#ramblings of a lunatic #dc #damian wayne #i had like. a whole idea pitch/aimless prayer written up about how i thought it'd be neat #if at the end of Damians current arc(??thematic through line??idk) that williamson is setting up abt his grief and guilt #he incorporated the og robin colours back into his costume #both to like recontextualize his decision to change it in the first place (distancing himself from who he was when the event happened)#and to connect it to how Dick becoming robin was born out of a place of grief but also a place of moving forward #taking a symbol tied to his grief and turning it into a source of hope #and obviously it works well bc Dick changed damians life for the better like. maybe the most out of anyone #I'm not like. hoping for it necessarily cause i think it's an incredibly niche and specific want #but then the post got eaten. hopefully that's just a side effect of me sending this image to joshua williamson psychically #I'm not holding out hope for it to actually happen necessarily i think it's like. a super niche specific thing to want #but like i like the idea!

Joshua's romances are generally playful and lighthearted. He likes to drink, chill, smoke/vape, or do some other things while hanging out with his partner. Often his dates will involve a lot of food like eating dinner/lunch or going to cafes. He enjoys going on shopping dates too, more indoor dates. He's not into all that wilderness or camping outside in harsh weather.

Joshua often takes stimulants or some substance or alcohol before having s*x like he likes experiencing a euphoric feeling along with s*x. He likes to experience like some hallucinations and go into euphoria. He uses s*x to relieve his stress a lot of times. He's not too dominant nor is he too vanilla. He prefers oral s*x more sometimes like someone calling him and then his partner is giving him oral s*x.

Joshua likes to have couple items like matching clothes, accessories, and even home decor. He also likes it when his partner wears his clothing like that oversized look. In a way he likes to show off that he's dating and in love.

If he's serious about a partner, he'll introduce them to his family. He's quite close to his family, especially his mom. He consults her a lot and if she doesn't approve of his partner, then he'll break up with them. In some ways he's a mama's boy. This can be kind of stressful at times for the partner because they'll feel like Joshua cares more about his mom than about them. Plus his mother does expect the partner to be able to look after Joshua like cook, clean, organize, plan, etc for Joshua. His mother is traditional like that and it doesn't matter if his partner works. His partner still will have to take on the bulk of the household chores.

Joshua also doesn't mind his partner being by him a lot, as long as they won't disturb him when he's working. It's highly possible that he has taken his partner to his workplace and they've pretended to be staff. He also doesn't mind a lot of texting and phone calls.

I do see that sometimes he can have a wandering eye. When he's partying or out with friends and there's someone attractive, he can be really drawn to them and things might happen under the influence of alcohol or substances.

Finally Joshua cares a lot about his partner dressing well. He likes to coordinate outfits with his partner too. I wouldn't be surprised if he had a secret private couple social media account with this partner where they document their love story or if he uses those couple apps to set reminders of anniversaries and what not. He's more romantic but not very practical so he'll probably face issues when the relationship becomes more serious like heading to marriage. His partner will feel like he's not so dependable; for example he'd choose to buy roses/flowers for his partner instead of buying what his partner asked for at the grocery store like bread or rice. I can see him blowing off his savings/money for romantic moments and not really saving to build a family you know? Then he'll also ask his mom a lot for advice or to help when he and his partner fight. His mom will like 99% of the time side with Joshua. Basically whoever marries Joshua will also be marrying his mom, pretty much.

Okay. I actually did it. I have actually posted my first fic (Well, Chapter 1) in let’s-not-talk-about-how-many-years.
