hello! I've been getting into astrology lately, and I've been wondering if you knew how I could find out about my star charts? or some explanations or tips to understand it better.

hii to generate astrology charts, i usually use astro.com!

go to astro.com, choose extended chart selection, then put in your birth data.

the chart type is already "natal chart wheel" so you just need to choose click here to show the chart to get your natal/birth chart.

if you're looking for other types of chart (e.g. solar return chart, persona chart, etc.) you can change the chart type.

if you want to see where the asteroids are placed in your chart, scroll down to additional objects and type its code number or name in manual entry. they also instruct you how to type there.

i recommend the only astrology book you'll ever need - joanna martine woolfolk. super basic, super beginner-friendly, very easy to understand.

aspects in astrology - sue tompkins. helped me understand aspects a lot better. has good analogies that will just stick to your head lol pretty memorable.

the essential guide to practical astrology - april elliott kent. again, very beginner-friendly and informative.

these are just some books i've read. for more you can search up google or tumblr for more, there are a lot of great books out there <3

use google, search up your placements like "mars in 1st house" and also read forums, youtube has great astrology content too.

just one search and so much of posts will show up. follow astrology blogs, interact with them, make friends, learn together!

♥︎ family and friends ♥︎

let them know that you're studying astrology (if you want to), ask them for their birth data, make them a chart and observe them! see what traits they have in common and what placements may be the cause of it. read for them! maybe interview them as well.

♥︎ observe people ♥︎

celebrities - there are some with confirmed birth time and some don't, but you can still make a chart and make observations. even people you aren't very close, see if there's something about them (like maybe they are hardworking, or maybe you find them annoying, just anything and then try to find out why in their birth chart).

♥︎ take handwritten notes ♥︎

this can be applied to studying anything as well. handwritten notes are better than typing since you write slower so you can ponder every single word. it would also be better to write what you understand instead of copying everything down.

have a notebook for astrology. doesn't have to look aesthetic, just write anything you find interesting or important things you learn from the book or even the internet. oooh make yourself a cheat sheat!

♥︎ don't try to memorize everything, try to recall ♥︎

another studying tip in general.

you could write what you remember before checking your notes. or just recall them in your head.

ooh and when you know a thing or two about the zodiac signs, try guessing people's signs. you'll remember the traits so much better and it's pretty fun when you get them right. i did this with jujutsu kaisen characters and i'm pretty sure gege sensei (the author) knows astrology sksnjs

♥︎ you don't have to learn everything from the top to bottom, just learn what interests you most and learn slowly one by one ♥︎

for example with learning the zodiac signs, learn your sign first then maybe read about the signs of your close friends and family, etc.

♥︎ and lastly, just have fun! learn when you want to, don't put pressure on yourself <3 ♥︎

p/s: keep in mind that astrology does not determine your life, you do. and bad placements are there for you to overcome, not dwell on it!

hi everyone! I'm back with more astro observations! I hope you will enjoy reading this as much as I liked writing them :)

These are just some observations so don't get offended if they don't apply to you.

people with harsh mars-ascendant aspects (especially the opposition) are really scary when mad? even if they're the type that doesn't lash out when mad one look at their face will scare you off.

people with sun trine mars get angry quite easily or are quite aggressive when mad. (depends on other placements too)

Pisces mercuries have a really gentle voice or speak in a gentle way.

@jojoangelley had a theory that libra mars (undeveloped) can get physical when upset, and i just wanted to add on that I've noticed this in other libra placements as well, mainly the suns and the risings. Their post is here if you want to check it out!

People with 4h neptune could have their family or close ones in their dreams. (not sure about their frequency of dreams, but the people I've met with this placement could have quite a lot of dreams.)

People with 3h pluto could have very fast paced and random dreams, stuff could randomly transit from one scene to another. They could also dream about running all the time?? like they could be chased by smth or someone.

Pluto in 4h can also have the ability to see spirits. My sister has this placement and she is able to see ghosts.

Kinda weird but 6h Neptune can talk in their sleep, especially scold people? My sister has this placement and sometimes she’ll just turn over in her sleep and be like “I told you to stop it!” And then go back to sleep and I’ll just be there like ???

12 placements and stelliums can be really like pisces suns, but they're quite closed off at times, shy and they don't really like socializing. They might like to sleep a lot or get sleepy as well.

Having spirit asteroid in the 2nd house is one of my personal favourites because it can give you a gentle and patient spirit guide. (Look at the sign too)

There was somebody saying that 9h stelliums/placements are really knowledgeable and wise and I do agree, but I think it's only when they grow up. When they're young, they tend to be quite playful and might not have taken things seriously or liked to joke around.

Young gemini suns could get distracted when studying at home, e.g spinning in their chair and playing with their pen and stuff like that.

Some people with Chiron in the 1st could have high expectations of themselves.

7h placements can be seen as fake and I understand why, but some of them are genuinely the sweetest people ever (this one goes out to you @pistoletrose)

8h mercuries can be interested in the occult or spirituality, (esp astro and tarot) since the 8h has spiritual themes to it. If I'm not wrong @hillarysss and @evilesqe have this placement.

Gemini moons' moods can really fluctuate like damn are y'all okay-

Venus in Scorpio is really loyal, they might not be very verbal with their love but they will defend you and get you cute and useful things.

I've noticed that pets and animals with Aquarius Suns don't really like to be picked up and carried / played around with all the time. (Especially the smaller ones like hamsters, chinchillas or rabbits.) If they're in a bad mood they might even bite. They are also quite curious and like to run around if given free roam.

Capricorn dogs are quite loyal? They've got an earthy vibe to them and they're the type who will sit at the door from morning till night just to wait for your return. The type to be sleepy and grumpy but have your back.

Oddly specific but developed Aquarius moons in the second house are very kind people.

I've noticed that Sag risings (females) can have pain in their thighs while on their periods?

Hello everyone, this is the last Astro game I will be releasing this month. I was pretty much inspired by d4rkpluto’s latest game :) in this game, I will help you guys get to know your spirit guides better (everyone has at least one)! I hope all of you will like this game, read this if you want to know why I’ve released so many games this month, and the status of my asks. I’ve done a lot of research on this subject so I hope whatever I say resonates :)

How to play:

Hello! sadly i'm never mentioned in any of these /j

but anyway there are a few which I think deserve more attention, like

@spiritual-thingss their posts are quite informative and they specialise in asteroids like moira, and if i'm not wrong they're also into vedic astrology! They have really good intuition and sometimes host games involving tarot and persona charts. They are also a really nice person so I recommend checking their posts out or giving them a follow.

The second one is @b333nis I think their aesthetic is really nice and they have a couple of nice theories and posts. They've followed my blog sometimes so that's how I noticed them.

The last one is an art account that's worth checking out, she is @dicedrawingz

I'll add more if I can think of them but here are some that I've noticed.
