I think Horde music, (if they even had music) would very closely monitored and it has to be approved by the government to make sure no "wrong think" is present, before being distributed to the masses. The Horde would be very authoritarian in the handling of art and be restrictive in terms of what could be depicted to Horde citizens. So I'd think most music wouldn't even have lyrics at all and be mostly made up of synth and instrumentals. They'd probably sound like Com Truise, Compilerbau and INZO. Something that really pops in terms of all the instruments used within the music in question.

Oh my God you're into synthwave. I think I love you?
That said, actually going into music, I personally think synthwave is a bit too chill for the Horde?
I think there'd be this dichotomy though. Where there's a range of official approved music. Things composed, reviewed, and accepted by the government. Most of this would likely be very Red Army Choir sort of pieces.
Maybe even state approved "pop stars" like a Horde equivalent of Oleg Gazmanov.
But
Buuuuut.
There'd likely be a an active musical underground at play. I think from this you'd see all sorts of things but a lot of it would end up synth based. All over the board on that. Both for the practicality of making synthetic music in a totalitarian regime compared to other forms and also because that's the most likely stuff that the government would be willing to ignore.
If your soldiers like listening to hardbass while driving a tank you can forgive it because they're still driving a tank.
