Is Donald Duck disabled?

I often grew up hearing "won't that silly bird remember he has wings?" by my parents about some of the slapsticks gags where Donald duck could just fly out of the situation. But I was playing the new disney switch game with my sister yesterday (Illusion island) and realized something.

Here are some screenshots from the game when you get the gliding upgrade and the swimming upgrade. Now maybe I am reading a disability allegory in it where I shouldn't be but Mickey telling Mazzy that Donald doesn't like to talk about it and Donald getting mad when characters assume he can do things that by all accounts and purposes his body should be able to do, feels a lot like he was just born without those abilities and I'm unsure if he's been accommodated or what. I just thought that was neat and it makes me like Donald Duck a bit more to see him as a disability allegory, in plain sight but his close friends not mentioning what he can't do....Maybe his anger issues stemmed from how the world treated him and frustration with his circumstances since he definitely has some sort of speech thing canonly.

Am I giving disney too much credit???? YES. yes I am. It is 100% just a joke and they probably did not think deeply about it. But idk...I think it's neat to read too hard into something that doesn't really matter like this for huge characters.
