DEAR ALICE ... IN SHORT , HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM THOSE OF US IN WONDERLAND TO YOU , OUTSIDER ! / OH SHIT ANOTHER NEW YEARS POST FROM SOMEONE ON YOUR DASH ?! yes, that's me! i don't want to ramble too long, but i do want to thank everyone who has supported me on this blog over the past year & especially with how chaotic it's been on my end. i know my activity hasn't been great this year and i've been struggling a lot, but i still appreciate so much the people who have stuck by me & still interacted with me despite all the stuff i've been going through. <4 being here & talking to everyone & getting in interactions where i could has helped make 2022 a better and less lonely year than it would have been, otherwise.

i'm so sorry to people who i've let down when it comes to interactions & getting back to them through messages and whatnot. 2022 was genuinely such a rough year for me, but i am infinitely more grateful that in spite of those things, so many of you have still decided to stick with me. this blog was... so ambitious when i made it & i honestly didn't think i'd make it this far or that anyone would have any interest in a bunch of random furry ocs KJNEMRKHJM. i was just a fan of otome with a will to roleplay & a dream :') but you all have given so much love to these ocs and i can't thank you enough.

i hope that moving forward i'm able to interact with more of you!! and to continue interactions with those i've already started them with!! or rekindle ones that got caught up in my absence. thank you so much for your patience with me, & for sticking around! i hope you all have a HAPPY HAPPY NEW YEAR & that 2023 is kind to us!!

Thoughts on Tekken 8 demo (so far)

>I'm enjoying it so far. I already got that warrior rank by destroying everyone with my boy Jin Kazama. Also I am so glad Bandai Namco finally added vs CPU as an option (which they should've done years ago smh, but better now than never I guess). I always spent most of my time playing Soul Calibur 6 just playing as my favorite characters or customizations in the vs CPU mode. The vs CPU really does add replay value to the game (playing as your favorite characters, wanting to see your favorite characters's special intros with the other characters in the roster which is epic). Glad they're bringing back Tekken Ball as well. Oh maybe some more single player content would be great too (like idk bring back survival mode, time attack, or team battle).

>Still hoping Tekken 6 gets retconned (ex. jin got brainwashed by azazel like how nina got brainwashed by shrek in tekken 3) and Kazuya does not fucking die.（πーπ）

>I'm actually so happy Kazuya defeated Jin in the first chapter. Sure eventually of course at the end of the game Jin Kazama will get stronger and beat him in a rematch. But like...after watching every single mortal kombat villain (except Shao Kahn, Shang Tsung, and the bug bitch who killed Mileena) being pathetic jokes who get their asses kicked every 5 seconds. It's refreshing to me seeing Kazuya finally be a threat instead of being like Team Rocket or FANG from Street Fighter V's story mode. *shudders* (oh and also people on youtube comments won't complain about "jIn AlWaYs WiNs" because he lost to kaz here and he also lost to both hwoarang and miguel).

>can't put kazuya in the cute little flower booba shirt because no customization in demo. ( ╥ω╥ ) on the bright side, the main menu literally lets you stare at kazuya's sexy tits and sexy dilf body in general in multiple directions. beautiful.

>the arcade quest was neat too, at least the avatar characters are kind of cute (they are not ugly and shit as the stupid fucking Sportsmates from Nintendo Switch Sports who tried to replace the miis). I had fun kicking everyone's asses and I cheered when Kazuya won that tournament and kicked someone's ass.

>Jin's special intros with some characters like Xiaoyu are cute. Too bad you cannot fight Hwoarang in the demo so you cannot get his and Asuka has no special intro with him for some stupid reason.

>there's also some hope that maybe some of the side characters will be relevant in this game and get to shine (keyword maybe...knowing every game since tekken 6, they will probably drop the ball). it was neat seeing everyone joining the tournament in the intro chapter including lili, paul, and steve. i mean in tekken bloodline king gets to do some cool shit and paul was not a joke that time.

>Fighting and almost losing to Panda made me more upset Anna is not in this game come on now. I know Bandai Namco obviously lowkey hates Bruce Irvin because they replaced him twice now. First he was replaced by Bryan in Tekken 3 (don't worry Bryan ily problematic babygirl) and then Josie in Tekken 7. But man, why can't either of Kazuya's bodyguards be in this game or Tekken 7 at launch (although to be fair, Eddy is not in Tekken 8 either so). Fucking make Kuma an alternate costume of Panda, then BRING BACK ANNA! We gotta have both Nina and Anna, man! At least Kazuya still has the greedy coffee CEO lady Azucena by his side tho. She knows Kazuya will make her coffee sell more $$$ and Kazuya looks hot.

>I adore the voice acting in this game so far, especially Isshin Chiba's amazing work as Jin Kazama as usual. I love listening to his voice, it's so badass and yet it's also a quality asmr voice. Masanori Shinohara also does wonders as Kazuya Mishima.

Still not too sure whether to buy this game or not (yet)...but I'm a little more optimistic now.

