[TASK 201: SAINT KITTS AND NEVIS]
In celebration of June being Caribbean American Heritage Month, there’s a masterlist below compiled of over 80+ Kittitian and/or Nevisian faceclaims categorised by gender with their occupation and ethnicity denoted if there was a reliable source. If you want an extra challenge use random.org to pick a random number! Of course everything listed below are just suggestions and you can pick whichever faceclaim or whichever project you desire.
Any questions can be sent here and all tutorials have been linked below the cut for ease of access! REMEMBER to tag your resources with #TASKSWEEKLY and we will reblog them onto the main! This task can be tagged with whatever you want but if you want us to see it please be sure that our tag is the first five tags, @ mention us or send us a messaging linking us to your post!
THE TASK - scroll down for FC’s!
STEP 1: Decide on a FC you wish to create resources for! You can always do more than one but who are you starting with? There are links to masterlists you can use in order to find them and if you want help, just send us a message and we can pick one for you at random!
STEP 2: Pick what you want to create! You can obviously do more than one thing, but what do you want to start off with? Screencaps, RP icons, GIF packs, masterlists, PNG’s, fancasts, alternative FC’s - LITERALLY anything you desire!
STEP 3: Look back on tasks that we have created previously for tutorials on the thing you are creating unless you have whatever it is you are doing mastered - then of course feel free to just get on and do it. :)
STEP 4: Upload and tag with #TASKSWEEKLY! If you didn’t use your own screencaps/images make sure to credit where you got them from as we will not reblog packs which do not credit caps or original gifs from the original maker.
THINGS YOU CAN MAKE FOR THIS TASK -  examples are linked!
Stumped for ideas? Maybe make a masterlist or graphic of your favourite faceclaims. A masterlist of names. Plot ideas or screencaps from a music video preformed by an artist. Masterlist of quotes and lyrics that can be used for starters, thread titles or tags. Guides on culture and customs.

BACKSTORY / PROFESSIONAL LIFE
triggers: brief mention of war, brief mention of abuse, death, alcohol/drugs, suicide
so this here is rick and he’s got a long life story ! 73yrs worth ! so let’s get started!
rick grew up largely without a father, as his father, previously a sworn pacifist, died five months after he was born fighting in normandy landings
rick’s mother became somewhat of a smother, finding him to be the closest person she had left to her husband. he was put under strict rules, his mother always insisting it was for the best, warning him that the world was cruel and it was far too easy to get hurt out there !
so he spent his free time researching the war his father died in, reading the letters his father wrote, and trying to become the man his mother wanted him to be – his father.
he learned his father loved jazz music via one of the letters he wrote. furthermore, he learned his father had played the stand-up bass. wanting to become a small version of his father, of course he spoke to his mother about this! she refused to let rick use his father’s bass, instead getting him a cheap electric one, saying it was cheaper and more convenient
he met a kid, keith, who would ultimately change his life when he was thirteen years old. keith was a guitar aficionado and they bonded over music and shared experiences with wwii and lost fathers. where rick lost his to death, keith lost his to ‘shell shock’.
they entered secondary school together and faced the abuse of teachers who didn’t care much for corporal punishment rules. however, they met two other kids – one, john, who worked great with pianos and another, pete, who was excellent at playing the drums – and formed a band. together, they settled on ‘warren pieces’, figuring it was a nice play on ‘war and peace’, especially during such a tumultuous time.
they put out their first album in the late 60s, 'the piper at the gates of dawn’, with keith taking the lead. from those fond of psychedelics, it received rave reviews, and they didn’t care much for any other reviews. keith kept the morale up. the year after, they released ‘a saucerful of secrets’ with the same reception as their previous one.
although rick was an independent man by then, whenever he saw his mother, she would constantly tell him everything that was wrong with his music. it was too drug-addled! she knew that boy keith had never been anything but trouble! he needed to quit warren pieces before he became a druggie and stopped cutting his hair!
he put up with her constant criticisms, but the day she told him his father would be ashamed, he cut her out of his life completely. he never visited her. he made sure she was never able to buy tickets to his shows. he didn’t tell her his home phone when he bought an apartment. for everything he’d done to make her proud...
