One Dress a Day Challenge
October: White Redux
Blake's 7 (s2e3, "Weapon") / Jacqueline Pearce as Servalan
Iron-willed, ruthless, and terrifyingly stylish, Servalan was rarely seen in an outfit that wasn't either black or white. She particularly favored white in the first half of the series, perhaps as a contrast to her thoroughly villainous nature. This is one of her more adventurous looks, with what appears to be a gold mesh bodysuit underneath the two-part draped gown. The drapery of the dress itself gives a feel of half toga, half sari, while the fantastical standing collar suggests an Elizabethan ruff.
This article has a fascinating and thorough analysis of the work of each of the six costume designers who worked on the show. It reveals that the designer for this episode was June Hudson.

Not sure I liked this one too much. Jerry just wasn't Jerry.