Registar tjednih aktivnosti

Koliko puta ste sami sebi ili nekome rekli da nemate vremena za vježbanje? Čitanje? Pisanje? Edukaciju? Uvijek postoji "nemam vremena" pojam. Ili u pojedinim situacijama grižnja savjesti da na nešto trošite vrijeme? Ne zabrinjavajte se, niste sami, mnogi ljudi to rade. Kontinuirani osjećaj da nemamo vremena. Svjesno i ne svjesno. Jednostavna metoda upravljanja vremenom je Registar tjednih aktivnosti. Na hrvatskom jeziku zvuči loše. Zvučnije je na engleskom - Weekly rhythm register. Inicijalni tvorac registra je Darren Hardy. Njegov prijedlog registra možete pronaći ovdje. Kako registar upravlja vremenom? U biti je jednostavno ali zahtijeva disciplinu i promišljanje. Disciplina se odnosi na određivanje realnog broja aktivnosti kojima se želimo posvetiti. Nakon ispunjenja ciljeva, tjedno ili mjesečno, poticajno je nagraditi se. A da bi oslobodili vrijeme morate identificirati distraktore i gutače vremena koji ne pridonose ciljevima koji su vam bitni. Mudro je umjereno se odricati. Ako uzmemo paralelu s dijetalnim programima, većina ljudi odustane ako se u potpunosti odreknu pojedinih namirnica - primjerice čokolade. Jednaki efekt ima odricanje od notifikacija i gutača vremena. Smanjite koliko vam je ugodno smanjiti. Nakon nekog vremena smanjite dodatno.

Postavljanje aktivnosti i ciljeva

Nije problem napraviti listu od 100 aktivnosti. Ali budite realni što vam je uistinu bitno, poslužite se ili Pareto principom ili MoSCoW metodom. Promislite koliko vremena vam je potrebno za aktivnost te cilj aktivnosti. Ukupan zbroj vremena za svaku aktivnost neka se uklapa u vrijeme koje imate u danu. Počnite skromno. Mali dnevni i tjedni ciljevi. Primjerice ako ste odlučili hodati svaki dan ne zadajte si vrlo visoke ciljeve kao što je 15000 koraka, 7 puta tjedno. Krenite s minimalnim brojem, npr. 6000 koraka, 3 puta tjedno. Postepeno gradite naviku. Ostavite si prostora za dane kada nije objektivno postići cilj (primjerice ako ste za vikend kum/kuma na vjenčanju :) ). Time se postiže da se ne osjećate loše ako ne ispunite cilj za taj dan tj. tjedan. Budite agilni s aktivnostima ali ujedno i rigorozni. Postepeno dodaje aktivnosti ili povećavajte cilj. Ako se pokaže da je u nekom trenutku broj aktivnosti pre visok ili cilj pretjeran, smanjite. Ali zadržite neki minimum. Manjim ciljevima ostavlja se prostor za napredak ali i za "over achiever" mentalni podražaj. Osmislite aktivnosti za Mind, Body i Soul. Po jednu za svaku kategoriju. Mind je edukacijski napredak. Body je fizička aktivnost. Soul je društvena tj. duhovna komponenta. Ako možete povezati dvije od aktivnosti u istom vremenskom okviru, izvrsno (primjerice, kada hodam slušam audio knjigu). Za određivanje aktivnosti i ciljeva preporučujem S.M.A.R.T.E.R. model iz knjige "Your Best Year Ever" od autora Michael Hyatt. Uklanjanje distraktora

U trenutcima kada pratite aktivnost, koliko je moguće, uklonite distraktore. Distraktori su predmeti i događaji iz okruženja koji oduzimaju pažnju. Jedan od najvećih distraktora modernog doba su mobilni uređaji. Konkretno notifikacije aplikacija na mobilnim uređajima. Notifikacije ugasite ili trajno ili upalite "Do-not-disturb". Razmislite koje notifikacije su bitne da na njih reagirate trenutno a koje mogu čekati. Da li je stvarno svaki Like i komentar na Instagramu nužan da odmah odgovorite? Ako ne radite u agenciji za menadžment društvenih mreža, slobodno to ugasite. Dodatno, razmislite koje vrste notifikacija su nužne. Paljenje ekrana, zvukovi i vibracije su vrlo moćni alati preuzimanja pažnje. Ako svakih 17 minuta se pali ekran uz melodiju i vibraciju, nije moguće ostati koncentriran na bitno. Moderni mobilni uređaji omogućavaju vrlo veliku fleksibilnost prilagodbe notifikacija. U mom slučaju - vizualne, zvučne i haptične notifikacije su ostale upaljene samo za telefonske pozive i SMS-ove. Ako radite na računalu, distraktori su jednako tako prisutni. Ugasite mail, IM alate (Teams, WhatsApp) i slično. Ugasite sve što vam nije potrebno za aktivnost na koju se fokusirate. Ili ako vam iz nekog razloga aplikacija mora biti upaljena, recimo zbog statusa dostupnosti na Teams alatu, podesite opcije notifikacija. To se odnosi i na sve tabove u Internet pregledniku. Krivi klik na otvoreni YouTube kanal... Ugasite radio i TV. OK, radio može ostati ako ste se tako naviknuli ali izbjegavajte FM/DAB radio. Radio nije samo glazba. Tu su reklame, spikeri, vijesti i slično. Zadnje što trebate je informacija da je 30% popusta na prirodno gnojivo u vrtnom centru. Koristite usluge za stream glazbe ili pustite CD. Pobrinite se da je lista tj. CD dovoljno dug da izbjegnete traženje nove liste ili CD-a usred fokusiranja. TV... Ako to nije aktivnost kojoj se želite posvetiti, ugasite ga. Pomične slike su distraktor koje ljudski mozak nije u mogućnosti ignorirati.