rick took solace in his band, primarily in keith (but five feet apart cause they’re not gay), and was horrified when keith fell prey to the enemy of all psychedelic-era musicians. when it became more than a habit, rick brought in a man he’d met in university, robert, to become a secondary guitarist. they told keith he was just there to tour, but he was actually being used as insurance.
keith began purposefully putting his guitar out of tune during shows. he’d purposefully play the wrong chords. he’d purposefully start a different song from everyone else. he also became volatile and borderline delusional. he could be violent with fans. he could tell interviewers that he believed someone was watching warren pieces at all times, thus making him feel like he had to make everything perfect. then he would laugh, but not that comfortable laugh. keith shaved his eyebrows off and drew new, comical ones on.
it all ended when keith came to rick with an idea for a new song, tentatively titled “have you got it yet?” he’d play the chords for rick to follow and practice along with, then he’d switch them up. it kept up like that for some time until, yes, rick got it and finally did what he knew would pain him: he finally kicked keith out of the band, replacing him with robert.
the years of ‘atom heart mother’, ‘meddle’, and ‘obscured by clouds’ were silent ones. the band didn’t talk much except suggesting this chord here and there or put this word where that one is instead – all of that.
however, when news came out that keith had overdosed – although he’d lived – they began talking more, finding more inspiration in shared experiences again. they created ‘the dark side of the moon’ from that, an amalgam of political critiques, anti-bourgeoisie anthems, and songs dedicated to the man they figuratively lost.
while they were recording a new song for an album with a concept they’d yet to come up with, keith visited the recording studio. he was completely hairless – bald, no eyebrows. his under-eyes were pink. he’d gained weight. he looked much emptier than he had when he left. he didn’t have anything comical drawn on. he was just... sad.
it broke everyone’s heart, especially rick’s. they all had different, silent reactions. nonetheless, they were all haunted.
after that, it only seemed right to make the album largely dedicated to keith. ‘wish you were here’ came out two weeks too late, as keith killed himself two weeks prior to its release.
the next album was purposefully impersonal, focusing on the politics of the time instead of on family, on keith, on love (not that they had many love songs). the entire album was tearing down everyone from just the general population of policemen to the more specific mary whitehouse. although each album of theirs after keith left had an element of acknowledging the corruption within the system, ‘animals’ didn’t have a single song that didn’t.
now branded as particularly political, rick decided to focus in on past politics and on what haunted him the most. ‘the wall’ was born, and so was a much more dictatorial rick.
due to it being so personal, he took every measure possible to make it perfect. he fired john from the project for a few days, noting how his cocaine addiction was affecting the music... which it wasn’t, really... after the temp pianist played on one (1) song, he brought john back to the project.
he didn’t take any suggestions robert threw his way, deeming them all ill-fitting, even when they actually would’ve fit perfectly. he forced everyone to pull multiple all-nighters in a row, making them play take after take. pete quit for a hot second before realizing he had nowhere else to go and returning to the project.
‘the wall’ was an unpleasant experience for everyone. although the concept was likely the most cohesive of all of them, following a single character (warren) and timeline throughout, working on it was absolutely horrible. for the three other members, it was being under a heavy fist. for rick, it was not only digging so deep into himself, but also subconsciously digging deep into those around him. there was a line tossed in dedicated to john that he hardly even realized ( “got a grand piano to prop up my mortal remains” - nobody home ).
a movie was made from it. it did great among the psychedelic audience. rick realized the main character was closer to keith than it was to himself.
‘the final cut’ was the last album he made with warren pieces for a long time. he considered it the b-side to ‘the wall’, but better. it was similar in concept, and there were some that were outtakes from ‘the wall’, but it was less focused on a storyline and more focused on rick’s own feelings of loss, dealing with them so many years later than he should have. it could almost have been a solo album, which leads...
after ‘the final cut’, richard went solo for some time. he found he had too many “artistic differences” from the other members of his band and only bought the two albums they put out without him because he wanted to support john whom he was still fairly close to.
they left on such horrible terms that he didn’t reunite with them until 2013 (granted, after ‘94 they were all out doing their own things) when they were in the middle of recording ‘the endless river’. given that the grand majority of the album was simply re-recording demos, he offered to help with some of the songs. most of them already had whatever work they needed from him on there from a long, long time ago, but they began talking again, anyway.
