park series! They had interesting and wild adventures before coming back to Chaldea!

(That adventure deserves it's own story tho, so stay tuned for that!)

Quetz: wooh! BB was right! Very dangerous.

Rex: yeah... but now it's time for the Fiesta!

Quetz: yay!

They went to a huge room, reserved specifically for the party! Every chaldea servant was there! There was food, drinks, music and everything you need for a killer Fiesta!

Rex, on stage with a microphone: Hola everyone! We are here today to celebrate the birthday of the greatest goddess in chaldea, Quetzalcoatl!

The crowd cheered! Everyone was hyped for the party!

Quetz: yay! I love seeing everyone happy for mi Fiesta!

Rex: so let's get this party started!

Crowd: YEEEEEEEEAH!!!!

It was one of the biggest parties chaldea ever had! Everyone danced and drank and had a roaring good time! But of course, Quetzalcoatl had the best time! She spent the time with her husband, eating delicious food and getting absolutely wasted!

Rex: mi corazon, don't drink too much now. You'll need a clear head for later.

Quetz, blushy: I'll be fine mi amor! Where's the cake?! I want my cake!

Rex: wait just a bit for that!

Then one of the more recent servants, Kijyo Koyo, came with the piñata she made!

Kijyo: hey! It's piñata time!

Quetz: ohhhh! A piñata!

Of course, as the birthday girl Quetz got first swing at the piñata! As tradition, she was blindfolded and spun around a bit before she was let loose on the piñata!

Rex: that's an interesting choice for a piñata Kijyo, why that?

Kijyo: well I know Quetz hates her brother, so a piñata like that will let her anger loose!

Rex: how if she doesn't see it?

Kijyo: oh she doesn't know? I thought I told her already!

Rex: seems not.

Kijyo: ok then! Then I'll tell her now!

Rex: wait a se-

Kijyo: Quetz! The Piñata is a black jaguar! So you can let loose any anger!

Upon hearing this, Quetz dropped the sitck.

Rex: mi corazon? What are you doing?

She also removed the blindfold, and pulled out her sword.

Rex: n-no no! Quetz you don't have to do it like that!

She then swung at the paper mache cat with her macana! Knocking it on the ground, as she proceeded to continue on with that for some time. Once she finally finished there was no piñata left to speak of. Just the candy that came inside!

Quetz: gracias Kijyo! That did help!

Kijyo: ...right! Glad for that!

Rex: mi corazon... you seemed to have sobered up already.

Quetz: the rage I feel for my brother is more powerful then any alcohol.

Rex: ok then...

After the party was another event! Of course, as Quetz loves lucha libre, she loves sparring with her fellow fighters! So Rex set up a lucha tournament! Quetz was to face a gauntlet of other servants in hand to hand combat! After each match, she'd have as much time to rest as she needed before the next! BB needed to use her time powers a bit more to make sure there was plenty of time.

The order for her to face was Ishtar, Bradamante, Medusa, Musashi, Nyalter, Raikou, Lartoria, Scathach, Penth, Martha, and finally Astraea!

Every match was a spectacle! Every opponent Quetz faced was a forced to be reckoned with!

Some matches got pretty close but in the end, Quetzalcoatl came out victorious!

Rex: Quetzalcoatl takes the victory!

Quetz: yay!

She was awarded a wrestling belt for her win!

After that, the day started to wind down. It was night, and many servants were partied out!

Quetz: mi amor, I've loved all that you've done! But... what about your present for me?

Rex: oh that!? I'm saving that for last! Just the two of us, in private. You know I like doing things between us in a more intimate fashion...

Quetz: oh! Now I can't wait!

A/N: there's Quetz's birthday Fiesta! I've tried to make it the best day I possibly can for her! Soon I'll write the more personal and intimate one between just me and her!

(And no I don't mean intimate as in dirty ok!)

But why is papping even required!! Just live your life without the need to parade your personal life around. People Janet Jackson was married for 9 YEARS and nobody knew squat all until they divorced and it ended up as publicly available information. I just don’t think having your relationships on display is the way to go so I can’t say that Niall’s case is a better example.

