bittersweet rains in Seattle // playlist

made this playlist on a rainy morning on my way to class while listening to “hope ur ok” and i just really wanted a playlist that could recreate the bittersweet, almost nostalgic feeling.

imagine yourself on a rainy, slow day, at 8am on your way to work in the bus or your car as the rain splatters softly against the window. the skies aren’t gray, but the soft light spilling through the clouds seem to be bittersweet, as if they’re trying so hard to hold back their tears. you watch everyone trying to go about their day, like clockwork, and you think of everyone in your life and hope they’re okay.
