Вспомнила Вандама😂👌🏼🙈 . Только здесь без пафосных машин😎🤩 . Как вы думаете, шпагат это хорошо или плохо? . Наверное, если бы я не умела, я тоже хотела бы научится и растягивалась. Но когда у тебя есть этот навык, я считаю это не особо классным. И вот почему: . Во первых растягиваясь на шпагате, вы рвёте и травмируете свои связки. Что в дальнейшем приведет не к очень хорошим последствиям. . Во вторых, я очень часто (всегда) вижу в свой адрес завистливые взгляды, и поверьте мне - это не круто. . В третьих шпагат не даёт ни какой привилегии 😅 ну например толку из того, что я так умею? Я конечно не жалуюсь, а то сейчас уже вижу, как начинают помидорами закидывать. . В четвёртых, шпагат - это не моя заслуга, а мамина. Я ей безумно благодарна, что с пелёнок она меня растянула) . Ну и в пятых, теперь мне нужно укреплять мышки в разы сильнее, чем если бы я не умела так делать. . Шпагат - это не панацея. И если вы сейчас рвёте себя и пытаетесь есть на шпагат - спросите себя «зачем это мне?». . Я ни в коем случае не говорю, что шпагат это плохо, но у переусердствовать (так как я) не нужно. Минимальной растяжки вполне хватит для тела. . Так что, девчонки, давайте лучше попу и пресс качать, чем эту растяжку делать) то хоть видно будет, и вам приятно) . Может поделитесь своей историей с растяжкой и шпагатом?
