well littl' rant here... I noticed this scratched up patch of scales on my corn snake copperchain, it honestly looks just like a abrasion but then with scales, they're slightly flaky and dry looking (included some pics below the cut -> warning tho there: dead mouse/animal, I was feeding her and what was when i noticed her scales looking all weird)

now I first i was worried it was scale rot, but it doesn't look like that and scale rot mostly occurs on the belly (pls do correct me if I'm wrong) so I think she fell and scratched herself, also for a second thought it could have been a bit of old shed that didn't come off properly, but i checked her shed and its all in one piece so that can't be it either... She doesn't look bothered by it, eats and drinks regularly and does all her snake-y things, so yeah imma just keep a close eye on it and hopefully it goes away w the next shed.
