*opens fb to check on hurricane’d friends* *sees video posted by my friend’s manager at her restaurant downtown* *there’s flowing water down the street due to storm surge* *camera pans out* There’s a canoe floating by. Two people paddling along the street like it’s a totally normal day. One waves to the camera. Everything seems positive.

You know. I miss FL energy sometimes. Those are some powerful people right there.

Could you do Platonic headcanons for Alastor and Charlie

Hey there hun! 🩷

Alastors original plan was to manipulate Charlie. A sheltered princess with the attention span of a gold fish? Too easy. He tricks her with magic song and dance. To make sure she doesn't notice the chaos he causes in the hotel.

Alastor uses to enjoy kicking Charlie when she was down. Calling her a gullible fool for believing demons could change. He stopped when she cried. He wanted to make her anrgy not sad.

Eventually Alastor grows to care for Charlie. It's hard not to like her, with her puppy dog like personality. Even the most cold hearted overlord couldn't hate her.

Alastor admires Charlie's positive attitude. Where his smile is fake and cynical, Charlie's is warm and genuine. He likes to make her laugh with dad jokes.

Charlie sees the good in Alastor. Whenever he offers to make jambalaya for everyone at the hotel, she gets excited. It shows that he can be friendly and generous.

Charlie and Alastor bond over old musicals. Charlie introduces him to new Broadway. He thinks most of it is awful pop music. But he dose think Hamilton is ok.

Charlie brings Alastor to see my fair lady. He loves it. She then suggests he take Rosie to see it. She knows what those two enjoy.

Alastor and Charlie get matching suits one day. They ask the other hazbins who wore it better. Charlie won.

Charlie teaches Alastor ways he can use his magic without hurting people. She shows him it could be used for entertainment.

Charlie encourages Alastors jokes no matter how unfunny they are. She hopes that he will become a comedian and give up the overlord life.

Charlie believes that Alastor can become a better person. She reminds him of his mother in heaven that misses him. If he ever wants to see her again then he needs to make an effort to be redeemed.

Charlie is an awful cook so Alastor teaches her. He's patient with her, and super harsh with everyone else. If she messes up he just helps her. He has a soft spot for her.

Charlie was the one who supplied Alastor with his own raido tower in the hotel. She wants all her guests to be comfortable.

Alastor teaches Charlie how to fox trot and the charlston.