the driving force behind them being civil was ultimately john’s untimely demise. much of the album was simply compromised of old recording of john with robert layering some light guitar over it, the occasional percussion and bass also being present.
his solo career was very c-list. his tours grossed well due to the amount of warren pieces songs he played, but only diehard fans actually bought his solo albums. it seemed everyone was either team robert or team richard.
he’s become more civil with robert and pete since john’s death and still occasionally talks to them, but doesn’t make a habit of it. most interviewers have given up on asking him if there’ll ever be a warren pieces reunion – he’s made it pretty clear that, if there is, he likely won’t be part of it.
ETC. / PERSONAL LIFE TIDBITS
rick has been married three times.
the first time was to a woman named anya whom he met at woodstock and it lasted for five months – much longer than his bandmates bet it would. john bet four months, keith bet two, pete bet one. he was twenty-six at the time and blames the fickle nature on that.
he married again when he was thirty-two. it was a horrible one, though – not that he saw that at the time. he wound up having affair after affair as the “groupies threw themselves at [him]!” she was, understandably, cold to him after. rick was susceptible to breaking down while alone. she stopped answering his calls. they divorced when he was thirty-four and he included details of it in ‘the wall’, making sure his character seemed more like the villain than hers. he knew that he was responsible for it all.
his third marriage was when he was fifty-one. it lasted for five years, being the longest relationship in general that he’d ever had. truth be told, however, he never really felt anything for her. he’d felt a lot for his second wife, but he’d more than screwed that up. now that he was past the time of screwing things up, he realized the difference between love and lust. he didn’t love her. she had an affair and he figured that was reason enough to divorce without creating a story about his villainy, although a few stories were created about his hypocrisy, citing his second marriage.
rick has never once claimed that the beatles were a source of inspiration for him and will make that known if someone tries to bring it up. although he admires their work, no member ever said that they were inspired by the band. it was a cliché.
although he’s still considered an english native, he’s very into politics from all around the world. his most recent tour’s main theatrics centered around anti-trump messages. ask him about the politics of any country, though – he’ll give you his very informed opinion.
created a memorial for those who died in normandy landings and named it after his father.
reconnected with his mother after he’d had the chance to really sort through his feelings about her – after the release of ‘the final cut’. he’s grateful he did before she died... seeing as she died one year after they reconnected. rip.
is in the rock ‘n’ roll hall of fame. what a cool guy.
there’s probs more that i’m missing but he’s?? a new character?? who 110% isn’t based on anyone at all just very original like my mind!! so original!! that said

funny. you reblogged a post about chris pratt being a creep and a bad person (which he is) yet you have a fan acc for jimmy page, a literal fucking pedo. gross.
While I'm not gonna refute or defend myself on the Jimmy Page topic where you're right (him being a pedo), I'm surprised.
My profile pic is of a photo shot Keith Richards did for Rolling Stones Magazine several (I think 3 or 4) years ago.
My header is of a painting of a German artist who painted The Rolling Stones among other rockstars (although not Led Zeppelin as far as I know).
My bio says things like my name, where I'm from, age and a few other things. Among them "Led Zeppelin", not "Jimmy Page".
What does say "Jimmy Page" is a part of my tumblr name. In combination with the rest of it, it could just as well be "Samwilsonsandsteverogersass" or something similar for other fandoms.
Yes, I was in the classic rock fandom 4 to 6 years ago and yes, during that time I ignored the part of the Jimmy Page topic you referenced. Since then, my fandoms shifted and I can say I learned about things and don't call myself a Jimmy Page fan anymore. Led Zeppelin's music is still awesome but that doesn't translate to me being a fan of the former band members anymore.
So, you drew the conclusion of me still supporting Jimmy Page and by proxy his actions from 9 to 10 letters in my tumblr name and nothing more.
What you can read as an addition is that now for years been too uncreative to change my tumblr name and not seeing the big problem with changing or not changing my profile pic, since it's a picture of Keith Richards and not Jimmy Page.
Hope this clears things up.