Riješite se gutača vremena

Svjesni ste koliko vremena trošite na aktivnosti koje nisu na listi? Da li je baš ta treća epizoda "Prijatelja" bila potrebna? Ili baš taj sedmi video restauracije Game Boy konzole? Vjerojatno nije. Neke aktivnosti je teško mjeriti ali mobilni uređaji omogućavaju vrlo precizan pregled na što je korišten uređaje svakog dana. Na Android mobilnim uređajima to možete pronaći u "Digital Wellbeing" postavkama. Na iOS uređajima u "Screen Time". Priznajem, mene je neugodno šokiralo koliko vremena provodim na društvenim mrežama a da na kraju dana nisam mogao izdvojiti ništa što sam novo naučio. Rješenje je vrlo jednostavno, ograničio sam vrijeme korištenja tih aplikacija na maksimalno 15 minuta dnevno.

Nagrade

Osmislite male nagrade nakon uspješnog tjedna ili mjeseca. Neću vam preporučiti da se nagradite hranom da izbjegnem optužbe za povišen kolesterol ili šećer u krvi. Čime i kako, ovisi o vama. Knjiga koju si priuštim na kraju mjeseca mora biti fizička. Tako na polici uvijek imam vidljiv podsjetnik da sam mjesec dana izvršio aktivnosti i ispunio ciljeve. Kemijske olovke su kontinuirani podsjetnik kada njom pišem i evidentiram napredak u Registar.

Kreiranje i održavanje registra

Registar vodite kako vam najviše odgovara. Digitalno, papirnato, svejedno je. U Excelu na računalu ili u notes aplikaciji na tabletu. Koristite ono što vam je ugodno i na što ste navikli. Meni odgovara papirnato. Paljenje računala je proces koji traje a rokovnik mi je uvijek pri ruci. Dovoljno je da okrenem stranicu u rokovniku. Ovako to izgleda kod mene.

Moj registar je podijeljen na praćenje dnevnih aktivnosti i dugoročnih zadataka bez fiksnog datuma (to-do). Kavu s vjenčanim kumom sam stavio jer nas užurbani ritam rada i života vodi iz tjedna u tjedan pa prođu mjeseci a da ne vidimo na kavi. Iz svake knjige naučim nešto novo ali ne stignem fizički čitati količine knjiga koje bi htio da naučim nešto novo. Zato sam stavio da pogledam edukativan video i pročitam one page summary neke knjige. Pisanje je namjerno ostavljeno kao širok cilj jer nisam još u fazi da mogu staviti konkretan cilj (npr. Napiši 2000 znakova). Čitanje knjige je namjerno postavljeno na 4% knjige. Veći cilj mi je pročitati 1 knjigu mjesečno što je ekvivalent 4% dnevno (u biti 3,33 ali jednostavnosti računanja radi je na 4%). 6000 koraka je tu jer sam maknuo s liste boks. Trenutno nisam u mogućnosti dedicirati svoje vrijeme točno 3 puta tjedno u točnom vremenskom terminu. Ali da održim neki oblik fizičke aktivnosti stavio sam hodanje. 6000 koraka je minimalno, znanstveno dokazano, da ima zdravstvenog učinka. Volio bih da je ta brojka od 8000 do 10000 ali se opet vraćam na zadnji "R" - Relevant. Predzadnji stupac je cilj aktivnosti, tj. egzaktni broj ponavljanja u tjednu koji želim postići. Zadnji stupac je broj koliko puta sam ovaj tjedan odradio aktivnost. Uvođenje registra pomoglo mi je naći vremena za aktivnosti za kojima sam žalio i koje sam oduvijek htio raditi ali sam imao osjećaj nedostatka vremena. Nakon što sam stavio sve aktivnosti koje želim raditi, svaku sam doradio pomoću S.M.A.R.T.E.R. metode. Te u konačnici odabrao koje su mi trenutno relevantne i bitne. S konačno definiranom listom nestao je osjećaj da će mi te aktivnosti oduzeti puno vremena od obitelji, jer više niti ih je bilo tako puno a niti ne uzimaju toliko vremena koliko sam zamišljao da oduzimaju.
