. . . . . Content creators with big blogs big blogs where they think they rule the actual world and can do whatever they want. and then start faking their personality as well and wanting attention. I'm going to use an example that I personally ran into today I won't be saying any names so don't ask earlier today i was scrolling through one of my favorite blogs and I noticed stuff like: "Oh. I wish they would compliment me first before asking for a part two. At least say what you like about the fic first before just demanding a part two. It's annoying when it's the first comment." I understand where you are coming from. but I think you've missed a few things. ✧ Anons are just excited. ✧ If it's the first comment they REALLY ENJOYED YOUR FIC. ✧ Anons hitting like on your posts are them complimenting you. ✧ some people are shy and don't know how to express that they like your works so they hit the like button. ✧ Anons asking for a part two is them saying THEY LOVE READING YOUR WORKS! And all across their blog is just people endlessly complimenting them in anon soooo do you got enough compliments yet or do you wanna throw a little fit because you didn't get a verbal compliment🤷 not to mention, then they say, "If I make a part 2 I'll just block the person who asked for the part 2" ...dude, that is just bullying. seeing this stuff as a content creator myself literally makes me feel ill. I don't understand what happens to people when they start getting more followers and praise 24/7. I'm genuinely curious as to what goes on in their minds. anyways. please. content creators. if you see this. just remember: ✧to be kind to your anons who are obviously interested in your works and not doing any harm. I know some anons can be rude and give you pure hate at its finest, but be kind to your nicer ones. #not quite a vent but #todays been a low energy kind of day #a bit heavier than yesterday and thursday #ive been wasting the day mostly doomscrolling and trying to manifest the energy to do at least one productive thing #so i dont feel like ive wasted a day #last night was fine. i was doing good. i even managed to write a little #todays just. ugh. thats the mood #school is officially over but i still have lots of things to figure out and its just. tiring to think about #i know itll pass. and i know i need to be patient w myself #but i hate those days #i just feel bad. no energy. like theres a cloud hanging over my head #heres to hoping tomorrows better ://#in some better news as well. i talked to my parents abt this #and it went so much better than i couldve hoped for #its still weird. like im waiting for the other shoe to drop but i think thats just me #if u read all of that here's a cookie and a hug and a reminder to hyrdate!! drink water!!!#<333

exercise

exercise is pretty amazing. it used to be that, and is still legitimate that you need walk 30 minutes a day and you'll be healthy and that's good enough for you. some light cardio. now these days exercise has been emphasized more, go to the gym work out more than an hour, etc. its nice when you walk for 30 minutes, you sweat all over your body and you feel a sense of accomplishment. thats what happens when you take a good walk. its nice also when you have dogs, you can walk them too.

working out can strain your body, so that sometimes your body doesn't emit the sweat that it needs to put out.

diet, water, fast, and sweat. repeat.

you will find that your body is 100% impacted by what you consume.

note: fasting allows the body to turn to your body fat. then you must drink some water (hydrate) and the body fat that is being addressed: the fat molecules absorb the water you have consumed, and, comes out at/in the urine. and its gone forever.

Personally annoyed at all the aromatherapy (and especially lavender) crap that is marketed toward migraneurs, since strong smells are a trigger for me. If I already have a migraine and encounter a strong smell, it makes me 10x more nauseous than I already was. I cannot state how annoyed I am that lavender (the most commonly marketed "relaxing" scent) is a personal trigger. It is everywhere. I cannot escape. Many pre-made heating pads contain lavender scent. I was searching "migraine" on etsy for spoonie accessories and a good 70% of the results were aromatherapy and herbal treatments. Largely including lavender.

#like no offense to lavender itself or anyone who likes it #i used to like it too and now it causes me pain #see also when i was trying to purchase a hyrdation multiplier and they all have artifical sweeteners #they are a big trigger for me #and they are also in everything #i'm lucky to not be allergic to wheat or corn because that would be way too much to deal with #personal #han talks #chronic illness #chronic migraine