Tin Machine Is a Band: The 1989 Mini-Tour Guide
Tin Machine was announced to the press in May 1989, released their debut album, and went on a brief promotional tour in the US and Europe. It’s a shame that said tour was so brief, as it was the band at the peak of its promise--playing small clubs, burning through (and to be fair, greatly elongating) songs, with Bowie in strong voice and delighted about the racket he was making.
Setlists were the entire Tin Machine album (barring “Video Crime,” for whatever reason), the occasional cover (”Maggie’s Farm,” “Shakin’ All Over”) and new compositions (Hunt Sales’ “Sorry” and “Now,” which became ”Outside” years later). Not a single “David Bowie” song was played. Openers varied, but the closer was always “Under the God.” And no encores.
There was a sense of spontaneity about the tour---tickets often weren’t announced until the day of the show and the band would pile into a single car to be taken to gigs.
Bowie, 5 July 1989: “We still regard ourselves first and foremost as a live band. The songs are almost secondary...a vehicle to work on, to improvise on.” Here’s a document of much of it.
(Most clips are courtesy of the invaluable “David Bowie Tin Machine” YouTube account.)
International Rock Awards, 31 May 1989. The Machine’s unveiling (they had played a Nassau club gig a few months before, allegedly to a handful of tourists). An odd ready-made “awards” show whose lineup was seemingly chosen by 1989 Musician magazine: TM, the Replacements, Lou Reed, Keith Richards, Living Color, Bangles. (Bonus: rehearsal footage.)
The World, NYC, 14 June 1989. A muddy-sounding tape of TM’s official live debut, at a black hole of a nightclub shut down not long afterward, (in 1991, its owner was found shot dead inside it). The band’s about as good as they ever got on stage. NYT: “Mr. Bowie couldn’t completely give up theatricality any more than Johnny Cash could give up wearing black.”
The Roxy, LA, 16-17 June 1989. (link is a few brief film clips). A double-header (2nd set started after midnight). LA Times: Bowie’s “persona this time is that of royalty sneaking away and having fun.”
Saga Rockteatre, Copenhagen, 21 June 1989. Mostly complete audience tape.
The Docks, Hamburg, 22 June 1989. Good quality audience tape, with plenty of audibly excited Germans. Debut of “Maggie’s Farm.”
Paradiso Club, Amsterdam, 24 June 1989. The first professional quality video footage--much of the show was aired on Japanese TV. DB nearly tackled by a fan during “Heaven’s In Here.”
La Cigale, Paris, 25 June 1989. Best-known gig of the tour, as it was broadcast on the radio and some recordings were later issued as B-sides.
Town and Country Club, London, 27 June 1989. Audience video footage of one of the tour’s staples--the band playing “Bus Stop” first as a country version (complete with DB attempting a twang) and then as a rocker. Bowie introduced himself as “Jones.” The Guardian: “The best songs were the ones where the band left a little space between the crashing chords and the tirelessly squittering lead guitar.
Kilburn National Ballroom, London, 29 June 1989. A fantastic document---a complete set as filmed by a fan. Includes the debut of “Now.” At some point anti-Bowie-beard partisans throw disposable razors on stage. Jesus Jones reportedly the opener (or at the Town & Country).
Newport Leisure Centre, Newport, Wales, 1 July 1989. Audience video footage of partial set.
St George's Hall, Bradford, 2 July 1989. Full audience (audio) tape. Notable for “Now” being the opener for the first and only time (it was only played twice on the tour). TV report, with DB and fan interviews.
The Forum, Livingston, Scotland, 3 July 1989. The Sunday Herald was not impressed: “For all their experience the band are poor timekeepers, and Bowie's voice is at sea with the very notion of high-volume aggression.”
And that was it. Bowie shaved & the band went to record Tin Machine II in Australia some months later. On 4 November, they played the “Moby Dicks” club in Sydney, but sadly this apparently wasn’t recorded.

The Historic Sports Car Club will organise one of the UK’s most prominent historic racing festivals of the season at this weekend’s Oulton Park Gold Cup (29-31 August).
From a very full 21-race weekend, stand-outs will include two races for Formula Junior to mark 60 years of the category at Oulton Park. To celebrate this landmark, the famous Gold Cup trophy will be presented to the aggregate winner of the Formula Junior races.