There's nothing wrong in celebrities getting papped. Like obvi not as much as H&O or shawmila but Niall is a celebrity. And to be very honest think about it these people chose this career which means they are okay with being photographed and being in the public eye and I don't see anything wrong with that. Even if Niall and Amelia came out in the pap now for a little attention it doesn't matter, bcuz he's also worked for himself to be worth paying attention for! Same with Eleanor tbh she's said some inappropriate stuff in the past and might had been getting too papped in the early years of their relationship but it was prob forced by the management since they had to hide Larry or its rumors( not a larrie but what I believe) But what matters now is that we all know el goes out for walks or coffee runs a lot in London she posts stories about it and everything but she doesn't get papped or fan sighted and I believe even when she's with louis sometimes they don't get papped like the wedding photos we got were only of the ones put on by the other people stories or el posted herself on her story. And that's exactly why it's again ok and makes their relationship special bcuz it's not like they get heavily papped together. And if they happen to go out together in future to a cafe it's okay man we all like a bit of attention me prob in my school, someone in their friend circle ,idk you prob being know as the owner of this blog and it's all fine bcuz you're also working for it and even tho it's a holivia hate blog you don't spread hate on O's physical appearance. I honestly am not a big shawmila fan and their heavy pap walks every other day but the least they have is chemistry and were also popular and very well known before they were official. Zigi again how low-key they stay and enjoy life but that doesnt mean the day gigi goes out for a walk with khai all covered is begging for attention but also "claiming for privacy". They deserve to go out and enjoy and its their choice to either be covered or choose a busy street or go to a more happening place all loved up.but it doesn't mean they're all begging for attention they all just like it and its absolutely acceptable. Bcuz they also keep private most of the time and ppl like shawmila along this publicity also are working on their projects. Lastly about Liam and maya, I truly believe it was real and even though they had been sighted kissing and going out a lot they have chemistry and they both know they won't get much out of publicity bcuz Liam has no new music coming up and maya doesn't have anything either. but maya has always been very sweet to the fans and also private she would only show a few pics of her and Liam on her ig and they two still wouldn't go out as much. They just happen to be very outgoing and confident people. they're chill is what I would say. All the 1d couples except harry and Olivia. Honestly publicity happens automatically when your fandom is so loyal and active. I call it a pr stunt when they from their end , try everything to push their relationship down our throats like H&O. It's just tbh very annoying how with H everything is always on a next level compared to the others. Anyway the whole point is that Niall and others are definitely avery good example and that H&O are not real and a stunt and the amount of advantage they've taken of the paparazzi is unacceptable when O hadn't worked for anything and it's not our fault her movie isn't good and partly goes for h too since it's time atleast he should put an end to this.

A/N: I came up with this idea remembering a picture I saw on pinterest and now I have to wtite something about it this gif is in no way related to that picture I juat thought it fitted ok nevermind is so hard to find a gif I'll use a pic lol

Brook woke up tired, it wasn't his fault he couldn't sleep at all. Today was a special day for the musician and surely not in a good way. He hated this day with a burning passion but just because it reminded him of that day.

Memories hit him as if they were a swallone river, he pushed them away with a quick movement of his skull. He then proceded to bring his violin and journal with him.

The walk to the hill wasn't as Brook expected it to be and he really hoped the townfolks would stop wishing him a good day how was possible for him to have a good day? He tried to not listen to them but it was hard, especially if kids ran to him all smily asking him why he was going.

-To see some friends- he would always answer making the kids even happier.

-tell your nakama we say hi- one of them said making the skeleton smile just briefly.

-Will do.- he would answer them.

Brook was so glad to be alone, he sat down facing the sea it was his new routine: going up the hill first thing in the morning and last thing before going to sleep, say hi to his friends, playing his favourite instrument and reading the journal.

-Ehy guys, how are you doing?- what a stupid question he thought but carried on. -I couldn't sleep tonight, not that I need sleep or whatever I mean I'm dead- he said laughing, ne needed it, he really did.

-is been two years already uhm? Times surely do flies-he carried on his speech to the wind, and the sea, and the trees around him, and the ground, overall to his surrendings and when he thought it was enough he started playing the violin.

On every other day he would play something new he tried to compose but today? He needed something old, something to keep the merory alive inside his dead body. He needed that, so he started playing Bink's Sake. While playing it, reminding him of Laboon, Triller Bark and all his future adventures with the Straw Hats crew.

He wanted to cry the slow rythim putting him in even a sadder mood but he tried his best to not, at atleast not yet. He had all day to cry.

-I thought this was the best way to celebrate.-he said once he finished playing the song and then proceeded to read the journal.

-Oh wow, we almost finished this one too.- he said but never mentioned, out loud, it was the last journal as well. It was coming to an end, again and he hated ends. He really did hate them so much.

He closed the little notebook and then procceded to stare at the blue sky, happy to not see a single cloud.

-I think is time for me to leave now, see you later my dear nakama- the sea was a very nice place to talk to them, it was relaxing and gave the man little comfort. He went back at the village thinking about how today had to go in the right way, he didn't want to tell his friends how miserable it had been without them, he wanted to make them feel happy and proud of him.

Oc-tober Day 7: Fear

Hoohoo i suck at shading :'0 The second pic was the firdt concept art I drew of these gals. Then came the pencil sketches and lastly the one on top.

