i’ve always suspected but never been able to confirm that estrogen has made my eyes bigger (or at least appear bigger) and i’ve never been able to confirm that until today.

i’ve been using the same brand and style of lashes for the last four years and i’ve always had to trim them just a little bit to be the right size but i just put some on today and was confused because the lashes i had just trimmed were way too short.

i don’t have to trim them at all anymore. that’s how much my eyes have changed.

Well. I mean...

I only just got the overview of the condition yesterday, but since my symptoms got deliriously bad a couple weeks ago I decided to go on the o-pill (norgestrol) since it's over the counter now.

The doc at pp said she'd like to put me on a progesterone-estrogen birth control instead because my symptoms have been disruptive and she thinks I need something stronger, but I want to at least get a couple cycles in on the opill and see, you know? And she said yeah that's fine- take it slow.

But I do think I might need a mood stabilizer because... it gets BAD.

I'm gonna be frank with you I have no idea how a triangle would help a human transition into a hexagon.

Would you know how to help a rhombus transition into a female-in-a-human-way? I'm assuming that a rhombus who wants human-female gender isn't asking to become human species. Species and gender are totally separate.

So, what are our options. The rhombus doesn't wear clothing or makeup. Her biology is completely incompatible with human hormones, estrogen included. Can't even help her learn to walk more femininely, she floats everywhere. Her voice is at a weird pitch that doesn't come across to humans quite so much "androgynous" as it does "somehow outside what humans think gendered voices sound like," so like, I guess you could maybe help her find some vocal training? But since she's an alien that might be a moot point??

What kind of a transition CAN you help with except using her new pronouns and helping her pick a new name?

It's just as impossible the other way around. I'm assuming that Ford deciding he's shape-hexagon gender doesn't mean he's asking to become shape species, so Bill can't even like,, magically poof him into a shape. What's he gonna do for Ford besides maybe help him pick out a name that human vocal cords can't even pronounce.

Having said all that: friendly reminder that the post quoted above was a joke, Ford's gender is not hexagon, and this will never happen.
