My latest “flipbook” as opposed to a trialer for volume 3 of my Bright Morn of Issareth Wuxia serial on Kindle Vella. So far I’ve got 5 volumes up on the platform and am working on the sixth. The saga is divided into volumes for ease of use but it is one long Wuxia story. 

I like the flipbooks because you can link through the highlighted areas on the pages. I wish they had music though. Still working on it.

İnsanların içine yer eden eserler vardır. Bu eser ne olursa olsun kişi onda kendine ait olan bir parçayı bulmuş demektir. Açıkça söylemeliyim ki benim için bu eserin bir kitap (ve yazarı da önemli yer etmiş durumda) olması beni mutlu ediyor.

Öncelikle Tutunamayanlar'ı konuşmak istiyorum. Bu kitabı okumaya başladığımda herhangi bir kitap okuma alışkanlığım yoktu. Kitabın kapağını ilk açtığım zamana kadar da bu denli çetin bir eser ile karşı karşıya olduğumun farkında değildim. Söylemeliyim ki kitap okuma alışkanlığınız yoksa Tutunamayanlar biraz yanlış bir başlangıç kitabı olabilir. Kitap okumayı sevsem de ben yavaş okuyan birisiyim, hızlı okuma yeteneği bana çok uzak düşüyor ve istesem de beceremiyorum. Bu yüzden benim Tutunamayanlar'ı bitirmem çok uzun sürdü ama bu kadar zaman almasının içinde önemli bir unsur daha var: Bu kitap düşsel şölen. Karakterlerin düşünceleri ile olaylar arasında o kadar hızlı geçişler var ki ilk okuduğumda hiçbir şey anlamamıştım. Yaklaşık dört yüz sayfa sonunda yeni yeni kitabı anlamaya başlamıştım. Kitabı bitirdikten yaklaşık bir yıl sonra tekrar okumaya başladım. Bu sürede kendimi geliştirmiş olacağım ki daha akıcı gelmeye başlamıştı. Özellikle anlamadığım yerleri tekrar okuyunca neler kaçırdığımı anlayıp üzülmüştüm. İlk okuduğum zaman eser beni yorduğu için ara ara mola veriyor ve bu molalarda dünya klasiklerinden kitaplar okuyordum.

Olur ya zaman zaman kitaplar hakkında konuşursunuz insanlarla. Bu muhabbetin içinde de "önerme seansı" başlar. Bu kitabı önerdiğim kişiler bir elin parmağını geçmiyor. Açıkça söylemeliyim ki bu hareketimin sebebi kallavi bir kıskançlık. Bu eserin başkalarınca okunup benimsenmesi fikri beni korkutuyor. Bu yazıyı yazma sebebim de kitabı önermek değil kitabı ve yazarını övmek. Sanki herkesin müdahalesi ile popülerleşirse (ki bunu hak eden bir eser) ben bu kitabı herkese dolu dolu anlatamam gibi geliyor, bu korkunç.

Üzerine bu kadar yazı yazdığım (ki bu benim için tatmin edici bir uzunluk değil) eserin yazarı ise Oğuz Atay'dır. Benim en sevdiğim yazardır kendisi, malûm anlaşılması güç değil sanırım. Okuduğum eseri sadece Tutunamayanlar değil, Tehlikeli Oyunlar'ı da okudum. İki kitap boyunca hiç sıkılmadım. Dört yüz sayfalık anlaşılmayan bölümde bile sıkıldığımı hatırlamıyorum. Bu eserlerin kısa eserler olmaması da beni sevindiren diğer bir konu. Okuduğum her kelimede Oğuz Atay kendine yeni bir dost ediyor beni.

Bu yazdığım yazıyı yeterli bulmuyorum fakat ne kadar anlatsam da okumanız gerekir. Tabii ki ben okumamanız taraftarıyım çünkü hâlâ kıskanıyorum kitabı.

Machu Pikchu) is an Inca ancient city that has been very well preserved to this day.

It was chosen as one of the New Seven Wonders of the World on July 7, 2007.

It is located on the top of a mountain in the Andes, at an altitude of 2,430 m, on the Urubamba Valley, and is 88 km from Cusco, Peru.

The city was built around 1450 by Pachacutec Yupanqui, an Incan ruler.

When the Spanish invaders occupied these places in 1532, this city, which was located among dense mountains, was not noticed by the invaders and thus was not damaged.

The city had to be abandoned due to the smallpox epidemic that spread shortly after the construction of the city was completed.

Machu Picchu consists of stone structures connected to each other by a system of more than 200 stairs.

The city's 3000 steps are still in good condition today.

"There was no shortage of shadows in the night's Ghost Market. What little moon existed hid behind clouds every chance it could. The overall weather was perfect for those wishing to prey on the tourists: it was cool enough to keep cold hands in muffs, and away from vulnerable purses begging to be cut free.

He was the type that condemned the unfortunate and then used them. She tried not to sneer.

The two young men close to him were so green she was sure she could plant carrots behind their ears. A kitten's spit and swat would no doubt set them off to flailing with their swords they were so wound up. Her sneer at them stopped when she spotted the two guards walking behind them.

The man and the woman were a different story. They knew exactly what their job was. What she observed was the perfect depiction of guards who did not want trouble from the locals and would not start it, but they would finish it if they had to."
