Lately, The members of Trainee A have been noticing their outgoing and loud member, JJ, had been quite reserved lately.

“Hey JJ, got something on mind?” James asks, “Oh, hey Hyung, no no, I’m fine don’t worry about me” The younger responds.

But the members knew better, they knew something was going on, and they were going to find out what.

“Alright guys, that’s enough practice for today” Their trainer announces. All the members sigh in relief, “Finally it’s over! Hyungs can we go to the arcade later?” The youngest pleads, with his signature cute face.

The older members, gave in, they couldn’t say no to their maknae. “Sure Hoon, why not” “Horray!!!”

“Sorry guys. I’m gonna have to pass on this one.” JJ suddenly says, while looking down at his phone trying to not act suspicious while hiding his smile.

The other members look at JJ, then at each other, suspiciously. Sangwon speaks up with “But you never say no to going to the arcade? is something going on JJ??” “Yeah Hyung, you got a date or something?” Jihoon says while wiggling his eyebrows.

JJ shoots his head up in surprise, “No! no. no I don’t…it’s just one of my friends…want to hang out later.” “Okay JJ…whatever you say” James says in a teasing tone.

Turns out, they did not go to the arcade. Much to Jihoon’s dismay. Instead, they followed JJ to find out where he was going, per request of James.

“Do you guys see anything? I can barely see anything in these ridiculous glasses.” “I see..a missed opportunity to play games at the arcade.” “Oh shush Hoon! You already play video games at home!” “There! I see JJ with someone!” “Do you think that’s his date?” “No I think that’s his cousin. Who else could it be dipshit?! Obviously it’s his date!” “Oh shit their holding hands!! Our JJ is growing up so fast.”

To any by passers, this situation must’ve looked utterly stupid. 5 boys huddled into a small corner table, looking at one kid across the hall. Probably not a good impression, but they could’ve cared less at this point. All they wanted to know was, who was their little JJ with?

They all went back to their dorm, waiting for the arrival of their little lover boy.

Even though you and Jj have been on multiple dates, your heart still beats uncontrollably when you see him all fancied up for a date, which makes you question if your fashion choice was appropriate for the occasion.

“Hey Justy! I hope I’m not too underdressed for our date tonight. Where are we going anyway?”

Jj looks up from his phone, double checking his surprise for your for the nth time. Even in your simple outfit, he was looking at you like the most delicate flower in a field.

“Hi my Love, Remember that movie you wanted to see from your favorite franchise?” “Yeah?” you say excitement bubbling in your stomach. “Well, surprise! I got tickets for it! And the exclusive kind~” “Really Justy?? Oh my god thank you so much!” You exclaim, immediately hugging him.

After the movie, he offers to take you home to your dorms, while you were both walking home, you talked about anything and everything you could, how practice was going for both of your groups, what’s been going on in your lives and stuff like that.

When you got to your front door, you both faced each other while holding hands. “Well, this is me, I’ll see you soon Justy, thank you for this amazing date.” You say while giving him a kiss on the cheek.

“It’s no problem my love. Anything to make you happy.” Before he lets you walk away from him, he gives you a tender kiss on the lips, and another one on your forehead.

“I love you Jj” “I love you to Y/N, goodnight”

•Mostly in a language you don’t know, because he doesn’t want to act like a simp for you.

•He definitely is.

•Then he immediately passes out.

•Probably drools on you, but that’s ok.

•Loves to sit in your lap, his legs wrapped around your waist, and his nose buried in your neck.

•Absolute little spoon.

•Just loves the feeling of your face pressed into his back or neck, and your hands holding his, or playing with the hem of his shirt.

•Acts like he doesn’t care about the boys, but actually gets really shy.

•Like. He’ll cuddle you at full force, but his ears are the brightest red.

•Literally the biggest simp.

•Just smiles so much.

•Loves when you curl up to him.

•It makes him feel all mature and grown up.

•But also makes his tummy go whee, and it makes him all flustered.

•Doesn’t like facing you, but only because he doesn’t want you to see him weak in the knees over you.

•Likes to snuggle his face in your hair.

•He’s definitely playing with your fingers.

•Buys cologne because he wants to smell good for you.

•Isn’t too fond of cuddling at first, but it quickly grows on him.

•Perfect mix of big spoon and little spoon.

•He’ll go with whatever you prefer.

•Please play with his hair while you’re sleeping.

•He loves it so much, he’ll lean his head into your hand and let out a little sigh.

•Will play with your hands around the boys, but gets too nervous for anything else.

•Wants to be cuddly around the boys to show he’s all grown up, but he gets too nervous.

Jihoon | 지훈

•Literally the best at cuddles?

•Has a weird natural talent for it.

•Just pulls you so close it feels seamless, but isn’t suffocating.

•Really shy though.

•Please encourage this baby and tell him his cuddles are amazing.

•Talks a lot, but it’s just because he’s nervous.

•He’s so scared you’ll hear his heart going bRrRRrr.

•But holds you so so close anyway.

•I’m going to say little spoon right now, but it might change as he gets older.

•Doesn’t care if he’s absolutely sweating, he’s going to have you wrapped up in his arms all night.

This was it. This was the day that you were going to meet your boyfriend’s parents.

After having a wonderful vacation with your boyfriend in his homeland, Japan, he thought it was the right time for you to meet the people who raised him to be the amazing person he is.

And so here you were, currently loosing your mind over what you were going to wear to meet said parents. We’re you going to go with ‘cute and sweet’ or ‘serious and nonchalant’. You just couldn’t decide! There were too many choices!

When in doubt, call JJ. Which is exactly what you did.

Frantically explaining to him that you wanted to look presentable for his parents, he just laughed and said, “They haven’t meet you and they already love you! It doesn’t matter what you wear honey!”

Rolling your eyes, you finally make a decision. Yes, this outfit will do perfectly.

The walk to his house was both exciting and exhilarating. Preoccupied with your half nervousness half excitement, you didn’t even realize you were already at his residence, until he tugged at your shirt.

“We’re here honey! Come on in!” JJ exclaimed happily, he was so excited for you to meet his parents.

Which is exactly why you were hyperventilating right now. You didn’t want to show it, but you were sure you looked like you were going to shit your pants and vomit all over the place.

JJ sensed how tense you were, and you reassured you not to worry, everything was going to go smoothly, trust!

That made you feel a bit better, because you calmed down a bit. How could you not, while your boyfriend had the largest smile on his face?

Enough dilly dally, you finally enter his home, and he leads you to their kitchen, where he knew his parents were, and they surely were.

“Mom, Dad, this is my partner, Y/N!” he exclaimed, like a happy little puppy.

His parents turn around, startled by the noise, but quickly turn their face of confusion into one of pure and utter joy.

“Jay! they’re beautiful!” his mother exclaims, “Our son surely knows how to pick the best!” his father adds on, side-hugging his wife, with a big smile on both their faces.

You eat dinner with the Takagi’s, and you all clicked together like puzzle pieces. It felt really right to be talking to his family, and all the nervousness and fear from earlier had dissipated into a puddle of nothing.

After dinner, they insisted that you slept over at their house, in JJ’s old room, and of course you couldn’t decline. They had the same sweet irresistible smile their son had.

Lying in bed, holding hands, looking at the ceiling, comfortable silence filled the air.

“That went well, didn’t it?” JJ starts. “It did…it really did. Thank you JJ.” you finish, “Mhm.” is all JJ could respond, and after a few moments, you both feel to sleep, while hugging each other.

(His mother went into his room and took pictures, the young couple found out in the morning.)
