here are my lazy food tips:

it's ok to buy the stuff that steams in the microwave

frozen vegetables have the same nutritional content as fresh vegetables

you can just eat your favorite vegetables. you don't have to eat the ones you don't like anymore. you have control over your own destiny. i don't like green beans that much so I don't eat them. i eat a lot of broccoli though

keep your favourite kind of peanut butter stocked, it's a good basis for basically every lazy meal

depression meal one: microwave, steamed rice, steamed veggies

depression meal two: a banana dipped in yogurt/pb

depression meal three: raw vegetable (carrot, snap pea, cucumber, celery) + cheese hunk + hummus (or ranch or whatever)

it's fine to put chicken nuggets on a salad. it's fine to put dressing on a salad

things don't have to be hard or unpleasant. people buy into that because they think making things hard or unpleasant makes them a better person. you can just make things easy for yourself. it's fine. i like those naked juice things, so I just have one in the fridge to eat sometimes. it's fine.

i'm so sorry to literature enthusiasts but god i love a good (bad) romcom. i finished love, theoretically last night and LET ME TELL YOU. i enjoyed it THOROUGHLY. i've read the love hypothesis, love on the brain, and now this one (all by ali hazelwood) and I DONT CARE THIS TROPE DOESNT GET OLD! it's concerning how much i enjoyed it ill be real

im not completely insane though. there are a couple romcoms i could not enjoy no matter how stubborn i am. the hating game was Probably the worst thing i have ever forced myself through. was not a fan of better than the movies. (if you have not noticed, i fall victim to booktok more often than id like to admit.
