no but i need to know how hugh “phillip the baker dilf” grant pulled benoit “the greatest detective in the world” blanc??? personally i think it would be very funny if said greatest detective in the world was completely oblivious to hugh grant’s flirting until said baker dilf, in true romcom fashion, literally wrote his phone number with frosting on a donut for him or something.

i’m sooo curious on bill meeting dipper’s parents. i think i remember you mentioning at one point they kinda sucked and treated dip especially bad. i’m sure that’s caused a lot of his long term mental health/self esteem issues and i can’t help but think his husband wouldn’t be too thrilled about that. also they don’t even know he’s married so that’s a whole other thing lol
In the Familiar AU, Dipper's parents shipped him and Mabel off to Grunkle Stan back when they were twelve, actually!
This was initially excused as the twins 'needing to get used to having magic'. Which makes sense! Magical puberty is a heck of a thing, and getting some training's useful to cut down on random magic surges.
But by the end of the summer, they hadn't made any plans for picking the kids up. This when Stan twigged to the real situation.
And by the end of that year, Dipper knew his 'paranoid' assumption was absolutely correct.
So the twins grew up in Gravity Falls, with only very occasional visits back 'home'. Contact's been sporadic, and Mabel's been the one who's clung more to their parent's attention. Dipper hasn't spoken to them unless forced to in years.
So yeah! Bill's not exactly thrilled with the parents - but lucky for them, they haven't met him yet! And they definitely don't know about the marriage. Much less anything else.

Imagine being rich and paying for bland minimalist textiles and cold sterilized homes when you could be paying folk artists handsomely for handcrafted beauty and color —helping preserve honestly quite priceless artistic traditions and supporting the people who keep these legacies alive— instead.

(I'm in some stage of dnd grief, I need to put this into words, sorry) (SPOILERS e93)
Ha, remember when we thought Bells Hells and Crown Keepers were going to meet... something tells me they were never going to. And not just because of table capacity alone or even DM juggling.
Not to sound like a conspiracy theorist, it's how it had to play out without having a super deep meaning behind, but I don't think she was being cruel for the sake of it. Aabria had an objective and it was to break the party apart. Either in plot or real-life scheduling or public reception, they couldn't continue existing.
There's also a big overlap now with Dariax, Deni$e, and Deanna (I swear, how is this not a bit...) existing in the same universe where we need either DMs and we got Opal.
Sometimes I gotta remember these beats are not accidental, they weren't summoned randomly and these aren't unplanned games. I believe what happens in-game is her doing, she's just given a point A and point B and how she makes it there is her and the players' job to figure out.
And knowing the players she has and the very limited time they were given to tie this up, she couldn't allow dicking around or skirting past the consequences of their choices and they've been pretty big choices.
Like Calamity, there was an ending we needed to reach - Dorian was going back to BH and going back alone - we just happened to trail the most tragic path possible there.

why is this bakugo and do you think he does it to his lil daughters too till they grow up and have their own valentines
😭😭😭i know i'm just repeat everything here but !!!
Every year waking up to a big bouquet of flowers and chocolates and presents in the kitchen that bakugo claims were all left for you at the door by "that damn stupid secret admirer of yours."
He even goes so far as to put on his glasses to make fun of the sweet words written in the card (typed bc he'd get too sentimental writing it all out AND it'd be obvious who it was), calling it all "sappy nonsense you shouldn't take seriously..." LIKE IT WASN'T HIM CALLING U PRETTY AND LOVELY AND THE LOVE OF HIS LIFE IF ONLY YOU'D JUST "NOTICE" THE WAY HE LOOKS AT YOU ... wahhh :((
And ofc he does it for your daughters (and probs even sons, too)! they end up catching on after a couple of years, esp the younger ones... but those first few years in school with your oldest: the student counsel is walking into her class with a damn near parade of stuff he "didn't" drop off for her. stuffies and roses and a piping hot lunch and a card W/ MONEY IN IT.
she comes home with flower petals stuck to her clothes and he's just going, "ew. tell the fucker to lay the hell off" jadslkfjasd.
lmfaoooooo he's spoils you and your kids so badly and VIOLENTLY REFUSES to admit it even if you all know <3... and even when they do have their own valentines, he's still trying to get 1-2 gifts in. least he always has you...
(I'm also thinking about the way he barely even lets you + your kids say thank you. They try and he's denying it... so the only way they can is to line up and all give him a kiss on the cheek. and then a real kiss from you once they're all in bed...)
thank u for sending me this, moni! i want to get to your cello ask soon☺️

i wish we’d got to see the older vks interact more with the younger kids bc it’s like. how much did they care for them on the isle? did they help them out, betray a moment of weakness so they didn’t have to suffer like they did? did they leave them to fend for themselves just like their parents, perpetuating that cycle of cruelty?
it’s implied that celia knows, and is at least friendly with, the rotten four, as well as uma’s gang. evie is close to dizzy. it’s just such an interesting dynamic, these teenagers who are selfish and rotten and evil, keeping an eye on kids just like how they used to be: vulnerable, helpless, learning how to survive the unforgiving isle streets. both parties as some sort of fractured, distorted mirror.
