Briefly, the hand lifted, so she could sign out: Do you speak sign language? She doubted he did, but it was worth a shot. Starter for @shenseii 

For someone who looked as... soft, perhaps the word was? as Sona, it was maybe not a good thing that she had a propensity for getting herself into complicated, maybe troublesome situations, i.e. finding herself in dangerous places. Be it in the middle of a dark alleyway or a war-torn city, Sona had seen a lot of danger in her life, even though the monks had tried to keep her safe. Because of that, though she had a tendency towards peace, towards healing, she knew how to use her etwahl to fight attackers almost as well as she could use it to heal allies (well, almost).

Of course, all that being said, that was if she had had the foresight to bring said etwahl with her. Which -- she had not. And now, entirely lost in an unfamiliar street as night fell, earning unsavory looks in her rich clothes, Sona felt... unsafe. She carried hardly any money on her, but she’d need it to stay somewhere if she continued to be lost.

And that was when she noticed a familiar face. Well, not that she’d met him personally -- just, she knew of him. Shen. So she hurried up, and waved, looking a little relieved, signing, “Excuse me, can you help me find my way home?”

I know this was never much of anything - this AU was like a sandbox of mine with no defined story but some fun ideas and aesthetics I like. When I made this blog I purposefully omitted my name and did not link it anywhere or told anybody, because I was honestly curious how this blog will do on its own lol
