When was the last time L had been touched by anyone at all? It must have been years ago now, if you didn’t count Watari. L swallows. His throat feels detached from the rest of him. He can feel his pulse hammering away, evidently still in the throes of that panic attack. How strange. Does his heart, working so diligently to keep him alert and awake and alive, know its beats are numbered and dwindling? Does it care? Light’s hand settles on his back, then slips uncertainly around his shoulders. L realises he is being hugged. “Oh,” he says.

"as you like it" persona 5, akeshu. my running longfic and favourite child. akechi has a palace au, ren pov, the manifestation of everything i've ever tried to push myself to achieve creatively

"man's best friend, et cetera" (trigun spoilers) trigun, vashwood. years after wolfwood's death, vash meets a dog and can't banish the thought that he seems familiar

"aquascaping" hades/iliad/tsoa/etc, patrochilles. modern au where achilles runs out on his failing relationship with patroclus and gets a pet fish to cope and learning to take proper care of a pet fish definitely isn't a metaphor for anything.

"telltale" (death note spoilers) death note, lawlight. after L dies, light begins to have recurring nightmares about being in a sickly sweet domestic relationship with him. i wrote this on a plane.

"chatoyant" death note, lawlight also. fake dating where they start out mutually aware they're using each other for the investigation but then light loses his memories and thinks it's real, and L has to deal with that. i wrote most of THIS in a meeting at work!

Once again, I realize it is MerMay... in the middle of May. (Why am I like this ,xD) ⠀

Anyway, here is some fluffy mermaid art.⠀

I wanted to design their tails according to their metaverse outfits but somehow it just didn't quiet turn out the way I wanted to, so now they are 2 koi fish in a pond. (/v\)⠀

After finishing this drawing I notices that the colors and the pose could also be interpreted as the yin and yang symbol and I am all there for it!
