In all honesty, I still feel empty. I haven't truly cried yet, or scream and yell like any other normal human being should react to this. But I'm not, hopefully no explosions will happen. With school returning on Tuesday, I need to take tomorrow to mentally prepare to see her again.
It truly sucks ass when you love a girl for over a year and your therapist gives you a perspective of how she talks to you and you realize it's manipulative. Like honestly, you have got to be shitting me. We were taking the next step, and that is really dope for someone my age. But of course life throws a dumbbell at your dick when you are finally going steady.
I am exhausted right now don't get me wrong, but I knew I needed to type out my feelings(the most 7 yr old shit I've heard-) since I'm still feeling like shit even after watching the 2014 TMNT live action. Which by the way is an amazing movie, shut up the credits song is a bop. 99% of couples who go through breakups are probably laughing at me because I'm just complaining, but hey this is me.

There's too many people everywhere and they're all staring at me. I can't do anything. I can't do anything. They're all staring at me all the time, and I can't go anywhere. I want to drink and freeze and die someplace like the woods near my house, but other people have houses near the woods too, and everyone has eyes and windows and a cell phone ready to record me as a joke. Haley and Nik's RD was really reworked for Nats since their last outing at GP Sheffield (they skate at 1:13:00) The earlier version (30:30 below) was kind of suave but a little sleepy, but the new one hits harder, and they looked sharp.

They only kept one song from the earlier version, Quizas, and moved it from the beginning to the middle and used faster and higher energy music for the start and finish. They totally changed the order of elements and put a flashier rotational lift to end instead of starting with a straight line.
And they skated their FD so well too-- so many nuances and details on the music which weren't there 2 months ago

their FD outscored S/F's by 3.38 pts but the RD had some pretty stingy judging - judge 4 had them in 10th place by GOE but 6th in PCS- tell me how that makes sense. judge 4 had their tech marks lower than Alyssa and Jacob and Emmy and the other Jacob, and gave their Rotational Lift a 0 😳 when the other judges ranged from +2 to +4. and judge 3 was harsh with the PCS. 😑 a quarter point put them in 5th instead of 4th. at least they clearly showed they're still improving, and quickly, too. They deserve 2 GP’s next year

M1: The Crab Nebula from Hubble

Explanation: This is the mess that is left when a star explodes. The Crab Nebula, the result of a supernova seen in 1054 AD, is filled with mysterious filaments. The filaments are not only tremendously complex, but appear to have less mass than expelled in the original supernova and a higher speed than expected from a free explosion. The featured image, taken by the Hubble Space Telescope, is presented in three colors chosen for scientific interest. The Crab Nebula spans about 10 light-years. In the nebula's very center lies a pulsar: a neutron star as massive as the Sun but with only the size of a small town. The Crab Pulsar rotates about 30 times each second.

tw eating disorder talk in the tags btw. just me being open for the first time in a long time but no numbers or specifics that could be triggering do nawt worry
#i was hospitalized for an nervosa in jan 2022#and since then i have relapsed two times in the past two years#i was reading my journals and food logs from the inpatient and outpatient progreams#and wow. i was so fucking unwell#two years ago i was so severely depressed and so severely malnourished#i was incredibly frail in every sense. it was scary. I thought I'd die of starvation before suicide at one point#but ever since i was released in the spring of 2022 i told myself that if i wanted to kill myself it wouldn't be from an eating disorder#because I'd want to eat a nice last meal at least 😭💀#also because the way i was suffering at my worst was terrifying and so painful in the slowest way possible#skip to present day#i relapsed during summer 2023#i was restricting my intake+over exercising+lost almost all the weight that i was restored to and was getting frail in every sense again#but i was running on adrenaline and i was working 6-15 hours a week and cooking 'for fun' so no one noticed#it was not fun cooking btw i was being neurotic about portions and calories and ingredients#LOL anyway#I've been in a semi recovery period for the past 4 months#but over the past 2-3 weeks I've been struggling really hard mentally again#like i feel insane. i cant turn off the calorie counter in my mind. i cant eat certain things out of pure unfiltered anxiety. im clinging#to this feeling of immediate and temporary relief that i get from controlling things#i follow my meal plan provided by my registered dietitian and psychologist but#i get so anxious about it and it's crazy how fixated i get on different aspects of what/how im eating#it's like over time I've become orthorexic. HELP anyway#the point is. this break has made me have so many deep urges to go back to restricting and getting worse#for the sake of temporary and immediate relief + a sense of control#but i realised that as much as i feel i need to be in control. it's not worth it#it felt worth it over the summer but it wasn't because the c psych and RD wanted me to try another hospital program if i couldn't get myself#back on track with just their help#like being informed that my routine of neurosis was worse than i thought was so . unexpected#i thought i was fine. it wasn't anywhere near as bad as it was back in late 2021 or early 2022#but it was bad! i had low blood pressure i was getting hypoglycemic i was dizzy i was lightheaded i was getting sick every month

the biggest scam in personal organization is agendas that are 15 or 18 months but they don't offer the same style of calendar that picks up where the others leave off so if you want to keep using the same system, you're still buying a new one every 12 months and wasting 3-6 months' worth of pages because there's no option to just buy a 12 month version

Only one-third of U.S. adults say they approve of President Biden’s job performance — a record low for his presidency and for any president in the last 15 years.
In an ABC News/Ipsos poll, conducted Jan. 4-8, only 33 percent of those surveyed said they approved of Biden, a drop from the previous poll in September 2023, when 37 percent approved of his performance. Biden’s disapproval rating is 58 percent, up from 56 percent in September.
ABC News said it’s the lowest approval rating since former President George W. Bush from 2006 to 2008.
Biden, who is running for reelection, has a lower approval rating than former President Trump, who is the leading GOP nominee for president.