The man to beat in the double-header for the FJHRA/HSCC Silverline Historic Formula Junior Championship is undoubtedly Cam Jackson in his superb Brabham BT2 after a double win at Brands Hatch. In fact, prolific winner Jackson will be bidding for a clean sweep of six wins in three cars this weekend. His chief rival, as at Brands, will be former Formula 3000 racer Mark Shaw in his Brabham BT6.
From the capacity grid, a strong front-engined field will deliver a race within a race and leading contenders will include Justin Fleming and Iain Rowley in Lola Mk2s and Mallory Park winner Jonathon Hughes (Terrier Mk4).
In the HSCC Historic Formula Ford Championship Jackson will continue his bid to win a third straight title in three different cars: this year is the unfashionable March 709. At Brands, Linton Stutley took the fight to Jackson in his Royale RP3 and two more mighty contests are likely. Joining the fray is rapid youngster Horatio Fitz-Simon who joins fellow front-runner Pierre Livingstone in the Speedsport squad, while Matt Wrigley, Rob Wainwright and Danny Stanzl all have podium ambitions.
The HSCC’s Dunlop Saloon Car Cup builds on the former Super Touring Trophy to broaden the range of eligible cars. New on the grid will be experienced historic touring car racer Simon Garrad in his newly-prepared Nissan Skyline R32. After selling his Super Touring Renault Laguna to Germany, Garrad commissioned local engineering ace Ric Wood to build him a Skyline for use in the DSCC and this will be the car’s first race weekend.
Mark Wright is an established front-runner in his Ford Sierra RS500, BMW M3s are entered for Mark Smith and Nicholas Bartlett, while former BTCC racer Jason Hughes will be a pacesetter in his Super Touring Vauxhall Vectra.
Some of the most spectacular single-seaters of a generation will deliver the glory in two races for the HSCC’s Aurora Series, with a good contingent of Formula 2 cars. Matt Wrigley will be the benchmark in his March 782 and up against him will be another March 782 in the hands of F2 newcomer Brian Morris. This is the ex-Ghinzani car coming back to racing after a long lay-off.
Running within the Formula Atlantic class will be Bolton’s Callum Grant on his debut race weekend with his March 79B and his pace should be good despite the power disadvantage to the 2-litre F2 cars.
The Historic Road Sports Championship is typified by sporting competition from large and varied grids. Setting the recent pace has been current champion Kevin Kivlochan in his stunning AC Cobra. Kivlochan hoped to carry on where he left off at Brands last month but knew that the return to the grid of the Lotus Elan of John Davison was going to present a real challenge. Sure enough, Davison won narrowly at Brands and now that battle will be rejoined at Oulton Park.
No less than six Morgan Plus 8s will be aiming to get into the action and it is Richard Plant who could head this squadron of Malvern’s finest. From the smaller-engined cars, look out for the Ginetta of Mark Godfrey and the Elan of Jonathan Rose, while Nigel Griffiths brings another AC Cobra to the mix.
The HSCC 70s Road Sports Championship is one of the club’s core championships and has been delivering great value racing for competitors for more than 25 years. The man they have to beat is double champion Jeremy Clark who made his intentions of completing a hat-trick clear by winning the belated season-opener at Brands Hatch in mid-July.
Heading the challengers to Clark is Kevin Kivlochan, who switches to his Morgan Plus 8 for the 70s race, and he will be tough to contain at Oulton Park. Meanwhile, Dave Karaskas, another driver with wide-ranging experience, was a major threat to Clark at Brands Hatch in his TVR 3000M.
The HSCC Guards Trophy is one of the weekend’s longer racer with a 40-munute enduro featuring mandatory pit-stops and optional driver changes. At least seven cars from the Chevron B6 and B8 range are due on the grid and several of them are potential race winners.
Last time out, a mid-race safety car set up a storming finish as father and son Westie and Sam Mitchell scored a memorable debut win in their B8. Elder son Ben is due to share with dad at Oulton but they have plenty of rivals including two of the cars that were hunting them down in the closing stages at Brands Hatch.
