Clothes: compression underjacket, rain jacket, face-hiding scarf or balaclava, leather belt, steel-toed hiking boots, nice thick socks, heavy & lightweight jumpsuits, thick denim and/or canvas jacket (warm + difficult to bite through), paracord bracelet (prettyyyyy!), camo prints, scent eliminators (hunting outfitters sell them)

Fire: lighters+waterproof matches, firestarters (bc I’m shit at starting fires and I know it), hatchet (to make kindling, back of it can be used as hammer)  

Cooking: grill, kettle, pot, pan, aluminium foil, plate, bowl, mug, spoon, fork, sharp knife, a dish scraper, bleach, oven mit (no kidding; handles get hot sometimes)

Food: MREs, nutrition bars, instant coffee/tea, instant soup, water purification tablets, nuts, dried fruit, multivitamins, cooking oil, spices canister

Survival: Compass, saw+pliers+wire-cutters multitool, reflective survival blanket, glasses+whatever contacts (and solution) you’ve got, whatever gun’s recommended for a petite beginner, bungee corded hooks, tent, super glue, duct tape, rubber bands, twist ties, zip cords, strong flashlights (best if solar or crank-powered), plastic bags (small ziplocks, normal grocery plastic bags, & big heavy-duty garbage bags), collapsible water gallon bags, 2 tarps, winter sleeping bag, oven timers (wind up, throw, they go off 5 minutes after you’ve left to lure the zombies away), soap bar (poison ivy soap 💯), binoculars, heavy nails (boarding things up), collapsible shovel

So Extra: SPF (zinc for lips and face), pads/underwear liners, sunglasses, fingerless gloves, crank radio, solar panel for charging electronics, pocket warmers, hair bands, toilet paper/kleenex, ziplock of powder detergent, dish detergent, goggles (eye safety!), nail clippers

Tips

This might be an urban legend, idk, but seek out the nearest towing company to see if they have any master keys to very common vehicles (or buy a "bump key set" on Amazon? hmm)

Find the weirdest location nearby that has its own generator and befriend the owners now so when the zombies come, they will give you shelter.