I've already got a Quickie summary of this story in my writing blog explaining who these characters are and what's going on, link HERE. So for this piece, I'll write the scene I drew lol. In it, only Kylee and the Wrath kid are left, but before they get a showdown, God gives them one last mercy. A night without worries. Anything they want, they will grant. Btw, I have decided on official names for these gals. Kylee the fangirl and Paloma the patient ghost.

This was it.

Tomorrow, everything was bound to come to an end.

It felt unreal to Kylee. How far she's come, her numerous near death experiences, how nice their room was. God really knew how to treat em when they weren't being careless.

Still, God's assurance of a last peaceful night was a load off their shoulders. A blessing, you might even say.

Chevre left the scene immediately, deciding to spend their last day as a ghost doing their own kooky things. They felt robbed for not dying sooner to do it.

That left Kylee and Paloma, the original duo, to spend the night alone. Just like the good ol days.

They tried the hot tub, snacked on expensive sweets, watched Kylee's favorite episodes of her favorite shows, and had a great time.

Just like normal girls their age would spend a sleepover.

When it got super late, the magic of the tranquility was wearing off. Reality settled back in. Tomorrow was the end. No more fighting, no more floating. The ghosts would be reborn and someone new would be God.

A child. Both contestants left were underage.

And they had to fight eachother to the death. Kylee and Paloma agreed that if she won, she would pick older candidates next time. No kid should go through what she's gone.

Circling back to the competition, they talked about their opponent and his many helpers. They'd seen how ruthless he was. Opportunistic and never one to hesitate. He was a tough rival for sure.

Kylee got quiet for a bit, and Paloma squeezed her shoulder.

"Come on, cookie. Let's sleep early."

They snuggled onto the bed. Two had been accommodated for them, but they were used to sleeping in the same one. It was their piece of comfort.

After settling down, Kylee worded her next question carefully. She had already asked it before, when she first saw Paloma as a ghost, but it didn't hurt to have the answer retold.

What was it like to die?

Paloma stiffened. Her eyes softened. Her voice cracked a bitter smile.

"It hurts. Especially when you start struggling back. But once it's done, all you get is wave after wave of relief. Like when you ace a test you didn't study for." She laughed. It ended breathily.

Kylee didn't like her expression. She had seen it come up a lot in the past few days. And she knew exactly what it meant. She brought Paloma closer and held her face. Looking into her eyes, she asked as quietly as she could.

"... have you regretted it?"

Paloma shivered. Her eyes burst. She whimpered, and Kylee immediately brought her to her chest, letting her cry. Not a single tear stained her shirt.

"I was... So sure I did the right thing..."

"You did..."

Kylee remembered those first days. How surprisingly proud she seemed to have taken her own life. To be done with life and humanity. But as time wore on, her sentiments changed.

"I couldn't help it... I wondered... What would have happened if..."

She paused as sge choked on her words. Kylee gave her a pat. "It's ok..."

"No, it's not!" Paloma got up, her face a darker shade. "We could have been a team. We could have stuck together for as long as we could. Or- I could have been in your shoes right now. I could have been the one that made it to the end. Instead of putting all this pressure.... For you to do the right things."

Paloma was calming down, she rubbed her eyes. Kylee helped brush a tear from her cheek.

"I'm sorry I died so fast."

The words stung. Kylee wasn't taking this.

"Don't say that! If one of us is the bad one... It's... Me."

Kylee rubbed her arm. Paloma shook her head. "Not this again, Kylee-"

"I was a jerk. I admit it. I knew what was going on with you but I never stepped in. Really, Palo," Kylee started hyperventilating. Paloma rushed to embrace her. Their roles had effectively switched.

"If I had reached out to you sooner... If I was more involved... Someone better..." Kylee took Paloma's hand. Together, they squeezed them.

"If I was someone like you..."

"Stop it..."

So many what ifs lingered in their minds. So many paths they could have taken. Together.

But here they were, stuck. One as a ghost and the other possibly becoming a deity. About to fight for the right to be.

"Atleast... I got to show you my favorite stores. .." Paloma laughed at the memory of Kylee dragging her around unwillingly.

"We didn't even buy anything. You just had us people watch the entire day."

"But you had a good time anyways, didn't you?" The smiles are back. Paloma tilts her head and rests it on Kylee's shoulder.

"I did..."

While her death was premature, she had to count the small blessing that was her ability to stick to Kylee as a ghost. She got to see more than the bubble she knew. She got to make friends. And...

Kylee couldn't help the kiss she gave Paloma's forehead. Paloma's face burst and she laughed.

She got to feel so loved.

"Okay, Ms. God, settle back down. Tomorrow is... A big day."