The hard-charging Andy Newall now has the B6 that scored many wins over three decades with Michael Schryver, while single-seater and GT ace Michael Lyons again teams up with former BTCC star Anthony Reid in a rare Lenham. John Spiers (TVR Griffiths) and John Davison (Lotus Elan 26R) head the GT pack, while the field is graced by a rare outing for the stunning Lotus 47 of James Claridge.
More single-seaters from the 1970s and early 1980s will contest two races for the HSCC Classic Formula 3 Championship and URS Classic Formula Ford 2000 Series.
Topping the F3 entry will be Brands winners Andrew Smith (March 783) and young Benn Tilley (March 743). Each took a win at Brands Hatch and Smith had the edge on pace in Kent. Ranged against the Marches will be a gaggle of Ralts, notably the RT3 of former champion Gaius Ghinn and the RT1 of Keith White.
Topping the URS FF2000 pack is another young ace, Ben Stiles in his Van Diemen RF82. Leading the chase of Stiles will be Benn Simms, Anthony Hancock and Andrew Smith, not to be confused with the other Andrew Smith on the grid!
Monday is a busy day for contenders in the HSCC Historic Touring Car Championship with a qualifying session and two races. Peter Hallford flies the stars and stripes in his Mustang but will face a ferocious challenge from a gaggle of potent Lotus Cortinas. Notably, local ace and leading modern GT racer Jon Minshaw joins the fray in a Lotus Cortina and will surely be a major contender.
Joining Minshaw in the Cortina pack are Mike Gardiner, Richard Belcher and Roger Stanford and this quartet of cars is sure to give the rumbling Mustang a hard time. Mixing it with the Cortinas should be reigning champion Bob Bullen in one of five Ford Anglias in the field. From the ranks of the smaller-engined cars will come Mini racers Roger Godfrey and Barry Sime, while heading the Imp pack will be the Singer Chamois of Steve Platts.
For sheer spectacle in historic racing, the HSCC Thundersports series takes some beating and the weekend will deliver a wonderfully varied field of sports-racing and GT cars for a pair of races.
Two cars stand out at the head of the entry and both are sensational crowd pleasers from the days of the mighty Can-Am sports-racing cars. Winner of the first race at Brands Hatch was the awesome McLaren M8F of Dean Forward and the 850bhp monster will be tough to beat at Oulton Park. Meanwhile, the driver of Richard Dodkins’ equally huge March 717 is yet to be finally confirmed but a year ago Calum Lockie made it fly.
From the ranks of the 2-litre cars come a gaggle of rapid contenders, topped by the racing return of the famous Chevron B26 ‘chocolate drop’ now in the hands of John Emberson. The B23 of James Claridge and the Osella PA3 of John Spiers are other podium contenders while Mike Fry (Lola T86/90) tops the Sports 2000 division.
Monday’s action includes four Formula Ford races and two of them are for the Classic Formula 1600 Championship. The shortened season kicked off at the Brands Hatch last month and now an excellent grid will gather for rounds three and four at Oulton Park.
Just as he did in Formula Junior, Cam Jackson started his season with a perfect double in his Van Diemen RF80 and he heads to Oulton Park in pursuit of a total of six wins in three different cars.
Out to stop the Jackson steamroller is Formula Ford veteran Rick Morris (Royale RP29), along with rising stars Jordan Harrison (Royale RP21), Samuel Harrison (Royale RP29) and Henry Chart (Van Diemen RF81). Meanwhile, pacesetter Mike Gardiner (Crossle 32F) should be a major threat to Jackson.
The Dunlop Historic Trophy for Pre ’66 Jaguars will be a special one-hour race during the Gold Cup weekend, with mandatory pit stops and the option of two drivers.
Inevitably, the faster E-types will set the overall pace at the head of the field and an intriguing contest is in prospect as Jon Minshaw and his son Jack race against each other. They have previously shared E-types in longer racer and Jack has shown tremendous form given his modest experience. Now he will go head-to-head with dad (in two of dad’s cars) as the third generation of racing Minshaw starts to make its mark.
