not gonna go crazy on praises cus the owl house still needs better black rep etc etc and has its problems but seeing a kid help another kid through a panic attack onscreen i dunno it really did something.  i had my first few panic attacks in primary school and my first really bad one in hs and it wasn't until college i even found out that breathing to get through it was a thing i just grew up thinking something was Very Wrong with me  and a friend who struggled with anxiety was the person to show me how to come down from a panic attack and yeah bonding over having an anxiety disorder really solidified that friendship idk just i know that if i had seen this episode at 12 i woulda gone crazy.  kids right now actually so so fucking lucky they get these kinds of things explicitly shown and don't have to grow up thinking there's something wrong with them and it cant be fixed, especially Black kids growing up in households that don't talk about mental health
