“Run. It's what people have been telling me to do all year, and now I think it's time I really listen. ... Please don't look for me. Please don't worry. And most of all, please don't think of this as me running away, but of me running toward. Toward answers. Toward hope. Toward wherever I have to go to finish my father's mission and stop this thing, once and for all. ... I'll be back. And when I am, I promise I'll have answers.”

I really cannot understand how an operative like townsend doesn't know he has a child, like aside from there are protection available around, he's also a great spy so- idk maybe it's just me lol
Anon…
Townsend is the literal definition of “oh my sweet summer child”—
I’m convinced that Edward Townsend just likes playing with fire or has extremely bad luck with protection. It’s like the laws of physics have deemed him incapable of not accidentally having a child.
And everyone laughs about it because how can this happen twice?
But I feel like Catherine and Townsend were just young, dumb, and didn’t really care. I also think that Townsend was convinced that his pull out game was on par which it obviously was not.

Parents and church clash over school values
Parents and church clash over school values
Under rules recently set by the Sydney Anglican diocese, the next principal of Australia’s oldest private girls’ school can accept the job only if they agree that marriage is just between a man and a woman. St Catherine’s is in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, where more than 80 per cent of residents supported same-sex marriage in the 2017 referendum. Some of the school’s parents are in same-sex…

Zack absolutely has right to be passed with Townshend he has all the resources as a spy to find him and actively choose not to
This is true! Zach definitely had every right to be pissed at Townsend but, I think you’re forgetting that Catherine never told him.
Catherine never told Townsend that they had a child. So how can you go look for a child you don’t know existed?
But I guess I can also counter with that… Do we think that Townsend kept tabs on Catherine through the years??? Maybe! So he had to know about Zach. He probably just didn’t know that Zach was his.

"If we want girls to have the best possible futures in these careers (STEM), we need to make sure they have the skills and qualifications required. More importantly, if we want the best possible future for our country, we need to be using the talents of the whole population." - Princess Anne, Princess Royal

“I’m not trying to succeed for the people who are waiting for me to fail. I’m doing it for myself. I’m one for the ‘You only live once so you should do as much as you can’ sort of thing” - Zara Tindall

“As someone who firmly believes in the equality of men and women, I feel drawn to your cause and to do what I can to help raise further awareness of your work. To help give voice to women and girls who are being denied their fundamental rights as humans and are being subjected to harm and violence as a result of conflict, to promote those who seek to play a part in finding peace, and to support others as they attempt to rebuild their lives” - Sophie, Countess of Wessex

"There was nothing that I felt I wanted to hide away from. It was just something that happened in my life. I was always—I wouldn’t say proud of it, but I was glad I did it. I was supported through it as well. The Queen said: “Yes, go and do it,’ so I did. I think The Queen is an astonishing leader of people. She’s just a shining example to us all. And she goes on. It's incredible. She’s nearly 100." - Katharine, Duchess of Kent talking about her change in career to being a school music teacher and her cousin in laws [QEII] acceptance

"But what ultimately made Princess Margaret so attractive and lovable was that behind the dazzling façade you could find, if you looked for it, a rare softness and sincerity." Peter Townsend talking about Princess Margaret
Wishing these amazing, strong women and many many more around the world a very happy international women’s day! 💪💓

WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU DOING TO US. Chapter 5?!
1. Rachel Cameron is either so far in love that she's lost her control *just a little*. Or that woman knows exactly what she's doing. Little of both?
2. Matt's got it SO BAD. Did he start falling in love with her during their break? Or right when he saw her again or was it ~the dress~
3. TOWNSEND FOR REAL?! Maybe even with Catherine? What the heck, you're giving us a glimpse at a young Townsend. I can't even.
YEAH. ME TOO, PAL. ME TOO. At this point I will leave Rachel's reactions and intentions mostly to interpretation, but, like, the smartest woman in espionage did just show up with a backless dress, and I've just gotta believe she knows what she's doing. What she might not remember, is just how bad she's got it for this dumb Nebraskan farmboy. Or how bad he's got it for her. These two have been a long time coming, once you put fake wedding bands on them it's over for them. And YEAH. TOWNSEND. Dude, I have known about Townsend showing up this whole time and I couldn't spoil ANYTHING. I'm so stoked that you know now, it's so good and I'm so excited. Thank you for reading along with me.