Other leading E-types include those of John Spiers, Martin Melling and Jason (brother of Jon) Minshaw, Jamie Boot and Jonathan Hughes. Away from the E-type ranks, Richard and Tom Butterfield and Glenn Pearson/Peter Dorlin will battle in Mk1 Saloons and Rick Willmott represents the XK

CELTIC 3 ROSS COUNTY 0
AWESOME Odsonne Edouard claimed two goals in a three-minute salvo to demoralise a gallant Dingwall side at Parkhead this afternoon.
The French ace was introduced as a substitute for Leigh Griffiths in the 63rd minute and, following a whirlwind impact, he took a slender one-goal advantage to 3-0 with two typical efforts.
The victory moved the eight-in-a-row champions onto a five-point lead at the Premiership pinnacle with Steven Gerrard’s Ibrox outfit due to play Hearts at Tynecastle tomorrow.
The arrival of the flamboyant frontman made the difference and his quickfire second goal was so typical of the lavishly-gifted personality. He knew exactly what he was going to do when the ball dropped to his feet. Three touches opened up the Ross County rearguard and he lashed the ball low into the far corner.
PRIZE GUY…Odsonne Edouard is congratulated by James Forrest after another goal.
In the 10th minute, the Hoops, who had opened in lively fashion, came close to claiming the breakthrough goal when Christopher Jullien powered in a header that struck keeper Nathan Baxter and the ball was scrambled to safety.
Griffiths was looking eager as he led the line with admirable zest while James Forrest, in his first outing of the year, and Mikey Johnston, a late substitute in the 3-1 win over Kilmarnock in midweek, also showed an appetite to get involved in the action as they raided on the flanks.
Griffiths menaced in the 18th minute with a low right-foot effort, but it whipped wide of the upright.
There was a scare for the home side three minutes later when Josh Mullin got clear in the box, but he tried to chip 6ft 7in Fraser Forster – no easy task – and the ball drifted high over the crossbar.
It was still a warning sign for the champions, though.
The game ebbed a flowed and Jullien thumped a header wide from a corner-kick delivery and then the Highlanders passed up a wonderful opportunity in the 26th minute to rock Neil Lennon’s men.
Blair Spittal was presented with the chance in a great position and it looked as though he had to hit the target at the very least, but, amazingly, he screwed the ball yards past the post.
The Hoops’ response was immediate and Forrest fired in a strong header which brought an excellent save from the alert Baxter.
ON THE RUN…James Forrest drives forward into enemy territory.
The action switched again to the Celtic goalmouth as the central defence of Jullien and Jozo Simunovic continued to live dangerously and looked slow to react to the Highlanders’ breakaways. On this occasion, Don Cowie was presented with a reasonable opportunity, but his attempt was lacking accuracy.
However, in the 36th minute, Simunovic showed his artistry going forward when he threaded a ball into the tracks of Johnston and the winger was sent tumbling following a reckless challenge from Keith Watson. It was a stick-on penalty-kick and referee Kevin Clancy had no hesitation in pointing to the spot.
Celtic’s designated penalty-taker Ryan Christie, who missed in the last game in the east end of Glasgow, was missing as he sat out the third match of his ridiculous three-game suspension.
Callum McGregor accepted the responsibility and strode forward confidently to slide a left-foot drive low into the net past the despairing Baxter at his left-hand side.
Only moments later, the midfield anchorman attempted to double his side’s advantage, but his angled effort was off target.
The Hoops brought down the curtain on the first-half with 70 per cent possession and eight corner-kicks, but County had displayed threatening flashes on counter-attacks, so it was far from over as the players trooped off at the interval.
BEST FOOT FORWARD…Callum McGregor who claimed the opener from the penalty spot.
Former Hoops prospect Marcus Fraser was taken off after only a couple of minutes into the second period with Richard Forster taking his place.
Moritz Bauer, booked for kicking the ball away against Killie in the fading moments, was yellow-carded again in the 51st minute for a challenge that didn’t quite please the match official.
Celtic lacked oomph and the fans were becoming restless. Lennon reacted by taking off Griffiths in the 63rd minute as he introduced Edouard from the subs’ bench.
Incredibly, the Frenchman’s first touch was to score the second goal following a McGregor corner-kick.
The champions’ talisman was in the right place at the right time as the midfielder’s deadball effort drifted towards him and he showed his usual composure as he knocked the ball almost nonchalantly into the inviting net from close range in the 65th minute.