Kylee snickered as she laid back down, Paloma following. After another small silence, Kylee's big mouth continued asking.

"If I win... What kind of life do you want?"

They hadn't touched the topic of Paloma's reincarnation.

The reality of her living without Kylee was too much.

Still, now that it was a serious possibility... This was a talk they needed to have. Paloma moved away a bit.

"Well, you're so creative Kylee, I'm sure you'll give me the best life..."

"But... I want to know what YOU want!"

Paloma was stunned for a bit, touched. Kylee really cared for her opinion. The selfish onlooker she first met was long gone.

"I'm being honest..." Paloma looked away. "I want whatever you give me. I trust you."

Kylee's stomach sank. She felt the weight of the world on her shoulders, now more than ever.

Paloma looked back at Kylee's serious expression, and she laughed some more. This was too serious for their last night together. "Stop worrying about it, cookie." She laid back down ans snuggled to her side. "Worry about surviving tomorrow. Only you can guarantee me that happy ending."

Kylee's gut sank further. It was the truth, but the pressure was on. She watched Paloma close her eyes and over time, drift away, her sleep as sound as when she was alive.

But Kylee couldn't follow, couldn't even stand to blink. Her anxiety was at an all time high. She had to win. She had to make it up to Paloma. She would be a good god, and rule like her girlfriend would.

Kylee's eyes watered again, mourning prematurely the departure to come. She looked to the ceiling. She would make Paloma happy. She knew her favorite foods, her favorite books, her favorite everything. She would give her the world on a platter, make her have the most fulfilling life. From wealth, to friends, to health and romance. Romance.

Yes.

Kylee was a multishipper. Kylee knew people could mesh well with more than one person. She could find Paloma another lover, a better one!

She would be fine.

Her stomach's knots stayed in place, no matter how long she repeated that phrase.

Yeah, Paloma would be fine.

But Kylee wouldn't.

Kylee had gotten what she wanted.

She would be alone now. Free from societal conventions. Free to do what she wanted. Free to people watch, free to bend wills, free to mess around and turn her ideas into reality.

She will find her own happiness. Somehow. The sentiment felt hollow in her chest.

Panic set in again.

What was she doing? What had she done?

She turned and looked at Paloma's face once more.

If she didn't win... There would be no more world. No more Kylee. No more Paloma.

These were her only options. Stay alone forever, or lose everything.

For the first time since the start of the game, she felt afraid of the outcome.

Then, after several days came up and as usual , I did all things necessarily as it is. When I checked my phone , I saw at least 15 messages and 15 missed calls.

"Huh? From who are these messages. K-Kenn-san?" I murmured.

*reads messages*

"Anyways , I should prepare her some of them. I'll just ask her later. Hehehe~" he mumbled and laughed in such a cute way.

At the studio...

"(y/n)!! Shall we go to the studio room together?" Kenn asked me behind.

"Ohayou. It's up to you. I wouldn't mind." I generously told him back.

"Ok~ Anyways , here. I bought you some of my baked cupcakes and tarts. Please accept them." he said and offered me a box of cupcakes and tarts.

"Ehhh? I told you , I don't want."

"Please~" he pleaded with those puppy eyes.

"Uhh ehh...It can't be help. Ok, I'll accept them."

*gets the offered box of cupcakes and tarts*

"Thank you...very much..." I thanked him.

"Ahhh ehehehe!! No problem!" he cheerfully said.

"Anyways , we'll be late if we don't hurry."

"Sure sure!"

After 4 hours In the room...

"Ok! That's enough for today." the manager told us.

"Good work for today." everyone , including us co-seiyuus bowed to each other.

We started to depart from each other and I planned to go out somewhere. Kenn-san then asked me.

"Osu (y/n)~ Gonna eat somewhere??"

"Osu , Kenn-san. I'm going to the mall today. I'm also going to eat later there."

"Heeh... Then , let me join you! I'll go with you , can I?" he suddenly told me.

"Ehh?? Ok , fine fine." I replied with hesitation.

"Uwaaa!! Thank you , (y/n)!!" he happily thanked me.

We then both went to the mall , together. Well , Kenn-san suggested me to take a picture together in a booth.

"No way! I don't like taking pictures specially with some guys!" I extremely hesitated.

"Why not? C'mon , this kind of thing just happen once. So *grabs your both arms* please , let's take a pic together!" he really pleaded.

"No."

"Please?"

"No."

"Please...?"

"Really no."

"A big please....?"

"*sighs* Fine. This thing would only be once , ok? " I told him.

"*happy face* Sorry for being so forceful!! Thank you again!" he   replied.

"Atleast you  know that you're forceful." I told him straight.

He then prepare himself to speak and as soon as he spoke , it was already 12:00 am and fireworks started to lit in the skies.
