literally my sister and i were at a release party in nyc yesterday for nat and alex wolff's new album and it was a tiny ass bar, we were right there in front of them, and then after they were just hanging out outside and signing stuff and taking photos and some people were sooo fangirlish and over the top and well, we didn't get pics and only got one of two signatures bc we are just not gonna be obnoxious and demand photos or like pester them for attention lol like it was cool to just like, be there. and see them in person. but like, they are literally just some guys. it's my mentality for all 'celebs', they're just people who a lot of other people know about

this is probably my humor of a twelve years old speaking but I really don't get why some people hate the foxy pirates arc so much, it's straight up hilarious

Funnily enough, considering how much I love Illinois, when I first 'encountered' him in Heist, he made me so uncomfortable. how SK!Nobori reacts to whumped Emmets

For the most part, he's not very interested in alternate Emmets. He'll treat them with kindness, yeah, and try to mentor them a bit because they're alternate versions of his Kudari. But he's not interested in them romantically or sexually because in his mind, they're simply inferior versions of the man he loves more than anything.

But there are exceptions.

I'll use my crossover roleplay with @darlingemmet as an example. Nobori is sent to an alternate universe via a wormhole or something and, as per his agreement with Kudari, stays put so that it'll be easier for his brother to find him. The Ingo native to this dimension has already been lost to Hisui and so he simply steps into the space left behind by him. He uses the excuse of time-space distortion to explain his aged appearance - this is a known phenomenon in the pokemon canon and so he's able to explain all of his mistakes and changes as being a result of that.

The native Emmet is also missing. Initially, Nobori was grateful for this. But he hears about the circumstances he disappeared under and... well, it disturbs him to think of such a thing happening to Kudari. So he looks into it. He researches Emmet, he watches videos of him in the final weeks before his disappearances, he follows the clues. And, honestly, he starts to fall in love. Emmet isn't Kudari. But he's what Kudari could have been. He's innocent and bright and lovely.

Nobori loves Kudari for who he is. He wouldn't change his brother for the world. But he evidently has enough love in him for this sweet version of his brother.

And when he finally finds Emmet, the poor thing has been brutalized. Some would even say he's broken. Since he fell in love with Emmet for his innocence, it's easy to assume that Nobori would lose interest in this pitiful shell of a man. But as Emmet looks at him with adoration and swears to do his best to please him... Well, Nobori thinks it's adorable. He's enraged that someone would dare lay hands on his new baby brother, of course, but he can't help but fawn over how cute and eager to please Emmet is.

Kudari is excellent. He's deadly and sexy. In comparison to Emmet, he's a hunting hound to a lap-dog. But Nobori can't help but think that he has room for both. And he's an excellent trainer. Emmet just needs a bit of tender love and care and he'll be the perfect new addition to their family.