Edouard, remarkably, scored his second goal in three minutes as he flattened the resistance of the Highlanders.
HEAD BHOY…Christopher Jullien takes to the air.
Forrest sent a pass into the tracks of the galloping hitman and he took a touch before sending a stinging right-foot shot low past Baxter.
It was an outstanding introduction to the confrontation for the forward who had taken his season’s tally to 20 with effortless ease.
Johnston had the chance to hit a fourth, but his attempt was scrambled clear when it appeared he had to score.
Two minutes later, Tom Rogic replaced Olivier Ntcham as the Hoops turned the screw as they chased even more goals.
Karamoko Dembele was given the opportunity to show his qualities when he replaced Johnston near the end of the game. The youngster, who will celebrate his 17th birthday next month, was making his second appearance of the season after another cameo against Cluj in Romania last month.
Celtic have now won all three encounters of 2020 since the campaign restarted. Now for St Johnstone in Perth on Wednesday. So far so good.
TEAM: Forster; Bauer, Jullien, Simunovic, Hayes; Brown, Ntcham (sub: Rogic 70), McGregor; Forrest, Griffiths (sub: Edouard 63), Johnston (sub: Dembele 85).

Wellaware1.com stories: You can try to deny this all you need, however the proof is obvious. Morgan Freeman (the actor often known as that pseudonym) was often known as the Musician Jimi Hendrix. I used to be the primary to report this, and stand by my findings.
Do I have to go on?  No, not likely, as a result of you probably have any capacity to critically assume and apply widespread sense you already know for a reality with this scientific proof in addition to the supporting proof of his partner, know what I’m saying is FACT.  If you declare to disagree, even after you’re looking on the proof in entrance of you, it exhibits you’re considering in a conditioned state and or are benefiting from this lie in some way.

He was found whereas within the Army. He obtained recondition, whereas graduating from Jump college. Now I ask you this, how do you go from being acknowledged and awarded a metallic to simply shortly after that being discharged by your superiors who claimed you weren’t match to serve within the Army? I name bullshit on that, and can speculate that he was recruited to be a spy.

World Boxing Super Series & Ringstar Sports Donating to Hurricane Harvey Relief
World Boxing Super Series & Ringstar Sports to Donate 10% of Gate for Saturday’s Dorticos vs. Kudryashov WBSS Quarter-final to San Antonio Food Bank to Aid the Hurricane Harvey Relief Effort
Tickets for Saturday, September 23 at the Alamodome in San Antonio Available at Ticketmaster.com
SAN ANTONIO (September 21, 2017) – World Boxing Super Series and Ringstar Sports announced Thursday that 10 percent of the gate for Saturday’s Yunier Dorticos vs. Dmitry Kudryashov WBSS quarter-final taking place at the Alamodome in San Antonio will be donated to the San Antonio Food Bank to aid the ongoing relief effort after Hurricane Harvey.
Every dollar donated creates seven meals for those in need. Tickets for the live event, which is promoted by Ringstar Sports in association with World Boxing Super Series, are priced at $250, $125, $100, $50, and $30, and are on sale now. Tickets are available at Ticketmaster.com.
“San Antonio is a fantastic fight city and now fans will have the chance to catch world class boxing while also helping a great cause,” said Richard Schaefer, Chairman and CEO of Ringstar Sports. “The relief efforts after Hurricane Harvey are ongoing and World Boxing Super Series and Ringstar Sports are proud to be able to help wherever we can. I hope that the tremendous fight fans in San Antonio will show up in full force so that we can raise a lot of money and help a lot of people in need.”
“The San Antonio Food Bank is proud to benefit from the ticket sales for the World Boxing Super Series and Ringstar Sports event this Saturday,” said Chloe Palacios, Corporate Giving Manager for the San Antonio Food Bank. “Every dollar raised will allow us to provide support to those affected by Hurricane Harvey. We greatly appreciate the opportunity provided by World Boxing Super Series and Ringstar Sports and look forward to this exciting event!”
The September 23 event will also feature a reserve match between once-beaten cruiserweights Keith Tapia and Lateef Kayode, while former world champion Nonito Donaire returns to take on Mexico’s Ruben Garcia Hernandez.
