第一次上升没有上去，回到登机口修了一下，推迟一个半小时；第一次降落没有降下来，在海上兜了一圈，才降落下来，一个小时的飞机，飞了三个小时。与帅哥在本地最火的小馆吃新鲜的海鲜压压惊（oak grilled swordfish)。

回到家里看到帅哥把院子整理得干干净净，我的李树也开花了。心情大好。

2021年在家里，唯一的活动就是天天割草，修路，身体所有的指标都超正常。在英国一年，带回来很多超标！回来后要以小院为本，重新找回好身体。重新找回好身材是比较困难了。

Now bless the Lord,  all you servants of the Lord  who stand in the Lord’s house at night! Lift up your hands in the holy place  and bless the Lord!  ~ Psalm 134:1,2

OBSERVATION:

When? NOW!

Who? ALL servants of the Lord!

Where? In the Lord's house at night - in the holy place - in my heart - in my life!

How? Lift up my hands!

What? Bless the Lord!

Why? Jesus!

APPLICATION:

NOW bless the Lord!

Lift up my hands in the holy place...

...and bless the Lord! 

PRAYER:

Holy Father God - I lift my hands to You, asking that You forgive me for forgetting all of the holy places You have sent me - May Your Holy Spirit guide me to them, remind me of where I am, and steer me away from those that do not bring You to mind in a worshiping and praiseful way - In Jesus's Name, and for Your glory and honor and that I might bless Your Name in all things...

Yours, in all things, in Him...
