I think you can post your art on insta and then share it here (as a link??) and it'll show up as a post. or that's how it works (sometimes) with twitter

or use the desktop site when you're on mobile. (why don't you use the app? bc of parents? idr if you've ever explained this)

i dont use the app because of this:

its been like this for almost a year now. I already contacted the support team via email and am hoping for a reply. Idk if its a regional issue or something else.

I can however use my iPad for longer posts/adding tags because I still have the app on there but its incredibly unhandy because the app has an entirely different feed, and in general constantly switching from phone to iPad is just annoying. Though it appears that tumblr has yet again changed their browser UI, which means that now I can post, but not add tags anymore once the post reached a certain length.

there are also loads of other issues with the browser that I'm too lazy to go over now, but every now and then you will probably find a rant post of me complaining about some shitty bug on this website.

I really really hope they'll solve this issue soon cause its really pissing me off by now
